Katastrophaler Service. Über 1,5 Stunden auf die Bestellung gewartet, obwohl das Restaurant nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Bestellung war bereits bezahlt und wurde nicht einmal vollständig geliefert. Am Telefon wurde uns gesagt, dass die fehlenden Pommes erst in weiteren 30 Minuten fertig wären!? Sollen wir unser Essen etwa in Raten essen? Für den fehlenden Artikel haben wir keine Erstattung erhalten. Wenn man die Bestellungen nicht rechtzeitig bearbeiten kann, sollte man keine neuen Bestellungen annehmen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Fünf Sterne, warum? Dieses Burger-Restaurant ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Die Couches sind bequem und es gibt Toiletten sowie viele Bildschirme, auf denen man das Menü und die Auswahl sehen kann. Jetzt zum Wichtigsten: Ich hatte einen California Burger und meine Kollegen einen Caesar Salat. Der Burger war HERVORRAGEND. Ich sag ehrlich: Einer der besten Burger, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Zubereitung war professionell und die Brötchen waren gut angeröstet, sodass sie nicht einfach zerfallen sind. Der Caesar Salat hat meinen Kollegen auch geschmeckt. Vor allem das Dressing und die Croutons haben ihnen sehr gefallen. Zum Schluss möchte ich sagen, dass dieses Restaurant viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient, als es aktuell bekommt. Unbedingt auschecken und probieren!!!

Wir haben Essen zum abholen bestellt. Das Essen war nach dem Nachhauseweg noch sehr warm gewesen.. köstlich und genussvoll

Ich habe Falafel und Burger gegessen – beide waren super und wirklich sehr lecker. Alle, die in Deutschland leben, sollten diesen Geschmack unbedingt einmal ausprobieren.

Einer der besten Burger Laden überhaupt Chef super freundlich und die Portionen echt übermäßig gut

Ich hatte den Doppel-Cheeseburger bestellt. Der war leider nicht so toll. Es gab mehr Salat und extra Belag als Käse oder Fleisch. Die Rindfleisch-Patties waren ausgezeichnet, die Pommes gut. Von den neun Chicken Wings lagen drei oben auf der Fritteuse. Sie waren noch roh und kalt. Der Service und das Ambiente waren hervorragend. Ich gebe dem Restaurant noch eine Chance und schaue, ob es nur ein Ausrutscher war.

Der Burger war sehr lecker und hat auch zudem noch sehr Satt gemacht.

Die Burger waren Fantastisch und vielfaltig und haben sehr gut Geschmeckt. Einfach Wow.

Was soll ich sagen am Essen selbst habe ich Nix auszusetzen aber das man sich nicht Öffnungszeiten hält und öfter früher zu macht ist nicht grade gut und die Lage ist nicht die beste besser wäre es es Stadtzentrum dann würde der Laden besser laufen

Kleiner Diner mit leckeren Burgern, super knusprigen Pommes. Schlicht aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Lieferung ok, von fresh haben wir hier leider nichts geschmeckt. Die Patties sind eine Katastrophe, schmeckt nicht nach Rind, trocken und Konsistenz wie Gummi. Das sich sowas Burger nennen darf ist ein Witz mit Anlauf. Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Tiefkühl Schrott zu dem Preis zu verkaufen (aber sich freshland nennen) ist eine Frechheit.

Hatten gestern 7 verschiedene Burger liefern lassen. Dazu Pommes (Süßkartoffel und Normale) Alles war top. Geschmacklich der Kracher. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Definitely try it! From the outside, it looks a bit like a fast-food joint. Inside, though (apart from the huge menu board ^^), it has a really nice diner charm. Plus, they probably have the best burgers in town. Good selection, and so far, everyone has absolutely delivered. 100% recommended.

Visually, the burger was beautifully presented, but unfortunately, the taste was a disappointment. The meat was dry and more like a meatball than a juicy burger. We couldn't understand the many positive reviews. Furthermore, when we asked, there was no homemade lemonade, only bottled lemonade. A shame.

I enjoyed your place; I'm often in Mannheim, but I've found alternatives, not as good as yours, but the online presence is simply friendlier and more customer-oriented.

Ordered the Freshland Burger and the Freshland Fries. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. The patties in the burger were far too thick, the fries were soggy and overall prepared without any love. The mushrooms in the burger were canned which really affected the taste. For 60 euros I expect significantly better quality. The fast delivery was the only positive thing, but it was absolutely not convincing in terms of taste or appearance. There are great advertisements and attractive videos on Instagram, but unfortunately the reality tastes and looks completely different. One star is only given for the fast delivery. Very disappointing!

A truly fantastic burger! The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the bun was nice and soft but still sturdy. The fresh ingredients and homemade sauce rounded the whole thing off wonderfully. The portion was also just right – filling but not overpowering. Absolutely recommended!

You choose a menu and it says go to the fridge and choose a drink. When paying, it says only the left side of the fridge belongs to the menu and the menu now costs more. Nobody said it before. Above all, there was no extra charge but the entire drink price. I actually had to have another drink so that the price was right, which was pretty bold since none of them pointed it out to me. Well, the taste was okay (unfortunately the rolls were soggy from the topping). I don't need that again. The meat and fries were very good.

I've never written a review before but boy was that awesome. Just ate. Absolutely correct driver, everything arrived warm. The baked nachos were still nice and crispy and not soggy. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian burgers are all delicious. Especially for the price. Can only recommend it.
