MAM-MAM Burger in Fürth

Update May 18, 2024: the restaurant is now closed. Friendly service, redeeming the NeoTaste voucher was easy.

Well now it's out that Fürth and Bamberg will be closed. The whole family in Nuremberg and Fürth loved going there. It may be that increased costs are one reason. But let's be honest. There are burger shops on almost every corner and not just the well-known American ones. And it feels like one is added every week. In addition, we are not the only ones who have noticed that the quality at MAM MAM has deteriorated significantly recently. They should work on that first. Families in particular will no longer be able to afford expensive FOOD as often. And that will be just the beginning.

Too expensive because the burger is small, plus drinks and side dishes, I can almost eat in an upscale restaurant. The waitress was nice but dressed inappropriately. The Burger Man has tree hair without a headgear or gloves. Food was lukewarm even though we were there alone. Fries not warm either.

Very nice and friendly, it's even possible to bring a gluten-free roll with you that can then be topped with it. Top... food tastes delicious, would be happy again...

Solid burgers at fair prices! The menu is simple but good, which is often better than 100 fancy variants! I think the quality, portions and prices are right! The atmosphere is casual and cozy, the service is sometimes on point, sometimes a bit sloppy, but always friendly! Depending on the day of the week, larger groups should make reservations - but you can always find a place for two.

Super tasty burgers, friendly service, the onion rings are particularly good. Although there is a small selection, what is available cannot be topped. Gladly again.

Beyond Burger was very tasty, side salad was mediocre. Service was great, very friendly and attentive

Unfortunately the food for almost €40 ended up in the trash! I ordered two burgers and one sweet potato fries. Firstly, the wrong burgers came. Secondly, without the extra toppings we ordered, but instead they were completely full of spicy jalapenos (again, because I hate spicy and can't tolerate it), and the burgers were ice cold and the Bunns were so hard and dried out that you could hit a nail with them could knock into the wall. The sweet potato fries were also just about done and cold. I have often ordered from Mam Mam for years, but I have never experienced such filth. Unfortunately that's it for now with Mam Mam.

Very good citizens, clean restaurant, relaxed atmosphere and good service.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers at 6 p.m., they arrived at 8:45 p.m. after repeated requests, cold and black, 30 euros for 2 burgers, absolute impudence, never a waste of money, no one answers the phone anymore even though it's still open until 9:30 p.m no customers

Waited 2 hours for my food and then it was canceled by Mam Mam Burger in Fürth. :) Thanks :)

Very tasty and friendly service

When we went to the restaurant on Sunday evening (2 tables were occupied, we were the third) we had to wait around 15 minutes before we could place our order. I ordered a “grilled cheese sandwich” with fries and a drink. When the food was at the table, I was a bit disillusioned. The "Grilled Cheese" was a 2-3mm slice with a bit of lettuce and sauce, wrapped in a classic burger bun. I had never seen it like that before and was quite disappointed about it. The sauce overpowered everything in terms of taste, so unfortunately I can't write anything about it. The “Round Cut Fries”, however, were really good. In general, all the food on the table was quite lukewarm. This is clearly better. We then shared my personal impression of the store in the conversation afterwards. A pity.

You really can't complain about the taste, the burgers and fries are good. However, the service during our visit was anything but good... We had to wait a good 15 minutes until we could finally order even though the shop was almost empty. And I almost got our burgers myself because they were sitting at the counter for a long time... As a result, they weren't really warm anymore, more like McDrive temperature when you got home...

The food is incredibly tasty, the service is always friendly and very open and cooperative if you have any problems or special requests.

Chili Smash Burger was damn good!

The food was great, warm and fresh, the staff was very friendly and the beer was on tap. The atmosphere was nice and quiet and the shop was centrally located. Gladly again.

That was nothing at all... 8.50 cheeseburgers 2,- Bacon 4.50 fries For 15 euros, a combination like this should be significantly better than something from a chain. But it was worse. The “paddy” was totally dry and fried for too long, the bun was totally dry from toasting for so long, the amount of meat was a joke. The female waiter was completely over-scheduled, even though there wasn't much going on. The male waiter (manager?) really took our feedback seriously, apologized genuinely and wanted to make it up to us. Too late, hunger drove it in

My chili cheeseburger was very tasty, but could have used a little more fire, but everyone is different. And if required, there was also plenty of hot sauce. I had the onion rings as a side dish. It was crispy, almost too crispy, but I really enjoyed it. I think it's great that you have an open kitchen and you can watch the burger roasting with excitement. The quality is right and if you are looking for a good burger outside of the system gastronomy in Fürth, you have come to the right place. The sanitary facilities, however, were not so great. All in all, the burger is definitely worth a visit.

The burger patty was very thin, but the burger still tasted quite good. Unfortunately I forgot to say that I would have liked the patty to be fried medium - it would have been tastier then. I can still recommend it.

You can't order by phone for pickup, only via the website or Lieferando. I'm supposed to pay 3.50 delivery costs on the website if I could pick up the food myself from my office in a minute. The burgers aren't worth it (to me).

Addendum: you don't learn from mistakes and tips in the comments, so unfortunately you can only give 1 star. 3x wrong delivery because 3x allergy / instructions were not followed even though it is written boldly and clearly on the delivery note/invoice. Thanks to the delivery service, money was refunded 3 times. Instead, I just want a good burger and not be hungry and annoyed. :( And that’s suboptimal for you too… Burger itself is good, delivery via Wolt unfortunately doesn't work at all with MamMam (Wolt & their drivers are great). On the one hand, my comment on the order is ignored for the second time (I can't eat the burger due to allergies) and on the other hand, you have to choose whether you want ketchup or mayo? I want standard MamMam sauce. Maybe you should set this up correctly and if your employees don't read the instructions, like with UE, i.e. "without ingredient xy"

Unsere Burger (Standard und BBQ) und die Fries waren sehr lecker. Tolle Optik und toller Geschmack! Inneneinrichtung und Licht spenden eine gute Ambiente.

Das burger fleisch war nicht richtig durch gebraten an manchen stellen fast roh...haben die Kellnerin drauf aufmerksam gemacht und es wurde nix unternommen weder ein entgegenkommen auf der rechnung...ambiente schön...alles andere sehr schlecht...

Ich bewerte hier lediglich den veganen Cheeseburger: Habe über sehr viel Jahre hinweg den veganen Cheeseburger bei Mam mam gegessen und auch viele Freunde davon überzeugt dass er geschmacklich sehr nah an einen Fleischburger kommt. Gestern hatte ich Mal wieder einen bestellt und dachte mir noch dass er geschmacklich so gar nicht damit vergleichbar ist was ich bisher vom veganen mam mam Cheeseburger kannte. Dachte mir dann noch ob eventuell ein neues Patty (bisher immer beyond meat) verwendet wird. Nach kurzer Recherche stellte ich fest dass es tatsächlich hier eine Änderung gab. Auf der mam mam Website wird angegeben dass das Patty nun von der Marke Vegetarian butcher stammt. Geschmacklich entspricht das nicht ansatzweise dem Patty von beyond meat. Geschmacklich für mich leider überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen. Ich war jahrelang ein großer Fan und habe auch mit dem Preis der Burger nie ein Problem gehabt. Aber mir persönlich schmeckt die neue Version des pattys leider gar nicht mehr und ich werde mich nach einer Alternative umsehen. P.S. Die Angaben welches Patty geliefert wird stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Bei Lieferando wird beyond meat angegeben und auf der Website ist die Angabe aktuell (veg. Butcher)

Personal ist immer nett und freundlich. Das Essen enttäuscht nie. Allgemein immer einen Besuch wert, wenn ich durch Fürth fahre

Toller Laden! Hier gibts die besten Burger ☺️

Kenne die Marke aus Nürnberg und war voller Hoffnung, dass es wiedee so lecker sein würde. Der Laden ist leicht erkennbar und sehr schlicht ausgestattet, FastFood halt. Jedoch sind die Preise ähnlich eines Restaurants. Bei so hohen Preisen habe ich viel erwartet. Ein ChilliBurger, eine Cola und eine Portion Süßkartoffelpommes haben mich 18.50 Euro gekostet. Ich war den ganzen Tag unterwegs und habe mir erhofft richtig satt zu werden. Burger ist wirklich sehr klein. Da wird kein hungriger Satt. Was mich gestört hat, der Teller roch nach rohem Fleisch! Aber gut, wollte nicht so zimperlich sein. Das Fleisch war leider aussenrum angebrannt und trocken. Ausser ein paar Jalapenos habe ich nichts von "ChilliBurger" gemerkt. Die Pommes waren sehr knusprig, aber zu dünn und zu wenig. Das waren locker nur 50-60 Gramm. Richtig satt wurde ich nicht obwohl ich 20 Euro bezahlt habe. Es gab deutlich günstigere Alternativen in der Umgebung mit einer besseren Ambiente und ähnlichen Preisen. Preise senken oder die Menüs für knappe 15 Euro ganztags anbieten! Man ist kein Restaurant, da reicht die Location nicht aus. Man ist und bleibt eine Burgerbude. Personal ist nett, wirkt aber meist demotiviert und abwesend. Kartenzahlung ist möglich! War eine Erfahrung, die ich hier ungern wiederholen werde. Guter Döner und Ayran, eine Pizza, oder chinesisches FastFood für den halben Preis machen einfach satter.

Die Bürger und die Pommes habe gut geschmeckt.

Bester Burger seit Langem. Ich war in der Nähe meines Hotels eigentlich nur auf der Suche nach einem schnellen Abendessen und hab mir hier einen Cheeseburger mit extra Bacon, Pommes und ein Bier bestellt. Die Jungs hinterm Tresen waren gut drauf und nach 10 Minuten war mein Essen da. Der Burger war einfach nur geil und ich bin am nächsten Abend gleich nochmal hin und hab noch einen verdrückt. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Fürth bin, komme ich mit Sicherheit wieder! Mega! 👍

Desöfteren essen von hier bestellt. Die Bestellung kam zu 95% vollständig an (fehler passieren jeden mal, vergessen von Dip.. Rückerstattung erfolgte sofort). Die veganen Bürger sind sehr lecker. Die Pommes sind auch gut. Bei den Onion Rings ist die Portion oft nicht groß genug und bei der letzten Bestellung war es mehr knusprige Panade, als Onions. Es gab netter weise ein kostenloses Kinder Country zu meiner Bestellung, lustigerweise wurde das auf das warme Essen gelegt und war dann eine Kinder Country creme haha, aber trotzdem voll lieb. Der service am Telefon war stets erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung ist diskutabel, aber die Qualität gleicht das tatsächlich aus. Ich bestelle hier gerne Essen und werde demnächst auch mal vor Ort zum Essen vorbeischauen.

Gute Burger und Beilagen in ausreichenden Portionen, nettes Personal und tolles Ambiente. Auch Bestellungen waren bisher immer Zufriedenstellend :)

We were there on Sunday evening with the family and ordered some chili-cheese burgers and I have to say: Mam Mam does it really well! The service staff was also very friendly and attentive.

What a staff! We were lost and the guy took care about my baby , gave water and little snack ❤️❤️❤️

Waren Spontan dort, Essen sehr gut Bedienung Nett alles gut

Vorsicht beim bestellen, achtet darauf das Ihr die Beilagen extra bestellen müsst! Es wird nicht drauf hingewiesen… am Ende bekommt ihr nur einen Burger! Für uns war es sehr enttäuschend, da wir zum ersten Mal dort waren und beim Service wurde uns darauf nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Geschmacklich war der Burger gut, nichts besonderes, einfach und gut! Ist zu empfehlen! Preisleistung stimmt! Service war dennoch nett und freundlich. Aber der Abend war dennoch nicht befriedigend.

Bester Burger Laden in Fürther Innenstadt, Die Preise sind fair und der Burger mit bacon und die SüßKartoffeln immer zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und schnell. Wir kommen sicher nochmal

Wir waren zu 7 dort und haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert. Hatten nicht reserviert, sollte man aber bei einer größeren Gruppe! Der Servicemitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der neue Chili cheese mit Ei darauf ist jetzt mein absoluter Favorit bei Mam mam. Das einzige was manchmal problematisch werden kann ist die Toilette, weil es eine davon dort gibt sonst hat alles gepasst

Service is terrible. Three visits in sequence..same sever .... rude unfriendly and can't even get orders correctly after repeating ...burgers/ meat patty are smaller , less weight, ..not what it once was

Ein guter Brurgerladen, der eine Alternative zu den überfüllten Burgerläden in der Stadt ist. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend,es bleiben keine Wünsche aus. Vegane + Veggie Burger vorhanden.
