Kochlöffel in Landsberg am Lech

The chicken I was looking forward to was very poorly seasoned. It didn't taste good. It was one of the worst chickens I've ever had. The employee seemed to be overwhelmed with every task. I'll never go there again; I'd rather get a pizza or a kebab.

I'm currently eating 12 chicken burgers. Normally, they're prepared fresh, but the ones I got were from a counter and already cold. I hope I don't get a stomachache, but the health department should urgently visit this place and educate people that food shouldn't be stored lukewarm! Enjoy your meal. I'm giving each one an extra star, except for the food, because the owners promise to train their staff later. It's okay to wait a bit for something to eat if it's freshly prepared. Thank you!

The Chinese guy, or whatever he is, served me cold fries, so I asked him why he didn't warm them up. He didn't respond, and then he wanted me to pay 0.50 cents for a small dollop of ketchup. I find that extremely rude, especially because he doesn't dare to say anything. The shop itself is fresh, and the employees are good, especially the curly-haired guy with black hair is competent enough and provides genuinely good service. Off topic, this has happened to me at the Chinese restaurant before, and today was the day when enough was enough.

Not recommended. It's way overpriced and tastes terrible. Unfriendly, too. Barely any selection.

Very friendly service. The food was brought to our table. The place was super clean. The food is good, and for the price, you can't complain. Unlike many places that sell meatballs, you can pay by card here (so you pay the tax) and you get a receipt. Exemplary.

The first time I was here a year and a half ago it was a disaster... But this year I've been here three times with my little son: he loves being here and so do I. The service is very friendly, the kitchen is clean and the burgers are good. I wish the sauces weren't right on the fries. But apart from this little thing, I'm happy to go to Kochlöffel again.

I ate half a chicken, it was very juicy and crispy on the outside. Pmmes were also very good. The operator is very nice and accommodating. I would like to visit there again. It was quite busy and the guests seemed very happy.

An hour before closing time, they tell you they're out of burgers because the grill is already off. So if I want something to eat and the store is open until 8 p.m., I want to be able to order something at 7 p.m. Maybe you should train your staff on customer service. Driving 30 km to get something to eat was in vain.

Staff always friendly and delicious nuggets

Kochlöffel's quality has declined enormously at this location, but the location in the old town is great and the burgers are the only ones that are okay for a quick bite.

The employees are always friendly (except the customers, which I find very disappointing. They always make stupid comments), but the food is delicious and always fresh. I like to stop by for a quick bite when driving through.

I came to the Kochloffel grill as it was then in 1977 I'm happy to see it's still going strong. A great place.

One of the most well-organized Kochlöffel restaurants we've ever been to. Super friendly staff, clean, tidy, and organized. The croquettes are delicious. We're from the north and were used to something different. Now the only thing missing from the menu are the Frikandeln. ;-) We'd be happy to come back.

Unfortunately the food is very, very bad. It costs more than MC D. and tastes much worse. It's the worst reheated frozen food you can get (we had 1 burger box, 1 chicken box and churros for a total of €29 and had to throw away half of the price because we got sick). The employee was very friendly and everything was clean, but unfortunately all of that is worthless if the food tastes like it was from previous day.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. We ordered a bag of fries and a bag of currywurst. Costs are €3.70 and €4.70. You should pay a maximum of €2 to get a handful of fries slapped into a food box. The currywurst tastes like it has been on the grill since the day before yesterday. The service was unfriendly and made little to no effort. The floor was so dirty that you could have eaten off it. Honestly, the next time I'm hungry I'd rather steal a few gluten-free bread sticks from an eco-mom's stroller.

Contrary to the Google reviews I read here, I have to say: the service was very courteous and nice. We also really enjoyed the food as a family. Great value for money, nothing to complain about!

Croquettes are delicious. The store is small, but they made the most of it with the seating available. Tables were clean and the seller was even nice enough to bring the croquettes to the table when they were ready.

Been here for over 10 years for Brathendl Kocketten and Currywuass with Pommerz Fritterz... it's quick here and it always tastes delicious. Toilets clean and okay, although very small - always useful

The friendly and courteous manner of one of the employees prompted me to give this a positive rating! And the chicken was super tasty too!

Mitarbeiter wirkte etwas unmotiviert, burger war okay, nuggets auch, pommes waren gut. Kann man mal machen. Was mich am meisten störte, war als ein junges Mädchen fragte ob sie schnell das Klo aufsuchen könne und der Mitarbeiter sie einfach weg schickt. Kann man sich drum streiten und es gehen vielleicht die Meinungen auseinander....

Der Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und schnell bei zur Zubereitung. Das Essen war lecker und gar nicht zu teuer als Familie zum Essen.

If you're looking for a quick snack that is fresh and tastes good and you are smack bang in the centre of Landsberg am Lech then I recommend eating here. Cheese burgers are as expected but if you like spit roasted chicken then give it a try. The service is honest and will advise the best price for your selected combination (e.g. buy another burger and pay less). Staff allowed me to take a picture showing their kitchen. Looks very clean.

Einfach Soul Food. Sympathischer Verkäufer. Tut einfach gut, hier ab und zu etwas zu holen.

Es ist sehr lecker und vielseitig.Nur mit Ketchup und Co ist so eine Sache wenn man z.b.Kroketten bestellt ist Senf automatisch dabei willst du aber lieber Ketchup dann kostet es 0.20 EUR extra.oder Curry Wurst mit Pommes kostet Ketchup usw extra. Also im Menü sollte es dabei sein vor allen wenn du 0,50 EUR für mittleres Menü zahlen muss.Sonst aber lecker.

seit ein paar Wochen, wieder Hähnchen geholt, einfach genial, saftig und lecker, und wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Da ist es auch nicht ganz so schlimm, die ewige Parkplatzsuchereizuvor. Immer gerne wieder, Dankeschön.

Hygiene nicht ok. Alle Zutaten ohne Handschuhe verarbeitet, keine Maske angezogen.

Preis und Leistung stimmt. Der Service ist immer sehr nett, und allein dass auf dieser Plattform auf Kritik höflich eingegangen wird zeugt von Professionalität. Die Existenz solch kleiner deutschen Ketten ist eine Kampfansage gegen die amerikanischen Fastfoodriesen, was ich darüber hinaus begrüße. Was mir dennoch Sorge bereitet, ist die Herkunft des Fleisches. Auch wenn der Geschmack stimmen mag, ist davon auszugehen, dass bei solch niedrigen Preisen auf nicht artgerecht gehaltenes Geflügel zurückgegriffen wird; Wäre es nicht traumhaft, aus einem altehrwürdigen Unternehmen die erste große deutsche Fastfoodkette (kein Slowfood) zu formen, die auf Tierwohl und Nachhaltigkeit setzt und sich so vom Mainstream abhebt?

Essen ist solide und schmackhaft. Preis jedoch recht hoch. Hähnchen zu empfehlen. Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Das Personal bestand aus einer Person... er hat die Bestellung angenommen und alles zubereitet. Für eine so grosse Bestellung war er schon nach 10min fertig und alles war sehr lecker! Respekt an den Einzelkämpfer!

. Currywurst Pommes hendl Kroketten Tipp topp. Von den Burger n lass ich die Finger. Immer freundlich bedient worden ( bin auch immer nett zu ihnen im Imbiss _ aber auch zu allen anderen Bedienungen) probiert es aus _ Freundlichkeit zahlt sich aus, Trinkgeld in jeglichem Service hilft wunderbar.

Hendl sind immer absolut spitze! Klar hat der Laden einen dubiosen Ruf, aber solangs schmeckt, passt doch alles.
