Food really good, service very disappointing... first the fries didn't come with the burgers, even though we had ordered menu items. Then they didn't even apologize and in the end the drinks were added to the bill. If we hadn't asked for the receipt, we wouldn't have seen that €10 had been deducted too much. But still a recommendation in terms of food.

The second time we went there for free. The man first made us wait for 15 minutes and then told me that they didn't have any meat! THAT 2nd time for a burger shop a thing that doesn't work.

Food ok, prices for burgers completely overpriced. (UFO) If only there were fries for the price... And such a small dip should be added as an extra.

The food is absolutely great, the staff is really friendly and accommodating. There are long waiting times on weekend evenings, but you're happy to accept that. Because of a small mistake when ordering, we were given an extra portion of fries with sauce. If you want to eat in the store on the weekend, it's better to make a reservation.

We dined here on a Sunday evening with a reservation. Since many tables complained about the long waiting time, we specifically asked how long it would take. We were told: less than half an hour. It took 20 minutes until we had drinks and after about 1 hour 20 we had our food. We were a little annoyed that we were told something wrong. The food, on the other hand, was really tasty, and we were given salt for the fries upon request. Burger 4.5/5 and fries 4/5. the prices are fair.

Burgers were great! Unfortunately, the fries are not very soft and not cooked through. Service was slow, we brought drinks ourselves and had to wait about an hour for the food.

We were in the store today and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. We were advised that we might have to wait a bit as it was quite busy - which is completely normal on a Saturday. Despite the abundance, everything went really quickly: after only 20 minutes we had our food and, as always, it tasted fantastic! The team does a really great job, even when things are busy, everything stays organized and friendly. We always enjoy coming back – definitely our favorite store!

The burgers are top 10/10. Very tasty and made from high quality ingredients and Halal. Super friendly service and cozy atmosphere. I've been there 5 times now and every time I feel comfortable and welcome with the boys. We were there with the Schlemmerblock We had the smash bacon burger with fries and cola on the menu. Unfortunately the fries were a bit too salty for me, but I'll say on my next visit that I would like them less salty. But it was still very tasty 😋 and the service was super nice.

"We were in your restaurant last night around 7 p.m. with eight people (four adults and four children). We were told there were no seats for eight people, even though the restaurant was half empty. No solution was offered by staff and our suggestions to put tables together or wait for the large group of more than eight to finish were rejected. It seemed like the staff didn't want children in the restaurant. If we had been told everything was reserved we would have understood that, but that was not mentioned, suggesting it wasn't the case. As we were leaving the restaurant, six more adults arrived and appeared to be seated even though we were told there was no room for us. It's a real shame because the children were obviously happy to eat burgers and fries and we would have spent between €80-100 for 1 hour including ordering time. Kind regards to the boss. “You can scare away customers that way” Tip: Train staff better

The burger was really good, but there are a few small things that could be improved: 1. There was no salt on the table, and they couldn’t provide any when asked. 2. The cola was served naturally cold, which I find to be a common practice in Germany but personally find annoying. However, I do prefer the glass bottle over a can. 3. While I enjoyed the burger, some people might find the sauce a bit too sweet, likely due to the mustard in it. 4. Pommes was OK. Overall, a good experience, but with room for improvement!

The Smash Burger shop definitely convinced me with its excellent burgers! The meat was juicy and had the perfect crust, as you would expect from a good smash burger. The ingredients were fresh and harmoniously balanced, making every bite a pleasure. The side dishes were also very tasty - the fries were crispy and the sauces were a real highlight. Particularly positive is the friendly and attentive staff, who made the visit really pleasant. Overall, a great shop that I can recommend to any burger fan. I'd love to come back!

For my taste, this store is the best in the area. The burgers are very juicy and the fries are nice and crispy. Also the BBQ wings fall off the bone with delicious sauce and can only be recommended. So really great. Tried it once and have been there every time since then from Heidelberg. Parking is good in the evenings as the store is a little out of the way. The employees are very open and nice and if they are not stressed you can have a good conversation with them. In short: top store

Nothing to complain about in terms of service either. Soundproofing measures would be beneficial. The store seems a bit loveless to me. But overall I would give it a 7.5/10

The burgers are really amazing. One of the best burgers I haven't eaten in a long time. Unfortunately there is only ever one person making the burgers, taking orders and clearing away. We waited 1 hour 10 minutes and were very hungry. The second time we were warned that it would take 1 hour and there were no seats left. With Lieferando orders, you can have your burger at home faster than on site. This time we didn't wait an hour because we were very hungry. It's a real shame, it's a very good burger in terms of quality, but in the end it's still a burger that you have to wait an hour for!

After the Time Warp we visited the highly rated “Smash Burger” in Mannheim. The restaurant is located near a cemetery, probably in a former cemetery café, which is an unusual location for a burger restaurant. The decor is sober but modern and a little hip without being overly trendy. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the style goes well with the down-to-earth cuisine on offer here. The concept of the “Smash Burger” revolves around a special preparation of the burgers: the patties are thrown into the hot pan and then flattened. That sounds special at first, but ultimately the taste is not that different from conventional preparations. The menu includes classic cheeseburgers and the like, as well as so-called “Ufo Burgers”, which are prepared in the old Korean style. With these burgers, the contents are completely surrounded by dough, which sets them apart from the typical open burgers. I chose a “UFO burger” called “Cheese Explosion”. The name suggested a special taste experience, but in practice it was a normal cheeseburger that had just been flattened and covered in dough. Unfortunately, the promised “cheese explosion” did not materialize and the overall taste was rather average. The fries that were served with it were okay, but again nothing special. I paid around 22 euros for the menu with fries and a drink - quite a high price, especially considering the rather unspectacular portion size and the lack of taste sophistication. In addition to the burgers, there are also “fries buckets”, where the fries are topped with burger sauce and pieces of meat, which, however, seems quite expensive at over ten euros. The drinks menu was limited, but the cappuccino I tried was good and completed the meal satisfactorily. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit to “Smash Burger” pleasant. The atmosphere was fine too - a no-fuss place to grab a quick bite to eat after a long night. But the restaurant didn't blow me away in terms of taste. The special twist that could make the burgers and other dishes a real highlight was missing. Overall rating: 3 out of 5 stars – Solid, but not a taste revelation. Good for a quick meal in between, but it didn't quite live up to the high expectations raised by the reviews.

The burgers taste really great! That's why I like to come by every now and then, but unfortunately I have to give one star less because of the drinks. I.how have I never had any homemade drinks that are on the menu since the summer. There are always excuses. Furthermore, there are no iced tea drinks that are hardly available on the menu. So far I've only been able to get hold of it once. Otherwise, I like to come here to eat and would just like to drink some iced tea.

The burgers were very tasty. The fries weren't bad, but not quite to our taste. Otherwise the store was clean and interestingly decorated. In short: We will definitely be back. Unfortunately it was disappointing. We ordered a so-called UFO burger (old Korean style 🤦🏻‍♂️), which came after 50 minutes. And I ended up with a 5cm burger pressed and burnt from the sides for a lot more money than a normal burger. The regular burger at least looked good, but we were the only ones with the UFO burger because they probably know what a bad idea that is.

Deserved 5 stars! Exceptionally good quality for a burger in Germany! If you want to eat a good burger quickly, this is definitely the right place for you 👍

First we waited an hour and then the bacon was missing

There were two of us who ordered 2 burgers and waited over an hour. The waiter simply forgot our order and when we asked how long it would take, he said that there were too many Lieferando orders and that's why it would take a while. Nevertheless, people who ordered 20 minutes after us received their burgers before us. The burgers are good but incompetent staff and poor service. It can't be that you wait over an hour for 2 burgers.

It took a long time to get the cards, then it took forever for the food to arrive - from everyone except me. Then it was said my burger still needs it. Then they just brought the burger and said that the fries would still take a while. I finished the burger, then the fries came 3 minutes later. I had a UFO Burger which was a complete waste of money. Huge surcharge for the burger being briefly pressed into a sandwich maker to give it the UFO shape. If I hadn't been invited, I would have been annoyed, but it would only be a shame for the donor. An extra star for the ambience because it was mostly 90s hip hop, otherwise the place doesn't really have much to offer.

Very good burger shop. We have eaten there several times and ordered several times. The quality has always remained the same. We really like the side dishes. I can highly recommend the crunchy chicken tenders. The service is very friendly. We were there quite early once (2:30 p.m.) but they still let us in and served us. Very correct.

I've been to many countries and tried many burgers, none of them can hold a candle to it in every respect. From a taste and human perspective. Mashallah to these brothers, they are always there for you and have stayed up late for me several times so that I don't go hungry. Thanks also to Akram, great boy. The whole team is full of men of honor. Always order buttermilk fried as an extra with citizen sauce, trust me :)

Greetings, I ordered a smash burger from you yesterday and unfortunately I have to say it didn't have much to do with me getting a real smash burger, no crust, just a few minced meat slapped onto the burger, which must have fallen apart beforehand, it's a shame I won't be ordering from you again.
