Owner has probably changed! Be careful! I was a fan of Side Grill for years but the taste has deteriorated so much! Operators only speak a limited amount of German! Price/performance bad! Too bad!

I've been a regular customer at the Isabella kebab shop for years, and I'm always impressed! I particularly like the freshly homemade, oven-baked bread, which makes the kebab a true taste experience. I visited the Bosporus Kebab House with high expectations because I thought it was the best kebab shop based on the positive reviews in Gotha. Unfortunately I was disappointed. At first, a lot seemed promising: the menu was manageable, the staff was very friendly, the bread stood out from standard kebabs, and even the packaging made an innovative impression. But ultimately these positive aspects couldn't save the overall experience. A big problem was the bread - it proved inconvenient as it tore easily. In the end, the kebab was more like a burger that was open on all sides. In addition, the packaging did not keep the kebab warm enough. Despite only a five-minute drive, it was already lukewarm because the insulation couldn't keep up with aluminum foil. The taste of the meat didn't impress me, and the difficult handling - as the kebab fell apart into its individual parts - lost my appetite. For now I won't eat there again.

Erstes Feature ist, dass der Dürüm, das Fladenbrot, in das der Döner eingewickelt wird, jedes Mal, für jede Portion, frisch gebacken wird, und das ist natürlich ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht zu den meisten anderen Dönerläden, die nur fertiges, manchmal recht altes, Fladenbrot oder Dürüm nehmen und aufwärmen. Zweitens ist das Fleisch wirklich sehr gut, und der Besitzer achtet darauf, dass nur perfekt gegrilltes, knuspriges, trotzdem saftiges Fleisch in den Döner kommt, was bei vielen anderen Läden leider nicht so ist. Wir hatten beide den Döner Dürüm, mit etwas Salat, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Pul Biber und Cacik, und es war wirklich perfekt, alles warm und frisch, das Brot, das Fleisch, das Gemüse, und es war auch perfekt gewürzt, etwas scharf, aber nicht zu sehr, es geht wirklich kaum besser… Der Laden ist ein Imbiss, also Tische und Bänke und jetzt nicht enorm viel Atmosphäre, aber das ist absolut in Ordnung so, das ist ja kein Sternerestaurant, auch wenn in der Küche offensichtlich mit genau so viel Sorgfalt und Liebe gearbeitet wird. Ich würde auch empfehlen, da zu essen, damit man wirklich das volle Erlebnis hat, das Brot zu essen, das eine Minute zuvor noch im Ofen war, und das Fleisch, das sich eine Minute zuvor noch am Spieß gedreht hat, je frischer ist, desto besser schmeckt es halt… Ich wollte das hier bei tripadvisor noch mal schreiben, weil ich schockiert festgestellt habe, dass es hier kaum Bewertungen zu diesem wirklich hervorragenden Imbiss gibt…
