Jimao Burger in München

Very good burger has now become my favorite burger shop in Munich. The burgers here are very juicy and beautifully American! Unfortunately, I was always disappointed with the sauces that I ordered especially for the fries. The second time I ordered a salsa, it wasn't a sauce but came in tomato pieces and jalapenos. They still tasted good, but they weren't what I expected fulfilled. Last time I ordered a jalapenõ mayo and obviously got the lime mayo. I noticed it visually and tried it in front of the employee and said that it wasn't the hot mayo I had ordered, but I still didn't get the right one and was disappointed 😞 hope that changes in the future. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the shop because they are simply good burgers!

Nice fast service, excellent burgers, portions just right, prices too. There is even a gluten-free bun. ❤ I have nothing to complain about.

Attention! Burger sadly came with several large bone shards in it. Hurt my teeth. Staff didn't care at all.. AVOID! Update: apparently ruff's burger threatens bad reviews with a lawsuit to force deletion of honest negative review. Very shady.

I only gave one star because there are repeated problems with the Old Bag Burger, particularly with delivery. The burger should come with goat cheese and not with leftovers like the edge of the roll and that too charred (that's happened twice now) or a wafer-thin half slice of cheese like today! In addition, the specially ordered sauce is often forgotten, even though it is charged for. This is really not okay, people!

I've been to another Ruff`s Burger and liked it better. In my opinion, the burger wasn't that good and the service was also worse. The atmosphere is good.

I had food delivered and everything was delicious. I wanted the cheese sauce with the fries but the ketchup was delivered and I was looking forward to the cheese dip!!!!!

Excellent, high quality burgers. Very juicy meat and made with love, not cheap but definitely fair prices for this quality! The Tyrolean burger is definitely recommended!

Questionable treatment of customers After I was a guest here 6 years ago and only rated the experience with 2 stars, I was informed by Google three days ago (2024) that a letter from a lawyer was demanding that my review be removed. The letter untruthfully and defamatoryly assumes that there is no business relationship with me and unrealistically demands that I provide evidence of the visit from 6 years ago. In addition to the negative experience of my visit, this is not the way I want to be treated as a customer.

Note: After six months, the store contacted a lawyer and claimed I was never there. Here, systematic action is taken against bad reviews in order to delete them! The food is generally good and the ambience isn't bad either. Only the portions of fries are extremely small and too expensive for the price, as you also get the sauces in unsustainable pre-portioned plastic packaging without being able to use them yourself. Unfortunately, this means the store loses its charm. In addition, the Neotaste store used to have an attractive introductory offer, which has now been made much less attractive for the customer!

The burgers are really tasty. Unfortunately, ordering by phone for pickup is almost impossible because the staff there almost NEVER answers the phone. That's why I will NEVER order anything there again... Another possibility for wanting to improve the overall rating...

The hamburguesa me supo a basura. Estuve 5 days with gastroenteritis posteriormente. No involvement in my life in this situation. Hamburguer tasted for me like trash. I had stomach flu the following 5 days. I won't go there again in my life. The hamburger tasted like garbage to me. I had stomach flu for the next five days. I will never visit this place again

The waiter misunderstood our order (though we ordered just a burger instead of a burger menu) and then told us we ordered wrong. We wanted to retrospectively change the order but he refused. It was an unpleasant experience.

I can only recommend the Ruff's Special Burger, it's really great! The rolls, meat and sauce were delicious!

Delicious hot (!) food, in the middle of Schwabing, you can sit outside but on a busy street, that's just how it is in Schwabing. The menu includes burgers, fries and 1 drink.

You can do it. Good prices, quick preparation, hot Belgian fries that are easy to share. The avocado burger was a bit over-seasoned, the chicken burger was more of a fancy schnitzel roll, but was okay. Bread was a bit dry. This branch is definitely much better than the one at Münchner Freiheit.

The burgers are delicious, however the service isn't great. When ordering I wasn't asked what sauces I wanted with my fries. Later while serving the food the waiter spilled my drink over books I had with me while reaching to the receipt to double check that I actually paid for my food. Afterwards I didn't receive an apology or a new drink.

Small cute shop with great burgers and delicious fries. We had the Giggly Burger with sweet potato fries, jalapeño sauce and Caesar sauce 🍔🍟Everything was freshly prepared and the selection of sauces is amazing!🥰 The burgers are juicy and taste very tasty! 😋 Definitely recommended 🫶🏼

Had the BBQ burger, the meat lacked flavor and the sauce was nasty. Coleslaw had a weird taste too. Ended up feeling quite stomach sick afterwards. Wouldn't go back.

Sehr guter burger sowohl in vegan als auch mit Rindfleisch. Burger Ban auch in glutenfrei möglich und super lecker! Service war auch einwandfrei!

Ganz klar einer der besten Burger in München. Fluffiges Brot, saftiges Fleisch und cremiger Käse, dazu sehr gute Philly Cheese Fries. Noch richtiges Fastfood. Burger waren nach 5min fertig und haben vorzüglich geschmeckt. Immer einen Besuch wert. Bis bald :)

Top Burger im kleinen Ruff's Burger in der Maxvorstadt. Wir hatten Caesars und Giggli Burger, jeweils mit belgischen Pommes und waren sehr zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswerte Burger 😄

Presenta opzioni senza glutine per celiaci. Il miglior hamburger che ho mangiato in vita mia, non me l'aspettavo. Prezzi nella media, servizio veloce. Unica pecca il locale, decisamente piccolino, è più un take away che un posto in cui mangiare con calma.

Ganz leckere Burger in der Türkenstrasse. Die Service ist manchmal etwas chaotisch aber dennoch kriegt man einen saftigen Burger und man kann die im Außenbereich (Parkplatzfläche oder kleine Tische am Laden). Wir gehen Immerwieder gerne hin.

I ordered a burger through Lieferando with more than one hour and half in advance. When I arrived, it was not ready, and I saw that I had paid 3 euros more than it costs insite. I went to pick up, so 3 Euros to have it ready at a specific time, to the trash.

Ein Burger laden mit sehr gutem Fleischgeschmack, der das Fleisch nicht totbrät und einem einen dementsprechenden Genuss ermöglicht. Die Möglichkeit den Burger als double zu bestellen kann ich deshalb nur wärmsten empfehlen!

Burger 2/5, Pommes 3/5, Service 1/5, Sauberkeit der Tische 1/5 Tisch war noch dreckig mit Ketchup, Bedienung war etwas überfordert. Sowohl beim Bestellen als auch beim Essen liefern. Burger Brot war trocken. Burger war meiner Meinung nach viel zu hoch um ihn zu essen. Alles in allem nicht sehr überzeugend. Sorry

They spoke good English, which made our situation easier and the food came in probably 6 minutes. Food was great, very basic fries and I took the Ruff's burger, plenty for one! It was pretty busy and the inside of the restaurant is kind of small. I suggest being physically and mentally ready to squeeze in.

War heute mit einem Gutschein von NeoTaste da. Bestellung hat gut funktioniert, aber schlussendlich erschien mir die Rechnung zu hoch (Gutschein wohl nicht berücksichtigt). Auf meine Bitte um einen Beleg, war niemand hinter der Kasse fähig einen Kassenbon zu drucken. Später bestellte Brownie wurde abgerechnet, dann musste man uns später aber sagen, dass man diesen nicht mehr habe. Holzbesteck beim Verzehr vor Ort kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, auch weil es weniger angenehm ist für den Gast. Prinzipiell ein gutes Konzept, aber die Umsetzung im jeweiligen Restaurant hängt eben starkt vom Personal ab. Extra zu einem der Restaurants fahren würde ich dafür nicht mehr.
