Burger King Landsberg in Landsberg am Lech

The quality of the food wasn't the best. There were lots of black spots on the curly fries. The table wasn't cleaned, there was hair on the table. The toilet wasn't clean and the toilet seat was hanging from the toilet, and there was no paper to dry your hands.

I was there yesterday with my wife and child at around 10:30 p.m. and I was extremely disappointed... Cheeseburger without cheese, the chili cheese sauce was probably a victim of cost-cutting measures and although I ordered an extra long chili cheese with extra cheese, there wasn't really any sauce on it. The chili cheese sauce with the fries was sour and made my tongue tingle, so it was bad. It's a shame to have to realize that Burger King is slowly adapting to McDonald's and is becoming noticeably worse. The entrance area was anything but nice or clean. There was rubbish lying around everywhere, and we don't even need to talk about the broken bin in front of this shop. For my part, I will prefer to eat at home in the future, because my money is too valuable for that. I can order pizza and have more of it. Too bad...

Were there on the way home at 9:30 p.m. Neither of us liked it. Staff doesn't understand German well. The taste has also deteriorated at B K. Then a lot of people "seeking protection" sit around there, bring her a 5-minute terrine and have their working people give them hot water in a paper cup and then eat it there. We won't stop there again. Sorry.😠🤷‍♂️

We ordered online and had it delivered. The delivery arrived on time within the specified time, and the food was tasty and warm (except for the fries, which were fine - but that is often an issue when delivering). Unfortunately I noticed that instead of the double burger I only received a plain king. I reported this and actually received a response the next day and a call from the branch with an apology and an offer to make amends - wow, I've never experienced that before. As with the order the day before, they even remembered to leave out the onions or sauce. So from my side: Top solution and great response, thank you for that! I can't say much about the on-site service, but If the other reviews are treated similarly to ours, then this store will definitely beat the competition. The burgers simply taste better here!

Service is extremely incompetent, with the sole exception of the blonde Eastern European lady. But why don't you have the plastic splash guard for the ice cream anymore? The paper splash guard is simply useless. So no more ice cream at BK! It would also be great if next time I got what I ordered and not some random thing that was just lying around in the display. I ordered, among other things, chilli cheese nuggets and a Big King, which turned into 2 Whopper Jr. and a chilli cheese burger..... -.-

Terminal hung up twice! Didn't get any help, staff wasn't very friendly. Fries lukewarm... Otherwise ok.

It took a really long time for the food we ordered to arrive and then it was finally ready. I noticed that it takes a particularly long time at this branch. because of fast food restaurant

ordered again and had it delivered! Everything was great, burgers were warm and great to eat. Even a double whopper was warm until it was eaten. Top!!!

SUCH A JUICE STORE!! We waited 45 minutes and then it was cold and not completely never come back here.

Juice shop wait 30 minutes for 3 burgers

Long wait for food. Unfriendly service. No co2 in the soft drinks, especially no information that it is like that and the statements what should I do. My children wanted to buy an ice cream but private conversations were more important than selling children an ice cream. Service providers should provide services, this was not done.

Oh man, we, 5 women, drove all the way to the Burger King in Kaufering. The meat wasn't even lukewarm. The fries were limp and rather cold. One of my daughters complained on the spot, but the staff wasn't interested. Conclusion: We definitely won't drive 30 km to Burgerking anymore. We spent almost €50 in vain.

Disappointing... Few customers in the store. My drive-thru order was processed relatively quickly, but unfortunately I realized when I got home that half of it had been forgotten. This restaurant cannot be reached by phone, so the only option would be to go there again, but I don't see that. Addendum: After several attempts to call Burger King, I was called back about 10 minutes later. The colleague noticed the error and noted it on a piece of paper and I can pick up a new menu completely free of charge on the same day or the following day. I have now improved the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars - the accommodating behavior should be "rewarded".

Well, the condition was friendly but stressed. The floor in front of the cash register was sticky, especially when I opened it. Toilets were clean. Food was good but the cheeseburger was a bit dry. But taste was good. Do I recommend Burger King? However, you can and are no worse off than McDonald.

Clean shop, manage to create burgers without onions. That's not the case everywhere. The speed of preparation was adequate for the volume. My son now has a burping Garfield figure from Kids Meal and no longer gives it away.

Food was catastrophically very bad, everything was dry and the fries were salty. Not recommendable. In my opinion one of the worst Burger King in the area.

Lame service and the burgers don't taste good.

Despite the empty restaurant, I had to wait until someone was willing to take my order. You could really see the person's friendliness and desire to work 😄 After ordering, everything went relatively quickly, but unfortunately one burger was prepared incorrectly. Instead of without cucumbers, then with cucumbers. Burger was freshly prepared, so there was a 50/50 chance that it would work 🙈😂. Is very sad! I used to love going to Burger King. But the one here in Landsberg is a thing in itself.

Unfriendly and completely overwhelmed staff. No greeting, poorly conducted sales pitch, neither a friendly word nor a smile. The profession of a system caterer is trampled on in this shop. Burgers were cold after almost 15 minutes of waiting, nuggets were rock hard, chili cheese fries were "prepared" from old fries that were already cold and soggy. I'm really speechless, a huge tragedy and an indictment for the Burger King chain.

Compared to the US, better ingredients for less money are amazing. I had to give it to the woman at the counter. She had a lot of customers and still had a smile on her face and not stressed out. SUPERWOMAN!

By far the worst BK I've ever been to! The toilets are dirty, one toilet overflowed. The food was cold, the people put it together sloppily (cheese was hanging on the roll). With the Coke, the pre mix was apparently almost empty and only tasted like water. Feedback wasn’t accepted either… too bad

Unfortunately, what could be expected was not fulfilled. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm (vegiburger) and had no meaning in terms of taste. Even though the restaurant was empty, the waiting time was a bit long. The ambience is cold and uncomfortable, you just stay here to grab something quick to eat. You can go, but you don't have to

The food we ordered was not tasty. And the outdoor area including the play area for children was very unkempt.

The men had it absolutely under control, even though the store was very full. Order arrived quickly and hot!! Very good!! It is rare in and around the area!!!

After waiting an hour I received a cold & incomplete delivery. Since the complaint that followed, I've been waiting for about 2 hours for the rest to be delivered to me.

It was full of rubbish and apparently the customers' trays in front of it hadn't been put away straight away

Ordered chicken nuggets and received no sauce. When I asked, I was told very unkindly that I hadn't said anything. I then ordered a burger with bun, meat, salad and sauce. Was wrong again. Chicken nuggets and burgers have probably been lying around for a long time. It was really disgusting. Give the store a GIANT berth!!!!

I ordered things to take home, 4 km away in Kaufering, not even after 3 hours because that's probably a cheek, you don't get an answer via email. Service looks different!!! Once never again!!!!

There are cashless payment options directly at the entrance where you can order digitally. You can also order and collect via app or Lieferando. Drive-in and parking spaces available. A bit hidden but can be found directly opposite McDoof. Super nice staff!

Service and food okay, although the decor is a bit dirty. The men's toilet is in a terrible condition. When I went in I immediately saw the extremely dirty floor and mirror and what looked like a urinal overflowing. While I was urinating, water dripped onto my head several times from a hole in the ceiling where a plate was missing. Instead of water there is only extremely loud air for the hands from a faucet-like thing. In addition, the entrance door to the toilets is hanging crooked and looks like it won't last long.

Nice employees, clean shop. Fresh burgers. The only thing that really needs to be changed is that EC card payments don't work regularly and that you have to give up your cell phone to collect digital payback points at the drive-thru.

Waiting time: There was a lot going on. The waiting time was ok. I still got an extra portion of fries because I apparently had to wait too long. Food: As expected, the food was of the usual Burger King quality - good. Restaurant: The tables were clean. All tray returns were full to the brim. When there was less going on, the staff cleaned up. Toilet: The condition of the men's toilet was really bad. To run away. The area in front of the urinal was completely wet. There were white spots in the right corner next to the far right urinal - it looked like mold. Mirror smeared, all surfaces dirty. I didn't want to touch anything and for the first time I had disinfectant really early.

Please also give people vegetarian burgers if they order them too. I ordered a purely veggi dish and got two burgers with meat. Do your work conscientiously, veggie burgers in brown paper and meat burgers in white paper. Can not be that hard.

Denkt man sich fährt man mal in den BK Drive. Erst ewig an der Sprechanlage gewartet und wollte dann für‘s Kind und mich jeweils 2 Cheeseburger. 2 Double & 2 Normale alle ohne Gurken war scheinbar zu viel für die äußerst kompetenten Mitarbeiter. Auf nem Parkplatz kontrolliert & daraufhin umgedreht. Hatte 2 Double mit Gurken bekommen. Die anderen 2 fehlten. Ein Double mit Gurken wurde durch einen Normalen ohne Gurken getauscht. Zuhause viel mir das ganze eben auf. 1x Double mit Gurken. 1x Normal ohne Gurken. Ein Fehler kann mal passieren, so aber nicht.

Alles frische 🍔 und Pommes schön knackig aber dünn, netter Service und der Preis stimmt auch

So pfurtztrockene harte Pommes hab ich in meinem Leben noch nie essen müssen! Wirklich furchtbar, frisch waren die definitiv nicht mehr. Eher reif für die Tonne. Burger war dafür ok aber Preisrthöhung für n ChilliCheese Burger definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt... Und das nach den erneut schlechten negativen Schlagzeilen... naja wenn se meinen dadurch Kunden zu behalten, sicher nicht richtig Strategie...

Leider zu wenig Personal und etwas unorganisiert. Man muss lange warten. Essen ist wie immer sehr lecker

War mal besser. Trotz das es leer war, waren alle Tische unsauber - nicht abgewischt (Brösel und Fettflecken). Die Burger waren ok. Die Pommes schmeckten abgestanden. Der Boden des Lokals war leicht klebrig. Alles in allem: Schade!

Essen gut , aber das WC hat schon länger keine Putzmittel gesehen.... Service,der Nationalität entsprechend, gelangweilt und nicht extra freundlich..

Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und nettes Personal.

Leider waren die Patties auf dem Burger so kalt, dass nicht mal der Käse schmelzen wollte. Die Onion Rings hatten die besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich und glichen eher verbrannten Panadenresten. Und mal wieder werden die Payback Punkte nicht gutgeschrieben.

Im Gegensatz zu McDonalds gefühlt immer leer. Essen schmeckt auch hier so wie überall bei BK. Nichts Besonderes, aber eben auch nicht besonders schlecht

5 Sterne nur wegen der super tollen Dame im Drive Through

Essen kalt obwohl es frisch gemacht wurde und der extra Bacon den ich bestellt habe war eiskalt und roh. Aber immer hin ging es schnell (waren 3 Kunden)

Also hab bis jetzt nur ganz selten innerhalb des Restaurants gegessen sondern meistens alles am Drive in geholt. Eigentlich bis jetzt auch immer bekommen was ich bestellt habe und die Pommes finde ich um Welten besser als beim Kollegen auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das einzig negative wäre das ich jedes mal auf meinem Long Chicken braunen Eisbergsalat hatte was mich ärgert und ich deshalb diesen Burger jetzt meide. Ansonsten finde gibt es nichts großartig auszusetzen außer das man mal etwas länger warten muss wenn der Drive in voll ist. Aber das ist beim goldenen M auch schon der Fall gewesen.

Das erste Mal seit Ewigkeiten, dass ich frisch zubereitete Zwiebelringe bekommen habe.

Von fast food kann man hier leider nicht wirklich sprechen. Allerdings hat man hier durch die "Just in time" Produktion des Gerichte immer relativ frisch gemachtes und warmes Essen. Wenn man also etwas mehr Zeit hat, ist es eher von Vorteil. Schön sind fast food ketten nie, dieser Burger King hat für die allgemeinen Verhältnisse jedoch ein recht gemütliches Erscheinungsbild.

Wir waren gestern Abend zum Abendessen mit den Kindern dort und positiv überrascht. Es war gut besucht und trotzdem sehr sauber, keine vollgestellten oder beschmutzen Tische. Eine Dame kam trotzdem noch mit einem Lappen um alles ordentlich für uns vorzubereiten, was mich persönlich sehr gefreut hat. Ist ja nicht selbstverständlich. Zumal wir mit Kindern auch oft Chaos hinterlassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Kinder wurden sofort bedient und bekamen ihr Spielzeug zum Essen ;-) und wir Eltern durften uns auch über ein frisches, heißes, Essen freuen. Was will man mehr… so konnten wir die Heimreise antreten. Danke Landsberg für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ist leider immer wieder recht enttäuschend. Essen OK Service ist echt schlecht bei den Bestellung wird die helfte vergessen und Mitarbeiter hängen lieber am Handy.

Berichte hin oder her. Das Personal in dem Laden ist sehr nett und die Burger etc. sind auch gut gemacht

Was zur Hölle wurde mit der Mayo gemacht? Die schmeckt Übelst sch..... wieso immer diese neuen Rezepturen .....die schmeckt wie die wandfarbe riecht pfui alles andere ok wie gehabt sind ja nicht in dachau 😉

Soweit zufrieden. Ich mag BK und seine Produkte .Würde allerdings andere Filiale bevorzugen , wenn es in erreichbarer Nähe eine gäbe... Die Dame mit dem schwarzen Kopftuch ist aber voll nett!!

Eine falsch herausgegebene crispy chicken hatte die Kassiererin Versucht mir nochmal herauszugeben. Wie eklig ist das denn? Der falsche Burger gehört in die Mülltonne.

Sehr lautes Ambiente. Und leider war die das für mich kein Fastfood.

Schneller und zuvorkommender Service. Hier bin ich immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen ist stets warm und lecker. Auch die pflanzlichen Produkte schmecken mir gut. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte sind die Toiletten, die aufgrund ihrer Verschmutzung unangenehm zu benutzen sind. Allerdings sind sie besser als die im gegenüberliegenden McDonald’s. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Obwohl dies nicht direkt Burger Kings Schuld ist, wäre es heutzutage angebracht. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zwar nur eine Straße entfernt und laut Fahrplan sollte auch ein Bus fahren, aber dieser ist nie aufgetaucht. Mir gefällt auch das Sitzen im Freien nicht. Im Gegensatz zum McDonald’s gibt es keinen Windschutz, wodurch alles wegfliegt und das wirklich schlecht ist. Trotzdem verdient der Laden durch seine Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung, der Digitalisierung, den netten Mitarbeitern und dem guten Essen vier Sterne.
