The food was warm, which unfortunately is no longer a given at every Mäci. Unfortunately no gluten-free burger buns (like in Austria), but the mixed salad was really a mixed salad. Staff very nice and friendly

Today I really wanted a vanilla shake again. Which I redeemed with my points... then it was explained to me that it was a gift with the points but that I had to pay €2 for a reusable cup (which I didn't want but had to take, supposedly as required). When I started with the shake and took a big sip, it didn't taste like vanilla but more like a coffee mixture... then I looked at the cup and realized it was dirty... very disgusting... opened the lid and they were even louder Remains of other things in there. That was it for my shake, which ended up in the sink at home. I'd rather stick with it and unfortunately produce rubbish, but drinking from a dirty cup is very unappetizing 🤮

This Fast Foot club is unable to deliver an order after 45 minutes

Standard McDonalds food. You have to be lucky that the fries are warm and that they have at least a little salt on them. It's not possible that I have to wait 30-40 minutes for my order. The service is really underground. Employees only sometimes friendly. When I complain, no response. It's time to keep waiting. The shop itself is quite stylish, but the noise level is really annoying when there is a lot going on. Please do something to make the service better and you don't have to wait forever for your food, even when it's busy. At least the old, partially non-functioning self-ordering terminals were replaced.

You can really save yourself an underground McDonalds. Poor quality, incompetent staff.

If you are white, the crew will call your take away number. But if you're a coloured-skin guy, they won't. They have racial preference. Lucky you if you're white.

Cleanliness greatly deteriorated. Toilet and tables outside dirty at 9am. Doors dirty, very unpleasant to touch.

Fast food at its best ;-) The dining area could be even cleaner. The toilets were unkempt and not clean.

The Mc opens at 7 a.m., I drive through McDrive at 7:01 a.m., wait briefly at the first pillar, call out “Hello,” and no one responds. I drive to the next window, no one is there, everything is closed, at the last window everything is also closed and I briefly see someone cleaning up small things inside. I wait there, look in and no one reacts. Then a lady with dark hair comes, opens the window and the first thing I hear is "please go back to the first window, I don't have a cash register here", while she relaxes and cleans her headphones. When I told her that I had been waiting for a while, that I was back there and no one was there... she didn't really care. There was no quick “sorry,” nothing. The only thing is that I would have to go back because of the cash register. Service is different! I then got the coffee somewhere else.

Basically a decent branch. However, the ordering terminals don't work particularly well and seem to need maintenance. My friend's plant nuggets also contained 2 pieces of meat. All vegetarians/vegans should therefore be careful under certain circumstances!

Very good location, right on the motorway exit - unfortunately I don't like the MC food. However, the people are friendly there. D Drinks are OK. In particular, I think it's a good development that there are now reusable cups 👌💪

The toilets were in a very dirty condition. Food was OK, I had a brown lettuce leaf on my McChicken, one star deducted for that.

Order terminals only work to a very limited extent, my order was incomplete on the first attempt, and a burger was then served with a fish fillet that was still completely frozen. People seem to be used to complaints, but since most of the staff don't understand a word of German anyway, it doesn't bother anyone.

.... well located MC Donalds on the "main streets" in Landsberg - towards the Munich/Füssen motorway!!! The food was again “fast food” great and the service was friendly!!! Always happy to come here 🙂

A lot of people had lunch, but despite that, we also got our food quickly.

Not much effort is really put into this. The burgers are carelessly slapped together and something is constantly forgotten when ordering! My recommendation is to go across the street at this branch and order food from the other fast food chain!

I waited at the Mac Café for about 10 minutes... Two employees noticed me and greeted me - but I wasn't served even though I was the only customer - I left without coffee...

Classic McDiddy's, with a large children's slide. Unfortunately, the toilets are completely filthy and toilet paper is even in short supply in the men's toilet. Food like you'd expect from McDiddy's. The staff is friendly and tried hard, but unfortunately they have far too much to do. Thanks super lame terminals. XD

The store isn't getting any better

Fast service, especially the McCafé is recommended. The table service is quick and friendly. With children, I now prefer to order from my seat via the app, very relaxed.

Breakfast only until 10. Service is friendly.

Machines are completely snotty, keep crashing and vouchers expire

It takes me a long time to write a negative review, but at some point I've gone too far. Once again the coupons didn't work at the terminals. You can no longer order at the checkout so we had to order at full price. The food is usually not complete and has been mixed together carelessly. We received a Royal BBQ even though we ordered smoky. The fries were soggy because they were taken out of the fryer too early because there was a lot going on.. And then staff runs around here and brings the food to the table, which has such an unpleasant body odor that you lose your food... And by far the cheekiest thing are the prices! 4.99 for a large latte macchiato from the machine. A little milk and a little coffee... And then it really doesn't taste the best. It's a shame about the McDonalds, which was actually really good. But it's really not worth a visit anymore...

Be sure to check your order at the drive-thru! No matter how long the line behind you is, no matter how much stress the staff has: check your order calmly. We were just in the drive-in, there was hardly anything going on inside, there was a car behind us. We ordered two Happy Meals and two large Toyal TS menus (because of the curly fries). When you open the bags you get a surprise: -No straws (car ride) -The large menus had regular fries instead of curly fries -Just one instead of two packets of sour cream for curly fries -A drink for a happy meal is completely missing -two times ketchup instead of two times mayo Next time at the drive-in in LL we will take the time to check everything at the ticket counter before we leave. This will delay future orders, but I want to get what I ordered for my money.

Unfortunately, this branch does not participate in many promotions such as vouchers or similar. There is an error at the ordering station, if you want to order from the service they say “try again in 5 minutes” Service was quick. Unfortunately the fries were almost cold. The bad rating refers to non-participation in official activities.

Close to the motorway, as is often the case, and therefore practical for a quick stop. The parking is good, there are also two spaces for an average motorhome at the front. Otherwise everything was as usual, the staff was friendly, the food was okay. We were also able to sit outside with our dog. The sun hat was helpful. The toilets were clean.

Extrem unfreundliche Dame am MC-Drive-Schalter. Aufgrund eines selbst verschuldeten Missverständnisses diskutierte sie eine halbe Ewigkeit mit uns um uns Ihren Fehler in die Schuhe zu schieben. Endergebnis Bestellung wurde vollumfänglich durch einen anderen Mitarbeiter storniert und wir sind gefahren. Vielleicht sollten die Mitarbeiter hier geschult werden, gar Benimmkurse für diese angeboten werden. Nie zuvor so etwas unfreundliches erlebt. Diese Fillialie ist ein No-Go und sollte gemieden werden

War zum Kaffeetrinken dort, war mir zu voll.

Wollte einen Gutschein am Terminal einlösen. Ging nicht. Dann bin ich zur Kasse und dort konnte man ihn auch nicht einlösen. Dann wurde gesagt, weil man schon mal probiert hat ihn einzulösen. Ja, vor 5 Minuten am Terminal und es hat nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin ist die Angestellte einfach weggegangen und war nicht bereit zu helfen. Einfach lächerlich dieser Service und die Angestellten.

War früher besser, jedoch hat leider sowohl der Service als auch die Qualität des Essens ziemlich nachgelassen. Die Terminals funktionieren häufig nicht. Die Wartezeit beträgt mittlerweile mehr als bei anderen Restaurants. Ich bin hier nicht mehr zufrieden.

Kaffee überteuert, Wasser nicht bereit gestellt uns Service nicht gut Pommes waren trotz Essen vor Ort immer kalt und beim Cheeseburger war Der Käse 1x nicht drin( also Hamburger bekommen bei MC Drive) und beim anderen Mal war der Käse so schief, dass er mehr am Karton klepte als auf dem Fleisch. Landsberg ist der schlechteste in der Umgebung. SCHADE, war früher nicht so.

Bester McD seit langem. Wunderschön dekoriert und sauber. Selten das es nicht nur eine Abfertigung Bude ist.

Echt ärgerlich wenn man zum wiederholten Mal mit einer MC Drive Bestellung heim kommt und feststellt dass etwas fehlt. Das nervt! Und leider auch nicht zum ersten Mal

Naja was sollte man sagen. McDonald’s halt. Personal im Stress da zu wenig dort arbeiten, kommt sehr oft vor das was in der Bestellung fehlt. Bestell Terminal defekt, bricht ab oder reagiert nicht. Nach anstellen an der Kasse für eine Bestellung wird man weg geschickt und soll an den überfüllten Terminal bestellen, die Leute nach uns durften bestellen an der Kasse. Und dafür diese Preise einfach nur lachhaft. Das nächste ist ja die Preise Variieren von McDonald’s zu McDonald’s vergleicht das mal.🤬 Der Hammer kommt jetzt erst nach fehlgeschlagener Bestellung an der Kasse anstellen ca 5 min, weitern 5 min am Terminal warteten wir danach geschlagene weitere 23 min für ein Happymeal. Fast Food sieht anders aus. War nicht der einzige verärgerte Kunde an dem Tag.

Typisch McDonalds halt. Nichts zu beanstanden nichts vergessen und geschmeckt!

Ein typischer Macci. Ganz ordentlich eingerichtet. Ordercomputer funktionieren mal, mal nicht. Morgens ist man nicht wirklich auf Kunden eingestellt. Da haben wir sehr lange auf Standardbestellungen warten müssen. Essen ist ok. Wenn es schnell gehen soll, geht das hier nicht immer, aber meistens

Da ich viel unterwegs bin, komm ich hin und wieder auch bei MC Donald`s vorbei... dabei ist kommt der unterschied im MC oft die Toileten ob sauber, defekt oder lieber wieder rückwets raus. Hier waren die Toileten sehr sauber, das Essen war warm und die Bestellcompter haben alle funktioniert.

Trotz hohem Gästeaufkommen, schnelle Bedienung. Essen war frisch und warm.

Wie immer, muss man seiner Bestellung kontrollieren,um sicher gehen zu können, dass man wirklich alles erhalten hat, was man bestellt und das obwohl die Bestellung per app erfolgte. Wirklich traurig

MC Donalds halt. Ich ess da, wenn es sonst nix mehr gibt oder was Schnelles her muss. Richtig lecker ist des nicht.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist auch nie nicht durch oder roh oder unvollständig. Der Laden ist immer sehr sauber und die Toiletten sind immer geputzt. 5 von 5 Sternen :)

Kurz der Sachverhalt: Bestellung (hierunter ein Milkshake) würde über die App getätigt, der Milkshake wurde als Coupon von den vorhandenen Punkten "gekauft" und war somit "kostenlos" - aus diesem Grund war eine Rückerstattung der Punkte nicht möglich. Vor Ort wurde dann im Drive In mitgeteilt, dass die Milchshake Maschine nicht funktioniert, dies war natürlich nicht optimal und meine Laune im ersten Moment getrübt, die Mitarbeiterin bot mir nun als Alternative alle möglichen Getränke und ein Eis an, sehr Kundenorientiert auch wenn von Kundenseite erst mit Gegenwind reagiert wurde! Die Qualität wie üblich gut. Ich kann diesen McDonald's nur empfehlen!

Naja bei über 34 Grad hat der Laden nicht mal eine Klima

Vor Ort konnte man einfach bestellen und das essen war auch recht schnell fertig, leider waren im Außenbereich wo ich gesessen bin viele Tische nicht abgereumt, was nicht das Problem des Personals sondern der Gäste ist. Im großen und ganzen ist die Örtlichkeit akzeptabel wenn man eine kurze Pause machen muss bei einer langen Autofahrt.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant und das Personal ist sehr nett

Lieblose Burger die teuer verkauft werden aber leider ohne Qualität. Viel Müll, zwar hauptsächlich Papier und kein Plastik…trotzdem unnötig. Einziger Vorteil: Schnell und Feiertags geöffnet.

Haben meine Cola vergessen deswegen nur 2 Sterne
