Unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. I'm disappointed for the second time. The food was nicely prepared, looked good on the plate, but doesn't promise what it looks like. The bun from the burger was cold and the promised crispy chicken was frozen and not even really warm. The fries weren't great either. They look great in the shell, but as I said, they don't promise what they look like. Something isn't right in the store. I think it's the chef. Conclusion: A nice little shop, friendly staff but the taste of the food still needs a lot of work.

It was pretty empty. The burgers (5 pieces) were all great. When we ordered, they took the time to explain everything to us. It was a super delicious meal. The preparation time was about 10 minutes. So everything was fine. Only recommended

The burgers are good. Some of the meat is still a little pink in the middle. Too pink for some. The curled fries were very flavorful and are highly recommended. The wedges fall behind in comparison. Waiting time almost 15 minutes. Ambience is modern and okay. Service friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. I would go again if I'm in the area and fancy a burger.

Very good burger has now become my favorite burger shop in Munich. The burgers here are very juicy and beautifully American! Unfortunately, I was always disappointed with the sauces that I ordered especially for the fries. The second time I ordered a salsa, it wasn't a sauce but came in tomato pieces and jalapenos. They still tasted good, but they weren't what I expected fulfilled. Last time I ordered a jalapenõ mayo and obviously got the lime mayo. I noticed it visually and tried it in front of the employee and said that it wasn't the hot mayo I had ordered, but I still didn't get the right one and was disappointed 😞 hope that changes in the future. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the shop because they are simply good burgers!

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Burger Brothers on Neumarkstrasse in Wuppertal and can highly recommend the burger joint. As soon as you enter, you notice how clean and tidy everything is - from the tables to the sanitary facilities. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. I would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. From reception to ordering you are always served with a smile, which makes your stay very pleasant. The food was also prepared extremely quickly without any compromise in quality. The burgers were simply outstanding: juicy meat, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was a delight! There is a wide selection, so there is something for every taste, whether you like it classic or more unusual. I can recommend Burger Brothers at Neumarktstrasse 20 in Wuppertal without reservation and am happy to give it 5 stars. Everything is just right here – quality, service and taste!

Can't understand the hype about this store!!! 3 burgers ordered today at 5.45 p.m., picked up at 6.15 p.m., 1 burger unfortunately vegetarian instead of real, 1 of 2 vegetarian burgers with a fake patty.. Tried to call 3-4 times in 10-15 minutes, no one answers the phone anymore! We drove there again, waited for minutes on site until we noticed that only an overwhelmed waitress was primarily delivering food! 1 burger was replaced, no compensation (burger, fries, etc.) was offered for the second visit! Conclusion: organize yourself better or do you no longer need it?!

We had the ribs here that were highly praised by haz and found them tasty, but not exceptional. In general, the portion could have been larger (we already had an extra strand). We also tried the chili con carne, which was also relatively standard. Here we were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of tortilla chips. Overall, I think the food is a bit too expensive.
