The burger was very tasty, the sweet potato fries with Joppi sauce were also good, all included in the meal deal. The RNBEEF Most Wanted was €14.40 plus a drink, or what I also really liked was the Pomdaddy with RN beef sauce.

We went to R' & Beef in Krefeld. The food was really delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would definitely come back again.

There was a small issue with the order, but it was resolved more than satisfactorily after contacting us. The burgers were delicious, fresh, and arrived piping hot. We'd be happy to return.

I was in Düsseldorf and it didn't taste good. I was hoping it might be better somewhere else, but in Krefeld it was just as bad, if not worse. I got a chicken bowl with fries, and they gave me fries with dust. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good at all. I don't know where they get their meat, but I'll never go to that place again, no matter where they still have it.

My daughter placed the order listed in the attachment (€80) for our family yesterday for 7:00 p.m. The order arrived at 6:00 p.m. Since our entire family wasn't there yet, I didn't accept the order. Her friendly delivery driver apologized, took the order back, and promised a timely delivery. What I didn't expect was that he brought the "old" items back an hour later. Nothing tasted good at all. The fries were cold and hard, and the burgers were cold and dry. I'm not used to that. We had to throw everything away. I'm very curious about your response... I've sent this letter to everyone involved (Rnbeef Krefeld and Lieferando) and haven't received a response... Thank you very much.

Cool atmosphere, friendly service, and the food tastes great, but I would like more chicken burger options, for example, grilled chicken fillet in the burger instead of crispy chicken. Otherwise, everything is top-notch in Krefeld ❤️

This was my last order from RndBeef. I waited over an hour without hearing back from the restaurant. Several attempts to contact the restaurant were unsuccessful. After over an hour and 20 minutes, the order finally arrived. Unfortunately, the result was disastrous. The burgers were inedible, not clean, and the salad smelled unpleasant, like shit. It was simply impossible to enjoy the food or even eat it. As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed and will not order from here again. The service was also poor, and the overall experience was unacceptable. Very disappointing – never again!

We ate there. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was very sparingly prepared. The fries were noticeably burnt, and the oil hadn't been changed, as if it had been used for over a week. I've had stomach pain, nausea, and a headache all morning. Really, if the oil hasn't been changed for about 3-4 days, it could lead to poisoning. Then I'm even more worried about the place.

Unbelievable! Our delivery arrived after 2 hours (over an hour late) after we were told several times on the phone that the delivery would be there in 10 minutes. The burgers were cold, the drinks were almost warm and there was no salad on the burger. You can understand when there is a lot going on, but delivering cold is not an option either. We weren't even offered a drink or anything

Delivery took ALMOST an hour and a half (1:20 hours), the food was lukewarm at most, fries and minced meat tasted dry because the fat on the meat had already coagulated. I live 5 minutes away from RnBeef, 1.1km as the crow flies. I called the supervisor who just tried to filter any untruths out of my complaint. He justified himself with statements like, no, that can't be the case, we can't deliver everything hot, cold fries are normal, I always get cold fries too, not an ounce of suffering or shame. I say I'll give it a negative review, he says, yes then we'll have a bad review. He just didn't give a shit about me or my situation! Even after repeated requests, he didn't want to tell me his name at the end of the conversation... ...worse store, what kind of gestures are these when the manager doesn't even put his name behind his store! So, RnBeef is now in my red list for bad service and cheeky too. All I wanted was at least a proper apology and at most maybe a small gesture in the form of a cola or 10% discount or something for the next order. Then everything would have been fine... ...just for the next time in a situation like this, Mr. Managing Director. What the photo doesn't convey is how dry the cold fries underneath were.

Amazing food, great staff, nice area. The chairs could be more comfortable. Perhaps a bit more creativity there. But the burgers were great, and the beef sauce I had was also top-notch.

The slogan "best burger in town" needs a bit of a rework! You can see and taste that the buns are store-bought; we weren't sure about the burger patties. The fries that came with them were pretty good and looked homemade. If you like rap and hip hop, RnBeef is the place for you. The staff was very friendly, relaxed, and helpful. All in all, I can say that if you're hungry and passing through, you can definitely stop by.

Burgers are quite good. I would like to see how they manage to deliver regularly at the specified time. Punctuality is generally an issue in Krefeld and the philosophy that time is not taken too seriously is also lived here.

Food was ordered via Uber Eats. Food was supposed to arrive at 7:05 p.m. After 30 minutes I called the business - over 20 times over a period of 30 minutes and no one ever answered or it was always “busy”. You can't bring something like that. Always understand if it takes a little longer - but then 1. ideally the delivery time will be adjusted and 2. you must be reachable by telephone. We had already ordered there and the food was delicious - but with such a “customer focus” the store was blacklisted for us.

We're never coming back! Our table was in the corner, we ordered food, the waiter was very nice and friendly! The food wasn't as tasty as I thought and as I saw complained videos on Instagram! Just for likes!! but it doesn't matter once and never eat there again. Cobwebs and spiders seen... table fat here and there not cleaned well. walls dirty here and there something glued, wallpaper destroyed... I simply wouldn't recommend it..

We were there on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. and had reserved. Well, what for? There were 6 people eating there, with around 80 seats. We considered not going in because it didn't look inviting. Our table wasn't really clean and the atmosphere was unloving. Although in RnB style, the music was also missing. Burger tasted okay, not a highlight, much better eaten. Plain sesame seed bun was rather boring. Price for burgers is ok. But more would not be justified. Coke from the glass bottle was good, better than in the glass. But no glass was offered with the bottle. Service was OK. Although we had to wait for the waiter because he was smoking and we wanted to pay. The whole Instagram hype is totally overrated and had nothing to do with reality.

I recently visited Rnbeef and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience! The burgers are simply delicious and freshly prepared. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the employees. They were incredibly nice, helpful and really tried to make me feel comfortable. I can't understand the many good reviews at all. The service wasn't actually there at all. The gentleman at the bar was either engrossed in his cell phone or chatting with his buddies. The floor and furniture were dirty and sticky. Our first three meal requests were no longer in stock. Our two drink requests could not be fulfilled either. We had the impression that we were in a restaurant on the last evening before closing and no one cared about anything anymore. The food was okay, but there are 10 better burger restaurants even in Krefeld.

We ordered 4 burgers and 2 portions of fries. It arrived cold and the burgers were carelessly topped with the bare essentials. I can't recommend it!

This review comes from the Corona period. At 5:00 p.m. I'm the only customer... maybe that's why there's a total failure? I am "received" by two employees who are sitting in front of the door smoking and staring at their cell phones. Inside I am asked whether the gentlemen at the door have checked my vaccination certificate. Nope. So that will be made up for. Ice cold inside - so I move outside: creaking wobbly planks, gently squeaking umbrellas, table top with burn marks. I order Coke and a burger (Surf and Turf) and get a bottle (!) of Coke with a straw that is several centimeters shorter than the bottle and of course sinks into the bottle after the first sips. The chips are good - unfortunately that was the only praise. The aioli had the consistency of Jell-O and tasted sour. Then a metal tray arrives with the burger: too big to eat by hand. I ask for cutlery. I am handed a knife and fork. From the hands of the waitress. No napkin or paper wrapper - I hope he washed his hands first! I rub the stained metal cutlery with my sanitary towel and try the burger. Flabby roll, a lump of aioli in the lid. A slice of tomato underneath. With Strunk! Including four small frozen shrimps with a dubious smell - I throw them away. Crumbly dried meat underneath. Including wilted (seriously!) lettuce. The waitress stands with one hand in her trouser pocket and a cigarette in the other next to her colleagues staring at their cell phones and shouts over to me: "Are you okay...?" I ask for the bill - I should go in to pay. Disillusioned, I go to the restaurant, pay and explain to the actually nice person (who is a complete failure in his role as host) what I think of the service provided and say goodbye never to be seen again. Outside I can hear one of the employees telling her colleague that she recently visited a really great restaurant - she was really excited. I roll my eyes and scoff. Oh, by the way - I mentioned: RnBeef wants to be a BURGER restaurant!

Well, before opening you actually make sure that everything is ready and clean to receive customers. They definitely didn't make it outside that day. Burger was okay, according to the accompanying person the crunchy burger probably had more marinade than meat on it.

I recently had the dubious pleasure of visiting Rnbeef in Krefeld and I'm sorry to say it was a complete disappointment. Not only was the food dry and soggy, but a lot of our order was simply forgotten. The quality of the food was so poor that it was almost inedible. To make matters worse, the staff was also a disaster. It seemed as if the employees just wanted to get off work quickly. Our order was taken completely incorrectly and when we noticed this and complained, no attempt was made to correct the error. The inconsideration and lack of service was clearly noticeable. Overall, my visit to Rnbeef was a very negative experience and I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant. If you want to spend a pleasant evening with good food and friendly service, you should definitely look for another location.

The selection of dishes is very good and is modern, as is the furnishings of the shop. Service was great, the only drawback as with almost every shop was that the fries were limp and it would actually be good to have plastic cutlery or some kind of cutlery for the shop in case you eat it somewhere on the go and don't have any cutlery yourself. Well, you can get it yourself, but you usually assume that the store has it. We ordered a Pomdaddy and a hot dog (forgot the name). Of course it still tasted very good and all in all a very good shop, very tasty. Recommendation from me!

Super tasty burgers, but the portions are somehow small and there isn't much to it. Ambiance is trashy and totally worn out. You could just clean it! So it's not clean! Everything in the toilets is broken, soap is empty and not clean either. But good burgers! And way better than 3Hs Burger in Düsseldorf/Cologne.

Zuerst mal... Die Burger sind eigentlich super.... Das große Problem... 1 stunde Lieferzeit, VERGISS ES, es werden regelmäßig 2 Stunden ohne eine Info dazu. Die Frechheit dabei... Die Burger kommen dann auch noch kalt an. Wenn man bedenkt das man für 4 Burger auch fast 40 € bezahlt ist das mehr als frech. Eine Entschuldigung, ein Ausgleich oder sonstiges, Fehlanzeige. Die krönung.... Anruf beim Restaurant und man bekommt zu hören, ja die bestellung ist auf dem weg. Wir wohnen zehn Minuten entfernt und 30 Minuten später ist immer noch keiner da. WOW. schlechter kann man nicht liefern!!!

So I was there on April 27th, 2024 at 9:40 p.m. and sat down at a table. The waitress immediately came to my table and said "take away only" (not even a warm welcome) then I waited another 5 minutes until the lady took my order. I placed the order and then I went I smoked a cigarette outside the door and it was outside for 5-10 minutes. Then I went in and sat directly at the counter and waited another 5 minutes and then the waitress said to me, "Your order is ready NH" took the food and then I'm out. Then I ate it on the way to the car. So I'm coming to eat now. The burger was cold and no longer edible, but the pettis were just black on the edges and had been fried for too long, the fries were cold and tasted like they had given me the leftovers from the morning and there were really a lot of fries in there and only Half a can of sauce, the fries were really not edible and I threw them away. I'm used to better things from stores but this time it was a complete disaster for 16.75 I can get much better in this case. I'd love to come and eat there, I hope it's not like that next time.

Four of us were at RnBeef and everyone was very satisfied. I myself am a big burger fan and am very enthusiastic about the “Most wanted”. Great bun, delicious meat and an absolutely brilliant combination with the fried egg! Definitely won't be my last visit. Please to the team: stick to this type of burger and don't jump on the Smashed bandwagon... Burgers like yours are the real deal!

We reserved a table by phone and were there promptly at 6 p.m. to try this burger restaurant. We came from Viersen, so an extra 20 km journey. Unfortunately they couldn't find our reservation. The dialogue that follows unfortunately shows the lack of professionalism. A good service provider would have found a way to correct his mistake. So we were sent out onto the streets pretty helplessly. That evening we were welcomed warmly and quickly at a Greek restaurant. Unfortunately for RnBeef Krefeld it was a total failure. We definitely won't be coming back again.

You can't give that few stars. Telephone reservation was not noted. Four of us stood there on Saturday evening and didn't get a table. They let us go without any compensation. I'll never go there again.

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt I72NYK Burger war lecker. ABER: Cola Zero erhalten statt normale Cola. Beim Hot Dog Menu haben die Pommes gefehlt und auf dem Hotdog waren keine Röstzwiebeln drauf. Sehr schade und muss echt was getan werden…

Ich habe eine Bestellung bei Lieferando aufgegeben und musste zwei Stunden und 46 Minuten warten. Ich habe zweimal angerufen und jedes Mal hieß es, der Fahrer sei unterwegs. Als der Fahrer schließlich ankam, fragte ich ihn nach dem Grund für die Verspätung. Er erklärte, dass es sehr viele Bestellungen gab und der Koch durchgehend arbeitete, ohne Pausen zu machen, auch wenn er mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterherkam, was die Qualität beeinträchtigte. Zudem war das Essen bei der Ankunft auch noch kalt.

Eine Top Adresse für gute Burger in Krefeld. Fleisch on point gebraten. Kleine aber feine Auswahl an verschiedenen Burgern. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Location ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und großzügig. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Also das Essen ist top Jungs aber wäre es nicht 3 Stunden später nach Bestellung wäre es noch besser 😉.

Positiv: Ich fande weder wie viele hier in den Rezensionen schreiben das Essen noch den Gastraum kalt.Es war frisch weil die Tür auf war aber besser als in in irgendeiner mifigen Ecke zusitzen.Flair Abiente fand ich ok ( wird hier auch viel zu schlecht bewertet) .Amerikanisches Diner Fastfood Flair.Essen wie gesagt heiß lecker. Frisch Wedges sehr heiß ausen knuspig innen weich sehr lecker Burger frisch und lecker. sehr fluffig weich angenehm sehr lecker die Souce der burner selten sone leckere Burgersouce gegessen.Preis für Menue 10 € angemessen ok.Anrictung derv Wedges in der Dose sehr originell noch nie so gesehen einmalig. Negativ : Man wir beim hineinkommen nicht gerüßt! Wurde 15 Minuten lang vom Kellner ignoriert. Wenig Mayo dazu Salatmayo passt nicht zu Pommes kein Besteck vorhanden!

Eins der leckersten Burgers, die ich gegessen habe! 100% Halal auch noch, freundliche Mitarbeiter und der Service ist top. Ich bin immer damit satt geworden aber mein Bruder hat es sich etwas größer gewünscht ❤️

Die Burgers sind top , die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett . (Insbesondere der Inhaber) Wenn man Vorort Essen will ist alles wirklich nahezu perfekt . Dasselbe kann ich leider fürs Liefern nicht sagen, es kommt schonmal vor das bei den bestellten Burgers beim Liefern Zutaten fehlen oder das die Lieferzeit 1:30-2:00 Stunden dauert . Mein Fazit ist es lieber Vorort essen und nicht liefern lassen.

Das essen schmeckt sehr gut das personal ist nett und gesprächig und die burger hier sind auf ihre eigene art weiße alles sehr lecker. Die innen Gestaltung sieht sehr gut.

Lieferung war etwas länger als angegeben aber oke. Es wurde ein falsches getränk und eine extra beilage vergessen.Das Der Burger war mehr Brötchen als alles andere kaum Belag drauf. Der Salat sah aus wie vom Vortag und das Fleisch war trocken allerdings war die Soße ganz gut. Noch mal bestellen werde ich da jendenfalls nicht mehr.

Bester Burgerladen der Stadt! Essen ist einfach seit Jahren Bombe und der Besitzer ein Herzensmensch!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern hier. Die Burger sind ganz in Ordnung, auch für die Kids gab es eine Art Happymeal. Die Ernüchterung der Kids kam als Caprisonne laut Speisekarte enthalten sein sollte und nur die billig Variante von Aldi enthalten war. Die Dips die man dazu wählen kann, waren alle durchweg gut und lecker, daher hätte die Portion ruhig etwas größer sein können. Für diejenigen die Pommes bestellt hatten, kamen diese nur lauwarm und teilweise schon kalt zum Tisch. Die Wedges waren zum Glück knusprig und heiß. Für den kleinen Hunger kann man hier gut Essen, wer jedoch eine volle Mahlzeit erwartet wird hier leider hungrig weiterziehen müssen oder sein Menü um einen weiteren Burger oder eine extra Portion Fleisch / Pommes erweitern müssen. Wer draussen sitzen möchte, muss sich im klaren sein, das direkt nebenan eine Außenterrasse einer Shishabar ist und der Nebel der Wasserpfeifen je nach Windrichtung permanent vorbeizieht. Selbst die Raucher am Nachbartisch habe ich nicht so intensiv wahrgenommen, wie den Nebel der Shishabar. Als es zum Zahlen ging, musste man rein gehen und an der Kasse zahlen, direkt aufgefallen ist mir der fettige schmierige Fußboden und ein nicht sehr einladendes Lokal hier Bedarf es nicht nur Putzkraft, sondern auch ein Händchen für eine neue Stilvolle Einrichtung. Zum großen Übel wurden wir erst jetzt darüber informiert, dass eine Kartenzahlung aufgrund eines defekten Terminals nicht möglich ist.
