August 31, 2025 Whopper: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chrispy Chicken: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ French Fries: ⭐ (Disaster!) The fries tasted somewhere between "left out too long" and "not quite done." I suspect it was almost both. The food wasn't quite done and had been left out too long. The fries were so bad that I even complained. I reported that the fries didn't taste good. The staff was friendly and gave me new fries. If I were serving a customer, I would ask again what exactly was wrong and try to make the customer satisfied. Perhaps they should have tried the fries (from the preparation)... because the new fries didn't taste good either. We didn't eat the fries. While clearing the tray, I noticed that many fries were also on other trays and hadn't been eaten. So I asked two other guests who were eating burgers how the fries tasted. The answer was "not at all." When I then described the taste as "undercooked and left standing too long," they agreed. I've highlighted in red on the photo what you can visually observe. I hope that was an exception. I always rate fairly and provide sufficient reasons for my reviews. I hope that BK Landsberg am Lech will take care of the review. I don't know if McDonald's puts more emphasis on its franchisees. At BK, you sometimes get the feeling that a family is running the restaurant without much love. It's a quick turnaround. Little joy in the work. It's a shame, because with the Whopper, BK really has a top product, but often ruins it with branches that show "little commitment." The flavor was also well-balanced—not too salty, not too greasy, just right. I wouldn't have thought a visit to Burger King could be so satisfying. A definite recommendation.

Burgers are like any other BK branch, but here the employees are absolutely customer-oriented and helpful. If the fries are warm but you'd prefer them hot, it's no problem at all. We complained about really cold food and then I was treated very rudely. The quality of the food wasn't the best. There were lots of black spots on the curly fries. The table wasn't cleaned, there was hair on the table. The toilet wasn't clean and the toilet seat was hanging from the toilet, and there was no paper to dry your hands.

Oh man, we, 5 women, drove all the way to the Burger King in Kaufering. The meat wasn't even lukewarm. The fries were limp and rather cold.
