McDonald's in Landsberg am Lech

On my way back home during the Christmas holidays, I spontaneously stopped there for a meal. The place is super clean and the staff was friendly. But I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious. So, really well prepared ;) At many McDonald's, you get undercooked wings, soggy fries, or uninspired burgers. Everything there was top-notch, even though it was packed. Hats off to them!

Probably the best McDonald's restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The Chicken McNuggets were hot, fresh, and crispy. The curly fries were crispy (rarely experienced!). Beautifully prepared burgers, cooked according to regulations. Friendly atmosphere with pleasant background music. Fast service. Modern ordering kiosks.

We found a parking space without any trouble. The order we placed at the kiosk arrived very quickly. I also ordered a cappuccino separately. It took a little longer, but it was good. I think this McDonald's is definitely preferable to the ones directly on the highway.

Everything is good and tasty, but there is one thing, but on the order board there is neither Russian nor Ukrainian layout.

So, the last few times I ordered everything to go, and once again the fries were just unsalted and totally soggy. It's one of the few things that bothers me, but that's why I prefer to go to the competitor across the street.

Everything was fine. The drive-thru took a while, but the food was excellent.

Every time I order a burger with more onions, I get a burger with more lettuce…

It takes forever. Ordering and preparation take a very, very long time!

They can't seem to get the order right at the drive-thru every time. And you drive all the way back, and they don't even offer a refund.

The employee didn't feel like making ice cream an hour before closing time. She was annoyed with her job!

No vegetarian burger alternatives, waited over 30 minutes for the food - and then everything was cold... nothing about it was fast food or good food.

The 20-piece chicken nuggets were really fresh and delicious. However, we were disappointed with the McRösti meal – both the McRösti itself and the rösti inside weren't as good as on our last visits. The taste just wasn't convincing this time. Nevertheless, we'll come back, as this McDonald's is conveniently located for us. Overall, an average experience with its ups and downs. Factory farming, chemicals, and PFAS on a bed of lettuce between chemically treated bread. YUM! This is what the parking lot next door looks like, and it speaks volumes about the clientele.

It's the most expensive McDonald's I've seen anywhere in the world. And you don't get good food or good service for that. Always check your food! And if possible, stay away from this McDonald's.

The McRip wasn't cooked properly and didn't come with any sauce. The Rojal RS hamburger was lukewarm, the cheese wasn't runny, and it didn't come with any sauce. I've never had one so bad.

The McDonald's in Landsberg am Lech has undergone a fantastic renovation. It has a great indoor and outdoor area. Ordering is only possible at the counter. We were there on a Friday evening and the place was packed. We'd be happy to go again.

Plan on plenty of time, even if it's empty. A 25-minute wait is expected.

Very clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, three things were missing from our order, which we then had to complain about three times.

The staff are rude and unwelcoming. I also waited 20 minutes for my food, even though there weren't many customers, and the food was cold.

Not recommended. A first-class restaurant has been replaced by a third-class MD. The beloved pork schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and fries is no longer available. Another rest stop where no one stops anymore.

Since I was in a hurry again, I made a quick trip to McDonald's today and picked up a bag containing a chicken burger, a pack of chicken nuggets, and a small portion of fries. I've never had such bad food, and for 15 euros, no less! The nuggets had been reheated several times, the breading was tough, and the chicken was tough and dry as a sheet – they were only good for the trash! The fries were also soggy and cold and tasted really old. And the chicken burger wasn't much better in the end. I'll definitely be avoiding that place for a while!

Ordered McCafé and got a vending machine coffee. Then tried to brew a small and a grande cappuccino with one espresso dose. I'm speechless!

The fries were amazing, but what was the big deal about my burger being meatless? We had to wait, our order was brought outside to our waiting area, and then this happened? Not nice, especially since you're paying the full price. Then at least double-check to make sure it's right. And put more effort into assembling the burger, so it doesn't fall apart completely when you take it out of the package. Your customers will thank you. Best regards

We were passing through and stopped at the McDonald's Drive-In. The parking lot was full, so we parked across the street.

Looks nice after the renovation. We usually stop there in the morning, so no queues, lots of places to sit. The food was all good, the price a little bit too high for what you get I find But my main complaint - lots of flies. What is that about?

The food was unfortunately terrible, the fries were cold, and the Big Mac was already dead several times. The Samurai Mac looked like it had a lot more sauce in the picture. What came out was a burnt bun with onions next to the burger. This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The service brought the food to the table without any accessories. In other words, you could wipe your hands in your pants. Not nice, unfortunately.

So, I just got home with my order. Unfortunately, my burger for €8.49 was missing! Sorry, how difficult can it be to read an order from a piece of paper and put it in a bag? Sure, it's my own fault; I didn't check. Still, it really annoys me!

Well I'll start with the shop itself, looks nice but the staff, I can't recommend it, they forgot to fill out a page on my bic mac, no problem, mistakes happen, go there and ask if something can be done, they said yes, we'll make a new one, a brazen lie, in the end I just got a petticoat on top, they also forgot my sauce for the fries and my ice cream was fizzy and didn't taste good, a brazen lie and lots of mistakes, no recommendation.

At 7 am, there was still no one there, and the automatic ordering machine wasn't working either. At 7:05, a terribly rude woman came out, who, in response to my husband's perfectly polite question - which he couldn't even finish - blindly said "wait a minute" twice!! Disgusting. We're sorry that this is the place to be instead of a regular tray restaurant. The sandwich was also thrown together. We've stopped here every time we've been on our way, so far. After that, we'll just have our own sandwich. If you don't want to work in a place like this, don't work there. We're polite and understanding; we don't want a smile or a nice greeting anymore, but this is a no go! The fact that that lady pulled herself up ahead of the 3 busloads of Spanish students (who didn't even want to order there, they just stopped for the toilet and a little cleaning) is not our problem. Take magnesium!

It turned out really nice after the renovation.

First of all: I order via the app before using the drive-through to keep communication to a minimum and eliminate errors. After selecting and configuring a double menu, this isn't possible in the branch I've already selected, and I have to configure the entire menu again... The ladies at the window are completely unmotivated and simply withhold six chicken nuggets from an order for two people. Parked the car, went in, no apology for not being there or anything. This obviously happens quite often in this store, judging by the other reviews. It's bordering on fraud when parts of orders are constantly "forgotten." Fries were cold, not even lukewarm, after a 10-minute drive. The rest of the food was average Maccas. I won't be seeing that store again anytime soon!

I actually don't want to give any stars at all, this is really the last time I'll eat ice cream here... I got a completely different ice cream to the one I ordered and when I went to clarify it, after a second I got a Mc Sunday that had been sitting there for a hundred percent for a while, it was so runny and I find that really awful!!!

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The cleanliness is excellent! The staff is particularly friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, orders are brought out extremely quickly and freshly via table service.

The sauce was empty and there were no (!) toppings for the McFlurry. The wrong sauce was on the burger, which was probably also empty 🤌🏼 The tables were dirty and the monitors weren't working properly.

The restaurant has since been renovated again, so I'm changing my review. The restaurant is now clean, the restrooms are OK, but the staff is a disaster. Hardly any order is complete, and it takes an incredibly long time to get your food. Very annoying for the customer, who now has to pay quite a lot for slow-cooked fast food.

The store has been newly renovated and looks modern, which is very positive. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired – the staff seems unfriendly, and during my visits, orders were left incomplete several times.

I love going there to pee on my monthly autobahn drive. The bathroom is always clean but sometimes the printer for the receipt doesn't work and the card machine doesn't work either. It's good to carry cash.

We regularly go to LL or Türkheim. 90% of the time, we pick up food at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I have to say that out of 10 orders, 8 of them are missing something. And it's not just a sauce, but often a burger or fries. We never leave without checking! It's just so annoying when you have to go back and complain every time. We went there after the reopening and ate there. Unfortunately, it was our last time. The cheeseburger at the Happy Meal was lukewarm, the toy was wrong, and the Big McQueen was completely cold! Two sauces were missing, and the two double cheeseburgers were also cold. When I complained, they didn't even apologize. I got the sauce right away. The burgers were taken away, and I stood there waiting forever. When the lady came back and I was still waiting, she turned around and went to get fresh burgers. Unfortunately, communication with the employees is also very difficult... We won't be doing anything more than maybe picking up something at the drive-thru. What a shame!!!

First of all, I usually only write reviews when something is really positive or really negative. This McDonald's used to be very good. I never thought I'd ever review a McDonald's because, as chain restaurants, they're always the same. Unfortunately, McDonald's Germany seems to be getting worse when it comes to monitoring its contractual partners. This restaurant is a negative example. It was recently renovated, which would actually be a positive, but the employees aren't any more motivated or friendly to customers because of it. To get to my visit today: I was driving through the McDonald's drive-thru with my family around 2 p.m. today. The employee (clearly annoyed by people who come to McDonald's even during their shift) was checking out another car while she was taking my order and was simultaneously talking to other employees who were apparently on their way home or taking their break. This conversation was therefore conducted between four parties and in two languages ​​without the headsets being turned off. So, we only understood garbled nonsense at the counter. When I complained and asked if she would take my order, all I got was "I still have to check out the others." After I complained, I wasn't even given a second glance at the counter. Of course, in addition to the food that had been sloppily stuffed in, there were also other things missing. The kids thought it was pretty silly that they didn't get a toy or a fruit squash. Considering that McDonald's has invested a lot of money in making sure even a trained monkey can do the job, this is definitely a poor performance. If you want to know what McDonald's products really taste like and be treated nicely, you should check out the McDonald's in Gilching on the A96. Everything works here, and it tastes good, too.

I quite like the new ambiance. Downside: the tables are a bit too small now. When adults sit opposite each other, you have to watch where you put your feet. We ordered table service. We had to wait almost half an hour for the food, even though it wasn't busy at the time.

We've been coming here every now and then for years because we thought it was the nicest McDonald's in the area. Now, after the renovation, we won't be coming back. No more chance to sit comfortably in the McCafé. Everything seems noticeably smaller and more open. Much less comfortable. Unfortunately, a significant downgrade. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who thinks so... It's a shame.

I was in the drive in, had ordered my food with sauces and several tubes of mayonnaise, also for the Chicken McNuggets sauce, and when I was back on the motorway, I had to see, even though I was waiting in the drive, that all of the sauces where I paid weren't there. Who wants to turn around and drive 30 km for free? So be careful, check carefully because this has happened to me several times now at this McDonald's, that the sauces were missing. But since I travel a lot, I forgot that it was this McDonald’s. So I was just in front of you all. Look carefully at what's in your bag.

I recently ordered food from you and specifically stated a few extra requests. Unfortunately, despite this information, I received the wrong food. I then contacted one of your employees to clarify the issue. However, instead of finding a solution, they discussed things with me, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. I asked to speak to the shift manager, but the person who came to me claimed to be the shift manager himself - although he clearly came from the kitchen area and didn't give the impression of being in charge at all. Because of this bad experience and the disrespectful treatment, I ended up throwing away my food. I am very disappointed in the way customer concerns have been handled and I expect an explanation and appropriate compensation for this incident.

Every now and then you just get weak - and boom, you're sitting in a fast food restaurant again. You're always in good hands at McDonald's. There is now even a decent selection of plant-based products. In the end, everyone has to know for themselves whether this is really that much healthier. I think you can't go wrong with classics like the Big Mac. As long as you don't constantly eat fast food, it won't harm your health. So if I had to choose a fast food chain, McDonald’s would definitely be my favorite. Always my first choice when traveling as a stopover on the journey. You just know exactly what you are getting.

The toy was missing from the Happy Meal, the employee only gave it to us grumblingly + 1 MC Rip was also missing. The other one had almost no BBQ sauce. Toilets were very dirty and had a disgusting smell. McD toilets are always pretty ugly, but this was disgusting.
