I ate here for the first time today and not only got free fries but also got to choose the music myself. Amazing service and great staff!

I waited almost two hours for my food, and in the end, I received the wrong food, and it was cold. When I called to complain, I was insulted on the phone. Honestly, don't order from this place; they have absolutely no respect for their customers, and you never know how the food is prepared. Even one star is too much.

Small, cool place with great service and solid food! We'll be back next time!

Based on the very good reviews, I went there today… The chili cheeseburger 🍔 was okay, but not really spicy. 🌶️ The high-quality fries, however, were far too greasy and unsalted. I had the greasy taste lingering on my palate for a while afterward… Unfortunately, they don't serve any alcoholic drinks (I would have at least expected a simple bottled Kölsch…)

Such a cute shop! I've rarely met such friendly and attentive staff. When I mentioned I'm vegan, they immediately offered suitable alternatives. They even accommodated special requests. In the end, we even got a free lollipop! :) We felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back!

A very good little burger joint not far from the Lanxess Arena. The food is, in my opinion, pretty average. What stands out here is the friendly service. The owner, in particular, is very good with his customers.

A small burger joint with very friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to the Lanxess Arena. We ate there before a concert and were a bit pressed for time, but the food came quickly and tasted good. The owner chats with his customers and makes sure you don't miss anything :) very attentive! We felt very well looked after.

I'm usually quite critical of burgers, especially when I pick them up or order them, because they're usually already cold, mushy, or something else entirely. These ones, however, were not only absolutely delicious and freshly made when I picked them up, but the service, both on the phone and in person, was super-friendly and even gave me a patty on one of the burgers (thanks again for that). Given how friendly they were, I'm already looking forward to ordering from there again. The food was very well prepared and everything was nicely seasoned. The fries, both the regular and sweet potato fries, were nice and crispy, which isn't usually the case. Overall, a solid 10/10.

We went to Deutz today for a burger. For €15 including a drink, it was rather disappointing. Long wait, really cold burger (were we forgotten?), sloppy looking, dirty tables outside...way too tightly squashed together. Nope...not again.

Five of us ate here after a soccer game, and I definitely recommend it. Very friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere (on a Saturday at 8 p.m.), and delicious burgers. 👌☺️

We stumbled upon this place by chance before a concert. I have to say, it was one of the best burgers we've ever eaten. Simple, no frills, just a damn good burger. The fries were just as good. The service was also super friendly and genuinely helpful. We'd happily go back!

The people were friendly. The food was okay. There are several different burgers and also well-salted fries. Inside, there's a large refrigerator with drinks. You usually serve yourself there and then pay. The food is also brought to the outside seats. However, you have to order inside. So walk in, order, pay, and leave your name. Eventually, someone will call out your name and bring the food. It's relatively small in there, and there aren't many places to sit outside either. There's only one restroom. This means that if someone is using it, no one else can get in. For people with modest expectations, this place is recommended.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend it: Unfortunately, the value for money here isn't right. While the price is reasonable, both the taste and quality leave a lot to be desired. The patties on our burgers were soft and hollow, meaning they immediately shrank into a very thin slice of bread when held. Overall, the burger was far too oily, and apart from the sauce, the individual components (meat, lettuce, vegetables, etc.) lacked any distinct flavor. The sweet potato fries were soft both inside and out, but at least they were cooked. The friendly service and the quick preparation of the food (we were the only customers there) were positive.

They're super nice people, but more than a little disorganized. Two burgers are labeled vegan, but the allergens say all burgers contain egg and milk. I don't know what to make of that; when I asked, they apparently didn't even know what vegan was. The patties are vegan, but maybe the rest isn't? So you can't advertise it as such.

We were there with 10 people. The boss was very nice and the food was also tasty. But the staff should not be held accountable. The waiter insulted us and one colleague had to wait three quarters of an hour longer for his food than everyone else.

There were 10 of us there. The manager was very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, one of us was belittled by a member of staff and was slightly ostracized. Furthermore, our order wasn't placed until after everyone else had their food, after waiting twice as long, and then only after a reminder. We also ordered sweet potato fries, but unfortunately, only regular ones were delivered. When this was pointed out, we still had to pay for the more expensive sweet potato fries. Overall, everything seemed very disorganized. However, the manager is very kind and patient and tried his best to make us feel comfortable. The food, however, was really good.

I had the Manus Cheeseburger, and I highly recommend it. The food was wonderful. Seven of us were there; everyone had something different, and everyone went home full and happy. The people are friendly and welcoming, so you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Salvation of a hungry person after 22:00 on Saturday. Delicious! The portions are hearty, they cook quickly. Before 23:00 the kitchen is completely problem-free, it's very nice!

Overall, this place lacks organization. When it's busy, orders are forgotten, and after repeated inquiries, they are completely incorrectly executed. The burger I ordered without cheese was a different one and, surprise, had cheese on it. They apologized for forgetting my order, which I accept, but if you still get it wrong, the apology is of little use. The food itself is quite good if you get what you want, but it's nothing special.

Delicious burgers and the price is impressive

The burgers were among the best I've had in years and a highlight after the trade fair experience. The good-looking staff were also kind enough to charge my nearly dying phone while I ate for the journey home. A small but perfectly formed burger joint, highly recommended!

Orders weren't ordered properly, and the wait was an hour at medium capacity. The long wait was met with an apology, which didn't make it any better if you were hungry. A free drink was offered, but declined, and THEN the money was refunded because of the wait, hence the 2 stars. Get the orders in a proper order and do the right thing next time – that doesn't work in a restaurant business!

Based on the many positive reviews, we went here and had a falafel avocado burger, a falafel cheeseburger, one regular fries, and one chili cheese fries. Overall, we were extremely disappointed – the fries didn't taste like fries, but rather like frying oil. They also immediately disintegrated in the mouth, leaving an unpleasant feeling. The burgers were okay overall, but rather bland in flavor, and the buns were older, puffy brioche buns that were quite dry. The dips that accompanied the fries tasted rancid and were practically unseasoned. The staff was courteous and friendly, but it didn't make the food taste any better. Definitely not a recommendation!

We were looking for something to eat on Friday after visiting the Lanxess Arena and happened upon this place by chance at 10 p.m. Incredibly delicious burgers. The owner was incredibly friendly, and even when the place was swarming with customers because the event was over, he remained calm and spread a tremendous amount of good cheer. Of course, the wait was completely acceptable due to the number of customers. So if you want to eat really delicious burgers at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The owner's friendly demeanor alone is worth 5 stars. We came back on Saturday evening because we enjoyed the food so much. So, this will be our first stop in the future, should we ever be in Cologne again!

great burgers and smash burgers, insanely tasty, a bit expensive but you get your moneys worth

The place is small, and queueing happens right next to other people eating their meals. If there’s more than one person in queue, get ready for delays and messed up orders. Some items were also sold out. Lieferando and Wolt orders get prioritized over in person orders. I do not recommend this establisment if you are in any kind of hurry.

The burgers were honestly some of the best I've ever eaten. He was incredibly friendly and, since we had to wait a bit, gave us his own fried chicken on the house. And we didn't wait long at all. He then brought us his iPad, which he used to play music through the speakers, and placed it on our table, saying we could choose the music we wanted to hear. I've never experienced anything like it before. It was a totally unexpected experience; the food was incredibly delicious, and I recommend everyone stop by.

The pastrami burger with egg was simply delicious and arrived warm. The sauce is incredibly tasty and rounds everything off perfectly. The fries were a bit colder and therefore not quite as flavorful – but that's to be expected with delivery. Otherwise, it's really great, we'd definitely order again!

I was there yesterday and all I can say is the citizens are simply amazing. My wife had a falafel burger and she was very impressed. I had a double meat cheeseburger and it was super juicy and delicious. Thanks to the friendly and nice team👍🏻👍🏻🤩🤩🤩🤩

I can recommend EtManus. I had the smashed cheese and it was delicious. I also had fries with house sauce, which were also very good. The price for the burger is reasonable. I think the surcharge for the meal and the fries is a bit too high, so I gave it one star less. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere is fine...but not quite as cozy if you sit outside, as it's close to the main road.

We went there after Mr. Kaiser and thought it was good. Doner kebabs were prepared to our liking. Little cabbage, lots of onion, and spicy. We shared one (cut it in half) and that was enough for us. The price was right, too. You can hardly eat one on your own. Nice doner music. What more could you want?

I've been to this burger joint several times now and have been completely impressed every time! The burgers are incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and prepared with love. I particularly want to highlight the fresh ingredients – from the crispy bun to the crisp salad, you can simply taste the quality. The sides, like fries or sweet potato fries, are also top-notch – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never too greasy. The homemade sauces round out the whole experience perfectly. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. You can just tell they put their heart and soul into their work. For me, this is definitely one of the best burger joints in town – I'd love to come back!

Visited today on a Saturday because we thought it would be worth a visit based on the reviews. Unfortunately we were consistently disappointed. Actually wanted to order a hot dog and a smashed burger. There was no hot dog at all (even though it wasn't mentioned on the signs). So we ordered a normal cheeseburger with it. No names were written down or anything like that, which meant that the completely overwhelmed waitress stood in front of us with 2 orders before the actual order and asked if this was our order (people who ordered before us hadn't had their food yet when we were already finished). Now to the actual thing, the food. The fries were loudly warm and unsalted. The burgers were dry and carelessly topped and both patties were the same thickness, so nothing like Smashd Burger. Definitely not worth another visit...

Ate cheeseburgers, they were extremely tasty. The patties were freshly thrown onto the grill in front of us and our burgers were on the table in no time. The beef was grilled to perfection and all other ingredients were fresh. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
