The best burger joint in Cologne. You feel welcome the moment you walk in. The burgers are incredibly delicious – especially the meat, which is of the highest quality, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The buns are fresh, the sides are fresh, and everything is freshly prepared. The service is friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!

I've never eaten anything so delicious

Unfortunately, our meal was canceled 20 minutes before our pre-order time. Probably because we ordered two burgers and two fries as a 2-for-1 deal. What a shame!

Great burgers! No quinoa-walnut-patty something. No chicken burgers. Just fresh grilled hamburgers with fresh lettuce, tasty cheese and handcut fries. Phat!!

Good atmosphere It wasn't busy when we visited. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, but that was okay. The taste was very good, so it's worth it. The Path Double costs 9.50 and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is right next to the bus stop and easy to reach. Highly recommended if you're looking for a hamburger.

I can't understand the good reviews at all. First of all, we weren't even greeted when we walked into the empty shop. Only one table was occupied. The chef first took care of his onions...After that, we were served. About the food: The burgers were dry and cold. The loaded fries weren't anything special. Phat sauce simply tasted like ketchup and mayo mixed together, so it wasn't particularly imaginative. We wanted melted onions on our cheddar fries, for an extra charge, of course. The clerk said it wasn't possible. We didn't understand. These are freshly prepared dishes. Why can't you put onions on cheese fries? Chili con Carne was also sold out at 1 p.m. In summary: poor service, not delicious food. We've had much better smash burgers. Save your money!

I'm a regular at Phatburgers and have never been disappointed. The burgers are juicy and topped with everything you could want. And they're simply delicious. Add to that the relaxed vibe in the shop and the super friendly staff—what more could you want? Absolutely recommended if you're in the mood for a really good smashed burger in Cologne! The milkshakes are also amazing—absolutely delicious, with flavors like cinnamon and salted caramel. There's something new: Phat Chicken Burger (with coleslaw) & Phat Chicken Bites. Both are also very tasty. The Colonel can pack up, if you ask me!

After having been to several burger restaurants and having eaten plenty of good burgers, I never thought I'd ever come across something that amazed me as much as this one. I've never given a restaurant more than 3 stars, but I have to say that this restaurant opened my palate to a new level. Not only was the food literally breathtaking, but even the gentleman who took my order showed me that he puts his heart and soul into his work, which is what makes a first-class restaurant like this. The relatively small selection of dishes shows that they're not a run-of-the-mill shop offering everything, but that they really specialize in their handiwork, which you can taste. I could go on and on about the beautiful ambience with the pretty wood and perfectly placed lighting, but I would like you to try out this local restaurant at the Venloer Straße station so you can experience it for yourself and be enchanted by it. Even if I come from further away, you can always count on me here!

Very unfriendly! The food is okay, but the aftertaste of unfriendliness made it hard to truly enjoy it! So, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!! I don't even want to start with the wait time. We waited almost an hour for our food. It's a shame, really, because the place has real potential. The music is the only positive.

Another highlight is that you can get your own drinks at any time – super convenient and customer-friendly. The team is always friendly and attentive. For me, this is clearly number one when it comes to really good burgers!

Really awesome burgers and homemade the smashburger is really hearty

The vegetarian burger and fries were top-notch. Unfortunately, the staff weren't friendly, and the restroom wasn't clean. There was no soap or toilet paper. I pointed this out to the staff, but they only replaced the soap. When I pointed out the missing toilet paper again, they ignored me. In the end, I found a toilet paper wrapper in a corner and replaced the roll. It was a Saturday at 3 p.m., and there were only three other customers in the store. There should have been plenty of time to take care of something like that.

The food was delivered completely ice cold. Not "not warm," but really cold. When I contacted the restaurant, they blamed Lieferando. They were too slow. Okay...
