Sehr gutes kleines Restaurant. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln! Die Pommes und die Dips dazu waren sehr lecker. Auch die Burger waren sehr saftig und voller Geschmack. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen!

Nach einem langen Tag in den Wipfeln um den Burgberg, sind wir hier zum späten Mittagessen eingekehrt. Die Mitarbeiter waren für jeden Spaß zu haben und haben uns bei der Bestellung geholfen. Auch Extrawünsche sind hier kein Problem. Erst saßen wir draußen, durften aber wegen der vielen Wespen ohne Probleme auch nach drinnen wechseln. Die Burger sind groß und schmecken auch richtig gut. Saftig, viel Soße und dazu knackige Pommes. Die Ofenkartoffel war mit einer echt leckeren Creme. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden es weiterempfehlen!

Sehr sauberes Restaurant. Es war weder zu voll, noch zu laut. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir wollten wegen einer Phobie lieber drinnen sitzen, was kein Problem war. Das Essen kam sehr schnell an und es ist auch nicht zu teuer. Die besten Ofenkartoffel und Soßen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Sagenhaft. Für 3 Personen Essen geordert. Sehr netter Service sehr gutes Essen. Durch herausforderndes Verhalten vom Kind dann Essen abgebrochen mit der bitte mehr als die Hälfte des übrigen Jäger Burgers und Pommes einzupacken, sowie den zerteilten Burger des Kindes. Zuhause angekommen - eine Rinde vom Jägerburger nachdem dort wirklich nur wenige Bissen gespeist wurden. Doppelt Schön !! Danke

Es war sehr lecker, die Bedienung sehr hilfsbereit und schnell, die Preise völlig in Ordnung. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

Die Burger aus lokalem Fleisch sind absolut Essenswert. Der Koch zaubert hier eine wunderschöne Abstimmung. Die Knoblauchsoße verhindert zwar den Kuss nach dem Date ist aber für beständige Paare und Einzelesser ein absolutes muss

Super Service. Der beste Bürger den ich je gegessen habe. Die Dressings zum Salat ,einfach der Wahnsinn.

Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet. Alle Gerichte die an mir vorbei kamen an andere Tische sahen zum anbeißen aus. Dann kam meins und es war sehr sehr lecker. Enchilada mit Schafskäse und Gemüse auf Salat überbacken mit Käse. Mein Partner hatte die Wild Curry Wurst mit Pommes und Salat. ...und ein kleines Töpfchen Preiselbeeren welches perfekt zu meinem Essen passte. Gerne wieder ☺️

Kinder-Burger und Pommes gut, Enchillada okay. An sich schöner Laden, aber akustisch schwierig… sehr laut und auch echt warm. Obwohl draußen gerade mal 24 Grad waren, war es innen unangenehm warm. Eine Bedienung sehr unter Stress, die andere draußen auch, aber sehr nett dabei. Wartezeit aufs Essen von über einer Stunde fand ich schwierig, alles in Allem werden wir vermutlich nicht noch mal hingehen.

Wir sind eher zufällig nach unserer Seilbahn-Tour auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen, als wir wieder unten im Tal angekommen sind. Das Essen war sehr lecker, alles frisch und geschmacklich top. Außerdem war das Restaurant sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Für uns definitiv eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Essen: Regionalisierte Burger und mehr, sehr schmackhaft. Pluspunkt: Neben Standardgetränken auch bspw. zwei Altenauer Biere. Ganz großer Pluspunkt: Eine Kellnerin hat sich trotz vollen Hauses viel Zeit für 4 Grundschulkinder genommen, die aus Platzgründen nicht neben den Eltern sitzen konnten, und hat ihnen alles toll erklärt. Das erfreut das Pädagogenherz!

Es war sehr lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Beim nächsten Besuch in Bad Harzburg sind wir bestimmt wieder da. Küche nur bis ca 1 Stunde vor Schließzeit.

Wir hatten einen fleischigen Burger, der sehr gut war und einen veganen Burger der auch richtig lecker war. Auch die Pommes und vor allem die geringelten Pommes waren super. Der Service war richtig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung absolut top und das Essen war schnell am Tisch. Absolute Empfehlung.

Unglaublich nette Leute und so sagenhaft gutes Essen. Unsere persönliche Empfehlung: den Wiesenwichtel oder den Teufelsbraten. So unglaublich gut. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. 😊

Haben das Restaurant am Ostermontag zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr besucht. Es war mäßig voll, das Essen kam überraschend schnell 🕐. Die Bedienung war freundlich😊. Waren vom Essen und dem Restaurant sehr begeistert. Die Burger waren super gewürzt, die Soßen dazu lecker. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gebracht, auch die Schärfe des Bürgers absolut angemessen. 🍔 Die Pommes waren knusprig und wohl gewürzt. 👍🏻 Es gibt im direkten Umfeld Parkplätze, sowie mehrere Möglichkeiten mit 5 Minuten zufuss. Werden bei der nächsten Motorradtour, Kletterbesuch oder Wanderung definitiv wieder vorbei schauen. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ein sehr gemütlicher Burgerladen. Nette und freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen. Und ja 15- 20 Euro für nen Burger ist nicht gerade billig.Aber es lohnt sich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Ach natürlich gibt es auch lecker Pommes zu dem Burger. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren gestern Abend spontan (mit kurzfristiger Reservierung vorab) hier zum Essen und sind absolut begeistert-vielen Dank dafür. Tolles Ambiente, das Essen wahnsinnig lecker und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir werden wiederkommen sobald wir wieder in der Nähe sind.

Sagenhaft Restaurant & Café in Bad Harzburg ausprobiert – und der Name ist Programm. Der Burger war richtig stark: saftig, perfekt gebraten und ordentlich belegt. Dazu knusprige Pommes, genau wie sie sein sollen. Service freundlich und entspannt, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Fazit: Alles super, alles lecker – komme definitiv wieder.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit erstklassigem Service und richtig gutem Essen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Burger "Der Obersteiger" – das Patty vom Harzer Höhenvieh ist qualitativ top und geschmacklich sehr lecker.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Bürger sind sehr gut. Kann ich wirkliche empfehlen. Wir sind als Familie aus Hamburg dort gewesen um die Baumachwebebahn zu besuchen. Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Bürger waren lecker gewesen. Sehr saftig. Aber irgendwie waren sie langweilig da hat mir dieses besondere etwas gefehlt. Klingt vllt bescheuert aber da hatte man woanders beim rein beißen einen Boar wie geil Effekt. Aber trotzdem 5 Sterne.

Diverse Burger und Pommes, auch vegetarisch oder vegan möglich. Große Portionen. Bedienung nett, generell familienfreundliches Restaurant. Das ganze Restaurant riecht durch die halb-offene Küche sehr stark nach Fritteuse und die Besucher danach auch. Nichts wirklich herausragendes, aber man wird auf jeden Fall satt.

Toller Laden, super leckeres Essen und hervorragender Service. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich nett. Wir würden immer wieder dort essen gehen!

The burgers 🍔 taste amazing, and the sauces for the sides are varied and also very tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. Special requests were easily accommodated. The ambiance could be improved... Top location for eating burgers 🍔!!

They have a very cute, fairytale-themed menu, which I really liked! The food was okay, a bit too salty. The atmosphere is also nice, with light Christmas decorations – quite pleasant.

We stopped here on a whim. The burgers were excellent. The price-performance ratio is fantastic, even though it's right in the middle of a tourist hotspot. All the staff were super friendly. We'll be back! 🙌 I'm deducting one star for the ambiance because: when the cable car next door is open and you get a window seat, you feel like you're in a zoo. So, plan to go in the late afternoon :-)

I'm really sorry, the burgers didn't taste good for that price. It was a disappointing experience. The food tasted like nothing. Only the sweet potato fries were good. The service wasn't the best either. Best regards.

We spontaneously decided to eat here during our short vacation. We ordered the wild boar currywurst and a burger, both with sweet potato fries. The dishes were prepared quickly and were very tasty. The burger was fresh and not mass-produced. The wild boar currywurst was also delicious. The homemade sauces deserve special mention. All in all, good; we'd gladly come back for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the location right next to the cable car makes it somewhat unpleasant at times. There's a lot of traffic... people coming in and asking questions about the cable car that have nothing to do with the restaurant. Given the size of the restaurant, we found this a bit bothersome. But the owners can't be held responsible for that. We'll gladly stop by again on our next visit to the Harz Mountains for the well-prepared food.

After a long but strenuous day of hiking, we stopped here for a meal. The welcome was friendly, and we quickly found seats in the small restaurant. The burgers and the house sauce were fantastic. Absolutely delicious. The local beer is also highly recommended. We can definitely recommend this place. We visit the Harz Mountains regularly and will definitely be back.

Nicely rustic decor in "Harz style", amusing names for the dishes, friendly and attentive service, food prepared in the open kitchen, fries are very tasty, my burger unfortunately wasn't to my liking – the bread was too dry and the Harz mountain beef was very tough and dry, currywurst was tasty, drinks nice and cold

Excellent service! We received a very warm welcome and were served very warmly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, the wild boar curry sausage was fantastic. It was beautifully served and presented. It's worth the price, and the portions are generous. Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back.

We spontaneously decided to visit the treetop walk today and then had something to eat here afterwards. I had the "Wild Hunter" burger meal and my wife had the "Rolling Hen" (a kind of warm wrap). Both were delicious. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. It wasn't spicy at all, by the way. One more tip: You don't have to pay to use the public restroom next door. Just ask the waiter, and he'll give you a QR code.

A very, very nice atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and attentive without being pushy at all. The food is fantastic, with great creations of burgers, fries, and more. As someone with limited mobility, I'm sitting here waiting for my family to visit the treetop walkway, and I feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely deserved 5 stars!! The food was not only beautifully presented, but also incredibly delicious. I had a downy feast, and even the hot chocolate was made with milk, so it was delicious. My son's fries and baked potato were also just right. The service deserves special mention: not just attentive, but also genuinely thoughtful and thoughtful! My son was so excited that he hardly wanted to eat, and the staff noticed that my bag was a little different, so they immediately offered to wrap the food in a vertical container so I could carry it more easily. Super friendly and accommodating!

A beautiful restaurant, a fantastic atmosphere, and the burgers are simply delicious. We were lucky and managed to get a seat for two without a reservation. However, I recommend making a reservation in advance.

It was incredibly delicious, the service was very friendly. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. However, the restaurant is relatively small, so you have to be a bit lucky to get a seat. At least some people had to wait until we were seated during the holiday season. But whoever gets a spot will remember it. 👌

A true highlight in Braunlage – fabulous is the perfect word! We visited the Sagenhaft Restaurant & Café with our family and were completely thrilled. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish at the same time – lovingly decorated with a touch of fairytale magic, without seeming kitschy. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming with our young child. The food? Simply fabulous! Fresh, creative, and with a regional touch. The burgers are especially recommended. The vegetarian options are also well-thought-out and delicious. The cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable, ideal for a relaxing break with the family. The value for money is absolutely spot on – here you get quality and an atmosphere that will stay with you forever. We will definitely be back and recommend the Sagenhaft to anyone who appreciates good food, friendly service, and a special ambiance.

...a lot of fuss about rather average food. Better than the well-known fast-food chains... but miles away from "fabulous."

For us, a few things weren't right. We stood for five minutes in front of the sign, "You will be assigned a seat," which isn't acceptable to us. In a restaurant where burgers are the main menu item, I expect homemade burger buns; there was no Coca-Cola or Pepsi either. And for a regular burger with bacon and fries, €17, we don't think it's worth repeating.

The burgers here are truly delicious, hand-made, and not run-of-the-mill fast food! Attentive service, quick service, and the food was all fresh and of excellent quality. Even with a dog, it's absolutely no problem! For my taste, the drinks selection could offer something special beyond the standard soft drinks and bottled beer to perfect the overall experience, but that's just nitpicking at the highest level. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Bad Harzburg.

The four of us waited for five minutes at the sign "Please wait, we'll show you to your seat." During that time, waiters walked past us seven times without even looking at us. About a quarter of the seats were empty, and we could have easily fit in. If you don't want to wait, you've already...

Very friendly staff and good food. The only thing I personally didn't like was the open kitchen, as we ate relatively close to it. My clothes smelled strongly of the food. But that's my personal problem.

I dropped in spontaneously and found a free seat. The menu offers delicious dishes as well as something to read and laugh at. The food was delicious, and the service was spot on with their sauce recommendations. Definitely recommended.

Stopped here for refreshments after the treetop park. The names of the dishes are unusual and make you smile. Very delicious and lovingly prepared and served. The wait can be made more pleasant by reading the stories on the menu.

We enjoyed the food there... some things, like the sauces, are a bit different, but worth to try for sure... the service is friendly and fast and this place has a little terrace outside with a nice view at a mountain, that makes you feel relaxed...

I have to say, I've rarely eaten such a delicious burger. We had the Krodoburger and were thoroughly satisfied. Highly recommended.
