Based on the many positive reviews, we went here and had a falafel avocado burger, a falafel cheeseburger, one regular fries, and one chili cheese fries. Overall, we were extremely disappointed – the fries didn't taste like fries, but rather like frying oil. They also immediately disintegrated in the mouth, leaving an unpleasant feeling. The burgers were okay overall, but rather bland in flavor, and the buns were older, puffy brioche buns that were quite dry. The dips that accompanied the fries tasted rancid and were practically unseasoned. The staff was courteous and friendly, but it didn't make the food taste any better. Definitely not a recommendation!

We were looking for something to eat on Friday after visiting the Lanxess Arena and happened upon this place by chance at 10 p.m. Incredibly delicious burgers. The owner was incredibly friendly, and even when the place was swarming with customers because the event was over, he remained calm and spread a tremendous amount of good cheer. Of course, the wait was completely acceptable due to the number of customers. So if you want to eat really delicious burgers at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The owner's friendly demeanor alone is worth 5 stars. We came back on Saturday evening because we enjoyed the food so much. So, this will be our first stop in the future, should we ever be in Cologne again!

The place is small, and queueing happens right next to other people eating their meals. If there’s more than one person in queue, get ready for delays and messed up orders. Some items were also sold out. Lieferando and Wolt orders get prioritized over in person orders. I do not recommend this establisment if you are in any kind of hurry.

The burgers were honestly some of the best I've ever eaten. He was incredibly friendly and, since we had to wait a bit, gave us his own fried chicken on the house. And we didn't wait long at all. He then brought us his iPad, which he used to play music through the speakers, and placed it on our table, saying we could choose the music we wanted to hear. I've never experienced anything like it before. It was a totally unexpected experience; the food was incredibly delicious, and I recommend everyone stop by.

The pastrami burger with egg was simply delicious and arrived warm. The sauce is incredibly tasty and rounds everything off perfectly. The fries were a bit colder and therefore not quite as flavorful – but that's to be expected with delivery. Otherwise, it's really great, we'd definitely order again!

I can recommend EtManus. I had the smashed cheese and it was delicious. I also had fries with house sauce, which were also very good. The price for the burger is reasonable. I think the surcharge for the meal and the fries is a bit too high, so I gave it one star less. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere is fine...but not quite as cozy if you sit outside, as it's close to the main road.

We went there after Mr. Kaiser and thought it was good. Doner kebabs were prepared to our liking. Little cabbage, lots of onion, and spicy. We shared one (cut it in half) and that was enough for us. The price was right, too. You can hardly eat one on your own. Nice doner music. What more could you want?

The owner was super nice and gave us a warm welcome. The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. I would come back here as soon as I am back in Cologne :)

I've been to this burger joint several times now and have been completely impressed every time! The burgers are incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and prepared with love. I particularly want to highlight the fresh ingredients – from the crispy bun to the crisp salad, you can simply taste the quality. The sides, like fries or sweet potato fries, are also top-notch – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never too greasy. The homemade sauces round out the whole experience perfectly. The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. You can just tell they put their heart and soul into their work. For me, this is definitely one of the best burger joints in town – I'd love to come back!

Visited today on a Saturday because we thought it would be worth a visit based on the reviews. Unfortunately we were consistently disappointed. Actually wanted to order a hot dog and a smashed burger. There was no hot dog at all (even though it wasn't mentioned on the signs). So we ordered a normal cheeseburger with it. No names were written down or anything like that, which meant that the completely overwhelmed waitress stood in front of us with 2 orders before the actual order and asked if this was our order (people who ordered before us hadn't had their food yet when we were already finished). Now to the actual thing, the food. The fries were loudly warm and unsalted. The burgers were dry and carelessly topped and both patties were the same thickness, so nothing like Smashd Burger. Definitely not worth another visit...

Ate cheeseburgers, they were extremely tasty. The patties were freshly thrown onto the grill in front of us and our burgers were on the table in no time. The beef was grilled to perfection and all other ingredients were fresh. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I really love your burgers, your branch in Cologne Mülheim is an enrichment to the otherwise rather one-sided landscape with lots of kebabs. But you urgently need to do some work on the kitchen organization. Picking it up on site really takes a disproportionately long time. Watching it makes me very fuzzy at the pace and the hardly any parallel processes taking place, which were quite possible to optimize the whole thing.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've received soggy fries and a burger with cold cheese via UberEats. It would be wise to contact UberEats, as the courier was apparently 25 minutes from the city center (in this case, Hürth) and still accepted this order. After a stopover and a 50-minute drive, the result was unfortunately such that I would have preferred to make myself some muesli. For me, this was the last (online) order from EtManus. It certainly tastes better in person.

bbw burger and chili cheese fries. not complicated, right? the best thing was the bun. nice and fluffy. the paddy instead was slighty worse then from a bigmac: thin and very very dry. the fries where uncreative: default fries, tubecheese(?), peperoni. not chili, peperoni slices! all in all it was good enough to snack on. but i also got the impressions they just dont like to do good stuff. which is weired, as there primary goal is to sell burgers.

Holy burgers! The 'Pastirma Burger' is an absolute taste explosion - juicy meat, perfectly grilled, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings that work harmoniously together. Every bite is a little feast for the taste buds! Plus the oven fries – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with just the right seasoning. No flabby standard fries, just pure potato power! If you don't get weak here, it's your own fault. A must for all burger fans in Cologne!!! The Mcs opposite looks naked compared to EtManus 😉

Burgers were good but ice cold, as were the fries. Delivery only arrived after almost 2 hours, due to a breakdown and had to be freshened up again... But that wasn't the case, otherwise they would never have been so ice cold. Very unfortunate...

After the game we were really hungry and went to EtManus as a large group - a great decision! Despite the size of our group, we were served quickly and friendly. The team was attentive, correct and always friendly, which made the visit even more pleasant. The burgers were simply fantastic – juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. The side dishes, especially the crispy fries, rounded the whole thing off. You can tell that quality is very important here. All in all a great visit with delicious food and first class service. We'll definitely be back!

I was here today and ordered a burger menu with fries and a drink. My burger came after just under 30 minutes, which is okay because the burger man specifically said it would take about 20 minutes. However, my fries didn't arrive until over 10 minutes after the burger, even though my friend had his fries right with the burger. That was a real shame because I could only eat the burger first and then the fries because otherwise it would have been cold, but the combination is awesome. The burger was nothing special, I personally didn't like the bacon and the fries weren't salted, I don't know if that's normal or if that was forgotten. Would definitely not go here again…

The brother was standing completely alone in the kitchen. Had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food. Tables dirty and not cleared. No paper (toilet paper, towels or napkins). But the taste is really great. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to come back. Give that guy a medal today.

After we stood at the checkout for 10 minutes to order, someone suddenly came and said there was only chicken burgers left and everything else was sold out. In the meantime we had to fight with guests who arrived after us for the last remaining seats. We also heard how guests had been waiting for their orders for 30 minutes, while others who came after them were already eating. All in all not a good experience. We then ate somewhere else.
