If you want to eat on site, there isn't much room for many people as the room isn't exactly big, but the food is surprisingly well made and it tastes very good too. The service is also nice and pretty quick.

We ordered two Caesar salads and were shocked when they were served without chicken. For the original price of €9.99 per salad, we would have expected more - that's pretty expensive for a simple salad. Luckily there was a discount to €5.99, but still disappointing. Had we known the chicken was missing, we would have ordered something else. Not what we expected! But the chicken burger was very tasty!

We had them delivered. Hamburgers are really good, but the salad is always old and rotten. You really have to take it down!

Advertised opening offer (€5) not available in Heidelberg. More expensive locally. Customer fooling. As a matter of principle, I won't go there again. There are enough burger alternatives in Heidelberg. I no longer trust anyone who communicates incorrectly at the opening and lures customers with a supposed offer and then doesn't stick to it. Sorry, but not sorry

The fries weren't that great, they tasted like old fries. The burgers were ok, one was missing cheese even though it was ordered separately. If you're hungry, you can order there, but if you value quality food, I would get burgers somewhere else.

The food is delicious, but it's all the more stupid that they unfortunately can't manage to block their order page when it's closed. Status could be tracked: order received, payment accepted, food being prepared. After 1.5 hours we asked and we were told that Mannheim was closed and no one was preparing anything. But what's even more annoying is what happens afterwards: After several calls to the complaint hotline and as of today 8 days later, we still don't have our money back. No email with any information and 3 out of 4 calls are from people who tell me: "Yes, I can't say anything about that right now, I have no idea who is handling it." Really bad!

Great food and very polite staff

The food is always delicious and there are also cool discount offers. Ordered there so many times and everything was always perfect. Once we ordered and fries were forgotten and the burgers were wrong (I assume an order was simply mixed up) which can always happen. I called them and it wasn't a problem at all, they apologized and we were allowed to keep the two burgers and received our order quickly and correctly :)

Unfortunately we probably won't be ordering here again. We ordered the Big Angus Special, so 2x burgers, 2x fries & 2x finger food. Burgers & finger food very tasty. Unfortunately the fries were forgotten. After calling the hotline (unfortunately you can't call the branch directly!) we were promised that there would be a subsequent delivery. Waited another 40 minutes... nothing came. Called them again, we were told that nothing had been stored in the system and that they would issue us a voucher. It came now too, but it will definitely no longer be redeemed. What a shame!!

For the umpteenth time, I forgot things for the citizen, got a replacement, but it was also incomplete... I was offered another delivery, but I think waiting 2.5 hours for a menu until you have everything together is too much. And they also tried to offend me with a €3 voucher that I never received (it was from a previous order) even if the people are good, I won't eat there anymore

We have now ordered here twice via Lieferando. The delivery comes quickly, the food is still almost hot and super tasty. I absolutely can't complain.

I'm usually not like that and before I say or write something negative I usually prefer not to say anything at all, but I really have to criticize it in writing because I actually really like the burgers. Something is forgotten in almost 3/4 of all orders. That's not so bad if it's just sauce or onions, but if people forget the second burger patty so often at Bigangus Steakhouse, then the fun is honestly over. The order today is the absolute highlight in which everything was forgotten about extra orders. Everything. The burgers are the only good thing about this place but they don't do you any good when everything else is just endlessly frustrating. If someone really wants to do this, then please expect that something will be missing or delivered incorrectly.

We ordered online through Uber Eats. Food took much longer to arrive than stated. Unfortunately the food was almost cold and the fries were so rubbery that you couldn't eat them. The burger is nothing like it is on the website. Unfortunately poor quality and not recommended!!

Here the food is prepared behind the counter with bare hands and no gloves... totally unhygienic!

I ordered from Uber Eats to receive delivery from here. The fries were missing when we asked the supplier they said. I should please complain by phone, I tried and it turned out to be a hotline. They couldn't help me there either. Is the supplier not able to check the order on his receipt and check that it is complete? You can eat the burger, but it's not worth €9.60. Thanks and no, I won't order again.

I'm a regular customer, last order last Friday. I wanted to order again today and found out that my address was suddenly no longer being delivered. This is a bottomless impudence! Zero points for this arrogance!

This was my second time here and I'm still not sure what to think about it. The burgers are nothing special, the patties probably aren't homemade, and the prices aren't worth it. But you can get Fritz Cola and Co. here for the price of syrup & tap water elsewhere.

Real juice shop. You order a vegan burger and they put bacon in it. This logic alone is stupid and pointless. The fact that customer service agrees with me and doesn't do anything about it leaves a lot to be said about this. Never again.

We ordered a vegan burger but got bacon on it and of course the purpose is no longer visible so the employees apparently don't have a normal human mind and when I called they said that they couldn't make me a new citizen even though I would give my bacon citizen back (not bitten, etc.)

I have already ordered from here several times during the 2 for 1 promotion and in this context it is really worth it. However, I can't recommend it otherwise as there were often errors when ordering. For €9.50 I expect at least a side dish or a higher quality one with my burger. But again, during the 2-for-1 promotion, it's a good option. The Angus burgers actually appear to be made from Angus beef. At least that's what the distinctive taste suggests. Burgers themselves are tasty, but always completely cooked, not for people with preferred cooking levels. Use with caution for people with allergies/intolerance. Since I don't have one myself, the errors when ordering never bothered me.

Now my favorite burger shop! Mc and Co. can get involved. The delivery service Uber often offers two for the price of one. 5 thumbs up!

Just a headache with loading. I've had really bad experiences several times - now I'm giving up. The picture needs no explanation. The broken Coke was in the second bag.

I've never been there before, so unfortunately I can't judge the ambience. I also know other burger shops in Mannheim, but BurgerMe is simply unbeatable when it comes to price-performance. I prefer to eat the Angus patties and the fries arrive crispy. Always happy to order there. Even if something goes wrong, the staff on the phone is incredibly accommodating! I've never experienced anything like that. I really don't mean that to be sarcastic, I mean it completely seriously.

I always get their 2 for 1 burger and they are usually very good. Besides you just pay for 1 and get 2 freaking burgers, what else you want as long as it tastes good.

Disastrous employees!! The kitchen door was open so we went in from there because we didn't know it was the kitchen. We were shouted at if we couldn't see the main entrance! On both doors it said Burgerme THE EMPLOYEES DON'T WANT TO WORK!

We often order from Burgerme and have always been satisfied. Fast delivery, always complete, very tasty burgers and crispy fries. There are always offers that change monthly.

We were delivered a fake burger with meat, which as vegetarians we of course don't eat. We wanted to call them directly, but no one was available. In the end we didn't get the money back, even though nobody ate the burger. They've made the complaint process so cumbersome because they're probably counting on consumers giving up. A €3 voucher, which we will never redeem, was the answer to everything after written communication. We paid a lot of money for a menu without a burger.

I order food here almost every week and so far I've never been disappointed with the service. Everything always went right and the delivery times were always adhered to. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not always the same. Sometimes, for example, the sweet potato fries are wonderful and then other times I get almost black fries that are completely soggy. The burgers, on the other hand, are always top!

Ordered on time, but unfortunately a disaster for the price! In terms of taste, all the burgers we ordered were well below the golden seagull...

Auf ubereats kann man keine liefernotiz da lassen rufe da an weil ich gerne ohne bacon bestellen wollte und ich bin 15 min an der leitung und rede mit verschiedenen Arbeitern die gar kein einfluss haben und das Restaurant nicht erreichen können. Mittlerweile wirds natürlich mit Bacon zubereitet und geliefert. So frech. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück! Ich konnte es nicht mal essen

Essen kam pünktlich. Schneller Service. Leider nur zwei ⭐️ Sterne, bei dem Burger haben die extras gefehlt (es war nur Guacamole zusätzlich ausgewählt). Ich habe Süßkartoffeln bestellt, diese waren leider auch super verbrannt. Bei vorherigen Lieferungen hatte ich keine Probleme aber dieses mal leider ein Flop. Schade, dafür vom Preisleistungsverhältnis mir zu teuer…ich überlege mir jetzt zweimal ob ich erneut dort bestelle.

Ich bestelle hier schon seit 2 Jahren immer das gleiche. Der Preis war schon immer recht hoch für das Produkt, aber es ging immer sehr schnell und sonst war ich immer zufrieden. In den letzten 3 Bestellungen wurden immer wieder Sachen vergessen wie Soßen und Getränke für die ich gezahlt habe, und auch die Chicken Nuggets Portion für die man über 6 € bezahlt ist extrem mickrig ausgefallen. Ich frage mich warum man bei den vielen Rezensionen mit dem gleichen Problem von nicht gelieferten Sachen nicht endlich etwas unternimmt, denn das ist wirklich so ärgerlich. Auf dem Kassenbon ist immer deutlich und groß aufgelistet, was vom Personal noch eingepackt werden muss. Da muss dringend etwas getan werden, denn mich haben sie als Kunden leider verloren.

They have a slogan, which says: Schnell kann lecker sein Which means, fast can be also delicious And they are really following this slogan. Every time I ordered something from burger me, I could get it less than half an hour, kept warm and so delicious. I strongly recommend this burger to anyone who are living in Mannheim and also the other branch in another cities

Gute Burger - eigentlich ein Lieferservice - daher kaum Sitzplätze - daher jedes Mal ein Platz gefunden.

Als Heute der blonde Herr bei uns war mit der cap ( er heißt Justin) er kam uns sehr nett rüber und kam extra in denn 13ten Stock für meine Bestellung, Obwohl ich runter gekommen wäre. sehr Netter Fahrer. Und über das Trinkgeld hat er sich sehr gefreut und fragte nach ob das er wirklich haben darf, Waren 4€ und er war sehr schockiert weil es anscheinend so viel für ihn war.! Gerne Mehr solche FAHRER, und zudem war das essen wirklich lecker!!!

Gute Burger und Beilagen. Chicken nuggets aus echtem Hähnchenfleisch und kein Meg ges gedöns. Burger kann mit vielen Varianten bestellt werden. Leckere und große Burger. App von burgerme mit vielen Varianten zum zu- und abwählen. Einzige Schwachstelle, bei chicken nuggets muss bbq- sauce extra dazu bestellt und bezahlt werden.

Immer wieder gerne. Preis-Leistung ist Top - Burger, Chicken Fingers und Pommes sind immer sehr gut. Konstante Lieferzeit von 20-35 min ist unschlagbar!

Toller Laden, die Burger werden mit viel Lieber gemacht und die Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Optionen ist super! Die veganen Nuggets kann ich jedem/r nur empfehlen!

Alban mazrekaj bester Lieferant kam schnell mit dem fahrrad im paar Minuten, obwohl ich sehr weit weg wohne und lecker ist es auch er ist, bei ihm lässt man Trinkgeld da.

Ich habe schon öfter bei burgerme bestellt und das Essen ist einfach klasse. Es gibt eine vielfältige Auswahl an verschiedenen Burgern, auch viel im vegetarischen und veganen Bereich, die sogar noch sehr gut sind. Die Pommes bleiben durch die Lieferung frisch, die hauseigenen Saucen sind der Hammer, hier kann ich besonders die Curry-Mango-Sauce empfehlen 😋 Zusätzlich erfolgt die Lieferung oft innerhalb von 30min, was abends nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Einer der besten Burger-Lieferanten in Mannheim! Super viel Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist und geschmacklich top. Die Curry-Mango Sauce ist sowas von zu empfehlen, auch wenn sie ein paar Cent extra kostet. Ein guter Ort, um Burger zu bestellen. Dort essen oder mit nach Hause nehmen. Der Ort ist klein und hat nicht viele Tische, aber die Hamburger sind sehr gut.

Wir haben oft hier bestellt 2-3x im Monate seid 1 Jahr. Es wird leider immer schlimmer, mehrere Male wurde etwas vergessen, sei es Beilagen oder Salat auf dem Burger… das letzte Mal habe ich den Kundenservice bezüglich des vergessenen Getränkes angerufen „es kommt sofort jemand und bringt es nach“ 2 Wochen sind mittlerweile vergangen. Gute burger aber mittlerweile unverschämte preise.

Ich bestelle sehr oft bei burgerme. Entweder über Lieferando oder über die App. Mit den Burgern bin ich sehr zu Frieden! Jedoch wurden bei den letzten 2 malen wo ich über die App bestellt habe beide dazu bestellten Soßen für die Beilagen vergessen, obwohl ich dafür gezahlt habe. Dieses Mal waren auch sehr wenige süss Kartoffeln dabei die schon kalt und latschig waren. Schade, sogern ich diesen Burger esse, überlege ich langsam mir einen anderen Burgerladen zu suchen.

Schmeckt extrem gut. Kommt auf jeden Fall vorbei. Habe heute die Burger zum ersten Mal probiert, der Hammer. Klasse Auswahl an Veggie Burgern. Die Zutaten waren alle sehr frisch und knackig (trotz dessen dass es kurz vor Schluss war, sorry übrigens). Super Geschmack und Qualität und man wird vor allem auch satt. Die Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt und völlig in Ordnung. Bei anderen diversen Burgerketten zahlt man das Gleiche für Miniburger, die schlampig belegt sind. Hier hat alles gestimmt. Pommes knusprig. Kann ich empfehlen und es wird nicht mein letztes Mal gewesen sein. :)

Die besten Burger weit und breit !

Herausragend ist definitiv die wahnsinnig kurze Lieferzeit. Die Burgerqualität, auch vegetarischer Burger, ist eigentlich konstant gut für eine Burgerkette. Sollte doch Mal was nicht passen, findet der Kundenservice eine sehr kulante Lösung.

Die Menüs und Burger und pommes sind sehr lecker. Jederzeit wieder.

Ich bin einfach beeindruckt, die Burger kommen warm und frisch zubereitet an. Sehr lecker!!! Die Lieferanten sind sehr sympathisch und immer mit einer netten Begrüßung am Start. Die Preise finde ich persönlich für diese Größe an Burger völlig in Ordnung und dazu hat man viel Auswahl an Soßen & Toppings. Ich werde diesen Laden definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen! Update: IMMER WIEDER GERNE!!!

Die Bürger sind wirklich lecker und die Süsskartoffelpommes sind der absolute Hammer! Weiter so. Nur zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich meiner Meinung nach mit die Beste Alternative zu Burger King, oder Mc'Donalds. Im Rott (Käfertal) war jede Bestellung immer sehr gut. Jetzt wohne ich wieder in Vogelstang also bestimmt nicht mal ne Minute mit dem Auto vom Rott (Käfertal) entfernt und es wird leider nicht mehr hier hin geliefert, was sehr schade ist aber abholen geht zumindest.
