Basically when I meet my friends we always go out and eat here it became a tradition, because the food is so yummy also the workers are nice

The food was delivered after 1 hour and 20 minutes. The stated delivery time was 25-50 minutes. The food was practically cold. The chicken nuggets and chicken burger were much too dark. The fries and sweet potato fries were soggy. The burgers were absolutely ridiculous for the price (€11.40).

Ordered two burger menus. Delivery took about 2.5 hours 😮‍💨 The fries were incredibly soggy, there was no sauce on the burgers, and the burgers were almost cold. And all for such a price. This will be the last time we order from there.

So the chicken is a 10/10. The sauces are also excellent. However, I have to say that the meat is just not tasty. You can definitely tell that it's frozen. I think a store should make it fresh every day. Or maybe try a different source of meat. 👍🏼 Otherwise, a great store.

Very nice and pleasant ambiance, attentive service, and friendly waitresses. The food is also very tasty, especially the homemade sauces, and the meat is very well prepared. With the fresh salad, it's definitely worth the money.

I can't say anything about the store, but the delivery service has deteriorated so much that we've decided not to order from there again. We paid €42 for two meals (without drinks). The drive to our place took about 6 minutes, and the delivery time was 100 minutes. After waiting 1.5 hours and calling, the order arrived 10 minutes later. The fries were soggy and the crispy chicken on the burger was fried to death. Very disappointing for the price.

I correct the order was completely wrong except for one burger everything tasted good but for 30 euros plus various surcharges everyone has to decide for themselves

So in the first bite I noticed that the crispy chicken burger is suitable for me with the wigeon wings simply a brutal combo

We had a little chat, and a young employee was very kind and helped us out. Because of the heat, he gave each of us a bottle of water to refresh ourselves. Thank you so much! That was exemplary service.

We would have preferred not to order tonight. ❌ After an hour of waiting, we called to inquire about our order. They said it was supposedly on its way. There were no updates online; the restaurant's system had been shut down. After another 40 minutes of waiting, our order, consisting of two meals, was delivered. Since the fries were already cold, the driver refunded us €10 of the original €40. Unfortunately, the burgers tasted exactly as if they had been sitting in the Styrofoam packaging for 40 minutes. The buns were soggy, the lettuce wilted. If you can't manage 40 orders (according to the driver's statement and apology), then please don't bother. We were looking forward to the food. We do this very rarely, and when it's this disappointing, we'll think twice about whether to order at all next time. We're probably not the first to have a bad experience with a delivery. Several previous reviews describe the same situation.

A cool burger joint that also offers a variety of other snacks. The beef burgers taste good, the chicken version isn't as good in my opinion, but it could be that the quality suffered a bit due to delivery, but they're still perfectly fine. All I can say about the buns is: great, very tasty, and goes perfectly with your burgers.

Were there during Ramadan, super tasty, fast service and nice staff. Shortly after dinner time it was pretty empty.

Best Burger Brothers branch! The atmosphere here is the most pleasant of all locations. The team is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. We were particularly impressed that the food was served on time to break the fast - top service! Gladly again!

I was there a few weeks ago with two friends. Conditions and food were great, the only reason for the two stars. I was so excited that I invited my wife to order something there, but what arrived was really not worthy of any delivery service. The food was cold, mind you we live about 5 minutes away, the fries were inedible and immediately ended up in the trash, all in all pretty expensive, 42 euros for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 cans of cola is just outrageous for the quality.

Unfortunately I have to say that, unlike usual, I am very dissatisfied with the Burger Brothers in Recklinghausen. Despite having ordered it 6.5 hours in advance and a delivery distance of 5 minutes by car, the food arrived late, cold and limp. In addition, only 3 fries were packed for 4 menus and I was assured that something would be sent afterwards, so I called them. But no one showed up anymore. It's a shame not to get what you paid for.

Tastes very good, everything is fresh and the employees are nice and friendly.

My husband and I come here regularly and are always impressed. The food is, as always, freshly prepared and simply delicious. The service is first-class – the team already knows us well and knows exactly what we're ordering (#menu2withouthealth 😉). The ambiance is stylish and inviting, and the cleanliness, especially in the restrooms, is exemplary. We feel very comfortable here and look forward to our visit every time!

My three friends and I were very hungry after a long day of shopping and saw the good reviews here. We drove here and were very impressed. The waitresses were very friendly (we got some more free dips) and the atmosphere was lovely. There was soft music playing, and the decor upstairs was cool. They also serve free tea upstairs. We all really enjoyed the fries; they were very crispy. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger, the 4 Cheese Burger, and the Vegetarian Burger, and all were topped with plenty of fresh ingredients. We left feeling very full and satisfied :)

It was pretty empty. The burgers (5 pieces) were all great. When we ordered, they took the time to explain everything to us. It was a super delicious meal. The preparation time was about 10 minutes. So everything was fine. Only recommended

This is our first time here... the location looks very inviting and everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. There is free Turkish tea, which I don't know from the other branches. Service is classic as it is in the chains at the front, orders are picked up at the back. Ambience very nice and very clean. The food was tasty, but the price was too much for it. Others like foodbrother are much better in terms of taste and also 2-3€ cheaper, 18€ for a menu, well :/

Delicious food, fair prices and fast service

I was there with my Kurdish fiancée and the food was really delicious and the cleanliness of the restaurant was also exemplary. Unfortunately, there was an employee who spread an unpleasant atmosphere and made racist comments. That spoiled our visit a bit. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the atmosphere in your restaurant.

Burger Brothers in Recklinghausen completely convinced us! The food is not only incredibly tasty, but also of high quality - the homemade burger buns are particularly a highlight! The service is always friendly and courteous, and delivery is quick and on time. Even when there was a delay, everything was handled in a very accommodating and customer-oriented manner - you can tell that the focus here is really on the customer. The prices are a little higher, but given the quality, they are absolutely justified. We would be happy to order again and can only recommend Burger Brothers!

Burger Brothers has clearly deteriorated in quality. Think about a change of ownership. Card payments used to be possible without any problems. Not anymore, one look at the cashier makes it clear why. Portions significantly smaller than before. Definitely won't be coming back.

The Hot BBQ Bacon Burger and the Caesar Chicken Salad were very tasty. 5/5 points for this. I have to deduct one point for the fries and the sweet potato sticks. They arrived at us a bit sticky. I know the problem with the delivery fries, but unfortunately I can't give it full marks. We ordered through UBER Eats. It worked without any problems. It was delivered quickly.

Had two different burgers. A beef burger and once chicken, the chicken burger was better. The beef patty is a bit flabby. All in all, the taste was great, very tasty! The staff is absolutely great, friendly through and through!

It's a wonderful meal, even a burger with just one piece of meat is very filling 🍔🍟. It is a clean, tidy restaurant, the salon offers very interesting and modern solutions. The tables and chairs are made of wood, which gives the customer a feeling of naturalness. The bathroom is perfectly clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories. There is a separate waiting area in the salon where you can sit if you want to be a little inconspicuous from the other customers. Will definitely come back ♾️

We were really looking forward to the visit and were unfortunately quite disappointed. Because of the good reviews, we really wanted to try the restaurant. Unfortunately, the dishes were mostly tasteless and mostly lukewarm to cold. The fries were almost cold for each of us, and the sauce for the chili fries was actually completely cold. The mozzarella sticks tasted like nothing. We were very disappointed and would not visit the restaurant again. We have visited much better burger shops. A pity.

Unfortunately I have to share a disappointment. We ate there several times and found it good. We ordered for the first time this evening and were really disappointed. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fries and sweet potato fries as a side dish. The food was completely cold, the burgers and also the side dishes. The fries were soggy and the cheese was completely hard. We paid €20 per person and got completely cold food after waiting for over an hour. You can also get a lot more fries on site. That was simply not enough. I would advise anyone not to order there. If you want to eat burgers go there.

Unfortunately, the price is not good at all. A menu about 15€ +/- 2€ Burger very small, very dry, cold bread, not juicy enough. It wasn't the worst burger I've eaten, but it wasn't worth the money either. I wanted to give the good review a chance, unfortunately I am extremely disappointed. Furthermore, the cashier was a bit too dominant/strict. Please don't forget that the customer is king, you shouldn't get so upset about the customer's mistakes.

Der Burger wurde nicht wie gewünscht gesmashed. Die Zwiebeln haben direkt Sodbrennen in meiner Speiseröhre ausgelöst, da dies vermutlich zu lange rumlagen. Das Patty hat außerdem eigenartig geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren 1A! Sie waren außen kross und innen buttrig weich. Der Service ist super lieb und aufmerksam. Der Chicken Burger hingegen ist absolut zu empfehlen ich habe nix auszusetzen.

Waren heute zum wiederholten Mal da , sehr nette Bedingung und super leckeres Essen, haben so wie der Nachbartisch , Waffeln aufs Haus bekommen , die waren auch sehr lecker . Danke fürs leckere Essen, immer wieder !! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Preis-Leistung nicht ok. Wir haben 10 Burger bestellt - nichts war markiert oder nummeriert und wir durften raten, wecher Burger es ist. Belag auf den Burgern war auch dürftig.
