Unless Ruff's is offering some special burgers (like the one with Biscoff sprinkles), they're unfortunately just average. If they're going to offer cold cheese sauce for dipping, a container big enough for the burger wouldn't be a bad idea... The service was great, but sitting in this branch is no good because you're stuck on bar stools facing a wall or in the draft from the entrance. The restrooms are also absolutely terrible.

Burger: arrived cold, was recooked, but wasn't much warmer. The meat was tiny and mushy after a very short time. Hot water with a few slices of ginger and a peppercorn stem cost about €5; the flavor couldn't be improved by mashing it. Misunderstanding: the menu stated "Burger + Cocktail + Fries approx. €12" - I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail: it was watery and tasteless, then they charged me about €24 for it because the menu had a barely noticeable note stating that the cocktail and fries were included with the hamburger. Neither of us noticed this. Not a pleasant dining experience!

Fries cold and excessively greasy, orders arrive quickly but get mixed up, vegan burger lukewarm, limited seating, staff poorly trained in taking orders.

The employee kindly added Caesar salad dressing to my side salad, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the salad was quite old and had turned reddish on almost every leaf.

I bought the “Classic Smash” and it was very similar to what you would get at McDonalds, though lacked the crunch of onion that a McDonald’s burger includes. The chips were nothing special, just your average potato chips. There was limited seating, and the queue for ordering blocks you into your seat. Overall, below my expectations.

It's busy,especially on Saturday night. They have the halal sign on the door, but when asked they confirmed their beef is halal certified but the sell and cook the bacon and beef in same frier and cooking place, and they do cross contaminate. Do not recommend it as they are giving a false impression that it is full halal, when it's clearly not.

I ordered a Classic Smash menu for €14.90 (to go). I'd eaten there before, and what I noticed back then was that the burgers were made with a lot of sauce. I didn't think it was that bad back then, because, to be honest, it was "within reason"... but I don't think a burger should taste more like sauce than a burger? This time, was the burger worse, especially since there was mustard (a lot) on one side and ketchup (also a lot) on the other, and the wrapper was completely soaked? There are always burgers that have a "fail-bite," but unfortunately, there was nothing to be done about it here. The fries were okay, not the best, not the worst. Despite how busy the place is, he's ALWAYS attentive to the customers and sets the pace with his watch. The team works like a tight-knit football team, often communicating only through eye contact.
