The restaurant that I can recommend. Everything was great, the employees were very helpful.

"You can eat the burgers, but when you order over the phone and are given a time for pickup, which is then extended by another 10 minutes, it causes confusion. You think that when you ordered over the phone you had a full burger menu with drinks, but that wasn't the case. The fries were cold, even though you had been there 10 minutes beforehand and were told it would take a while. It would have been helpful if it had been announced on the phone that card payments were not possible. This would have saved you having to travel halfway across town to the bank. There was also no mention of the fact that some of the drinks ordered over the phone were not available. The burgers were undercooked. After a few bites there was a strange raw meat taste and it was obvious that all the burgers were undercooked. The staff on site seemed disorganized. Additionally, if you paid with a 100 euro note, you were looked at disapprovingly because the machine couldn't give change. Despite understanding difficulties, it is unfortunate that the order only resulted in a waste of money and no proper enjoyment. For the money you could just as easily have gone to Burger King, where you are used to comparable service."

Very, very tasty pasta, and the pizza was good too. Especially for the price, you get good food.

Unfortunately completely overpriced for the tiny citizens. To fill you up, you need at least 3 burgers per person. The sweet potato fries are also very disappointing.

The falafel plate (12 EUR) is great! Lovingly prepared with fresh ingredients.

The staff is quite nice, the burgers are ok, but not special. What is special, however, is the smell in the restaurant with an open passage to the kitchen. It feels like there is no deduction there. The air in the restaurant is almost unbearable on a busy day. The smell of frying the burgers and grease is so strong that you can go straight into the shower after eating and your nose is closed. For me it was a visit to the Superbude again after a long break, but it was also my last.
