Very good smash burger. A bit greasy for my taste but overall it can hold its own against very good and more expensive burgers. Fries are really very good. Nothing to complain about in terms of service either. Soundproofing measures would be beneficial. The store seems a bit loveless to me. But overall I would give it a 7.5/10

The burgers are really amazing. One of the best burgers I haven't eaten in a long time. Unfortunately there is only ever one person making the burgers, taking orders and clearing away. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes and were very hungry. The second time we were warned that it would take 1 hour and there were no seats left. With Lieferando orders, you can have your burger at home faster than on site. This time we didn't wait an hour because we were very hungry. It's a real shame, it's a very good burger in terms of quality, but in the end it's still a burger that you have to wait an hour for!

Never go to this mess again. We wait for the food for over an hour and it is served cold, simply smeared on. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

After the Time Warp we visited the highly rated “Smash Burger” in Mannheim. The restaurant is located near a cemetery, probably in a former cemetery café, which is an unusual location for a burger restaurant. The decor is sober but modern and a little hip without being overly trendy. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the style goes well with the down-to-earth cuisine on offer here. The concept of the “Smash Burger” revolves around a special preparation of the burgers: the patties are thrown into the hot pan and then flattened. That sounds special at first, but ultimately the taste is not that different from conventional preparations. The menu includes classic cheeseburgers and the like, as well as so-called “Ufo Burgers”, which are prepared in the old Korean style. With these burgers, the contents are completely surrounded by dough, which sets them apart from the typical open burgers. I chose a “UFO burger” called “Cheese Explosion”. The name suggested a special taste experience, but in practice it was a normal cheeseburger that had just been flattened and covered in dough. Unfortunately, the promised “cheese explosion” did not materialize and the overall taste was rather average. The fries that were served with it were okay, but again nothing special. I paid around 22 euros for the menu with fries and a drink - quite a high price, especially considering the rather unspectacular portion size and the lack of taste sophistication. In addition to the burgers, there are also “fries buckets”, where the fries are topped with burger sauce and pieces of meat, which, however, seems quite expensive at over ten euros. The drinks menu was limited, but the cappuccino I tried was good and completed the meal satisfactorily. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit to “Smash Burger” pleasant. The atmosphere was fine too - a no-fuss place to grab a quick bite to eat after a long night. But the restaurant didn't blow me away in terms of taste. The special twist that could make the burgers and other dishes a real highlight was missing. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars – Solid, but not a taste revelation. Good for a quick meal in between, but it didn't quite live up to the high expectations raised by the reviews.

The burgers taste really great! That's why I like to come by every now and then, but unfortunately I have to give one star less because of the drinks. I.how have I never had any homemade drinks that are on the menu since the summer. There are always excuses. Furthermore, there are no iced tea drinks that are hardly available on the menu. So far I've only been able to get hold of it once. Otherwise, I like to come here to eat and would just like to drink some iced tea.

We discovered this burger shop in the Schlemmerblock and spontaneously tried it out. The voucher was accepted without any problems. The service was friendly. It's a shame that nothing is offered for people with lactose intolerance. This was also communicated quite openly. Credit for that, not everyone is that honest. The wait for the food was reasonable. The burgers were very tasty. The fries weren't bad, but not quite to our taste. Otherwise the store was clean and interestingly decorated. In short: We will definitely be back. At least those without intolerance.

Unfortunately it was disappointing. We ordered a so-called UFO burger (old Korean style 🤦🏻‍♂️), which came after 50 minutes. And I ended up with a 5cm burger pressed and burnt from the sides for a lot more money than a normal burger. The regular burger at least looked good, but we were the only ones with the UFO burger because they probably know what a bad idea that is.

I ordered a cheeseburger that was prepared very quickly. The taste was very strong. Nice, soft, juicy burger. Thanks to the chef from Cemetery Smash.

First we waited an hour and then the bacon was missing

There were two of us who ordered 2 burgers and waited over an hour. The waiter simply forgot our order and when we asked how long it would take, he said that there were too many Lieferando orders and that's why it would take a while. Nevertheless, people who ordered 20 minutes after us received their burgers before us. The burgers are good but incompetent staff and poor service. It can't be that you wait over an hour for 2 burgers.

It took a long time to get the cards, then it took forever for the food to arrive - from everyone except me. Then it was said my burger still needs it. Then they just brought the burger and said that the fries would still take a while. I finished the burger, then the fries came 3 minutes later. I had a UFO Burger which was a complete waste of money. Huge surcharge for the burger being briefly pressed into a sandwich maker to give it the UFO shape. If I hadn't been invited, I would have been annoyed, but it would only be a shame for the donor. An extra star for the ambience because it was mostly 90s hip hop, otherwise the place doesn't really have much to offer.

Very good burger shop. We have eaten there several times and ordered several times. The quality has always remained the same. We really like the side dishes. I can highly recommend the crunchy chicken tenders. The service is very friendly. We were there quite early once (2:30 p.m.) but they still let us in and served us. Very correct.

Best fries in Mannheim and also the best smashburgers in Mannheim everything was just perfect, just the location isn't the best but otherwise great.

There is delicious halal food, friendly and warm staff and the interior design creates a good atmosphere. You can also eat relaxed outside :)

Food itself is good, burger could be a little bigger. Otherwise, unfortunately an extremely long waiting time of over 30 minutes, plus drinks that weren't really chilled. Apart from that, the store looks a bit run down (doors that don't close properly, broken corners, etc.)

The burger is good. The staff nice. Service very quick. I would wish that this would be done even more carefully. Given the prices, I expect a little more. Unfortunately, our drinks were warm despite it being over 30 degrees. I really wished that they would tell us this again when serving and not just put the warm drinks on the table. But I would come again. And would recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Smash Burger Mannheim and I have to say it was a hit! For the quality and taste you get here, the prices are really more than fair. What is particularly noteworthy is the service: the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands, which makes the entire experience even more pleasant. All in all, I can only warmly recommend Smash Burger Mannheim - everything is just right here: food, price and service! I will definitely come back.

Ordered and waited 90 minutes for the food. Food very disappointing. Fries cold hamburger cold and soggy lettuce leaf and other things on the hamburger looked like...... For this price I would have expected more.

I've been to many countries and tried many burgers, none of them can hold a candle to it in every respect. From a taste and human perspective. Mashallah to these brothers, they are always there for you and have stayed up late for me several times so that I don't go hungry. Thanks also to Akram, great boy. The whole team is full of men of honor. Always order buttermilk fried as an extra with citizen sauce, trust me :)

The food is crazy good! The burgers are juicy and delicious, and all the side dishes and sauces are also great. The service was quick and friendly. The only thing is that no alcohol is served, so don't look forward to beer and burgers and then be disappointed ;-)

Greetings, I ordered a smash burger from you yesterday and unfortunately I have to say it didn't have much to do with me getting a real smash burger, no crust, just a few minced meat slapped onto the burger, which must have fallen apart beforehand, it's a shame I won't be ordering from you again. The wait was very long even though there wasn't much going on. It took 20 minutes for the order to even be taken. The burger itself was tasty, but it wasn't smashed enough, so there was little to no roasted flavor and was clearly too expensive for the quality and size. The fries were nothing special and the special fries with chicken were drowned in sauce. The mini portion of chicken was a disgrace. What a shame!

The restaurant is opposite the cemetery, which doesn't take away from the beautiful natural ambience and you can sit outside. However, a bit of coziness would do the interior and exterior of the restaurant some good. The selection of burgers isn't too big, but the burgers we tried were good. Unfortunately, a burger with fries and a water for 20 euros is very generously priced and therefore not too attractive to visit more often.

I recently tried the halal smash burgers at Smash burger Mannheim and was impressed by their juicy and delicious taste. The burger portions are good and the fires portions were more than enough, though the prices are slightly on the higher side. The staff are friendly, but the service was a bit slow considering the number of diners. I used a Gutscheinbuch voucher, which made dining there a great deal. One thing to note is the location, which is situated between cemeteries. While this might not bother everyone, it's something to consider. Overall, it's worth a visit for the quality of the burgers.

Well, after all the social media noise they're causing...I was not blown away. Yes, the smash burgers were good! But why waiting 45min for a fast food? Not professional or understaffed. Not fully operational bathrooms, a rotten terrace, no beer, not even the lemonades available from the menu only cans. At least card payment. Value for money...fries should be included to be OK

Very tasty burger, we had the cheese and veggie burgers. Both are juicy, tasty and very spicy. The fries were good too. You can have as much ketchup and mayo as you want. The atmosphere is nice and it's nice to sit outside. There is no direct sun outside and you don't get too hot. The waiters are super nice and you can also order take away.

The Cheese Smash Burger tasted very tasty and is also recommended by the staff.

Why not 5 stars? Because of the price. It's just too expensive! The burger is great and tastes really delicious. Unfortunately it's over after 4 bites and for the price of 12-14€ you can't exactly comfortably eat 4 or more. The meat is fried nice and crispy and, combined with the cheese, becomes an umami bomb. The bread is soft and brioche style. A little too sweet but that's a matter of taste.

The cheeseburger experience at this eatery was mixed. A bit isolated near the cemetery. Modestly attended at lunchtime. The burger meat was okay, but the unexpectedly sweet mustard sauce under the lid was disappointing, especially since it wasn't mentioned on the menu. A pinch more salt and pepper would have been good for the burger. However, the fries were good, with a crispy outer layer and nice and floury inside. Overall, there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to the flavor balance of the burger. As far as the location is concerned, the boys probably still have plans.

After a long day at work, a colleague and I wanted to eat a delicious burger that was suggested to us online with an above-average rating. We were there at around 6:45 p.m. and the shop was completely empty both inside and outside. The moment we arrived, the only guests paid and we were the only guests in this store at that moment, which, among other things, had 50+ seats (empty seats) available. We were only told that the store was completely booked/reserved and at first I thought it was a joke but it was serious. There was no reservation sign on any table, even the customer stoppers were set up in front of the store. Due to our hunger and anticipation of the Smash Burg, we ordered the food to-go. We waited at the table outside until our to-go food was brought out. Inwardly I was waiting for the two coaches to storm the store and fill it up, but that didn't happen. For someone who comes from the catering industry, I couldn't understand this and in my opinion it's not customer-oriented work. After we ate our burger on a bench on the sidewalk, not a single soul entered the store. Personally, I found it more than a shame and therefore the taste experience was not particularly special but rather very annoying, especially if you don't come from Mannheim.

Square, practically good, food tasted good, but it took an hour until we were served it. Condition was very friendly. We tested the Ufo Burgers - nothing special visually but very good in taste.

We ate there after a funeral and I have to say the ambience is just not good. You absolutely have to change that. Everything in black and white, uncomfortable and not very inviting. Other than that the food was great. We had a small buffet just for our group, with schnitzel, fries, fried potatoes, salad and cake. Everything was very tasty! The staff seemed friendly and helpful. All in all, recommended if you don't attach great importance to ambience.

We ate here for the first time yesterday. I chose a Bacon Ufo (€17). Without fries and drink. This is then sold as an additional menu, meaning fries and a soft drink for an additional €4.99. Only non-alcoholic drinks can be found on the drinks menu. The burger came, and so did the disappointment. The burger was made like a sand wipe in a sand wipe toaster, see picture, hence the name UFO. The taste is okay but nothing special, especially not for the price. Regarding the ambience, when you run a store like this, do you also look at other local ones? If so, you could learn a little something from there. Conclusion seen once and eaten once, not again. Not a particularly citizen's shop, with little flair and prices that are exorbitant for this citizen.

The burger (13 euros) wasn't bad, but the price performance is much better in many places. Fries for two people with jalapenos and cheese sauce for 10.50 is rather expensive. Drinks only in cans. Ambience not so nice. It was worth a try, but it didn't convince us.
