The Bulldog - City in Osnabrück

Basically the only point of criticism is that vegetarian burgers are excluded from a second patty on Mondays, which to be honest means I'm here less often these days😅

Unfortunately, I can't give any information about the food because my family and I, through skillful ignoring, weren't welcomed and therefore didn't get a table, even though there were still some available. I am pleased that your restaurant is so well attended and that no more new guests are needed.

Best store! Great burgers and stylish ambience. The staff is also top and very competent. Always happy to go to Bulldog!

Really a good place to go for a burger. The service was very friendly and often asked whether everything was still OK or whether something was still missing. Since we ate here on a Monday, there was a special offer that included a free patty on the burger. Together with the garlic fries, it was really a very good meal.

I have never seen the ridiculous and ugly behavior that I saw in this restaurant. Half of our food was still on the table when the waiter took it off the table and said that the kitchen wants to close, we are paying for this food that we ordered before the kitchen closed, but our dining time is quite personal, you Still selling drinks until two hours later so you could have waited, overall expensive food of average quality, very poor cocktail drinks, I won't be back

The spare ribs weren't great at all. 21 euros for that is cheeky. The burger was ok. If there was a snack bar it would be ok. You shouldn't call yourself a restaurant.

The burger was super tasty, and with the bulldog fries it was a big enough portion. 👍🤗 The service was extremely nice and attentive. 🙌 We were there on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the music was so loud that conversation was almost impossible, both inside and outside.

You just have to do it once. Ronny is a great guy and the food is simply great. Great service and the hiking trail from Tecklenburg to Osnabrück is a perfect distance of 20 km! A great evening!

I had the BBQ smoked cheeseburger and was very impressed with the taste. The cocktail was ok (tasted like they used a ready mix). Clear recommendation for burger fans.

Went to the location in Osnabrück for the first time today. I ordered the Pastrami Burger which was very generously topped and also looked good. Unfortunately, I assumed that the pastrami would be served warm. But the meat and the whole citizen were just as cold as my cola and thus destroyed the taste and enjoyment. When asked, it was said that it was always served cold. Maybe you should mention on the menu that the meat comes directly from the refrigerator compartment on the citizen and is therefore not a warm lunch meal for me.

I really liked everything, the dishes were served on time. The food was delicious.

I was at The Bulldog on Monday and it was a very tasty taste experience. The food was pretty tasty especially the garlic fries are really an insider tip. The aioili goes with it just perfectly. The BBQ pulled beef burger was a real taste explosion, the meat was very fresh and flavorful, but a little too dry for my taste. But the sauce compensated for it very well. The bun was so buttery soft and so fluffy. When you picked up the burger, your hand literally went into the burger. The service was really first class, the waitress was very hospitable and asked every now and then if we needed anything else. The ambience is very nice and the style also matches the food. Great need for repetition!

great location, great service and menus. I've never had such delicious burgers anywhere. Fresh beef (no ready-made patties) and great buns. MEGA! Only the music could be a little quieter but that doesn't affect my rating!

All in all, very cool and tasty burgers, but the cocktail my wife had was unfortunately quite small for the price, otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

We were there on Tuesday evening, Unfortunately it was only served indoors. The burger itself was delicious, only the bottom was a bit soggy, the drinks Cola/Fanta were made from concentrate and didn't taste at all like a real Fanta. last but not least, the tables and chairs were sticky and the music in the background was too loud. Food and service are very good. Unfortunately there is a lot to complain about. The tables and chairs stuck badly, the cola I ordered wasn't cola but rather water with syrup. It also tasted strongly of water. Unfortunately there is no service outside either. A pity.

Even if some consider the prices to be a bit “ambitious”, in addition to the good food, the cocktail menu is also individual and matches the price with quality. Great burgers! I just think the extra charge for the fries is a bit much.

The first toilet you see when the ladies come in was completely dirty and broken. That really spoiled the whole thing. This is actually very important to me. Otherwise it was super tasty and super nice! If I hadn't been in the toilet it would have been 5 stars. But 2/3 women's toilets were perfectly fine. We were there with a JGA with 13 people (and me). Worked great. Food was there at the same time, warm and tasty, drinks were there quickly and it tasted really good. Gladly again!

Simply a dream restaurant with incredibly good service and equally good burgers and cocktails! Perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening. I always love coming here for the food and drinks and the ambience as well as the staff and the clientele. You feel completely comfortable and are already looking forward to your next visit. :)

Nice modern atmosphere, very tasty burgers with an incredibly good patty. The meat is medium and tastes great. The whole burger plus the garlic fries are perfect. Nice staff and little waiting time make the shop highly recommended, even with a small child at the table. Always my pleasure!

Quite okay. But the price is too excessive. A few fries with a tablespoon of coleslaw and sauce poured over it for €10. There are no large drinks. Unfortunately, the cola in the Coca Cola glass of water was a Pepsi or Sinalco - not a Coca Cola. The burgers are very small, but taste good. There are no chicken burgers. The taste of the fries takes some getting used to.

Very tasty food. The lumberjack platter was juicy and very filling. The Greek chef did a very good job. If we go on a shopping tour in Osnabrück again, we will definitely stop at the Bulldog again.

We were there around the afternoon on the weekend because there wouldn't have been a table after 6 p.m. I'm very glad we did this. The burger and fries with chili cheese sauce were great. The lemonade with mint and ginger is a little tip from me. I had the Surf&Turf Burger, something I had never experienced before. But you can also treat yourself to the Mac'n Cheese Burger

In addition to the super charming reception, delicious food, great ambience, super friendly and courteous service, there has been a great playlist with the music every evening so far: from the beginning of the 80s to today, absolutely everything has been included, what the good food again improved ;-) I noticed absolutely nothing that needed to be improved. This is really rare. KEEP IT UP (! ! !)

For the price I expected much more, both in terms of taste and portions. It's not a bad burger by any stretch of the imagination, but I've had much better burgers for less money. And the portion of fries was just ridiculous for the price.

Clear recommendation: Jack the ribs. Such an awesome burger...

Attention: If you try to find the restaurant using Apple Maps, you will end up in front of the L&T market hall. Instead, you have to walk down the small alley next to it and after a short walk you will find the restaurant a little hidden. Great restaurant, super nice service and short waiting times for drinks and food. The meat for the burgers comes from a regional farm and butcher and everything is freshly prepared. So value for money is great. I only found the brioche bun to be quite cold, which could have been a little warmer. All in all, it didn't put a damper on the evening.

We (2 adults, 2 children) wanted to stop here for the evening. There were actually still tables available. Unfortunately we were sent away with the advice that everything was reserved. Reason enough for us to look for another location. Unfortunately, there were other words that expressed that we as a family are very unpopular guests and that he wouldn't have offered us a table anyway. Simply because we have two children with us and they can only be counted as one full-fledged person. Not as two. So he wouldn't earn enough. He would only be honest according to his statement. Price-performance absolutely flop. We were there on a Friday evening, there were a lot of tables occupied, but it wasn't completely overcrowded. We ordered two burgers and one fries. My burger had buffalo mozzarella on it, which is of course a little colder than the fried meat, but it was just as cold as the cheese. My companion's burger was different without any cold ingredients, but it wasn't even lukewarm. We spoke to the waitress, who briefly consulted with the kitchen. When she came back to us she said to us "This can't be cold." That was the end of her case. Very disappointing, not once to hear an apology or a price reduction. As the evening progressed we saw that many burgers were left on the counter for a long time before they were served, I think we weren't the only ones with cold food. Very poor performance for the price!

Ich hatte den "Isanbull"-Burger und das war der beste Burger, den ich jeh gegessen habe. Wahnsinn. Dazu den Coleslaw - top. Als Aktion gab's an dem Montag auch noch einen zweiten Patty gratis. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auf Zack. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Heerlijk gegeten met super vriendelijke bediening. Een absolute aanrader. De baileys colada is heerlijk.

Essen war lecker - knapp 20€ für ein Burger und Fritten ist etwas teuer ebenso die Getränke. Der Laden wird schon gut besucht - essen kam aber recht schnell. Kellner waren sehr nett.

Burger Und Service war erstklassig und der Preis war fair. Ist somit wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Das Restaurant "The Bulldog - City" in Osnabrück beeindruckte mich mit authentischer amerikanischer Atmosphäre, vielfältiger Burgerauswahl und exzellentem, frischem Fleisch. Die Pommes waren zwar außen knusprig, jedoch fehlte es ihnen innen an Saftigkeit und Frische. Die Cocktails waren solide, und der aufmerksame, freundliche Service rundete das Erlebnis ab.

Super cooler Laden vom Styling her und noch besser vom Service. Mega freundlich und am Gast. Echt top! Das Essen war gut! Ich hatte das BBQ Pulled Beef, was leider etwas trocken war aber geschmacklich gut. Der Instanbul Burger war super lecker. Die Poutine Original sind okay. Ich hätte dich aber lieber die Istanbul Poutine nehmen sollen. Der Negroni war auch gut gemixt. Ingesamt lohnt sich der Besuch im Bulldog‘

Schickes Ambiente direkt im L&T. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Burger sind wirklich lecker und die Knoblauch Fritten sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt gute Aktionsburger. Es wäre eine Überlegung wert, den einen oder anderen Aktionsburger auch in die Hauptkarte aufzunehmen.

Leider wurden wir nicht gefragt wie wir das Burger Fleisch haben wollten, leisder kam es blutig an. Ob wir Pommes dazu haben möchten, wurden wir leider auch nicht gefragt. Schade

Die Musik ist immer ein bisschen laut..... 😉

Wir haben für 5 Leute reserviert, wurden aber an einen Tisch für 4 Leute gesetzt. Wie auf dem Foto ersichtlich passte der Teller des Gastes vor Kopf nicht ganz auf den Tisch, und wir hatten bis auf eine Ausnahme nicht mal Pommes zu den Burgern, mit denen dann erheblich breitere Teller kommen. Wenn ich für 5 Leute reserviere und für 5 Leute zahle, erwarte ich auch, 5 Plätze zu bekommen und nicht an einen Vierertisch gequetscht zu werden, egal ob Samstag Abend oder nicht. Viel Kundschaft sollte nicht zu Lasten der anderen Kunden gehen. Burger sind unterer Durchschnitt.

Sehr leckere Burger und auch die Poutines sind zu empfehlen! Viele ausgefallene Variationen! Meine Istanbul Poutine mit Sucuk sowie der Chili Cheese Burger mit Bacon waren sehr gut! Glutenfreie Burger Buns gibt es hier auch!

Wir durften hier einen tollen Abend verbringen, das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Ambiente war klasse. Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin.

Sehr gemischte Gefühle. Wir waren einmal Montags gegen 17 Uhr dort. Da war der Service freundlich und aufmerksam, die Burger anständig. Daher wollten wir auch mal später wieder dorthin. Montags 22:10, am 02.10.23. Die Innenstadt war voll, auf der Webseite und der Eingangstür stand geöffnet bis 23 Uhr, aber das Personal hatte wohl andere Pläne und rief uns (fast schon hämisch) zu, dass geschlossen sei. Auf die Frage warum das nicht auf der Webseite gepostet werden könne (wir hatten vorher extra geschaut), gab es nur Schulterzucken, weiter (vermutlich hämisches) Grinsen und von der einzigen weiblichen Bedienung als Reaktion auf unser promptes Verlassen des Lokals einen empörten lauten Kommentar. Fazit: Besser vorher checken, ob es gewünscht ist dort sein Geld zu lassen. Und drauf achten, ob die Bedienung wirklich freundlich ist, oder nur so wirkt. Aufgrund der letzten Erfahrung leider keine echte Empfehlung (mehr).

War sehr lecker mein Pulled Pork - Burger.

Mit Abstand der beste Burger Laden weit und breit. Wer hier noch nie war, muss unbedingt mal vorbeikommen und diese Burger probieren. Egal ob das Brot, das Fleisch oder der Salat, es schmeckt alles super lecker. Die Bedienung ist auch super cool und locker drauf :) Preislich ist das für die Qualität und Menge fast "günstig"!

Richtig geile Burger. War erst skeptisch, aber der Come-on-Bert (Monatsspecial) hat mich dann doch richtig positiv überrascht. Warum hab ich vorher noch nie nen Burger mit Backcamembert und Preiselbeeren gegessen? Dazu entspannte Old-school Disco Mucke und gutes Ambiente.

Wir waren zu Besuch in Osnabrück und haben uns spontan für The Bulldog entschieden. Die Burger waren sehr gut, frisch zubereitet und sehr saftig. Die Kreationen haben uns überzeugt und der Service war sehr freundlich. Meine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Meine Meinung nach die besten Burger in Osnabrück. Die Qualität vom Fleisch ist top - es schmeckt gut und satt wird man auch.
