Waited 40 minutes for our order. Then I asked and the order was apparently not started. In between we spoke to one of the employees; this could have been noticed here. Generally unfriendly treatment, no accommodation. We asked for the money back because we didn't have time to wait any longer for the food.

After we had already waited half an hour for the food, one of the employees came up to us and wanted to send us out because we hadn't made a reservation (reservations are not possible, at least on Google). After a brief confusion, we were allowed to stay seated and after waiting for over 40 minutes (guests who arrived later were already being served) we asked for our money back and left the store. Worst service ever. Avoid this store if possible.

Absolute insider tip, very tasty burgers, patties are made by hand. Fries very crispy and well prepared. There was also a nice conversation with the owner. I was also able to try the in-house dip, which is highly recommended and has a slight spiciness. Seating area is clean and comfortable. Very happy again! ⭐

The moment when the restaurant rejects your order, the driver comes anyway, you show him the cancellation and then he gets loud in the stairwell and shouts at you never to order again. By the way, his “guess” was - if there is no money on Paypal, it will be rejected. Stupid that it says cash payment 😂Strong service

We were there on vacation and were really in the mood for burgers, so Etmanus caught our eye, the chilli cheeseburger and the cheeseburger were delicious, together with an iced tea in the warm weather the visit was just great :)

I ordered online, I had to wait 2 hours for the food, it arrived cold and the order wasn't complete, the delivery person just drove away even though I wanted to tell him.

While visiting Cologne we were looking for something for dinner and came across EtManus Burger. The service was very very good. Friendly and very customer oriented. And I was also very impressed by the food. I had the Crunchy Chicken Burger and it is really crunchy. Perfectly crunchy. Very very tasty.

The employee who has nothing to do with the delivery service is sent to the delivery without change, so you have to go to the store yourself to pay... Even though you said you wanted to pay in cash... The kitchen help who brought us the food Only the service behind the counter was friendly. Food was cold when it arrived even though you didn't live far away.

Update: Such a delicious burger, I had the Etmanus Burger and everything was perfect! The patties were juicy and it was simply a dream, all the criticisms from 2 years ago no longer existed! But still so tasty 😍 Really juicy burgers that drip when you bite into them and the fries were also a highlight. I haven't eaten such crispy fries in a long time. So when it comes to the taste, I can only say positive things. Only one point deducted because there were no cutlery or napkins. And the shop was also very small and we felt like we were sitting next to other guests who enjoyed watching while they ate. I could easily imagine taking it home there, but eating inside is more difficult!

One of the worst burger joints. Extremely dry and hardly any meat in it. There is also no cutlery to take away for the fries.

The atmosphere in this ambience, the service and the various citizens, who are all delicious, get all the stars from me as a citizen expert, especially the chili citizen, which is really highly recommended. Great value for money, especially the restaurant atmosphere.

I ate the burger with BBQ sauce. It was very successful. I would definitely recommend it. The service is a 10. They are very attentive.

The store seems ok, is a bit small, it's clean. When i arrived, I asked for a crispy chicken, they didn't have any chicken, or any meat, just veggie burgers, which is ok, but still, it's a turn off not having the food you want at a restaurant. My order was ok, and tasted good. The price was a bit too high for a veggie burger.

We came by chance by looking at the reviews. We ate amazing hamburgers, BBQ and Mushroomburgers, we loved it, it was incredibly delicious. It has a clean and neat environment. Kral TV was a surprise, we missed it 👏👏👏

The shop is not directly on Deutzer Freiheit, which is why it doesn't really catch the eye. From the outside it also looks smaller than it actually is. The furnishings are visually okay, but the chairs and benches are above average comfortable. Service was a one-man show, but it was really good. Attentive, polite and quick preparation. The food was really above the actual burger average from the Rhineland area. Fresh ingredients, delicious pretzel brioche buns, delicious meat (peobed beef and crispy chicken) and pleasant spiciness in the burgers and sauces. Fries better than the sweet potato fries. However, both are very tasty.

Hatte ein Cheeseburger Manus smashed Menü bestellt. Die Tische waren großenteils leider etwas verschmutzt und wurden nicht sauber gemacht. Der Burger an sich war in Ordnung jedoch war ich leider enttäuscht da dass Patty kaum gewürzt war, kaum röstaromen hatte, die karamellisierten Zwiebeln waren glasig und süß aber nicht karamellisiert und die Pommes waren geschmacklich lecker aber versalzen.

Ich bin ich auf den Laden gestoßen der Look hat gepasst also bin ich Rein und ich muss sagen gerne wieder ich habe mir den Etmanus Burger und ein Chillichees Hotdog bestellt sollten so ein guten Bürger gegessen und der Hotdog war eine Wucht

Mir wurde bei Abholung 19% MWST berechnet. Habe darauf hingewiesen das es 7% sein müsste, hat mich einfach geärgert. Rückmeldung war „keine Ahnung, kann ich jetzt auch nichts machen“. Ich weiß auch die Gastro hat es schwer aber so verärgert man die Kunden auch…

Bester Burger in köln ich war heute in Deutz essen, es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt meiner Frau hat es auch sehr gut geschmeckt wir waren beide sehr zufrieden bis zum nächsten mal!

Der Laden war komplett leer.. trotzdem durfte ich 20 Minuten für 2 einfache cheeseburger warten. Bei einem davon war kein Käse drauf. Sie wirkten sehr überfordert. Und 18,5€ für 2 normale cheeseburger mit einem patty der höchstens 140 gramm wiegt auch etwas viel.. Gibt definitiv bessere burger Läden in der Umgebung.

Essen war zugegebenermaßen top allerdings ein Service der nicht zu glauben ist. Kein Tischservice und keine Verabschiedung geschweige denn Nachfrage ob wir Sauce oder Ähnliches haben wollen. Die Mitarbeiter rennen durchgängig rein und raus um zu vapen. Tische und Theke ebenfalls dreckig und alles sehr dunkel und klein. Werden nicht nochmal kommen!

Habe erstmals bei Etmanus Burger in Köln-Deutz bestellt und das Menü mit einem Burger ausprobiert. Der Burger war wirklich köstlich, saftig und lecker. Ich werde definitiv wieder hierher kommen, um erneut einen Burger zu genießen. Die Pommes waren zu knusprig trocken, ziemlich fettig also nie wieder Pommes hier. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und höflich. Ambiente mittelmäßig.
