The burgers and out of this world in an incredibly unique way, I have been to so many burger places and a lot of them are good in very similar ways but Henriette is its own thing, don't be scared that the menu looks a bit weird at first glance they know what they are doing. The fries are not only perfectly textured but also incredibly flavorful and that's even without their incredible variety of sauces. I was practically screaming with euphoria with every bite. GO! THERE! NOW!

Super individual burger bar furnished with attention to detail. The style extends from the kitchen tiles to the furniture to the layout of the menu (unfortunately only digital), the service is super authentic and there is a great atmosphere.

The staff is really friendly and the food is great. I also liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. Absolutely recommended.

Homemade burger shop in the middle of Jungbusch. Very tasty, plenty of choice and plenty of food on the plate. Service that day was a bit irradiated but still attentive and friendly. We would do it again.

This store is absolutely disgraceful. I received my burger without cutlery and napkin. Not bad at first. When I went to get cutlery, I was told very unkindly that there would be no clean items. I wasn't offered one either. I also didn't receive a napkin. The employees felt so attacked because of this that they were very aggressive towards me, so I pulled the rope and then simply left the store. Unfortunately, I've never experienced anything like that and can absolutely not recommend this store. The burger also arrived lukewarm. Anyone who has a lot of time on Saturday evening is welcome to go there and anyone who also wants to eat with their hands. Unfortunately, service was very poor because the good woman was unfortunately overwhelmed by the number of guests.

The best burger I've had so far in Germany. The fries are very good too. There is variety and very often there are good burgers of the month. They are not cheap. Approximately €15 without fries but they are worth it! I've been there more or less 10 times and it never disappoints.

I recently had the juiciest burger in Mannheim, and I have to say, the second picture speaks for itself. The chef definitely put their whole pu$$y into this burger cuz the beef was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, juicy and full of flavor. What set this burger apart was the addition of creamy Camembert cheese and sweet, juicy pear, which complemented the savory caramelized onions beautifully. The crispy potatoes on the side were delightful , and the homemade basil mayo sauce was simply incredible. The bun was super fluffy and delicious as well🍔 10/10 @thehungrylizzard

We were there on a Saturday evening and it was really crowded. Unfortunately, we had reserved and had to wait a while until our table was free. Despite the long waiting time because there was only one person working in the service, we had delicious food and the waitress was more than helpful and super friendly even though she completely left the outside area alone! Hats off!

Restaurants that literally rip off their customers generally only get one star from me. Even if, as in this case, the food is pretty good. 6 EUR (7 EUR on delivery) for a portion of fries is exactly that: a rip-off. No matter how homemade the fries are and how high the quality of the potatoes are, nothing can justify this price. Greetings from someone who likes to spend a lot of money on good food, but feels really ripped off here.

My absolute favorite burger shop in the region for 5 years. Freshly minced meat, which means you can also order the burger medium rare, is particularly important to me. High-quality ingredients, creative, always exciting & super tasty monthly burgers and mega crispy fries and delicious homemade sauces! Simply great!

The burger 🍔 was okay so far, but the patty was too small for the large burger bun. The service was good, the atmosphere in the Jungbusch in Mannheim is not that exciting. Finding a parking space there is an absolute disaster.

We had a very nice evening there, the atmosphere with the comfortable furniture and real candlelight is great and the burgers are really sensational :) you can tell the good ingredients! Last but not least, super nice service.

Have definitely been here 5-6 times, the best burgers in Mannheim in a great living room atmosphere! The burgers of the month are always very creative and delicious. The selection is small, which speaks for the quality of the products. From the bun to the perfectly medium fried burger to the homemade sauces – top! Reasonably priced. Great, nice service. The burgers are very tasty! If you don't mind eating among screaming children, bulky waste and drunks, you'll really get your money's worth here. The price-performance ratio is great. The ambience in the store itself is also good.

The burger was good. The service basically non-existent. You have to wait 20 minutes to someone notices you, then order and wait 20 more minutes so your food arrives. Wait another 20 minutes to someone notices you again and you order another drink but it never comes! and finally wait another 20 minutes for someone to come and you can pay. If you are hungry and want to eat something fast, this is not the place! The atmosphere is ok, the shop itself is good, but the aread is very loud. Impossible to relax.

Mega delicious and great combinations

Had the lumberjack with fries, was there for the first time, service good, staff friendly and helpful, gave good advice, The Buger,,Lumberjack,, medium, juicy, good, I can't say more than that, the way I want a burger, fries were also good, especially the ketchup chilli sauce?...can't remember exactly😅🤦‍♂️but it was very spicy and... had a pleasant spiciness👍👀 delicious everything overall☝️👀😊

Very good food, very nice place but very rude Service

We've been at the Jungbusch Burger Bar Henriette for 7 years, and we've also had delivery with Lieferando for 2 weeks.

Really great food, had ordered several times during the pandemic & this time enjoyed the atmosphere and the good food outside in a large group.

I recently went there for the first time after it was recommended to me several times. The burger at €16 (without side dish) is expensive but I have to say... It's worth it. This was one of the best citizens I've eaten in a long time. The fries are also well seasoned and they not only have standard sauce but also something like basil or chili mayo. The store is too expensive for a regular visit, but every now and then when you're out with your girlfriend, it's a valid option

One of the best burgers I've ever tasted

First we sat outside and nothing happened for about 10 to 15 minutes (the waitress saw us outside). After a seat became available inside, we sat down and waited another 10 minutes or so. Then we were told that the table was reserved (there was no sign on the table), but it was big enough for us. Then we waited another 10 minutes until we were allowed to order. We then waited at least another 25 minutes for our food. Everything was very slow and there was only one waitress in the restaurant, who seemed a bit stressed but was friendly. I personally thought the dips (basil and harissa) were delicious, as were the chips, which looked/are really homemade. The burger (Ziegenpeter Veggie) itself did not convince me. It was okay, but I would not go there again for it. My colleague had the standard burger (beef patty), but it was only half done. The place is okay, but I personally don't understand the high rating.

Food was good, service was attentive and friendly, atmosphere was nice - just a bit loud for my taste. Reservation required I would say. Parking is difficult, but it was possible in the H6 underground car park - and you could walk there in 7 minutes.

You always have a great time here. The food is really incredibly tasty and you can really taste the good quality of the individual ingredients, whether the burger buns or the patties, everything is super delicious. In addition to the food, which alone justifies a visit, all the employees are always super friendly and accommodating. In addition, there is a wonderful ambience and the evening is already destined to be beautiful.

Great small, manageable restaurant. The burgers, fries, coleslaw and dips were of outstanding quality! The service was quite quick, and our burgers and side dishes (for 6 people) all came at the same time, which is a huge plus. I just have a small suggestion for improvement: Personally, I miss the selection of alcoholic cocktails. Would be a nice addition to the really good food. I'd love to come back ✌🏽

Für mich der mit Abstand beste Burger in Mannheim! Nachtrag: Es ist und bleibt der beste Burger für mich. Ich hoffe nur, dass der Service auch bald wieder besser wird.

Kultiger Burgerladen, kleiner Speiseraum, Essen mega gut 👍, Schnelligkeit auch in Ordnung, Getränke auch top, Bedienung hat öfter was vergessen, wurde aber nachgeliefert.

Die Burger hier sind wirklich der Wahnsinn! Geschmacklich sehr gut(!) und von hoher Qualität! Die Preise sind etwas teurer aber das ist auch gerechtfertigt für die Qualität. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Burgern aber man wird auch anderweitig fündig, wenn man eher z.B auf Currywurst steht. Der Service könnte ein wenig freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. Man sollte hier definitiv vorher reservieren.

Gehobene Preise, aber mehr als gerechtfertigt. Tolles Personal und sehr gute Küche

Tolle Leute, tolles Essen, toller Abend. Ein Muss für alle Burger Freaks......einfach lecker 😋.

Abgesehen von dem bezückenden Ambiente kann die Burger-Bar auch mit Ihrem unglaublichen Essen punkten. Burger perfekt durch, Pommes tiptop mit zwei Soßen serviert und all das zu einem fairen Preis. In Mannheim von nun an mein Lieblings Burger Laden (leider gibt es Wittkoop nicht mehr:( ) 10/10 recommendation

elementar und aufs Wesentliche fokussiert: das Ambiente ist relativ schlicht, aber die Burger und Fritten aus hochwertigen lokalen Zutaten sind von einer hervorragenden geschmacklichen Qualität, an der sich kaum etwas verbessern lässt. Hier werden auch sehr hohe Ansprüche zufrieden gestellt.

Habe hier einen tollen vegetarischen Burger gegessen! Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerade im Sommer wenn der Jungbusch abends seinen wiedererkennbaren Vibe entwickelt, ist ein Abendessen hier eine gute Wahl!

Ich bin immerwieder gerne hier. Die Burger sind super und das Ambiente passt. Das Essen war frisch und schön angerichtet. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind dort natürlich etwas schwierig, aber in der Gegend ja leider normal.

Ziegenpeter war mega lecker. Die hausgemachten Dips waren krank geil. Generell waren die Pommes in Ordnung, leider waren sie an dem Tag gar nicht knusprig. Mein Kollege verriet mir allerdings, dass es letztes mal anders gewesen sei. Also vermutlich einen schlechten Tag erwischt was die Pommes angeht. 😊

Geschmacklich 1A Genauso wie schnelligkeit und freindlichkeit des Service.

Die Burger sind extrem lecker! Auf den Punkt gegrillt, alles passt. Die Fritten und die Dips dazu - sehr fein. Das Ambiente hat was, hip und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Und man kann in die Küche sehen, wie die Burger gegrillt werden. Leider war der Service bei unserem letzten Besuch sehr sehr langsam, mussten lange auf essen und bezahlen warten, zu einer zweiten Runde Getränke kam’s leider nicht, da wir nichts mehr bestellen konnten, keiner kam. Immerhin kam das bestellte Essen gleichzeitig bei allen. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!

Leckere Burger und freundlicher Service

Es war alles einfach nur mega, die Burger, die Getränke, das Ambiente vor dem Lokal draussen auf der Strasse, der Service und logo auch die Begleitung. Wir waren am 17.08.23 / 18h00 zu 5 in Henriettes Burger Bar essen, drei von uns Ü55 - und wir waren alle angetan von der Frische, den Beilagen und den Burgern selbst. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Riesen der Burger Branche, die können sich alle hinten anstellen, nicht nur in der Qualität und Frische sondern auch was den Sättigungsgrad angeht. Es bleibt wirklich zu hoffen, dass die Qualität in Speis & Trank als auch Service bestehen bleibt. Wir jedenfalls kommen sicher wieder.

Gute Zutaten, allerdings hat es mir leider nicht geschmeckt. Pommes leider zu salzig.

Die burger schmecken fantastisch. Gilt zu recht als einer der besten burgerläden Mannheims. Super Bierauswahl auch noch. Man sitzt drin und draussen typisch Jungbusch.

super leckere Burger, bis auf die Buns, die fand ich nicht so prickelnd. Das ist aber Geschmackssache. Neue Ideen, leckere Soßen und gutes Fleisch.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Burger Bar und waren sehr positiv angetan. Sehr leckeres Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Einrichtung ist komplett Vintage und sehr urig. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war der Service der eher wortkarg daherkam. Dies wurde durch das leckere Essen aber wieder wett gemacht.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und saßen draußen. Die Kellnerin war freundlich. Wir haben einen Aperol Spritz getrunken, der geschmeckt hat.

Wir waren mehr zufällig als geplant hier als JGA Gruppe und entsprechend schon etwas angetrunken. Alle waren entspannt und gut gelaunt. Essen war super lecker, Bedienung war fix, was will man mehr.

Was soll man sagen? Seh leckeres Essen, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Dazu ein stilvolles Ambiente - nicht im Sinne von vornehm, aber in sich stimmig. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend hier verbracht

This Burger Joint is located in a funky pocket of Mannheim. We were greeted with smiles and then delighted with super delicious hamburgers. The children shared two bratwurst and they also didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend.

Alle Burger (4 Stück) kamen in den gewünschten Garstufen 👍🏽😋Die Fritten und Saucen sowie der Krautsalat sind auch sehr zu empfehlen!!! Auch die Pfälzerschorle, lecker 😜

Leider haben sie den Burger mit Avocado „Damengedeck“ runtergenommen. Der Käse, den sie seit neusten benutzen (Heumilchkäse) stinkt und schmeckt fürchterlich. So schmeckt nicht mal mehr der Cheeseburger („Ohne Schnick Schnack mit Käse“). Meine Hände stinken selbst nach mehrerem Händewaschen. Bitte wieder den alten normalen Käse nehmen. Die Pommes Portion ist sehr wenig dafür aber umso teurer. Vorher war es der beste Burgerladen in Mannheim.
