The food was delicious but I ordered sweet potato fries and received the normal ones, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home.

I had a vegetarian burger that was super tasty. However, the patty was a bit dry, unfortunately this is often the case with vegetarian patties :-/

The place doesn't invite you to stay for a long time, it's more to go. I had the regular smash burger (2 patties) which was topped with pickles, cheese and red onions + sauce. I just missed lettuce and tomatoes, but I think they also had vegetables. The bun was a little too mushy for me. Unfortunately, the Sweet Honey Mustard sauce wasn't my thing for the fries as it was too bitter afterwards. The honey to mustard ratio wasn't right. Otherwise you got your burger relatively quickly. The sauces for the fries were packaged in plastic bowls, even if you ate there. I found that a bit of a shame. But all in all a good burger.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, try the truffle burger also the philly cheese fries is really good and the portion is big enough. The only thing is there is not much space to sit.

The first time I tried the Smash Burger, unfortunately I didn't like it that much...it just wasn't my taste. But Ruff's Citizen has other delicious citizens that I like more. The fries were crispy as always. As always, the staff was friendly and worked quickly. You really can't go wrong here

The smashburgers are great, very very good flavor and size. The price is adequate, neither cheap nor expensive. Inside it is a little dirty but outside there are tables and it is more comfortable. Yes, I highly recommend them!

They forgot the bacon in my avocado burger and forgot the order. Other than that, the rest of it is all nice.

We went here for a late lunch. We had a smash burger, giggly smash burger, cheeseburger and avocado burger. They were good burgers. We also ordered regular fries and truffle fries. The truffle fries were much oilier than the regular fries.

I have visited the place in 2017 & 2018 and today 2024. The food was amazing one of the best burgers places in munich.

For me the burger and fries were just right. The avocado burger had just the right seasoning and was very tasty. My husband, on the other hand, didn't particularly like the BBQ burger because it was too sweet and bland for him.

I was there today in the evening. Although my order cost 26 euros, they charged me 32 euros, but the receipt says 26 euros and they didn't give me the receipt. when I realized it later and went there, they were surprised and said that this is how they scam tourists. Pay attention to the change and the total amount.

Waiters try to scam people they see as tourists. Calculate the total amount of your order yourself. They calculate the amount as if it is more and try to steal the difference. I didn't like the waiters in such a famous place. As for the food, the service was fast and the prices were good. The burger will never be like the Burgermeister in Berlin. Still, the burger was okay.

Got the truffle burger double patty and the garlic fries to split with my wife for dinner. Burgers were past well done and pretty flavorless despite being drowned in oil. Fries are bagged frozen fries and same with the burger, drowning in oil. Would not recommend for 25 euros, however staff were much friendlier than other places we've been while in Munich.

Amazing burgers. I had the blue cheese one with sweet potatoes and my partner had a double meat burger. Excellent, the meat is super good, the fries perfect, it's made with brioche bread... it's worth the detour if you're in Munich.

Unfortunately we got an upset stomach after the burger. The patty was very greasy, but since we've never had any problems with burgers of any kind, no matter where, we ate at least half of the cheeseburger. It was delicious, but unfortunately we didn't like it. If you have a sensitive stomach, you should eat somewhere else

Had lunch here, the burger and fries were absolutely great. For €16 I got an avocado burger, fries and a coke. A very fair price for Munich. The only negative point: The restaurant only has a very limited number of seats.

The burger shop was an absolute blast! The barbecue burger was simply incredibly delicious. The combination of juicy meat, smoky BBQ sauce and crispy rolls was a taste experience in a class of its own. I can definitely recommend the shop and will definitely come back myself. If you're ever in the area, be sure to stop by and treat yourself to one of these awesome burgers! 🍔😋

The burger is delicious. Take meat and diya French fries are from that meal There isn't enough room for just two tables, and the space inside the restaurant is tight. Always buy and leave There is a nearby fountain where you can eat and eat

We had the cheeseburger. Unfortunately the meat wasn't seasoned, much too bland. Cucumbers too watery and therefore the burger was unnecessarily soggy. Also, the cheese didn't really melt. No thump with salt or pepper or even chili, a bland mass on the palate. Price okay at 9.90 euros. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing, especially since it was advertised as a Smashburger. A pity. Service very friendly and helpful. Location ideal. It probably runs itself. I wish there was a little more passion put into it. A cheeseburger needs melted cheese - please change.

The food was delicious and was exactly what you would expect from a good burger joint. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very quick too. We didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for our food. The portions looked small at first, but were more than enough and very filling. The only thing to complain about is the lack of and rather narrow space, which is due to the small shop and the limited space. All in all very good and we would recommend it! (Coming to Augsburg, thank you)

A small burger point in the marienplatz to enjoy juicy burgers, fries and combo packs. Come in a group, or solo, the vibe is great and they give you a pager after you place your order. Once the order is ready, the pager will buzz/vibrate indicating that food is ready.

We came across Ruff's by chance and were absolutely thrilled with the burgers. Inside, there are only a few seats at a counter along the wall, so most customers take their orders to go. The burgers cost from €10, and for an additional €5.50 there is a menu with very good fries and a soft drink.

We wanted a dinner to take back to the hotel and we found this very nice place. The guy who took the order spoke to us in English fortunately, something I really appreciated. The quality of the food is VERY GOOD. Excellent burgers. Price normal. Quick orders, you can eat in (even if it's small) or take away. It would be better to have take away bags and not bags without handles because they are uncomfortable.

Luckily for us, the shop was also open on Sundays. The burgers were quite good and the fries were particularly tasty. The sauces for the fries were also good.

It's a small place and doesn't have many comfortable seating options. But their burgers are very delicious. If the weather is nice, you can have it packaged and eaten.

It was too crowded... all I know from hearsay is that it's supposed to be great there...

Still a good and varied range of burgers, but the double cheese concept means the meat is always well done. Next time I'll try to get a "Single Cheese" medium fried.
