Recently went there with three colleagues. It was extremely delicious! Today I'm stopping by again with a friend. It was extremely delicious. The food was simply divine. The drink was cold. The burger was warm and extremely tasty. The seasoning on the fries was delicious. 10/10, what can I say? You have a new regular customer. 🔥

Waited forever for food, food was cold, guests and waiters were unfriendly and annoyed... the loaded fries only had mustard on them and hardly any chicken.

NOT HALAL!! I've eaten burgers there a few times and it was really tasty. However, I heard from a very close source that the meat is not slaughtered halal. It is confirmed and said that it is Helal, but it is not at all. If that's true, it's the last one. A lot of Muslims come to you on Ramadan or in general just to be lied to by you. I won't go there again and I'll advise everyone in the area against it. Answer: I'm just sharing what I've heard from your own employees. You should read properly. I said “it should be true” and not that it is. Also, I don't know exactly what kind of certificate you are talking about. There is no mention of Halal in your answer?

Eating is always a culinary delight. Even if you wait a while for your food, it's worth it. The homemade burger sauce is too delicious, see for yourself.

First of all, the burger is delicious. Certainly commendable as a takeaway. Unfortunately, the restaurant smells of stale smoke. The table was shaking. The drinks were only moderately chilled. Almost warm. The fries were heavily seasoned with herb salt. Even though the place was almost empty, my burger was prepared with onions, contrary to my order. You really have room for improvement. But like I said, the burger was good!

The burger was just great! Despite the smash patty, it's still quite juicy. Delicious meat taste and good cheese. The fries were very crispy and delicious. The sauces (I think they are homemade) are also very good and go well with both the fries and the finger foods. We can only recommend this. I would love to come back.

Burgers are super delicious! If that weren't the case, I wouldn't order again. So why only 3 stars? The stated delivery time is always 60-85 minutes in the evening. After ordering, 90 minutes are displayed and after 90 minutes, you usually wait another 30-60 minutes. I always order around 6-7 p.m. When the food comes, it's a 50/50 chance whether it's still warm or already cold. As I said, the burgers are incredibly tasty, which is why I keep ordering despite the annoying waiting time.

Every time something is forgotten - once the fries, the penultimate time the truffle sauce and the last time the drink (Cola).

The burger was fine, the sauce was too sweet for me personally, but the tastes differ. Fries were okay, frozen fries a bit seasoned. Buttermilk Chicken SUPER tiny and really dry. Min. as much breading as meat. You could have saved yourself. In my opinion, value for money is not that great.

The meat is often “sold out” or there are long waiting times but one of the tastiest burgers in Mannheim.

I can't say anything about the meal in advance, as there was no delivery at all. I called them on Monday and asked if they were open and if they delivered to the clinic. My call was around 4 p.m. and they said yes, it wasn't a problem. Then when I placed the order at 5 p.m., I was called 5 minutes later and they couldn't deliver the food, it was too busy. I told him it wouldn't be a problem for me to deliver the food at 6:20 p.m. and I would also come to the gate. The nice man on the phone then spoke to someone who then loudly refused to do this. Just note that the order was for €60! I should pick it up myself. I find it disgraceful!

We went to Smash Burger for the first time today and were really hungry. The food came to the table quickly and hot. Nice ambience, pleasant feeling. Staff very very nice. There are also verggie burgers. Great tasting burgers and very tasty fries that are seasoned with a herb salt that goes really, really well. Food really good, service very disappointing... first the fries didn't come with the burgers, even though we had ordered menu items. Then they didn't even apologize and in the end the drinks were added to the bill. If we hadn't asked for the receipt, we wouldn't have seen that €10 had been deducted too much. But still a recommendation in terms of food.

The food is absolutely great, the staff is really friendly and accommodating. There are long waiting times on weekend evenings, but you're happy to accept that. Because of a small mistake when ordering, we were given an extra portion of fries with sauce. If you want to eat in the store on the weekend, it's better to make a reservation.

Burgers were great! Unfortunately, the fries are not very soft and not cooked through. Service was slow, we brought drinks ourselves and had to wait about an hour for the food.

We dined here on a Sunday evening with a reservation. Since many tables complained about the long waiting time, we specifically asked how long it would take. We were told: less than half an hour. It took 20 minutes until we had drinks and after about 1 hour 20 we had our food. We were a little annoyed that we were told something wrong. The food, on the other hand, was really tasty, and we were given salt for the fries upon request. Burger 4.5/5 and fries 4/5. the prices are fair.

We were in the store today and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. We were advised that we might have to wait a bit as it was quite busy - which is completely normal on a Saturday. Despite the abundance, everything went really quickly: after only 20 minutes we had our food and, as always, it tasted fantastic! The team does a really great job, even when things are busy, everything stays organized and friendly. We always enjoy coming back – definitely our favorite store!

We were there with the Schlemmerblock We had the smash bacon burger with fries and cola on the menu. Unfortunately the fries were a bit too salty for me, but I'll say on my next visit that I would like them less salty. But it was still very tasty 😋 and the service was super nice.

The burger was really good, but there are a few small things that could be improved: 1. There was no salt on the table, and they couldn’t provide any when asked. 2. The cola was served naturally cold, which I find to be a common practice in Germany but personally find annoying. However, I do prefer the glass bottle over a can. 3. While I enjoyed the burger, some people might find the sauce a bit too sweet, likely due to the mustard in it. 4. Pommes was OK. Overall, a good experience, but with room for improvement!

"We were in your restaurant last night around 7 p.m. with eight people (four adults and four children). We were told there were no seats for eight people, even though the restaurant was half empty. No solution was offered by staff and our suggestions to put tables together or wait for the large group of more than eight to finish were rejected. It seemed like the staff didn't want children in the restaurant. If we had been told everything was reserved we would have understood that, but that was not mentioned, suggesting it wasn't the case. As we were leaving the restaurant, six more adults arrived and appeared to be seated even though we were told there was no room for us. It's a real shame because the children were obviously happy to eat burgers and fries and we would have spent between €80-100 for 1 hour including ordering time. The Smash Burger shop definitely convinced me with its excellent burgers! The meat was juicy and had the perfect crust, as you would expect from a good smash burger. For my taste, this store is the best in the area. The burgers are very juicy and the fries are nice and crispy. Also the BBQ wings fall off the bone with delicious sauce and can only be recommended. So really great. Tried it once and have been there every time since then from Heidelberg. Parking is good in the evenings as the store is a little out of the way. The burgers are really amazing. One of the best burgers I haven't eaten in a long time. Unfortunately there is only ever one person making the burgers, taking orders and clearing away. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes and were very hungry. The second time we were warned that it would take 1 hour and there were no seats left. With Lieferando orders, you can have your burger at home faster than on site. This time we didn't wait an hour because we were very hungry. It's a real shame, it's a very good burger in terms of quality, but in the end it's still a burger that you have to wait an hour for!

Never go to this mess again. We wait for the food for over an hour and it is served cold, simply smeared on. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

After the Time Warp we visited the highly rated “Smash Burger” in Mannheim. The restaurant is located near a cemetery, probably in a former cemetery café, which is an unusual location for a burger restaurant. The decor is sober but modern and a little hip without being overly trendy. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the style goes well with the down-to-earth cuisine on offer here. The concept of the “Smash Burger” revolves around a special preparation of the burgers: the patties are thrown into the hot pan and then flattened. That sounds special at first, but ultimately the taste is not that different from conventional preparations. The menu includes classic cheeseburgers and the like, as well as so-called “Ufo Burgers”, which are prepared in the old Korean style. With these burgers, the contents are completely surrounded by dough, which sets them apart from the typical open burgers. I chose a “UFO burger” called “Cheese Explosion”. The name suggested a special taste experience, but in practice it was a normal cheeseburger that had just been flattened and covered in dough. Unfortunately, the promised “cheese explosion” did not materialize and the overall taste was rather average. The fries that were served with it were okay, but again nothing special. I paid around 22 euros for the menu with fries and a drink - quite a high price, especially considering the rather unspectacular portion size and the lack of taste sophistication. In addition to the burgers, there are also “fries buckets”, where the fries are topped with burger sauce and pieces of meat, which, however, seems quite expensive at over ten euros. The drinks menu was limited, but the cappuccino I tried was good and completed the meal satisfactorily. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit to “Smash Burger” pleasant. The atmosphere was fine too - a no-fuss place to grab a quick bite to eat after a long night. But the restaurant didn't blow me away in terms of taste. The special twist that could make the burgers and other dishes a real highlight was missing. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars – Solid, but not a taste revelation. Good for a quick meal in between, but it didn't quite live up to the high expectations raised by the reviews.

The burgers taste really great! That's why I like to come by every now and then, but unfortunately I have to give one star less because of the drinks. I.how have I never had any homemade drinks that are on the menu since the summer. There are always excuses. Furthermore, there are no iced tea drinks that are hardly available on the menu. So far I've only been able to get hold of it once. Otherwise, I like to come here to eat and would just like to drink some iced tea.

It's a shame that nothing is offered for people with lactose intolerance. This was also communicated quite openly. Credit for that, not everyone is that honest. The wait for the food was reasonable. The burgers were very tasty. The fries weren't bad, but not quite to our taste. Otherwise the store was clean and interestingly decorated. In short: We will definitely be back. Unfortunately it was disappointing. We ordered a so-called UFO burger (old Korean style 🤦🏻‍♂️), which came after 50 minutes. And I ended up with a 5cm burger pressed and burnt from the sides for a lot more money than a normal burger. The regular burger at least looked good, but we were the only ones with the UFO burger because they probably know what a bad idea that is.

First we waited an hour and then the bacon was missing

There were two of us who ordered 2 burgers and waited over an hour. The waiter simply forgot our order and when we asked how long it would take, he said that there were too many Lieferando orders and that's why it would take a while. Nevertheless, people who ordered 20 minutes after us received their burgers before us. The burgers are good but incompetent staff and poor service. It can't be that you wait over an hour for 2 burgers.

It took a long time to get the cards, then it took forever for the food to arrive - from everyone except me. Then it was said my burger still needs it. Then they just brought the burger and said that the fries would still take a while. I finished the burger, then the fries came 3 minutes later. I had a UFO Burger which was a complete waste of money. Huge surcharge for the burger being briefly pressed into a sandwich maker to give it the UFO shape. If I hadn't been invited, I would have been annoyed, but it would only be a shame for the donor. An extra star for the ambience because it was mostly 90s hip hop, otherwise the place doesn't really have much to offer.

Very good burger shop. We have eaten there several times and ordered several times. The quality has always remained the same. We really like the side dishes. I can highly recommend the crunchy chicken tenders. The service is very friendly. We were there quite early once (2:30 p.m.) but they still let us in and served us. Very correct.
