Meine Schwester und ich waren heute bei euch zu Gast und haben jeweils das Mittagsmenu gegessen. Ganz großes Lob an die Küche, denn das waren mit Abstand die besten Burger bisher und auch die Pommes waren einmalig. Patrick und Noah waren unsere Servicekräfte und haben ihren Job super gemacht. Freundlich und aufmerksam und haben jede Frage mit Geduld beantwortet. Auch der Rest vom Team hat einen tollen Eindruck hinterlassen. Dies wird nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen sein. Danke.

Wir waren heute dort zum Abendessen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen lecker. Leider ist die Preisgestaltung bzw. die Menükarte etwas verwirrend. Beim Abendmenü stand z. B. „11,90 € Burger + Beilage + Cocktail“, wodurch es zunächst wie ein Komplettpreis wirkte. Am Ende stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die 11,90 € zusätzlich zum Burgerpreis berechnet werden. Das war nur im Kleingedruckten erkennbar und daher etwas missverständlich. Der Kellner war allerdings wirklich top und hat mit seiner freundlichen Art vieles wettgemacht. Es geht dabei nicht um die Preise an sich, sondern eher darum, dass die Angebote transparenter und verständlicher dargestellt werden sollten.

Leckere Burger, nettes Personal

Sehr guter Service kombiniert mit leckeren frischen und aus meiner Sicht auch geschmacklich interessanten Speisen werden einem hier geboten. Auch das ambiente im Restaurant selbst ist wirklich angenehm.

Essen, Getränke und vor allem wegen dem Service. Danke sehr- weiter so!!! 🫶 Eigentlich bin ich nicht son Burger Freund... aber hier bei den Kreationen wird man zu einem.. mein Favorit.. Preisleistung 10 von 10 das Ambiente war sehr hübsch und einladend man hat sich wohl gefühlt und es war mal was anderes als sonst. Das Personal und der Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Essen war super lecker. Wir hatten eine weitere Anreise aber das war es auf jeden Fall wert.

Waren bisher immer in Hagen, im Hans im Glück. Meine Tochter freut sich immer auf den vegetarischen Burger. Wie immer alles zufriedenstellend. Personal äußerst freundlich und man wurde umgehend bedient. Waren immerhin 8 Personen, die zeitgleich sowohl ihr Getränk, als auch das Essen erhielt. Nicht immer selbstverständlich.

Es war eine schöne Idee eine Woche glutenfrei anzubieten. Meine Enkelin hat Zöliakie und konnte einfach bestellen. Das darf es öfters geben. Es gibt viel mehr Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit als man meint und erst wenn man selbst betroffen ist, interessiert es einen. Wo man überall aufpassen muss was alles nicht geht. Besonders auswärts essen ist ein Problem. Danke dafür 💜

Ein wirklich tolles Burger Restaurant. Ja es kostet etwas mehr aber der Geschmack und das Ambiente machen sowas wett. Echt Klasse. Wir kommen wieder.

Der Restaurantbesuch war ein echtes Highlight. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich absolut überzeugend. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss. Besonders beeindruckend war der Service: mehr als fünf Sterne wert. Der Service-Mitarbeiter hat seinen Beruf mit echter Leidenschaft ausgeübt und war mit vollem Herzen dabei. Er ist äußerst aufmerksam auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen – auch bei Allergien oder besonderen Anforderungen. Mit viel Geduld und Engagement wurden passende Alternativen angeboten und alles sorgfältig abgestimmt. So viel Einsatz findet man selten.

Fünf Sterne – und das mit voller Überzeugung. Wir hatten das Glück, die glutenfreie Woche zu erleben, und was soll ich sagen: Es fühlte sich an wie ein kleines kulinarisches Paralleluniversum, in dem Verzicht plötzlich keine Rolle mehr spielt. Stattdessen: Genuss, Vielfalt und ein Gefühl von „endlich mal nicht nachfragen müssen“. Der Service? Wird hier nicht nur großgeschrieben, sondern gelebt. Aufmerksam, herzlich und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich – genau die Mischung, die einen Mittag rund macht. Und dann das Essen: Kaum bestellt, stand es auch schon auf dem Tisch. In gefühlter Hypergeschwindigkeit, ohne dass dabei irgendetwas an Qualität verloren ging. Im Gegenteil – alles war frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und vor allem: unglaublich lecker. Diese glutenfreie Woche ist mehr als nur ein Angebot, sie ist ein Statement. Und ganz ehrlich: Davon dürfte es gerne viel mehr geben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Im Zuge der glutenfreien Woche konnte ich hier auch mit zöliakie essen. Das Essen wahr sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir waren in der glutenfreien Woche in Recklinghausen. Unsere Zölis waren super glücklich endlich mal einfach von der Karte bestellen zu können. Burger sowie Beilagen waren sehr lecker. Das Personal mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommen gerne wieder! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag von unseren Kids: sie würden sich als Alternative ein Bun ohne Körner wünschen.

Die glutenfreie Woche bei Hans im Glück hat es uns ermöglicht 🥹 Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und haben für einen kurzen Moment sogar die Autoimmunerkrankung vergessen können - wir haben uns so „normal“ gefühlt. Natürlich konnten wir zunächst unseren Kontrollzwang nicht ablegen, aber es war alles einfach so toll gemacht und auf Kontamination etc. wurde penibel geachtet! Alle Saucen wurden neu geöffnet, die Fritteusen gründlich gereinigt und und und. Wir sind einfach soooo happy und hoffen auf eine weitere glutenfreie Woche. Uns würdet ihr dann auf jeden Fall wieder sehen ♥️ Der glutenfreie vegane Burger war echt super! Die Buns waren sooooo luftig und lecker, dass man garnicht darauf gekommen wäre, dass sie glutenfrei sind. Zudem gibt es glutenfreie Hafermilch als Milchalternative und glutenfreies Bier, welches wir allerdings nicht getestet haben. Alles in allem würde ich gerne 10 von 5 möglichen Sternen geben. Es war echt ein super toller Aufenthalt!

Glutenfreie Woche im Hans im Glück - Zölis im Glück. Wir waren gestern dort essen, hatten uns zwei verschiedene Burger und zwei verschiedene Fritten bestellt und alles durch zwei geteilt, damit wir beide auch möglichst viel probieren konnten. Die glutenfreien Brötchen waren von der Konsistenz her super, nur würden wir beide beim nächsten Mal eine körnerfreie Variante bevorzugen. Auch die Burgerkreationen und Fritten haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Einzig die Sitzplätze laden nicht gerade zu einem langen Verweilen ein, da die Bänke doch eher hart und ohne Rückenlehne nicht gerade gemütlich sind.

Ich war mit meiner Familie bei euch zu der glutenfreien Aktionswoche. Es hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Es war ein tolles Gefühl, alles von der Karte bestellen zu können, bei allen probieren zu dürfen und sich keine Sorgen darüber machen zu müssen, ob das Essen wirklich glutenfrei war und man vielleicht hinterher mit den Folgen eines Glutenunfalls zu kämpfen hat. Als meine Tochter dann sagte: „ Mama, wir konnten uns noch nie ein Getränk im Restaurant teilen!“ hab ich gedacht, wie schön, dass ihr mir diese Normalität einmal ermöglicht habt mit eurer Aktionswoche! Ich war zur glutenfreie Woche da und war super begeistert. Ich hab mich trotz meiner Zöliakie super aufgehoben gefühlt, das Personal war gut geschult und die Karte, trotz des nur kurzfristigen Angebots, hatte einiges zu bieten. Es war super lecker. Ich hoffe, dass das öfter gemacht wird!

Alles in allem durchschnittlich. Wenn man das Konzept mag, kann man sich sicherlich wohlfühlen. Ich finde es unbequem auf Bänken ohne Lehne sitzen zu müssen. Die Portionen sind zu klein für den Preis oder der Preis zu hoch für die Größe der Gerichte. Ich muss das nicht noch mal haben.

Nach 2 min sitzen am Tisch (draußen) wird man direkt angesprochen 😅

Von Zeit zu Zeit verschlägt es mich zum Burger Essen ins "Hans im Glück". Der Service ist jedes Mal sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und nett. Kaum hat man die Bestellung aufgegeben, werden die Getränke als auch das Essen schön warm serviert. Die Preise sind nicht ganz gering, jedoch m. M. n. angemessen.

Zum ersten Mal im Hans im Glück Recklinghausen (Palais Vest) – und total begeistert! Die Location ist wunderschön dekoriert, gemütlich-hell mit richtig viel Liebe zum Detail. Große Auswahl an Burgern, vegan/vegetarisch und leckeren Sides. Die hausgemachten Getränke sind der Hammer – mein absoluter Favorit: der frische Heidelbeer-Minz-Eistee (erfrischend, fruchtig, perfekt!). Die Kellner waren durchweg superfreundlich, aufmerksam und total entspannt – haben super beraten und immer ein Lächeln gehabt. Und das Essen kam blitzschnell auf den Tisch, obwohl viel los war – frisch, saftig, top zubereitet. Kurz: Tolles Ambiente, mega Getränke, freundliches Team und superschneller Service. Komme definitiv wieder! 5 Sterne! 🍔✨

I don't even know where to begin! The waiter showed us straight to our table without any waiting. Then, he very kindly explained the different menus to us, and we were able to customize our burgers however we wanted... AMAZING!!! Our drinks arrived just one minute later. Incredibly fast! And after only 2-3 minutes, the food arrived. Seriously, that's world-class! I could write a whole essay about how friendly the waiter and the team were, but I think this review speaks for itself. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

It was our first time at Hans im Glück – and also our last. The burger tasted okay, but it was too small for the high price. The service wasn't very friendly and seemed unmotivated. We sat on uncomfortable wooden benches covered in black felt – this felt was dirty and covered in hair – extremely unappetizing!! And not just at our table!

Delicious food, great selection, and the drinks were excellent as well. On top of that, the service staff was extremely friendly and attentive. This is what makes dining enjoyable. My only criticism of the venue is that the seating could be more comfortable, and the aisles and entrance could be wider in certain areas. This can be a bit difficult for older people, especially those using a walking aid.

I would gladly order again. Very friendly and fast service.

Simply wonderful. We received such lovely service and were so well looked after. Our meals were fresh and delicious. A trip well worth taking (the design of the furnishings is also great – modern, cozy, and clean).

Recklinghausen is always worth a visit.

I've often met up with a friend or family member at "Hans im Glück" and we'd eat together. I've also been there with a larger group of friends. The food is always delicious and tastes unmistakably "Hans im Glück." What I find truly distinctive are the four sauces on offer, which are always available at the tables. Since my visits have always been at lunchtime, this has typically included a tasty lunch menu with a flavorful burger, crispy sweet potato fries, and a unique cold drink. For dessert, I've always chosen either a cappuccino or a hot chocolate. Everything is always absolutely delicious. The ambiance is instantly recognizable with its distinctive forest theme—unique and cozy. The service is always very quick and attentive. My only complaint stems from one particular visit when, strangely, our table was ignored, and we had to wait a very long time for a server. Conclusion: A visit is highly recommended and can be easily combined with a shopping trip to Palais Vest.

I had a delicious Champion Bowl and a Goldfinch cocktail. Both were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend them!

We went to a "Hans im Glück" restaurant again after a long time. Unfortunately, we weren't really impressed. I have to make an exception for the rest of the service! The waitresses were really great! Very friendly, fast, and well-trained. It was just the food that was so-so... On the waitress's recommendation, we ordered the Sunday menu: a burger or salad bowl with a side of our choice, a cold drink, and a coffee... for €20. I somehow remembered the burgers being a bit bigger, and the meat patty was quite overcooked and dry... Conclusion: It's a nice fast-food restaurant, nothing more, but a bit too expensive for what it is.

We had a perfect evening yesterday! I'd especially like to highlight the wonderful service from our waitress, Jasmin. We sat right at the bar and, sorry if I misspelled it, we also have to thank Alam for his incredibly hospitable work. We'd love to come back again!

We were there again during the "Recklinghausen Lights Up" event. We had to wait at the door because the restaurant was full. After a 10-minute wait, we were shown to our table. As always, super fast (even though the place was packed) and delicious. The staff is always great, too.

Absolutely delicious and unique burgers. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. What's really annoying is the very loud music. You get the feeling they're trying to get rid of people faster. 😏

I politely asked if my girlfriend could use the restroom. This was refused. Upon repeating my request and explaining that all restrooms in the city center were already closed at that time, including the one at the town hall, I was met with a response citing the right of the property owner to refuse service. It's simply shameful how no one would want to help someone in such a vulnerable situation.

We politely asked if we could use the toilet, even for a fee, due to an urgent need, and were told that they had the right to refuse service. We were usually happy customers at Hans im Glück, but that won't happen again. Such disrespectful treatment seems to be the norm.

I came on a recommendation! I was skeptical at first, but that quickly disappeared! The service was very friendly and explained everything perfectly! The food was fantastic! It was my first time, but definitely not my last!

We were there today and had lunch. The menu features a special lunch menu, but it doesn't even mention what's excluded or costs extra, and that's a lot. Whether it's sweet potato fries or hot drinks, there's no transparency at all. Luckily, the friendly waiter explains everything, even though that's probably not the point. So, the two of us had lunch there for just under €60. Pretty steep for a chain restaurant. The taste was good, especially the garlic fries. The atmosphere is okay; you just sit on very simple wooden benches, but the overall concept is good. The waiter was first-class and really made a lot of money. 5***** otherwise, I would have been much more upset about this lunch menu bargain. The abysmal pricing definitely cost a star; for just under €30 per person, you can have much better lunch elsewhere, and for a tenner less.

I was there on Tuesday evening, and aside from the delicious food and the lovely ambiance, the service was very personable and friendly. The drinks arrived shortly after ordering, and the food arrived less than five minutes later.

Completely new to me. The interior is really beautiful and invites you to linger for a while. The burgers are really tasty and not too much. We were almost the only ones there, so I can't say what it was like when it was full.

Great location with friendly staff and delicious food. The ambiance is great. I sometimes find it a bit cramped, especially with four or more people at a table. The wooden box with the sauces takes up a bit of space, and I don't find the wooden benches particularly comfortable. Nevertheless, I'd be happy to come back anytime.

The burgers are really great, but unfortunately, the value for money isn't optimal. If you're willing to pay around €25 for the dinner menu, then it's fine, but overall I still think it's a bit too expensive. If you want anything other than golden fries or the side salad, there's an extra charge of over €4, which I also find a bit disappointing. What also bothers me (although I can understand it, considering their tips) is that the waiters ask me about the food almost every five minutes. That's a bit annoying when you just want to have a quiet conversation while eating.

Friendly staff, good service. Had BBQ CAULI WINGS to go, very tasty. Disappointed when I got home; there was so little in the package that I weighed it. I thought a whole 170g of BBQ CAULI WINGS for €7.90 was simply too expensive. What a shame.

The food was good and came quickly. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, some drinks were mixed up, but it wasn't a big deal. It's also nice to sit outside, although it can get a bit noisy at times. I also like the fact that you have a choice of burger buns. The selection is large, but not too large. We had veggie burgers, and they tasted really good, too. 👍

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant didn't convince me this time. The Smash Burger for €12.90 didn't meet my expectations. For that price, I would have preferred more freshness and flavor. The burger was ready very quickly – which gives the impression that the meat was perhaps pre-cooked or frozen. The sauces had an unusual taste after a few bites, and overall, the toppings were very sparse. Unfortunately, the value for money isn't right in my opinion. Too bad – I had hoped for more.

Really super nice, but unfortunately, it doesn't fill me up! €50 for a quick lunch for two people is a lot! The quality of the food has declined significantly; unfortunately, it's no longer my favorite!

Rich selection, delicious food... What more could you want

I've eaten there several times, sometimes alone, sometimes with family, and I'm always impressed! The food and drinks are super delicious and homemade. As a vegan, I always feel very comfortable when I have so many options, from appetizers to dessert! Beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The food itself comes really quickly and is always beautifully presented. Stay as you are 🙏🏻

We like it there and have been there a few times now. Burgers are always very good. Often very crowded and louder in the evenings. Quieter at lunchtime. Nice service, good food, great atmosphere. As always, the hamburger was very tasty and the quality of the cuisine was impressive. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the alcohol-free shandy. Instead of a real shandy, I was served a glass of non-alcoholic beer mixed with Sprite. If this had been clearly communicated beforehand, I would not have ordered it. Such information should definitely be on the menu or mentioned when ordering.

The culinary offerings are as you would expect from “Hans im Glück” as a chain, really good. What struck us extremely positively about this branch was the very friendly and child-friendly service. Eating out with children can sometimes be a challenge, but here it is made easy. Thanks for that and thumbs up!

It is very beautiful there and the food is also very tasty. The cellars are all always very nice.

A very nice shop in Recklinghausen. The benches are a bit uncomfortable but otherwise you can sit there well. The hippie bowl with goat cheese was very tasty. Everything was perfect there. I also really enjoyed the smashed burger. The meat was good and bun was also very fluffy. The service was very nice and attentive.

Everything was good. Very tasty and nice service

We stopped on the way from England to Poland to eat something. 'Wild West' and 'avocado' burgers are quite tasty. French fries too. The waiter was very polite and explained to us in English the differences between hamburger buns. The double espresso was more like a (good) Americano. Cool decor with birch trunks separating the tables. One star less for not very clean seats and pillows that spoil the good impression.
