The burgers are good. Some of the meat is still a little pink in the middle. Too pink for some. The curled fries were very flavorful and are highly recommended. The wedges fall behind in comparison. Waiting time almost 15 minutes. Ambience is modern and okay. Service friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. I would go again if I'm in the area and fancy a burger.

Burger quite boring in taste. I was pretty disappointed after the previous reviews. The curly fries were good. Price performance leaves a lot to be desired.

There were six of us here and it was simply fantastic! The food was super delicious - I had the Curly Fries and the JayJay Bowl, the others were also enthusiastic about their food. The atmosphere was incredibly beautiful and cozy - you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Particularly noteworthy were the waiters, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. As a nice gesture, there was even a delicious lemonade on the house. The atmosphere was always great! The restaurant offers halal food and there is no music, just nasheeds without instruments. There is something for everyone. Price-performance is unbeatable. A great experience, we will come back inshallah♥️

After a long wait and inquiries, it was discovered that our order had simply been lost. Nobody even thought of asking us what we had ordered when we had been sitting there for ages and still had nothing on the table. Unfortunately, a decent ambience doesn't help either. At least we got our money back but I can't get the time back.

Unfortunately I couldn't leave a review on Lieferando. I ordered and after 1.5 hours of waiting the order was canceled despite confirmation of arrival. I like your burgers but calling if it doesn't work or letting you know in advance would be appropriate.

Eat: - bad, expensive and not worth the wait. Nothing more needs to be said about it. - Patties have McDonalds/BurgerKing character, taste and quality Service: - The woman at the counter/cash register was extremely unfriendly, no “hello” no nothing and when you asked questions about the menu she handed you the card without saying a word and constantly made a face as if I had insulted her in the worst possible way doesn't work at all! - Service deserves 0 stars - after ordering at the checkout and paying in advance, you wait more than 40 (!!!) minutes for your food in the almost empty restaurant (there seems to be no order in the service) - some get their food delivered to the table, some have to go to the front to pick it up, incomprehensible (especially strange because the four Muslim women are served at the table and the German couple is not) - Even though we as a couple ordered in front of a group of four ladies (Muslims), they still got their food before us Ambiance: - Facility ok - Heating off, therefore too cold - no music or anything, so it has a very strange atmosphere (you can hear the employees shouting in the back room and generally every conversation in the room) Miscellaneous: - a “menu price” is stated on the menu for some items; when we ask an employee (not the untalkative one from the checkout) we are told: there is no menu - the menu does not provide any information or explanations. - Toilet is simply closed. So if you want to wash your hands before eating or want to follow the call of nature - not here.

Ordered at 7:45 p.m., confirmed pickup time 8:10 p.m. Still waited 38 minutes in the restaurant. The burger was cold, the fries only lukewarm. I can understand that there is a lot going on. What I find less understandable is that the shortest stated pick-up time is 15 minutes despite the location. I can't understand at all why they don't try to save it with proactive telephone feedback. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately the table we sat at was sticky. My salad only came after I had eaten the burger and asked twice.

Really really good burger shop, delivery went smoothly and extremely quickly despite the difficult delivery address. Burgers were very tasty and good quality and well packaged. Unfortunately the surroundings aren't that nice, but the interior is very modern. Unfortunately the toilets were closed due to renovation work. Nevertheless, I would recommend a very good shop to everyone!

8€ delivery costs are simply a disgrace. The food is expensive, but of course you're happy to pay that. But who offers free delivery these days for orders over €85(!)?

Really good burgers made from high quality ingredients. For the fries, you may want to reconsider the packaging for pickup/delivery. These are usually completely soft and anything but crispy. Otherwise everything has always been great so far!

I went there for the first time because I read the reviews and wanted to try the burgers. The location itself is nicely decorated and everything is clean. The service was also good and brought the food to the table. The burgers were okay, so not particularly good or bad. The only thing that surprised me a bit was the slightly longer waiting time despite the empty store. I give it 4 stars overall.

Top shop, I love going there, delicious, fresh and quality... ...the service could be improved: Constructive criticism: BRING the food if you then carry the dishes back with “juicy” prices. - If the store is packed: no problem, even this is cushioned by staff at other restaurants. - Serving: 5 m - 10 m to the table should be possible. Otherwise you can stay at home. Service is particularly important at business meetings or short lunch breaks in order to be able to have a conversation with your companion. — PS: the “unhygienic rags” that are supposed to be table decorations can go away.. 😉 THANK YOU. => This is complaining at a high level, so a very good shop! Very special decor/ambience and menu, quick, nice service, top taste

I had an order on site. The food was cold even though I had waited 10 minutes. The 2 drinks were forgotten. I had a tender bowl and there was no avocado in it. Catastrophe!

I ordered food via the homepage shortly after 8 p.m. and paid in advance and was told I could pick it up after about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I received an email saying that my order unfortunately had to be canceled because the restaurant had rejected it. When I asked by phone how I could get my money back, all I said was that I couldn't reach the boss and that I would be called back at lunchtime the next day. There was no message all day, so I called again, only to be told again that I needed to reach the boss. I finally walked past and was told that they couldn't give me the money from the cash register, but that the boss was sending it to me via Paypal at that very second. So far I still haven't received anything. It's okay if you don't accept orders after 8 p.m., but then adjust your ordering software accordingly or note it on the site. Or if the notification of the cancellation takes as long as the stated delivery time, that's pretty bad too. Having to chase your money unsuccessfully for ever afterward tops it all off. It's a shame, I've always enjoyed ordering from you.

We ate The One Burger with fries and were full. The burger and fries were very well prepared and everything tasted delicious. It was worth driving an extra 85km to try the burger. I will come more often, Insallah.

Unfortunately, the burgers were already cold upon arrival Meat was completely dry and overcooked and didn't even have any brandings. The lettuce on the burger was still unwashed (at least there was still a lot of sand on it) The tomatoes were also very poor The sauce was saved and the fries were totally soft and without any crunch The onion rings, however, were very tasty The order was placed on Lieferando half an hour before closing time and the delivery boy seemed very annoyed It's a shame that the first order was such a failure. No recommendation from me.

Yamyam! 🤤 The burgers are a hit. We had four different ones and each one was delicious 😋. The fries 🍟 awesome. I've never seen the shape of it before. This means you can easily absorb mayo or ketup. The sausage is great and very tasty. If the weather cooperates, you can also chill out and enjoy outside.

If I were just rating the food, I would give it 4/5 stars. I find it really tasty. I also think the furnishings and the outdoor location are cool. The toilet (I can only speak of the women's toilet) was already unacceptable on my last two visits. Both times there was a very unpleasant smell of urine and it wasn't clean at all. Despite the delicious food, we lost our hunger. Therefore only 3 stars. I'm still wondering why there's no music playing. This would make the atmosphere much more relaxed and inviting.

Actually my favorite cafe... However, the last time I ordered from Lieferando I ordered 2 Jayjay Bowls... Rocket was still completely sandy and I got bulgur instead of jasmine rice. The confusion with bulgur is not the first time either. Home orders will no longer be placed at Twobros in the future.

You should really work on the underground arrogance of your employees at the counter. This was the second time that the behavior of the employees was extremely unfriendly. Burgers taste good, but our burger bun fridge was cold. Which generally made the burger get cold quickly. It would be cool to have a sauce basket at the table and a damp cloth to clean your hands. The toilets could be cleaner, but probably difficult as the burger shop is right next to the train station. When it came to service, you didn't know exactly whether you were being served yourself or whether you were being served at the table. The table next to us was served, we stood up for each order, which wasn't so bad. Ambience is good. Beautifully and creatively decorated. Coffee tastes good 😁

Everything worked great when picked up, the staff was very nice, but unfortunately it wasn't my taste at all. I'm an absolute burger lover, unfortunately the meat was too much and not juicy enough. But everyone has different ideas about a burger. Unfortunately it wasn't for me. We also had shrimp as a side dish and unfortunately they tasted very greasy and oily.

Sehr positiv überrascht sowohl von den Burgern als auch von der Bedienung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top - sehr große Portion Pommes!

Ungewöhnliche Innenausstattung, Weltkarte in Putztechnik, viele Regale, Gang zum WC komplett mit Wandbemalung, kostenfreies Wasser zum trinken, mit dem Hinweis: "Water is an humanrigth". Kaffee ist super gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich, Essen haben wir nicht probiert. Das Männer-WC ist reperaturbedürftig. Insgesamt sehr, sehr, angenehm.
