Tasty burgers, although with room for improvement We ordered two burgers (without fries or a drink). We tried the truffle burger, which was generally delicious, although it lacked a truffle flavor—you could barely taste it, which is a bit disappointing considering the name. We also ordered one with a gluten-free bun: the bun's flavor was very good, but the texture wasn't quite right, as it tore easily and made it harder to enjoy. Still, the burgers were tasty and the care taken in their preparation was evident. With a few small adjustments, such as improving the gluten-free bun and enhancing the truffle flavor, the experience could be excellent. The restaurant didn't have much seating, which made it a bit uncomfortable to eat there. However, the quality of the burgers won us over, so we will definitely return.

The meat is excellent, I didn't like the chicken, and the potatoes are delicious.

Hey, I ordered the sweet potato fries, and they were about 7-10 degrees Celsius, which was way too cold. They were also unsalted. The burger itself was okay, but it had very little flavor; you could basically only taste the pickle on the burger.

I ordered a meal – the Smashy Burger with fries. The burger is okay, but unfortunately, nothing more. Nothing special in terms of taste, and the meat seems rather undercooked. The bread is better than the filling. The fries, however, were a disappointment – ​​I've never had fries this bad. They tasted like the potatoes had simply been drowned in grease. It's busy,especially on Saturday night. They have the halal sign on the door, but when asked they confirmed their beef is halal certified but the sell and cook the bacon and beef in same frier and cooking place, and they do cross contaminate. Do not recommend it as they are giving a false impression that it is full halal, when it's clearly not.

Nice Smashburger place right in the center of Munich! The burgers weren't bad at all. We had a pastrami burger and a classic cheeseburger. I understand why there are so many of these places in Munich. The food was also prepared really quickly! Only 4 stars because I've tried better Smashburgers.

Stopped in for a burger while visiting Munich. My debit card was a problem at first (I didn't have any cash because it was my first visit as an unprepared, stupid American tourist), but the staff was patient and helpful. The food was also very good. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I had the BBQ burger and fries delivered via Uber Eats. They tasted good, but the burger and fries were lukewarm. The salad was soggy. It's definitely better to order in person. Delivery isn't recommended. You really should eat a fresh burger in person.

I ordered a Classic Smash menu for €14.90 (to go). I'd eaten there before, and what I noticed back then was that the burgers were made with a lot of sauce. I didn't think it was that bad back then, because, to be honest, it was "within reason"... but I don't think a burger should taste more like sauce than a burger? This time, was the burger worse, especially since there was mustard (a lot) on one side and ketchup (also a lot) on the other, and the wrapper was completely soaked? It was the soggiest burger of my life... no exaggeration. I ate half, but unfortunately not the other. There are always burgers that have a "fail-bite," but unfortunately, there was nothing to be done about it here. The fries were okay, not the best, not the worst. Service-wise, everyone was super nice and friendly, and it was very quick.

An excellent burger joint in the heart of Munich, amidst 1,000 tourist traps. The Smashburger was really good, made 100% fresh, and still ready very quickly. Unfortunately, seating is very limited, so if necessary, you'll have to stand at the long counter.

I swear to God, it is one of the worst restaurants. The burgers are all oily. What made me even more angry was that my bill came to 44 euros. When I paid, I was shocked that he took 49 euros from me. When I went back to the cashier, I said, “My bill is 44. How did you take 49?” He said, “This is a tip we take.” I said, “You have the right to take something I don’t want.” He gave me back 4 euros. The burgers are great, as are the smash burgers and cheeseburgers. The fries are great. The only downside is that the place is very small, and there are only two tables outside. So you have to be very quick to eat or eat while standing.

By God Almighty, this is the most delicious burger I've tasted in Europe since I first knew it. What surprised me was that it outperformed many restaurants in Saudi Arabia. Please give them a raise they handled a miscommunication with a burger 🍔 that was also party my fault and they helped me and solved the problem. They have just made me a client for life here! Not a very good burger place for true vegans/vegetarians. The location is great, and the service is quick. Just a few steps from Marienplatz.If you are a vegan and vegan and crave for beef like burger, then it is a good place for you. They have a self-service kiosk for ordering, and you pick up your own food, but there are still american style tip options shown to you while you order on this giant screen. It is not mandatory to tip, but I am afraid american tipping culture is creeping into EU.
