19th Street Burger in Mannheim

We ate burgers, chicken wings and fries. The food was mediocre - edible but nothing special and I don't think I would go back. The prices are definitely too high in relation to the quality.

Very tasty burgers and fries. Service and at the same time chef very friendly. The exposed location on Mannheim's Lupienenstrasse may not be for everyone, but why not say hello to the ladies there ;-) The ambience is just a snack bar.

We ordered there for the second time yesterday and both times the food arrived cold. The service was below average and the food was unfortunately not at all convincing.

I have to say it was a disappointing experience. The burger meat seemed to be of low quality, most likely frozen, lacking any real flavor or freshness. Even the bread was subpar—dry and not very enjoyable. Overall, the meal felt uninspired, and the quality just wasn’t there. The experience wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a good burger. There are definitely better options in Mannheim.

Very cool store with cool service! makes really tasty burgers! Personally, I love the sweet potato fries 🤝 First opened in the red light district of Mannheim and now also directly in the city center. Maintains its quality so far and is definitely worth a visit :)

Before the 19 Street Burger was available on the planks, I ordered here a few times with friends and the food was always great. Burgers are very good, chicken wings are strong and it just tastes good.

Früher mal absolut top, mittlerweile schon zum 2. mal abends gegen 22:00 bestellt, Lieferzeit hat sich immer weiter verschoben. Am Ende wurde storniert und ich hatte nichts zu essen. Wenn man die Bestellungen anscheinend zur Zeit nicht auf die Reihe bekommt, könnte man den Kunden auch früher Bescheid geben.

The burger itself tastes good with plenty of sauce, since the meat is a meatball and not a patty, so it stays raw inside. Patty means “pressed meat” to me. It's a shame 14€ just the burger with delivery for the trash, as a pregnant woman I'm not allowed to eat raw meat.. I'm hungry :(

The waitress had forgotten our sweet fries, but that can still happen. Unfortunately, I didn't like the burger. The caramelized onions were great, but the cheese was already hard when it arrived and the patty was dry. The burger bread was very soft and not fried at all, but that is a matter of taste. The Waren-G Burger is not recommended. The sweet fries didn't taste like anything, but the dip was good. The ambience was very nice, cool rooms and clean bathroom. However, the food could still be worked on

For me the best burger place I've ever been to. The ambience and quality of the food is simply outstanding. We come here regularly because the taste of the food is simply addictive. Perfect location as it is right next to the water tower.

The burger was extremely tasty, the cheese particularly stood out. The fries were also crispy and very tasty. The entire menu was definitely worth the price - I haven't had such a delicious burger in Mannheim for a long time. The waitress was extremely friendly and always made sure everything was OK and looked after us wonderfully. Absolutely likeable, that's why I give it five stars. The only bad thing was the heat as there was no air conditioning.

Important: The restaurant is located in the middle of Mannheim's red light district. Anyone like me who comes from out of town and doesn't know this and wants a delicious burger with children might be a little surprised. Catastrophe!! The burger was way too oily Menu price not mentioned written on it in small size I asked if I could remove an ingredient and add something in return. As a family of five, we wanted a good burger on Sunday lunchtime. Unfortunately, the service wasn't really able to take a larger order. When the food came one order was wrong. The next burger should then arrive in 5-10 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes for a burger menu until, of course, the fries were missing and the burger was again incorrectly topped. Afterwards we just wanted to pay and there was €20 too much on the bill before we mentioned it.

The Place is in the Red light district ( literally you have to walk in the Red zone to get in ), but please do not judge It because of that! It's a very quiet Burger Place, the food it's really good, with Fresh Buns and Juicy hamburger; there Is a vast selection of food with different type of meat. Staff is friendly!

The new 19th Street Burger restaurant in downtown Mannheim (O7, 17) is the absolute place to be. The ambience is unique from an architectural point of view, the design is consistent and peppered with special details (e.g. lamps, pictures of an artist). The rooms in the front area provide a sensational view of the Mannheim water tower. A harmonious concept where the products offered around the hamburger fit together seamlessly. The meat of the hamburgers is the absolute highlight with a distinctive taste and a “fluffy” consistency. The specially created sauces as well as a creative and tasty variety of side dishes and desserts create a complete enjoyment. In summary, absolutely “Champions League” level.

The two of us ordered food here at 12:00 and despite the late time, the food was a 10/10. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides and all 4 dishes were very tasty. The sauces and the rolls were definitely the highlight. Would recommend it 100%!

5/5! A clear must. We went there spontaneously today because my friend recommended it to me, and the friendly staff gave us several tables to choose from. The burgers are amazing! In terms of price, the menu is generally really good. I can't understand the bad reviews at all, yes there is music playing and the music is generally in the same style as the store, if you don't like it then you should leave or not complain. :) All in all great, we'll be back. 😊

We walked into the store because of the modern design and were greeted with very loud music. Unfortunately, the noise in the store continued, which made the stay very stressful. Since this is just a personal view, I was excited about the food. The menu was modern and the dishes had cool names, which made choosing them very interesting. After we decided, the food came very quickly. Unfortunately, this didn't convince me. It was a burger, nothing more, nothing less. Rather even less. The meat was very tasteless and a bit dry. Unfortunately, I also found a piece of aluminum foil in my burger, which spoiled my appetite. I'm sure the store will be well received, but I can't justify the 4.8 stars.

This is the second time I have ordered from this "BEST BURGER SHOP IN THE CITY" and both times I had to wait over 2.5 HOURS for my food. When I asked over the phone where the food was, the response was very unfriendly and they said I wouldn't wait as long as I said. I was always told that their drivers make an average of around 1000 to 1500 euros and that's why they hope for a little more understanding. The food is good but it doesn't justify the long wait. When you open a business you should also make sure that the delivery works properly, if this is not the case you should not offer delivery.

Called for the second time 3 hours after ordering and asked when the food would come... Answer "No idea". The very last thing, definitely never again. 3 hours and no delivery in sight is absolutely ridiculous.

The burger is very tasty, much tastier than McDonald's. The bun is delicious, the burger patty is very juicy and the meat itself is very tasty. Everything is at the highest level, clean, cozy, stylish and very tasty. The interior is great.

At this point I would like to give a very big compliment to the entire team. First of all, quality. What is delivered here is second to none. You won't find a better burger in Mannheim. The side dishes or wraps are also absolutely top. We have been ordering for more than a year and have always been satisfied with one exception (see below). The quality is absolutely consistent. There were actually problems with our last order, the order instructions were not taken into account and unfortunately the delivery time was significantly longer than stated and confirmed, which resulted in cold food. I then contacted the team and the handling of the complaint was excellent. Not only was my money refunded, my colleagues also apologized to me over the phone. This is first class customer service! Guys keep it up. We continue to order from you and think it's great what and how you deliver
