It’s nice to sit outside in the summer 😌 and the burgers here never disappoint me. If I'm very hungry, a big burger always makes me feel happy😁. This time I ordered pork chops. The pork was very soft and tasty, and it was very fragrant with green onions. Basking in the sun, drinking frozen drinks, and eating meat, I was very satisfied.

A very tasty burger joint! Located near the English Garden and offers a variety of burgers. We ordered a Giggly Smashed Burger and a Tyrolean Burger from the menu, which also included fries and a drink. Together we paid €33, which is okay for the location. However, there is no table service until 5 p.m. as is usual in a snack bar.

I didn’t see the difference with a McDonald’s burger, which is around the corner by the way) I wanted to drink coffee but the employee said that they don't have coffee, although they have a coffee machine. 10 minutes later I saw him preparing coffee for himself, but they couldn’t sell it to guests 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you are in Munich you should go to ruffs burger. Ate a crispy chicken and an avocado burger that were super tasty. The prices are okay too.

Very good burgers with delicious sweet potato fries. The Caesar salad was also really good. Only the “service” was bad, unfriendly and annoyed. I felt really uncomfortable ordering a sauce because I didn't want to "bother" the waiter. Clearly a reason for me not to come back! Yes, the food was delicious, but I can probably get a good burger somewhere else where I, as a guest, don't feel like my presence is a burden.

UPDATE: Months later I received a threatening letter from a lawyer saying that we should delete the review and that there was no business relationship. However, we were able to prove our visit by debiting it to our EC card. Absolutely disgraceful to treat customer reviews like this. This means that we will NEVER enter this store AGAIN and advise everyone not to do so. Service unfriendly and unhelpful. Eat good.

Burgers are too greasy, unfortunately I got a stomach ache. Meat was dripping with fat... McDonald's burgers are real "diet burgers" in comparison.

Enough places outside and some inside too. The only negative is that it is more expensive. Paid 90 euros for 2 adults and two children.

A famous restaurant with many branches in Munich, Germany. The restaurant is a Fast Casual Dining style that uses good quality ingredients to make big, juicy burgers that are satisfying for us to eat. The signature that we want you to try is 'Ruff's Burger', just like the name of the restaurant. It will be a thick burger with Blue Cheese, Bacon, various vegetables and the restaurant's special sauce. You can choose to add additional toppings (mine added Jalapenos to cut the greasy meat just right). There are also interesting ones such as the 'Tyrolean Burger' that uses Hashbrown and Ranch sauce, and the 'Caesar Burger' that uses beef with truffle oil. Fragrant, or there's also 'Avocado Burger' for people who don't eat meat. The Fries menu at this restaurant is equally famous. We can order both regular, truffle, garlic, Mexican (with sour cream). and guacamole) or Philly Cheese which has cheese topped with Japalenos as you like. They have many dipping sauces to choose from. The fries line is definitely satisfying. (During the daytime, there will be a Fries + soft drink promotion as well.)

Update: The restaurant initially apologized in response to my review but later deleted their apology. They then attempted to force me to remove my review by involving lawyers, falsely claiming I never made an order. However, I provided Google with evidence confirming my order, and their attempt failed. Ordered with Uber eats, the waiting time was 45 minutes. The driver first almost reached us (in about an hour) and then started moving in the opposite direction. Then in 40 more minutes he texted me that the restaurant mixed up the order and in 20 more minutes the order was just cancelled. Very dissatisfied.

So really one of the tastiest burgers 🍔 you have to stop by and enjoy

I had a really, really tasty burger. The size was completely okay for me and I was well fed. The service was very quick, the drinks were at the table in no time and a short time later the ordered burgers. I was satisfied and would like to come back.

Update: Ruff's Burger is now hounding lawyers about bad reviews instead of accepting constructive criticism. It couldn't be more embarrassing 😂 Unfortunately a unsuccessful evening. The ribs were almost inedible and tasted like a finished product. The BBQ burger wasn't my cup of tea either - neither the over-seasoned, dripping meat nor the sauce that was too sweet. The fries were too salty and the mini cup of sauce that came with them wasn't enough. If only the service had been good, but the lady seemed rather unfriendly and condescending. Our empty plates weren't cleared away for at least 20 minutes. We also found it very unpleasant that people got the burgers cheaper at the takeaway, had everything packed up and then sat at the tables anyway... and that was apparently welcomed. Unnecessary trash and McDonald's ambience, why would you want that in your restaurant?

Great selection to build your own burger with or without meat. Reservation for a bigger group worked out perfectly and the service was fast and attentive. If you want a nice burger this place is for you.

UPDATE: I was also threatened by a LAWYER if I didn't delete my review on the grounds that I had no business relationship with the Ruffs Burger company. The visit and the associated recession were over 4 years ago and now something like this. Luckily we still have the receipt and can therefore prove that we were in a “business relationship”. What a disgrace when you deal with criticism like that! The answer from the lawyer is still pending! So be sure to get a receipt after consumption. It can happen that you will otherwise receive mail from the lawyer if you have a negative review. We enter the restaurant at 11.20 a.m., we are the only guests. When I asked if there was anything to eat, the answer was yes and I was told to order at the counter and we would bring it to your table. First of all, we didn't feel welcome. We had eaten here several times before, but somehow everything was different that day. So, we ordered a pastrami burger and a hamburger. The music was so loud that we asked the waiter if he could turn it down a little. He did that too, but maybe that is the explanation for what was then served to us as a burger. A pastrami burger does not consist of three slices of pastrami (for a whopping 7.80 euros) and a burger patti that was completely fried and two slices of cucumber slapped on top. (See pictures). Also the hamburger was completely fried. According to the menu, all burgers are fried medium rare, which was always the case. We didn't ask if everything was okay because the staff preferred to stand outside and smoke a cigarette. But of course we cleared our table ourselves because we didn't want to disturb the people during their break. Thank you very much too! If you don't want any guests at lunchtime, just let them. On our previous visits in the evening everything always worked well. And I don't know that kind of behavior from the staff either. The saying fits again. “When the cat is out of the house, the mice dance on the table”. Thanks, but there are plenty of other burger shops in Schwabing.

Update 04/2024: Just like other honest people who write an honest review, I also received information from the lawyer to delete my honest review. They claim that I wasn't even in the store. I objected and sent a screenshot of my credit card statement and a photo with metadata such as GPS coordinates as proof. This scam is really OUTRAGEOUS. Instead of having the honest reviews deleted, you should take the reviews seriously and improve. Original review: So folks, here's my honest opinion. We arrived here with high expectations after reading the reviews and having to make a reservation. The service is friendly and nice. We ordered the food and it was prepared very quickly. That's a plus point, but unfortunately it remains that way. The burger was okay, but nothing more. You can get this burger everywhere, so absolutely nothing special. I ordered Philly fries. The fries are also at best OK. It sounded very good on the card. The cheese sauce wasn't that cheesy in taste. The meat was like a shredded burger patty. I was expecting small pieces of steak. Now let's get to the coleslaw. You can get a better farmer's salad in every supermarket. Yes, farmwur salad, it wasn't anything more than that. The sauce was barely there. You can eat it once, but I won't come again.

Ordered via UberEats: We really enjoyed the BBQ burger and Ruff's burger, but the Belgian fries were a bit weak. Well, it could also have been due to the transport. Cole slaw was fine. Prices are acceptable for the size of the burgers.

Instead of paying money to remove honest reviews what about actually making an effort to improve your product? I highly recommend taking a photo of your food and receipt when you buy something from them. Original review: Really bad seasoning, basic burger and bun. I actually really enjoy eating at Ruffs, but delivery services delivered cold or incorrect food. The communication from the operator was not particularly solution-oriented. Update on current communication follows.

If a restaurant is committed to making good burgers, then the meat should also be juicy. The patties were completely dry. A shoe sole is nothing compared to this. The homepage said temptingly: Our Ruff's Burgers are what a fresh burger should be: handmade with the best ingredients, fresh from the grill, juicy and simply delicious. I saw the service staff take the minced meat in a "ball" form from the well-cooled drawer and then use a kitchen utensil (similar to a spatula) to press it "flat" onto the frying surface. Beautiful round patties were shown on the homepage. It's a shame that I didn't have a camera with me to film the process or show the dry pattie after it was bitten. The receipt shows that my order was recorded on September 23, 2019 at 6:40 p.m. My order was order number: 72

A wonderful restaurant that never fails to win my heart whenever I enjoy in a cheat day. 🤪Especially in spring and summer, enjoying their outdoor terrace with delicious burgers is something not to be missed. The ambiance of the outdoor terrace fulfilled with flowers creates the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment in the evening hours. The staff is extremely friendly and multilingual, and the cocktails they serve are a real treat and taste perfect. This is definitely a place I recommend to anyone looking to enjoy delicious food and treat themselves with some calories. All the praises! 🍔

The burgers are very tasty and of good quality. Unfortunately, the waiting times are usually far too long. Waiting at least 30 minutes is currently not uncommon. This is much quicker in the Rindermarkt branch, even if there are a lot of customers there. You should really only go to Occamstrasse if you have a lot of time to spare and are prepared to stand in the cold for a long time.

Because I had now received an email from the managing director about my 1 star rating. I was eating there about 6 years ago when I picked up a motorcycle with my brother and we thought we wouldn't have MCi again. I can't quite remember what the staff was like, but what I do know is that the burger was anything but good. Such a review is not intended to damage the business, but rather to improve it, but unfortunately I can't see any interest here. (But only delete reviews with a lawyer)

The restaurant has a very pleasant, soothing atmosphere. Great food, very juicy meat and delicious sauces. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone who spontaneously wants to eat high-quality burgers at a reasonable price.

Not cheap, but really cool! The meat is on point, the remaining ingredients are fresh and mostly home-made! My only negative, the burgers could be a bit bigger for this price!

On January 31, 2024, second visit to RUFF'S BURGER in Occamstrasse, Munich. After the experiences from the first visit (see pictures), the second time I ordered my burger without sauces and greens (basically meat burger)... 8.90 EUR for a manageably large burger patty with bun without everything is sporty. The bun was again a very bland affair, so it was totally avoided. The best are and remain the fries barrier 4.70 EUR. Unfortunately, the size of the portion is well below seniors' plates. For fans of a well-kept burger with fries, the price-performance ratio cannot be enough. A pity. Not worth visiting for me in its current form. But fortunately everyone's tastes are different and there's no arguing about taste... ME Hahn, Oec. i. R. PS: As always, my note to my handicapped colleagues... Access is not barrier-free, the interior area is partly not barrier-free...

The reviews about the undercooked and dry fries are true. Service was not good, probably not enough staff so not our waiters fault. Burger was fine, what you would expect from a hyped Munich burger bar. There’s a better place for burgers nearby. Ranch was not ranch, all sauces were pretty much not good. Cannot recommend.

I was and am thrilled. Very nice service. I had a BBQ burger rare and Belgian fries. The meat was of top quality and the fries were juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. To drink I treated myself to a Gin Basel. Was very refreshing. Just the thing after work. You could see that the employees enjoy their job. There was also a children's menu. I have a child which isn't always everything. There is a good varied selection of children's meals. I will definitely come again. Maybe even today with my daughter. Dear ruffs crew...Thank you for the great service and great food. I felt really welcome.

Alles wie gewohnt. Adis ist sehr Kunden und Umsatzorientiert, man wünscht sich mehr solche Mitarbeiter. Lecker und sowie es sein sollte! Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt!
