EtManus Burger in Köln

I haven't eaten such a delicious burger 🍔 in a long time, let alone such delicious fries. 10 out of 10 delicious 😋

After we stood at the checkout for 10 minutes to order, someone suddenly came and said there was only chicken burgers left and everything else was sold out. In the meantime we had to fight with guests who arrived after us for the last remaining seats. We also heard how guests had been waiting for their orders for 30 minutes, while others who came after them were already eating. All in all not a good experience. We then ate somewhere else.

The food was great. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 10 p.m., the citizens' rolls were empty, but we simply took the citizens' hot dogs. Great food, top service, always happy!

The store has run out of goods after only being open for an hour. We ordered a hot dog. However, this hot dog appears to have been the last one. The hot dog we ordered was given to another customer (without our knowledge). When we asked, we were told that they could offer us burgers (chicken or beef) as a replacement (but probably no more hot dogs). She wanted a 3€ surcharge for a beef burger, which is more than what is on the menu. We were also told when ordering that we could expect a wait of about 10 minutes. In the end it was almost 40 minutes of waiting time. In summary, we were not only scammed out of our money but also our food. How fitting that a store has no more goods on hand as its second main course an hour after opening. In addition, the waiting times are significantly longer than stated when ordering (and this is with a low customer volume). Never again EtManus.

Was great the first 2 times, however as of recent has lost all flavor. I got scammed and charged 3€ more for a beef instead of a chicken burger after they messed up my original order. Nice little burger box. Food was okay, nothing to complain about in terms of quality, good portions. There was also a dessert on the house from the nice burger roaster. 👍

Music in the store is way too loud and quite uncomfortable. The screens with the menu change so quickly that you can hardly manage to read them. The burger bun was bland and cold. The pattie dry. Fries weren't particularly good either.

The food is fine. Unfortunately you cannot pay by card when ordering online. Instead of finding an uncomplicated solution, unnecessary fuss is made. Too bad.

I recommend everyone to just stop by 🤌🏼

There is a TOP selection and you can always find something delicious from the menu. I can highly recommend this restaurant. The best burger I've eaten so far

We went there for dinner last week and ordered a classic burger and a BBQ chicken salad. The burger was OK. Instead of the salad, a second burger came - it can happen, really. I then said that I had ordered a BBQ chicken salad and would like that too. “We didn’t” was the answer. I said that it is at the top of the board. “Yes, it’s sold out” came then. I then said that I didn't want anything, I just wanted my money back. Then I was offered the salad. You can see the result for just under €11 in the photo. I have to say that I was really disappointed with the way things were handled.

We ended up here because of the good reviews. Nice selection of burgers. After ordering, we had to wait about 45 minutes for our burgers. Okay, the store was full, but with such an unstructured way of working, the waiting time wasn't surprising. We were able to watch the preparation directly. A chicken coop is more organized. The distribution of dishes was catastrophic. The staff never knew who ordered which burger. The burgers themselves were rather boring. The "rolls" were dry and bland. The sauce is always too little. The fries were rather soggy. Cleanliness is a foreign word here. The tables were neither cleared nor cleaned in the 75 minutes. So overall it's actually a disappointment. We can't really understand the good reviews here 🤷🏻‍♂️

Juice shop, totally unfriendly and aggressive service, shop completely empty and I was told I had to wait an extra 30 minutes just because I placed an order to pick up on Uber Eats.

My favorites are the Chilli Cheese Burger and the Etmanus Burger. 🤤 My son loves the crunchy chicken burger and nuggets. Both dishes are simply recommended! We were always warmly welcomed and well served. You leave the store happy!

Had the falafel avocado burger. It was pretty boring and bland. Desolate finished falafel patty. Almost no sauce and avocado on the burger. In my opinion the price is not justified. The service was excellent.

Completely reorganized, slow order taking. Carelessly prepared burgers are then served with a rather small portion of fries for a not exactly cheap price. I would never go there again.

3 HOURS delivery time and what was ordered was not delivered. A subsequent delivery was assured on the phone, but it never happened and there was no response.

Waited 40 minutes for our order. Then I asked and the order was apparently not started. In between we spoke to one of the employees; this could have been noticed here. Generally unfriendly treatment, no accommodation. We asked for the money back because we didn't have time to wait any longer for the food.

After we had already waited half an hour for the food, one of the employees came up to us and wanted to send us out because we hadn't made a reservation (reservations are not possible, at least on Google). After a brief confusion, we were allowed to stay seated and after waiting for over 40 minutes (guests who arrived later were already being served) we asked for our money back and left the store. Worst service ever. Avoid this store if possible.

Absolute insider tip, very tasty burgers, patties are made by hand. Fries very crispy and well prepared. There was also a nice conversation with the owner. I was also able to try the in-house dip, which is highly recommended and has a slight spiciness. Seating area is clean and comfortable. Very happy again! ⭐

The moment when the restaurant rejects your order, the driver comes anyway, you show him the cancellation and then he gets loud in the stairwell and shouts at you never to order again. By the way, his “guess” was - if there is no money on Paypal, it will be rejected. Stupid that it says cash payment 😂Strong service

We were there on vacation and were really in the mood for burgers, so Etmanus caught our eye, the chilli cheeseburger and the cheeseburger were delicious, together with an iced tea in the warm weather the visit was just great :)

While visiting Cologne we were looking for something for dinner and came across EtManus Burger. The service was very very good. Friendly and very customer oriented. And I was also very impressed by the food. I had the Crunchy Chicken Burger and it is really crunchy. Perfectly crunchy. Very very tasty.

The employee who has nothing to do with the delivery service is sent to the delivery without change, so you have to go to the store yourself to pay... Even though you said you wanted to pay in cash... The kitchen help who brought us the food Only the service behind the counter was friendly. Food was cold when it arrived even though you didn't live far away.

Update: Such a delicious burger, I had the Etmanus Burger and everything was perfect! The patties were juicy and it was simply a dream, all the criticisms from 2 years ago no longer existed! But still so tasty 😍 Really juicy burgers that drip when you bite into them and the fries were also a highlight. I haven't eaten such crispy fries in a long time. So when it comes to the taste, I can only say positive things. Only one point deducted because there were no cutlery or napkins. And the shop was also very small and we felt like we were sitting next to other guests who enjoyed watching while they ate. I could easily imagine taking it home there, but eating inside is more difficult!

Highly recommended, were here during Gamescom. Good food, very quick preparation despite rush hour and nice service. Gladly again. :)

The store seems ok, is a bit small, it's clean. When i arrived, I asked for a crispy chicken, they didn't have any chicken, or any meat, just veggie burgers, which is ok, but still, it's a turn off not having the food you want at a restaurant. My order was ok, and tasted good. The price was a bit too high for a veggie burger.
