I ordered cheesefries and when I opened the package I was met with fries with a slice of cheese on top, the burger was well-done and chewy. I still had hopes for the salad, but even the salad showed that it hadn't been made today. And it had lost some of its color, plus the chicken was the driest thing I've ever eaten in my entire life, you could hardly chew it (not even... The cat could really chew it?!) To top it off, the pizza was only topped with cheese at least 80% of the time and therefore only tastes like cheese and that's actually 0 stars at these bottomless prices.

We ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. One with tuna and onions and one salami with a cheese crust. Both were ready on time and were extremely well topped and delicious! The staff was very friendly! Gladly again !

Ordered 4 dishes. Delivery was fine, but unfortunately the food was very bland and seemingly almost unseasoned. Cheese cream sauce had a very unsightly consistency, like it had curdled. All in all very disappointing and no longer an option for us.

We ordered from Lieferando. Surprisingly our pizza was really good and delivery time was ok, about 35 minutes. We were a little shocked that they got such bad reviews here.

When I ordered I also explained where I was. Since the delivery person couldn't find me, someone from the Pizza Hot store called me. I explained a second time. The delivery person couldn't find me again. And I was called again. I explained it in more detail and even though I stayed on the phone and spoke to the person from the store who was on the phone at the same time as the courier driver, the delivery person drove left twice even though I specifically said right. On the third attempt I had to pick it up myself from another location because the delivery person was obviously unable to bring the order to the agreed location. The food wasn't to my taste. It was the first & last time I ordered something there.

The pizzas taste okay, but the extras are always missing? Really, EVERY TIME.

It's a disgrace to deliver such a meal. Very poor quality of food!!! Never order from there again...

I ordered here but was unfortunately disappointed. The delivery time was significantly longer than expected, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and didn't taste good. Actually didn't deserve a star.

Liebes Leserpublikum, wie Sie vielleicht schon bei diesen Ladengeschäft erkennen konnten, sind die Preise außerordentlich zumutend und töfte. Jedoch gilt auch wieder hier das gute alte englische Sprichwort: ''Don´t judge a book by its cover''. Nachdem ich mir also meinen Abendschmaus aussuchte und bestellte (via Paypal) ist mir aufgefallen ,dass meine wartende Zeit schon über 2h betrug. Laut Lieferando hätte die Bestellung schon seit einer Stund an meinem Hauseinlass schlummern sollen. Wachrüttelnd bewegte ich mich also zum Telefonapparat und fragte mal im Distrikt der Pizzaherstellung nach ,ob meine Bestellung etwa verloren gegangen sei. Daraufhin bekam ich nur eine Nummer des sogenannten ''Chefs'' der mir, in sehr unvollständigen und zerstückelten deutsch, erklärte ,dass er ja unterwegs sei und mich GLEICH schon beliefert. Komischer Weiße befragte dieser Herr mich dann, ob ich denn schon bestellt habe und wo ich hause... naja. Nach weiteren verstrichenen 10 min. erhielt ich dann meine, wirklich infinitesimale, Bestellung. Danach war wirklich meine Gesamtheit des Abends ruiniert. Um des Punktes näher zu kommen, habe ich nach viel Aufbietung, Last und 3h Wartezeit eine kalte Pizza mit Sprite. Überlegt euch einfach selbst ob ihr euch das antuen wollt ;). Very tasty pizza and the green sauce is to die for. Always with lots of cheese and the perfect amount of toppings. The boss is super nice. I've only been ordering here for years. If you like spicy you should try the Indian dishes. They are very traditional and the chefs know what they are doing.

I've never seen such a bad pizzeria, wait 1.30 hours for the food and pizza doesn't taste good at all

I saw an advertising post on social media comparing the pizzas from this provider with frozen products from the supermarket - interestingly, that's also the benchmark you can expect here. Luckily, a bright design in bright colors and a concept of maximum cost reduction are not enough to hide one fact: the pizzas taste mediocre at best. You can eat it, but it doesn't bring much joy. The friendly delivery service around the corner can certainly make better use of my money than a “ghost kitchen” start-up.
