Ein nettes, schnelles und ungezwungenes Mittagessen. Ich hatte einen Smashburger von der Karte, der war lecker. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, ich komme bald wieder, um andere Gerichte zu probieren.

Spontan an einem Mittwochnachmittag hier gegessen - Wir hatten sehr leckere crispy Chicken Burger. Auch Fritten und Sweet Potstoes waren top! Sehr engagierte, überaus freundliche Betreiber-Familie - und das bei sehr hohem Arbeitspensum!! Voll besetztes Restaurant und zahlreiche Abholer. Absolut bemerkenswert! Kritik darf aber auch sein, finde ich - nehmt Euch das vielleicht zu Herzen: -leider waren alle Limonaden ausverkauft -grilled Chicken auch nicht verfügbar -Manti und Lumpir ebenso nicht bestellbar Auf erste Nachfrage sollte es 10 Minuten dauern - am Ende warteten wir allerdings 45 Minuten auf das Essen. Es wurde zum Platz gebracht, leider ohne Servietten (gibt es nur am Tresen, nicht auf den Tischen). Es war wirklich sehr wenig Chicken auf den Burgern… sie waren circa nur zur Hälfte belegt. Da sollte bitte mehr kommen! Preis/Leistung also nicht optimal… zumal auch jede Soße einen stolzen Preis von 1€ oder 2€ hat. Aber nochmal: ES WAR SEHR LECKER!!! ✌🏼

An sich echt stabile Burger und Pommes, aber chillt mal bisschen mit dem Salz.

Das Essen war wirklich super lecker. Waren in Köln wegen einem Konzert und haben uns zu dritt, für dieses Lokal entschieden. Die Zubereitung hatte etwas länger gedauert, da zu Anfang, nur ein Mitarbeiter Bestellung und Zubereitung gemacht hatte, jedoch war das Ergebnis die Wartezeit wert. Sollten wir in Zukunft wieder vor Ort sein, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich habe wirklich so schäbige Burger selten gesehen. Kann drauf schwören aber nicht beweisen, dass der Mitarbeiter am Grill seinen Job hasst! Pattys sind nicht mal halb so groß wie die Burger, eher so Hackfleisch Reste zusammen gekratzt vom Grill und in den Burger gepackt, unappetitlich eingepackt, Pommes halbe Portion und geschmacklich wirklich sehr unangenehm. Die Burger Buns waren Stein hart. Ich war mal Treuer Kunde! Aber ich werde nie wieder hier bestellen!! Früher haben die Burger noch geschmeckt, da war der Preis egal aber mittlerweile wird man hier nur verarscht!

Haben das erste und letzte Mal dort bestellt, ich hab Allergene über Uber Eats und noch eine zusätzliche Bemerkung angegeben und der Burger wurde trotzdem ohne die Einhaltung dessen geliefert, als ich anrief wollte man erst den Fehler auf mich schieben und als ich hartnäckig geblieben wurde, wurde sich dann entschuldigt. Die Frage was jetzt getan wird, musste ich selbst stellen. Er hat scheinbar nicht verstanden das die Burger für mich nicht essbar sind. Eine neue Lieferung kann er nicht ausführen, da er keinen Fahrer hat. Hunger bleibt & Geld ist weg. Toller Laden...

Der Service hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht und uns das leckere Essen verdorben. Hätte besser organisiert werden müssen

Das war kein gutes Gastroerlebnis. Wir haben die Location über ein Couponportal getestet. Der besonders kleine Patty war im besonders großen Bun versteckt. Erwartet man keine große Burgerkreation ist man hier richtig. Der Service hatte an dem Tag Urlaub. Dem Wunsch nach Messer und Gabel kam man mit dem Kommentar nach: Das kannst Du Dir drin holen, statt Besteck (für alle Fälle) einfach beim Servieren für den Kunden direkt mitzubringen. Ketchup oder Mayo für die Pommes sind ebenfalls keine Inklusivkomponenten – man genießt die Pommes trocken. Wir saßen draußen, innen war es ungemütlich und laut.

Fast schon lächerlich. Falsch abgerechnet, halber Tisch bekam sein Essen 20 Minuten später. Das Fleisch hat noch Muuh gemacht. Lohnt sich echt nicht… hätten das Geld lieber gespart als zu viel bezahlt

Es ist ein Imbiss, aber sehr netter Service und leckeres Essen. Sind zufällig darauf gestoßen. Gerne wieder.

Der Burger war echt lecker und frisch gemacht. Das Fleisch war saftig und gut gewürzt, die Zutaten haben perfekt zusammengepasst. Das Brot war weich und hat super dazu gepasst. Insgesamt richtig stimmig – komme gerne wieder!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und süß. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cheeseburger Classic und Süßkartoffelpommes waren wirklich lecker. Der Cheeseburger war einfach, aber sehr gut gemacht. Die Pommes waren frisch und knusprig. Dazu hatte ich einen alkoholfreien Cocktail – ein echtes Highlight. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Servietten haben anfangs gefehlt, und auch nach Besteck musste man fragen, aber nach kurzer Nachfrage war alles schnell da. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das nur weiterempfehlen.

Von Anfang bis Ende schlecht. Es fängt damit an, dass es keine Kartenzahlung gibt…an einem Samstag… Currywurst-Pommes war bei der Bestellung der Bedienung, trotz Erwähnung auf der Speisekarte, kein Begriff. Nach 30 Minuten Warte Zeit, bei einer To-Go Bestellung, kam auf Anfrage nur die Information, es würde gerade gemacht werden. Weitere 15 Minuten später, war das Essen dann, nach unzählig bereits ausgeteilten, jedoch nach mir aufgegebenen Bestellungen, dann da. Ein Wiener Würstchen (wohl aus der Dose), mit minimal Sauce und verbrannten Burgerresten neben der Pommes. Nach Currywurst-Pommes für 9,5€ !) sieht das nicht aus und geschmacklich, abgesehen von der Pommes, ebenfalls eine Katastrophe. Besteck to Go gab es auch nicht…

So köstlich ist alles gewesen. Die Fotos können leider nicht den Geschmack einfangen, aber hier isst das Auge mit. 🥰 Klasse angerichtet und so familienfreundlich. Kinder/Babys sind kein Problem. Die Besitzer sind mega lieb und herzlich. Vielen Dank für das tolle Essen.

Super lecker aber die Preise für einen Hot Dog sind nicht normal aber dafür lecker

Haben hier vor einem Konzert einen richtig guten Burger gegessen. Die Auswahl ist wirklich groß, hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Fleisch war super saftig, das Brötchen sehr lecker. Alles in allem waren wir echt begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben nach einiger Zeit die Gäste nach Musikwünschen gefragt und für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Gerne wieder!

Wir wurden super nett empfangen; das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und testen den Außenbereich (Eröffnungsfeier am 05.04.26).

The staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. The food was also fantastic, but it was the service that truly made my visit special. Awesome burger! The hot dog is also delicious, but if you have the choice, go for the burger! I had sweet potato fries with it, and often the portions are too small, but here it was a decent size. The dips are also great. Since we were there on the day of the Kool Savas concert, the owner played Savas' music for us upon request. No long wait times, nice atmosphere—all in all, a successful evening for us. Next time we're at the LANXESS Arena, we'll definitely stop by again, as it's only a few meters from the arena. Oh yeah, the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend that anyone who likes burgers make a detour to ET Manus.

Each time I went there the staff were really nice and the food was pretty good. With an open kitchen you can see and hear them working every order. The Burgers are nicely cooked and taste unique to each choice.

My date and I stopped in on a drizzly February weekend. It was deserted except for the two of us. That actually made the ambiance perfect for us. The burgers were DELICIOUS and I would like to try others! Do yourself a favour and go!

I would have loved to take a picture of the burger, but it looked too delicious not to eat right away – and it wasn't just delicious, it was delicious (crunchy chicken). Plus, the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, clearly dedicated to providing excellent service and spreading good cheer. Just what I needed before a concert!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely attentive. The employee today was very friendly and truly impressed.

A really cool place, the man greeted us very kindly with Shakira music because we were Spanish hahaha and welcomed us to Germany, he treated us to some large potatoes and the food was very good.

There were five of us there today and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere, service, and value for money were all excellent. The dessert was simply heavenly. We'd love to come back again.

Small but excellent burger joint near the Lanxess Arena. Super friendly staff and incredibly delicious food! We spontaneously decided to eat there as a group of four. It's best to make a reservation on weekends—especially in winter, as there are only a few seats inside—but the wait is definitely worth it! The burgers were juicy, the bacon crispy, and the amount of salad and sauce was perfectly balanced! The fries were amazing! We've rarely had such delicious fries! The only downside was the mayo. Unfortunately, the portion was very small for the amount of fries. We'll definitely be back when we're in Cologne.

Neotaste advertises a 2 for 1 burger offer. However, when I arrived, they told me the offer wasn't actually valid; instead of two cheeseburgers at the regular price of around €18, I could get them for €16 (2 for 1 would be €8.90 for these two burgers)! Using this strategy to attract customers is absolutely outrageous.

A snack bar with a few seats. My chicken burger was completely dry and overcooked, and my friend's was the same; the other friends had better results. The fries, however, were excellent. The service was very friendly.

I had the falafel and avocado burger here, which was very juicy and delicious. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries came without ketchup or mayo, and neither was offered nor asked for it. The food was brought to the table, but sadly without napkins. It was quite expensive for the portion size, and the ambiance was a bit cold and clinical, making it seem less than spotless, but it was okay.

The burger was outstanding. The staff member was very friendly last night. We went in on a whim and were thrilled with the burger.

The food was nothing special, just your average burger joint serving burgers. But it was quite expensive. The service was friendly. The place itself, however, was small, cold, and filled with cooking smoke. So bad it burned my eyes. Not really worth a visit.

I waited almost two hours for my food, and in the end, I received the wrong food, and it was cold. When I called to complain, I was insulted on the phone. Honestly, don't order from this place; they have absolutely no respect for their customers, and you never know how the food is prepared. Even one star is too much.

Based on the very good reviews, I went there today… The chili cheeseburger 🍔 was okay, but not really spicy. 🌶️ The high-quality fries, however, were far too greasy and unsalted. I had the greasy taste lingering on my palate for a while afterward… Unfortunately, they don't serve any alcoholic drinks (I would have at least expected a simple bottled Kölsch…)

Such a cute shop! I've rarely met such friendly and attentive staff. When I mentioned I'm vegan, they immediately offered suitable alternatives. They even accommodated special requests. In the end, we even got a free lollipop! :) We felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back!

You shouldn't eat there when there's an event at the Lanxess Arena. Unfortunately, after waiting for 1.5 hours, we had to get our money back!

A small burger joint with very friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to the Lanxess Arena. We ate there before a concert and were a bit pressed for time, but the food came quickly and tasted good. The owner chats with his customers and makes sure you don't miss anything :) very attentive! We felt very well looked after.

I'm usually quite critical of burgers, especially when I pick them up or order them, because they're usually already cold, mushy, or something else entirely. These ones, however, were not only absolutely delicious and freshly made when I picked them up, but the service, both on the phone and in person, was super-friendly and even gave me a patty on one of the burgers (thanks again for that). Given how friendly they were, I'm already looking forward to ordering from there again. The food was very well prepared and everything was nicely seasoned. The fries, both the regular and sweet potato fries, were nice and crispy, which isn't usually the case. Overall, a solid 10/10.

We went to Deutz today for a burger. For €15 including a drink, it was rather disappointing. Long wait, really cold burger (were we forgotten?), sloppy looking, dirty tables outside...way too tightly squashed together. Nope...not again.

Five of us ate here after a soccer game, and I definitely recommend it. Very friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere (on a Saturday at 8 p.m.), and delicious burgers. 👌☺️
