It's always annoying when you only want to treat yourself once a week, save up the calories and then be presented with a meal like the one in the shop here. Philly cheese steak was eaten. Unfortunately the bread tasted like it was from the day before. There was also clearly not enough meat and it tasted noticeably oversalted. I had already eaten here a few times and it was okay, but this time it was a complete failure. Too bad! If you charge so much money for a product, you should be able to deliver consistent quality and you have to be able to live with it if this is not the case and you are criticized.

I ordered with uber, the delivery person called me, I called back 1 minute later and no one answered, the website number wasn't available, I paid 48 euros and didn't get anything, you could also ask at reception at the hotel with your name..!! Thanks for nothing

Been there for the second time and it was 100% worth it:) If I'm ever in town, a visit is a must. Burgers 10/10 The boss is super nice Very nice atmosphere 👍

The burger's are so tasty! Meat is delicious! And the restaurant is very clean.

Super friendly service, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want.

The food is absolutely recommended. Here you can still feel that quality and taste are more important than the quick euro next door. All of this in a cool atmosphere. You can also pay by card here, which is modern these days and is not common in Espelkamp. It's also cool that something new comes out every few months. I think Burizza and now also cocktails are good and don't make it boring.

Update May 18, 2024: the restaurant is now closed. Friendly service, redeeming the NeoTaste voucher was easy.

"You can eat the burgers, but when you order over the phone and are given a time for pickup, which is then extended by another 10 minutes, it causes confusion. You think that when you order over the phone you are getting a full burger menu with drinks recorded, but that wasn't the case. The fries were cold, even though you had been there 10 minutes beforehand and were told it would take a while. It would have been helpful if it had been announced on the phone that card payments were not possible. This would have saved you having to travel halfway across town to the bank. There was also no mention of the fact that some of the drinks ordered over the phone were not available. The burgers were undercooked. After a few bites there was a strange raw meat taste and it was obvious that all the burgers were undercooked. The staff on site seemed disorganized. Additionally, if you paid with a 100 euro note, you were looked at disapprovingly because the machine couldn't give change. Despite understanding difficulties, it is unfortunate that the order only resulted in a waste of money and no proper enjoyment. For the money you could just as easily have gone to Burger King, where you are used to comparable service."

We ordered the Beefbusters food truck in Hamburg so that our... 70 guests are well looked after on Saturday evening. It was supposed to be one of the highlights of the evening and the booking and arrangements in advance were great so far. The Tuesday before we spoke on the phone and everything was agreed upon. Saturday afternoon, shortly after 12 p.m., we got a call saying the food truck couldn't come! Apparently left behind and there are no alternatives... Sorry, but with one there MUST be alternatives!! There was no accommodation, such as the goods could be delivered, they helped out with a normal grill, they now cover any additional costs or whatever. We were now faced with the big problem of feeding 70 (!) guests in the evening and only had a few hours left!!! Worst case! They just apologized and said 'maybe we can make it up to you at some point...' No. I certainly won't take this risk twice. An absolute no go and unprofessional. As a boss, I would do everything to get a replacement or solve it differently.

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and definitely recommended. However, the seating was very tight, which somewhat detracted from the dining experience. It felt like we were sitting like chickens on the curtain rod, very cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, it was incredibly loud, which contributed to a stressful atmosphere. What was particularly disappointing was that we had asked for a quiet corner when making the reservation, but were seated by the door instead. The door opened and closed every 3 seconds, ruining any hope of a relaxing meal. Overall, the food is definitely worth the visit, but I would recommend being prepared for the noise and cramped seating.

Super tasty burgers 🍔 the meat is fried juicy and only high quality ingredients! Very nice service too. I can only recommend it!
