Very courteous and friendly staff. The meal was an experience both visually and taste-wise. Thank you very much and gladly again.

Unfortunately not recommended. March 8, 2025, 4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby - Ordered 4 burgers, 1x children's menu - all adults received their drink, the child only after falling asleep after 25 minutes despite asking twice. - Burger was done, they didn't even ask if they wanted it medium. - 3 adults got their food after 20 minutes, even though others who came after us got it beforehand. - 1 adult after another 10 minutes. received no food. Inquired - "comes immediately, what did you have again?" - after another 10 minutes we asked where the person's food was... "Yes, that won't happen that quickly, it will still take some time" No apologies, nothing. Really better go somewhere else. Here it is more mass than class, unfortunately very disorganized. Instead of taking back the children's menu as a gesture of goodwill, they even responded rudely and acted as if the children's box was a goodie, even though we had ordered it :D (child fell asleep due to a very long wait). Out of politeness I waited for the other adult so the food was cold... Not customer focused, unfortunately.

There is no shop that should or should be there like that, poor quality bottle products are delivered. Employees don't speak a word of German. When I called to say that they had delivered the bottle, the MA only said he knew but the things for my burger were now empty and that was Jz so instead of a €12 burger I got a €9 cheeseburger that tasted like a garbage can

Order never arrived. Waited a total of more than 2 hours and had to call several times. I was promised something free for my next order. Called a few days later, was supposed to call back in 2 minutes, nothing came. It's a shame, the service was once great!

Had vegetarian burgers with fries and a soup of the day. It was very tasty and the host was nice!

Unfortunately delivered cold. Burger very small for the money, potato sticks too salty, a portion of fries was completely missing. When we asked, we were offered the fries to be delivered in 1-2 hours... Unfortunately, no further orders from me. Quality is much better in the branches in Bielefeld near Essen, and I will eat there again.

Nice and stylishly furnished burger restaurant with a huge selection of burgers. The ingredients are all fresh and the friendly staff tries hard to fulfill every wish. The fries are also delicious, crispy and fresh. I will happily come back.

We wanted to order from Burgerme St. Gertrud and have it delivered and we were told that there was no delivery to Schlutup. When I asked why the distance wasn't that far, I was told that only e-bikes were used and the time would be too long. We then picked it up ourselves and there were three Burgerme cars in front of the door delivering the orders! Very disappointing!

No good fries and no good burgers
