Was at Phatburgers again and was really impressed!! Great service..... Had hot Pomeranians :) :) Really great! Recommendation!!

Burger tasted ok, wasn't bad, very good. Fries were top. Drinks refill was also great. The bad thing I noticed is that it's too expensive for what you get... There was no finger food either, just burgers and fries... All in all, it's still good for a halal shop. There are definitely better ones

Phat Burger is really a great place! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff are particularly positive, as they are always friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Horrible Staff very rude they claim to be 'halal' but don't even have the halal symbol on the store, workers are also rude and they're just scamming people, we even asked and of them said that 'if we tell you it's halal then it is' what a joke😂

Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. The burger and fries were cold. The V-Burger's patty was indefinable and definitely not haloumi as explained. It's also pretty cold and loud in the store. But the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, no recommendation.

So I think it's a bit too expensive for the price. In Cologne you get for the money 1Double Phatburger costs about €12. Elsewhere you get almost a whole menu for €13/14 and the burger tastes better and is bigger. Shame was very disappointed.

The food tasted great, but not enough for a good eater. So next time a menu plus an additional burger. I asked and the meat is helal. Waiting time for 5 menus approx. 10 minutes. In total 5+1 stars.

The burger was nothing special, but still very tasty. The fries with the cheese sauce were good, the ones with the phat sauce were even better. The restaurant is simply but comfortably furnished. Above all, the super friendly colleagues behind the counter made the visit a great experience.

I was recently in the Bürgerladen and can only recommend the visit. The food was extremely tasty, especially the vegan chicken burger - you don't notice any difference to the original, which I experienced in this form for the first time. The atmosphere in the store is very warm and I was able to have a pleasant conversation with the friendly operators. Ms. Besma in particular is a very likeable person whose love and devotion to the family and the store can be felt. I wish the entire team continued success and look forward to the next dishes! ❤️🌸

We received a very friendly welcome and advice because it was our first time there. The burgers and fries were super tasty. The ambience is also good, but the shop seems quite bare, a bit of decoration would round off the ambience. We'll come back when we're nearby.

No!! ...this isn't a burger joint, it's a bad MCD copy. Burgers: We couldn't finish the discount buns, frozen patties and cheap sauces. Fries: Dead-fried Then save money and walk 50m further. Anyone expecting Fette Kuh, Freddy Schilling & Co. will be massively disappointed. Better not.

The food is always super delicious, I'm so excited about the vegetarian burger with halloumi patty. The fries, which taste very natural and are well seasoned, are always great. The service was great from start to finish – super friendly, quick and always attentive. The team really seems to enjoy their work and ensures that you as a guest immediately feel at home. About the burger: Quality is very important here. The smashed burger was to die for! Perfectly grilled, juicy and with a taste that is unrivaled. You can immediately tell that fresh ingredients are used here and a lot of attention goes into detail. The combination of tender meat, perfectly crispy bun and fresh toppings was simply a delight. The best? The store is actually between Burger King and McDonald’s – and still packed! Do I need to say more? If you like really good burgers, you definitely shouldn't miss this place! 🫶
