Ruff's Burger Marienplatz in München

I had the Greenforce Smokey BBQ Burger. The vegan patty was really good. The toppings were also delicious. I also got a portion of fries. The portion is large, and you're already full after half a burger :) The staff was also very nice. The place is quite small, with only two tables outside and a few seats inside. It's okay for eating in, but it's not particularly ideal or inviting.

The food is delicious and the meat tastes delicious. I ordered a burger and a smash burger, but be aware that they put ketchup on it. Anyone who doesn't like it should let them know.

Cheeseburger and Smashburger They're all legendary. Order with peace of mind.

The fries are all oily, the burgers are very average, and the tables are dirty. No one cleans them.

It's a disgrace that they call these burgers smashburgers. The burgers are extremely bad. Anyone who wants a great smashburger is in the wrong place. The sweet potatoes are also substandard.

The server was super rude and she kept telling us to not touch the menus or the flyers. This is no way to talk with people.

The cheeseburger was really bad, I've never tasted such a bad cheeseburger. Tasteless and strangely floury. The bun was also disgusting. It was definitely not worth the price, it cost 11€. The fries were pretty good, but the truffle fries weren't worth the price either.

The guys at the kitchen and at the counter on Wednesday at around 16:30 pm made my day! Please give them a raise they handled a miscommunication with a burger 🍔 that was also party my fault and they helped me and solved the problem. They have just made me a client for life here! Please let them know I really appreciated this and Ruffs burgers are awesome! 🤩

Not a very good burger place for true vegans/vegetarians. The location is great, and the service is quick. Just a few steps from Marienplatz.If you are a vegan and vegan and crave for beef like burger, then it is a good place for you. They have a self-service kiosk for ordering, and you pick up your own food, but there are still american style tip options shown to you while you order on this giant screen. It is not mandatory to tip, but I am afraid american tipping culture is creeping into EU.

Had the Hot N spice chicken burger and the Ruffs burger as a menu. The food definitely tastes good. It was delicious but we were very thirsty afterwards. It's self service and there are only so many chairs and two tables outside. Since there is no service there was only one star. And the ambience works. Is intended for quick eating. But would come again.

The food was super great. Kilian in particular served us perfectly and took care of us. The burger impressed everyone in the group of 10.

The bear rocks here. 😋 Sooooooo delicious - and many people probably know that. 🙃 So the seats are running out. But that doesn't impose any restrictions on taste. Just look for a nice place around.

Saw many positive reviews on this burger restaurant. Unfortunately, the beef is not HALAL. One of the guys who speaks arabic saw me and told me dont order beef, Only chicken is HALAL because it's cooked in a sepirate oil, not like the beef is cooked with the HAM. we ordered 2 chicken crispy and the fries. It was amazingly good 10/10. It's not that expensive around 12€ each burger. I do recommend it and I will visit again for sure.

The burger was way too saucy! I loved the amount of pickles though and the french fries were plump and crispy. A bunch of students had come in and taking the bar area seats so for half my meal, I was kneeling on a chair because the table was too high 😪

I paid €1.5 extra for a sauce and didn't even receive it :(

It seems to be a chain restaurant, but it was really delicious! The sweet potato fries were delicious, and the burger was delicious too :) Maybe because I went during a busy time, the staff didn't seem very friendly, but maybe they were just tired from work. The inside of the restaurant is very small. There are only tables against the wall for people to eat alone. I think it would be good to keep that in mind!

THE PHOTOS ARE A LIE. This is USED TO BE my favorite burger place in Munich, however on weekdays there’s a guy who cooks the burgers who’s just really lazy. He smashes the burgers down way too much and I just ordered a regular burger. Something I used to love about Ruffs is the way the burgers are thick and the meat quality is really good but when you smash them down, it just ruins the flavour and the experience. They also switched from regular bright green beautiful lettuce to shredded which seems cheap to me… yikes. So all of these photos are a lie they don’t put regular lettuce on the burgers anymore.

A delicious, juicy burger with bread as soft as a cloud, and the potatoes we bought with it danced a waltz with our stomachs, they were incredibly crispy and beautiful. When we went in the evening, we did not wait long in line. There is only one negative: seating area is limited.

The taste of the Smashburger was really excellent – ​​juicy, well-fried and with great flavors. BUT: Something was wrong with the salt content. Where did that come from? No idea! But there was definitely too much salt. Not inedible, but it spoiled the perfect enjoyment a little. The Belgian fries for that? 1A! Perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of salt – just great!

I was sitting in the cold outside the store with a lot of luggage and needed to kill some time. One of the employees brought me a portion of fries to combat the cold. A little kindness and warmth on a cold evening. 5 stars for the delicious fries and the friendly staff.

The burgers are delicious, whether chicken or beef. Only the quantity is a bit small. I guess it's the bun, it basically disappears in your mouth :) The onion rings were also good, but I was a bit disappointed with the fries as some were fried quite brown; Keyword acrylamide. The shop is small and has hardly any seating

I had a simple lunch, but the patty might have been a little salty. However, it goes well with bread, and if you eat it with sweet potato fries, it becomes sweet and salty haha. There are no seats, but the turnover rate is fast, so if you stand and eat, you will quickly find a seat! I recommend it~☺️

The food here is very tasty and the price is fair. The store is very popular and busy. That's why it's a bit stupid that there is very little space in the store.

Crazy Burger in the middle of Munich! Ordering went smoothly and quickly, there was still a seat in the small restaurant and great sweet potato fries. Burger was outstanding and the price was totally in the green. Big recommendation from me.

The burger and fries are delicious! We were starving and the food was ready within 5 minutes. Loved the smoky bbq sauce and pickles in the burger. Luckily got a table outside but I can imagine it gets really busy here. Loved it

We went on the recommendation of an acquaintance and fortunately the experience was very good. We ordered burgers that were very good in flavor and size, we also ordered fries that were surprisingly very well done. The service was friendly and fast. The prices were correct. It is a small but well decorated place, especially the bathroom which I loved, there is the option to eat inside or outside. Still, it is a place to eat and leave immediately, it is not made for long periods of time. I will return at some point to try something different.

I couldn't see anything special about him. Would it be an exaggeration if I said that the burger I had at Burger the next day was better? Meat is a separate issue, but I wish the bread was better too. For example, they make sesame bread in Turkey, I love it.

Very good hamburgers that you can personalise if you don’t want some ingredients or you want to add extra. Juicy, tasty, quick and very good price. Inside is small and you can only sit at the bar, but the turnover is quick and you can always have a sit at the small terrace.

A friend and I wanted to stop by there for a “snack” and each ordered a burger. Both tasted very fresh and extremely tasty. We can highly recommend it. We were particularly impressed by the very nice and customer-friendly lady at the checkout. We felt very comfortable and we really enjoyed eating our burgers there. We'll be back! :) Best regards

Hamburger shop in Munich's main square (Marienplatz). The quality of the burgers is absolutely top notch. The meat was very good and the sandwich combinations were very varied and well balanced. A positive note also for the french fries, absolutely recommended. The place is basically for take-aways, with some seating on stools. Advised!
