Disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with this delivery service was very disappointing. The delivery time was extremely long, significantly longer than stated. When the food finally arrived, it was not only cold but also subpar in taste. Communication with customer service was also difficult. There were repeated misunderstandings and staff responses often seemed rude and unhelpful. In addition, individual requests such as “without onions” or “without meat” are not addressed, even though these were clearly stated when ordering. I hope the service will be improved in the future, but I won't be ordering here again for now.

I ordered here but was unfortunately disappointed. The delivery time was significantly longer than expected, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and didn't taste good. Actually didn't deserve a star.

So with all my love, the food is really great, but the staff, whether on the phone or the delivery person on site, are all unsympathetic. Hitting on customers stupidly on the phone because you call after 1 1/2 hours of waiting to ask where the food is and start stressing out & being insulting on site from the supplier to the customer is really very cheeky. The waiting time was really too long, 1 1/2 hours. The only positive thing about the store is the food. Personnel/delivery time/supplier...absolutely non-existent.

Simply without words. Dishes not available as stated on the menu because ingredients are not available. Long delivery times and today you get rude on the phone when the customer complains about the long waiting time! And unfortunately this is not an isolated case!!!!! Update 5/17/24 Driver too lazy to walk stairs, wrong food delivered. I think we will order more often from this WORLD-CLASS delivery service 😂😂😂😂THANK YOU VERY MUCH It's a shame, because the pizza and salad are actually really tasty. However, you would only know whether the pizza with shrimps would have tasted good if it had actually been delivered correctly........

BIGGEST DIRTY STORE ON EARTH. You have to wait hours for your food and then find out that the delivery is incomplete. After another considerable wait, the subsequent delivery arrived, which was also incorrect. The store should close, it's just a shame. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time either. NEVER AGAIN.

Have been ordering from pizzaman for years. I ordered the last two days. Yesterday after waiting for two hours I gave up hope for my food. New day new happiness today I ordered and the owner said I would never be home and he would have had to throw away my food and not for the first time. He then said he would call the police next time. Threatening customers with something like that because of their inability is a shame, especially since there are no calls from the driver or the delivery service on my cell phone. Never again !

I placed an order on January 11, 2024 at 6:25:27 p.m We waited in vain for our order worth 41 euros. After almost 2 hours we called them and asked whether the order had still arrived or not? The owner said he had called me twice. My cell phone was on, we were at home and I didn't receive anything. After asking if someone would come and bring our order at some point, the owner became rude and said he would like to cancel the order. I then said why cancel, we are hungry, I am ready to pay, I am just waiting for the order after asking several times, that He wasn't supposed to cancel it, I asked if he still knew what kind of order we had placed so that there would be no discrepancies because we had been ordering pizza for a while but there was always something there, a drink was forgotten, the food was swapped, the wrong food was mixed up, etc. very unfriendly manner the German language is not he said if he would speak Arabic very dubious not recommended at the end of the song; he ended up canceling the order! Never again at Pizza man Auersmacher!!

Unfortunately, ordering over the phone took forever because the man on the phone had difficulty understanding us. Waiting time 50 minutes, after 60 minutes the food was there. Unfortunately, my meal (burrito - I had imagined it to look different) was so salty that I couldn't eat it and I'm not picky about that. My partner's pizza was a little soggy. We probably won't order there again.

I've ordered many times and the food is always good, but for a long time now I've always been waiting 1.5-2 hours. I'm currently sitting at home waiting for my food, I ordered at 5:30 p.m., they open, now it's 7:40 p.m. It's only a 6 minute drive! It's a shame that you pay so much money for it

The burgers and the Mexican food are good, but the rest is rubbish, and in my opinion the pizzas are too expensive and only unfriendly people work there, always on the phone, no hello, thank you or goodbye. Ordered there last time!

2 hours delivery time for an ice cream and a bottle of cola... then I got the wrong kind, I didn't accept the order and I was told they would no longer deliver to me

Das Essen wurde sehr schnell und sehr heiß geliefert. Die Chicken und der Crunchy Chicken Burger die ich bestellt habe, waren beide sehr gut im Geschmack und auch sehr knusprig. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir hatten 9 verschiedene Gerichte bestellt - von Nudeln, über Pizza bis hin zu Schnitzel : uns wurde gesagt es dauert eine gute Stunde, aber das Essen wurde sogar schon etwas früher geliefert 👍🏻 Alle Gerichte waren genau so wie bestellt und preislich absolut in Ordnung! Essen geschmacklich insgesamt okay, die Pizzabrötchen mit Aioli Dip sind definitiv am besten! :-)

Hallo ja war hier schon des öfteren, ist sehr gut wobei sie immer einen sehr gestressten Eindruck machen und manchmal nicht ganz freundlich sind. Habe nach einen Speisekarte für mit zunehmen gefragt kamm nur ein "habe wir nicht die da liegen sind alte" aber hat nicht freundlich. Gruß Mbiker1200

Das Essen ist sehr gut, bestelle schon länger bei Pizza Man, und hatte noch nie große Probleme, kommt auf jeden Fall immer sehr heiß an, schöne Portionen, das knusprige Hähnchenbrustfilet mit Currysoße und Kokos kann ich jedem empfehlen, ist wirklich sehr knusprig und schmeckt sehr gut, müsste in die normale Karte aufgenommen werden.

Pizza ist zwar lecker aber der Lieferservice ist unpünktlich und schwer zu verstehen deshalb nur 2 Sterne

Heute mal wieder etwas bestellt und einen heißen, knusprigen Burger mit knusprigen Wedges bekommen Getränke waren eiskalt! So ist das echt perfekt! Dankeschön - letzte Bestellungen waren immer top!

Schmeckt einfach genial. Bin bisher noch nicht enttäuscht worden. Nettes, sehr sympathisches Personal! Vielen Dank für alle bisherigen und zukünftigen Leckereien!

Die Essensqualität und -quantität ergibt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 👍🏽 Allerdings ist die Lieferzeit echt mies... 2h immer auf das Essen zu warten ist einfach viel zu lange! Daran müsste einfach gearbeitet werden...

Wenn man per Liferando, auf der HEUSEIGENEN Websiete bestellt, werdem einem KEINE Lieferkosten ab 8€ angezeigt. Vor der Tür dann verlangt der Fahrer dann aber frecherweise 1,50€ LIEFERKOSTEN! Und bescheißt dann auch noch beim Wechselgeld! Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht. Glück gehabt, dass das Essen so verdammt lecker ist._.

Essen akzeptabel, aber der Lieferservice ist SEHR unzuverlässig.

Bester Pizzaservice !!! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Beste Pizza Beste Burger (besser als Burger King)

Gutes Essen und sehr netter Lieferant. Wir bestellen öfter bei Pizzaman und können die schlechten Reviews nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Das die Lieferzeit ab und zu mal ~1 Stunde beträgt kann man einkalkulieren.

Hatte am samstag eine große Pizza bestellt. Dass das 40 cm sein werden habe ich nicht geahnt! Aber die Pizza war sehr gut , nicht fettig, und, ich habe nur die Hälfte geschafft, selbst kalt am Sonntag noch lecker !

Je vous recommande cette pizzeria, auparavant un peu long, un restaurant qui s'est amélioré au niveau du temps d'attente, très bon, très sympa, à tester.

Les pizzas sont délicieuses, un large choix au niveaux de la carte, très bon restaurant, très sympa, et temps d'attente raisonnable.
