Food was cold. One person did almost everything alone. The front-of-house or side-of-house waiter just looked around, and one person made the burgers. Visit at the time of the review.

Although there were hardly any guests, the tables were dirty. The staff seemed bored and were not wearing appropriate work attire. Overall, the service gave an unprofessional impression.

August 31, 2025 Whopper: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crispy Chicken: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fries: ⭐ (Disaster!) The fries tasted somewhere between "sat too long" and "not quite cooked." I suspect almost both. They weren't cooked and had been sitting too long. The fries were so bad that I even complained. I explained that the fries didn't taste good. The staff was friendly and gave me new fries. If I were serving a customer, I would ask again what exactly was wrong and try to make the customer happy. Perhaps they should have tasted the fries (from the preparation stage)... because the new fries didn't taste good either. We didn't eat the fries. When clearing away the tray, I noticed that many fries were also on other trays and hadn't been eaten. So I asked two other guests who were eating burgers how the fries tasted. The answer was "not at all." When I then described the taste as "undercooked and sitting out too long," they agreed with me. I've marked in red on the photo what you can look for visually. I hope this was an exception. I always give fair reviews and provide sufficient justification for my ratings. I hope BK Landsberg am Lech will address this review. I don't know if McDonald's franchisees are monitored more closely. At BK, you sometimes get the feeling that a family is running the restaurant without any care. They just want to get things done quickly. They don't seem to enjoy their work. It's a shame, because BK really has a top-notch product with the Whopper, but they often ruin it with branches that lack commitment. I was a frequent customer at BK Landsberg between 2018 and 2025. Very satisfied! The restaurant was clean, the staff super friendly, and the food was freshly prepared. The fries were hot and crispy, and the Whopper was grilled to perfection. You can tell they care about quality and service. Highly recommended!

The burger was incredibly delicious, juicy, and perfectly prepared. You could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the bun wasn't just any old dry, standard thing, but nice and soft yet sturdy. The flavor was also well-balanced—not too salty, not too greasy, just right. I wouldn't have thought a visit to Burger King could be so satisfying. A definite recommendation.

Burgers are like any other BK branch, but here the employees are absolutely customer-oriented and helpful. If the fries are warm but you'd prefer them hot, it's no problem at all. They say, "Of course you can have hot fries, please wait a minute." And boom, you get hot fries. The employees here are all really nice and accommodate every request and every concern.

The quality of the food wasn't the best. There were lots of black spots on the curly fries. The table wasn't cleaned, there was hair on the table. The toilet wasn't clean and the toilet seat was hanging from the toilet, and there was no paper to dry your hands.
