Amazing vegan burgers, delicious coleslaw and sweet potato fries... what more could you want? One of my favorite burger places in Munich ✌️🤙🍔🍟

We ate there on Saturday evening and were very satisfied and stuffed. The burgers are really huge 🍔 I didn't even know how to eat them 🙈 I have to say, I haven't had a burger in at least 30 years 😬 It's also great that they offer gluten-free burger buns, so I could finally have a burger too. I had one with a vegan patty. There aren't many seats, though; we were lucky and got one.

The atmosphere, though small, is charming. Service was prompt and the portions generous, with particular attention paid to the quality of the meat in the burgers, which are delicious. The offering is particularly suitable for customers with gluten intolerances (celiac disease), thanks to the quality of the products offered. Orders can be placed either at the register, using digital support, or independently using the self-service kiosks. The only downside is that the restrooms are small. Recommended.

Ruff's makes the best burgers since their very first restaurant at Münchner Freiheit, and it's not close.

For a handcrafted burger, it's mushy; the ingredients seem slapped on. For €15 for a regular avocado burger, you'd at least expect it to look appetizing.

Really delicious burgers. The tables were a bit dirty, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. The wait time was also acceptable for a larger group. That way, you know the burgers are freshly prepared.

A simply solid burger joint. I had the Classic Smash. Not too greasy, not too boring, just great. The guy at the cash register was also incredibly nice and just added the icing on the cake to the whole experience.

Korean Spicy Burger is so good, but the restaurant lacks consistency when preparing it. I liked the one near Sendlinger Tor better. It was juicier, and the chicken was actually covered in sauce

If you like burgers, you'll enjoy them at Ruff's. It's in a great location in Munich. Good burgers with fries or sweet potatoes. Good value for money. They have an outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room.

It is a nice burger place and offers various selections for the burgers and fries. Giggly Burger was very fulfilling and tasty but it lacked a bit of salt in the burger patty. The food came fast.

Visited on average at least once a month over the last 5 years, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly in the last few weeks and months - especially when there is a lot going on, the burgers are often just mashed up, patties fall apart and buns are often sticky and not toasted through. At an average price of €12, it's simply not convincing. Even Hans in happiness is more fun. It's a shame, it used to be Munich's burger spot.

We chose based on reviews. The place is in a street with a lot of different restaurants and pastry shops, so if you don't choose here, there is an option to walk further and find what you want. We wanted a burger, so we sat down here. For me, the choice was a burger with a gluten-free bun. Unfortunately, the bun was not good at all and spoiled the impression of the whole meal. It tasted more like a week-old pastry that crumbles in your hand. It was also excessively large, so the contents were lost in it. For €20 for a bun with meat and fries, I wouldn't expect such quality. For me, I have to say that there are better companies in the area, at least with regard to the quality of the ingredients used. In addition, there must have been something with gluten in the food. Unfortunately. The service was nice and friendly. Maybe not having to eat gluten free would be better in my opinion, but this way it's disappointing.

Absolute disaster! Really bad burger, blue cheese was forgotten and carelessly slapped on afterwards, the service wasn't interested and didn't give a damn... Not recommended

Ruff's Burger on Türkenstraße is simply fantastic! Super friendly service, quick preparation, and an incredibly delicious burger – a juicy patty, fresh ingredients, and a perfect bun. The crispy fries were also a highlight. I definitely recommend it; I'll definitely be back!

Good, well-stocked burgers! I will still add a slice of cheddar to the chicken burger. Too bad there were only 2 chicken options, but it was still excellent! Room a little small but it's friendly and the space is well optimized

My friends and I stopped to eat at this very cozy place for our first lunch in Munich. Luckily one of the employees spoke Italian and was helpful and kind to us, helping us to sit down and order. Very good food and excellent service. I recommend trying the sweet potatoes 🥰

We have often ordered lunch there to pick up. Unfortunately, recently it has often happened that parts of the order were missing or that there was a meat patty on the burger instead of a vegan pattie...that's not possible at all. If citizens or fries were missing, they were always 'supplied' without any problems. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's a shame, we were actually always satisfied. Maybe we'll try again in a few months. When ordering takeaway, I recommend that you count the burgers on site 😉.

Very good burger has now become my favorite burger shop in Munich. The burgers here are very juicy and beautifully American! Unfortunately, I was always disappointed with the sauces that I ordered especially for the fries. The second time I ordered a salsa, it wasn't a sauce but came in tomato pieces and jalapenos. They still tasted good, but they weren't what I expected fulfilled. Last time I ordered a jalapenõ mayo and obviously got the lime mayo. I noticed it visually and tried it in front of the employee and said that it wasn't the hot mayo I had ordered, but I still didn't get the right one and was disappointed 😞 hope that changes in the future. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the shop because they are simply good burgers! It is important to note that the spicy mayo is not the typical spicy mayo that we usually know, I think it simply tastes like mayonnaise with jalapeño water from the glass.🥲

The burgers here are pretty good. My absolute favorite is definitely the giggly smashed burger. Additionally they have really good fries, especially their sweet potato fries! The prices are fair and the location is a beautiful bustling street. Until now I also had no complaints ok the service, they always have been nice. The only negatives would be that the truffle burger really doesn’t taste like truffle and that on some burgers the composition could be improved. But this place is definitely worth it!

I only gave one star because there are repeated problems with the Old Bag Burger, particularly with delivery. The burger should come with goat cheese and not with leftovers like the edge of the roll and that too charred (that's happened twice now) or a wafer-thin half slice of cheese like today! In addition, the specially ordered sauce is often forgotten, even though it is charged for. This is really not okay, people!

Questionable treatment of customers After I was a guest here 6 years ago and only rated the experience with 2 stars, I was informed by Google three days ago (2024) that a letter from a lawyer was demanding that my review be removed. The letter untruthfully and defamatoryly assumes that there is no business relationship with me and unrealistically demands that I provide evidence of the visit from 6 years ago. In addition to the negative experience of my visit, this is not the way I want to be treated as a customer.

Note: After six months, the store contacted a lawyer and claimed I was never there. Here, systematic action is taken against bad reviews in order to delete them! The food is generally good and the ambience isn't bad either. Only the portions of fries are extremely small and too expensive for the price, as you also get the sauces in unsustainable pre-portioned plastic packaging without being able to use them yourself. Unfortunately, this means the store loses its charm. In addition, the Neotaste store used to have an attractive introductory offer, which has now been made much less attractive for the customer!

The hamburguesa me supo a basura. Estuve 5 days with gastroenteritis posteriormente. No involvement in my life in this situation. Hamburguer tasted for me like trash. The waiter misunderstood our order (though we ordered just a burger instead of a burger menu) and then told us we ordered wrong. We wanted to retrospectively change the order but he refused. It was an unpleasant experience.

The burgers are delicious, however the service isn't great. When ordering I wasn't asked what sauces I wanted with my fries. Later while serving the food the waiter spilled my drink over books I had with me while reaching to the receipt to double check that I actually paid for my food. Afterwards I didn't receive an apology or a new drink.

Ganz klar einer der besten Burger in München. Fluffiges Brot, saftiges Fleisch und cremiger Käse, dazu sehr gute Philly Cheese Fries. Noch richtiges Fastfood. Burger waren nach 5min fertig und haben vorzüglich geschmeckt. Immer einen Besuch wert. Bis bald :)

Top Burger im kleinen Ruff's Burger in der Maxvorstadt. Wir hatten Caesars und Giggli Burger, jeweils mit belgischen Pommes und waren sehr zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswerte Burger 😄
