Delivery time 1 hour. After 1:15 we were asked and told that it would take 35 minutes longer due to meaningless excuses. No advance information, nothing. Very very bad service
We ordered yesterday via Lieferando.
After a long wait, we noticed that an old telephone number was unfortunately given and we then tried to contact the restaurant, but no one answered, even though they responded in a timely manner during opening hours.
Today we tried to find an amicable solution with the operator but unfortunately in vain.
We were ready to pick up the food because it had already been paid for, but we didn't have a chance.
Very uncooperative and unfriendly.
No value is placed on customer opinions.

I've ordered food there several times and it's always been delicious, the staff is always very friendly. I can only recommend this restaurant to everyone.
According to the large advertising board on the wall of the house, there is a 20% discount if you order by phone and another 8% if you pick it up yourself. We ordered by phone on March 29, 2025 and later picked it up ourselves. The advertising was supposedly only valid until January 15, 2025. On the website and the board on the facade there is nothing about "valid until...". Had to pay €8 more than what we were promised. I find it outrageous and cheeky to lure customers with false promises. Won't be ordering anything there again.
I saw an advertising post on social media comparing the pizzas from this provider with frozen products from the supermarket - interestingly, that's also the benchmark you can expect here.
Luckily, a bright design in bright colors and a concept of maximum cost reduction are not enough to hide one fact: the pizzas taste mediocre at best. You can eat it, but it doesn't bring much joy.
The friendly delivery service around the corner can certainly make better use of my money than a “ghost kitchen” start-up.
