Very cozy shop for a delicious stopover, really good burgers

The new 19th Street Burger restaurant in downtown Mannheim (O7, 17) is the absolute place to be. The ambience is unique from an architectural point of view, the design is consistent and peppered with special details (e.g. lamps, pictures of an artist). The rooms in the front area provide a sensational view of the Mannheim water tower. A harmonious concept where the products offered around the hamburger fit together seamlessly. The meat of the hamburgers is the absolute highlight with a distinctive taste and a “fluffy” consistency. The specially created sauces as well as a creative and tasty variety of side dishes and desserts create a complete enjoyment. In summary, absolutely “Champions League” level.

The two of us ordered food here at 12:00 and despite the late time, the food was a 10/10. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides and all 4 dishes were very tasty. The sauces and the rolls were definitely the highlight. Would recommend it 100%!

5/5! A clear must. We went there spontaneously today because my friend recommended it to me, and the friendly staff gave us several tables to choose from. The burgers are amazing! In terms of price, the menu is generally really good. I can't understand the bad reviews at all, yes there is music playing and the music is generally in the same style as the store, if you don't like it then you should leave or not complain. :) All in all great, we'll be back. 😊

We walked into the store because of the modern design and were greeted with very loud music. Unfortunately, the noise in the store continued, which made the stay very stressful. Since this is just a personal view, I was excited about the food. The menu was modern and the dishes had cool names, which made choosing them very interesting. After we decided, the food came very quickly. Unfortunately, this didn't convince me. It was a burger, nothing more, nothing less. Rather even less. The meat was very tasteless and a bit dry. Unfortunately, I also found a piece of aluminum foil in my burger, which spoiled my appetite. I'm sure the store will be well received, but I can't justify the 4.8 stars.

Called for the second time 3 hours after ordering and asked when the food would come... Answer "No idea". The very last thing, definitely never again. 3 hours and no delivery in sight is absolutely ridiculous.

This is the second time I have ordered from this "BEST BURGER SHOP IN THE CITY" and both times I had to wait over 2.5 HOURS for my food. When I asked over the phone where the food was, the response was very unfriendly and they said I wouldn't wait as long as I said. I was always told that their drivers make an average of around 1000 to 1500 euros and that's why they hope for a little more understanding. The food is good but it doesn't justify the long wait. When you open a business you should also make sure that the delivery works properly, if this is not the case you should not offer delivery.

The burger is very tasty, much tastier than McDonald's. The bun is delicious, the burger patty is very juicy and the meat itself is very tasty. Everything is at the highest level, clean, cozy, stylish and very tasty. The interior is great.

The stay was very pleasant thanks to Lia (friendly service). Lia gave us great advice and was incredibly friendly. We will be back!

At this point I would like to give a very big compliment to the entire team. First of all, quality. What is delivered here is second to none. You won't find a better burger in Mannheim. The side dishes or wraps are also absolutely top. We have been ordering for more than a year and have always been satisfied with one exception (see below). The quality is absolutely consistent. There were actually problems with our last order, the order instructions were not taken into account and unfortunately the delivery time was significantly longer than stated and confirmed, which resulted in cold food. I then contacted the team and the handling of the complaint was excellent. Not only was my money refunded, my colleagues also apologized to me over the phone. This is first class customer service! Guys keep it up. We continue to order from you and think it's great what and how you deliver

We waited over two and a half hours for our order and our food arrived shortly before 11 p.m. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the content, but we didn't receive a refund. The burger was very tasty, 4/5, but we wouldn't order there again.

Things may look different in a restaurant and the food is good, but then you should be critical enough to see that the deliveries don't work well instead of deleting the reviews!

Today was my third time at 19th Street Burger 🍔 Ordered a B-Real today, which again tasted delicious. It took a few minutes longer until we had our burgers and then we received a free drink from the friendly waitress. Thank you for the friendly service and the nice gesture! One of the best burger joints!. If you like old school hip hop and really good burgers, this is the place for you. The ambience is great and the view is also really nice, and the employees are also in a good mood. The burgers are a little more expensive, but they are worth it!

Hello, We were there today (February 8th, 2024) and ate absolutely brilliant burgers and very good French fries. After just a few minutes we had our food. The service was also great.

Despite its pervasive popularity and reputation as a quick and satisfying meal, this burger leaves a disappointing aftertaste. The visual presentation of the burger left a lot to be desired, as the ingredients were poorly put together and the overall impression was rather sloppy. A first-class burger should already be visually appealing and whet the appetite, but in this case the presentation left something to be desired. The taste of the burger was also disappointing. The meat was dry and over-seasoned, the rolls were soggy and the toppings didn't seem fresh. A high-quality burger should impress with carefully selected ingredients and a balanced composition of flavors, but in this respect this burger clearly failed. Please note: I have never tried it on site!!

Ordered and only received after over 2 hours despite the supposed delivery time of 50 minutes. Not a word of apology on the phone. Simply bad service.

Unfortunately, we waited over 2 hours for our order on a Sunday evening and received no apology/compensation for it. The burgers weren't particularly good either. At least the delivery lady was very nice!

Fritten sind vergleichbar mit den von McDonald’s, welches mir sehr zuspricht. Preis/Leistung ist mit den aktuellen Preisen die man sonst so sieht völlig in Ordnung. Mit weitem Abstand der beste Burger Laden Mannheims. Ich habe bisher selten so einen qualitativ hochwertigen und geschmacklich außergewöhnlichen Burger gegessen. Und das Personal auch super freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage direkt in der Luppi, gibt dem Laden einen gewissen Charme. Wir waren jedenfalls hochzufrieden und wenn wir mal wieder einen richtig guten Burger essen wollen, dann nur noch dort. Absolut top!

Das Essen ist jedesmal ein Genuss für die Sinne. Habe mir bis jetzt immer nur das essen liefern lassen, von da her kann ich den Service und das Ambiente vor Ort nicht bewerten. Kann aber die Burger nur weiter empfehlen.

Unglaublich gute Burger! Große Auswahl an Burgern, tolle Wings! Mein Favorit ist der Chicken Burger, super Buns. Ein Highlight der Filet Burger. Pommes sind knusprig. Sehr netter Service. Und bei Weindurst liegt immer eine kühle Flasche „Trauben und Anker“ im Kühlschrank!
