It's not for me. Again, please keep in mind that this is a snapshot and my impression. The ambiance is too dark and cold for my taste. The seating is hard and uncomfortable. A cozy meal with friends or family is not possible. The service was inattentive; they were sweeping in front of the door. It's certainly necessary, but as a guest, you feel like an intrusion. The food was OK... After what I heard, I was disappointed with the burgers. Nothing special, not even the taste. Conclusion: The food is good, the service is inattentive, the ambiance not my thing.

I went there for the first time today and picked up a bowl. I work in Cologne, where there are tons of places like that for salads and bowls, and here I have to drive a long way. I love bowls. This one was incredibly delicious. The shop is really unique, with the tree trunks as decoration. The service was nice. I thought the wait for the bowl was a bit long. It took 35 minutes to make a salad, and the shop didn't look busy. That's why I only gave it 4 points. But I would come again. Thank you.

I'm really very disappointed, I was at our favorite restaurant with my wife today. We actually eat here regularly, but this Friday at 1:03 p.m. we walked in and were overlooked by the waitress for 31 minutes. After twenty minutes we asked if she had missed us. When we asked several times if we could finally order, we were told it would be there soon. AND IT WASN'T BUSY! That's a nogo. So please train the service properly, because it is a disaster. Otherwise we'll look for another place. Food is good, the staff otherwise perfect, only this lady today was a disaster on April 25th, 25th, March 13th

So I'm sitting here at Hans im Glück in Düsseldorf and have been waiting for my ashtray for 31 minutes. Every time I call the waiter (of foreign origin) he just waves at me and leaves. The burger was ok nothing wild However, I had such a massive diarrhea that I ended up in the toilet (I wouldn't be going into cabin 3 any time soon). As a punishment for the poor service, I stole the mayo.

I recently ordered from them and unfortunately was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery came 1:30 hours later than announced. Although I understand occasional delays, I expect timely and reliable delivery from a restaurant that offers delivery services. Despite contacting me, I was put off, which further undermined my trust in the service. The food ended up arriving cold. The burgers we ordered seemed like they had been slapped on, but at McD the burgers are prepared more professionally. I was looking forward to a delicious dinner, but unfortunately the experience was anything but pleasant. I hope that Hans im Glück will rethink and improve his delivery services so as not to disappoint future customers.

The fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors make every bite a pleasure. The staff is friendly, attentive and creates a pleasant atmosphere. I really like the burgers from Hans im Glück, everyone has a good selection here, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat eater. There are several vegan patties that can also be swapped on the individual burgers. Many dips are also vegan. There are also salad bowls or loaded fries that are beautifully put together. At lunchtime and in the evening there is the option of topping up the burger with fries and a drink or cocktail for a fixed additional charge. There are also always interesting, changing burgers advertised on special menus depending on the season. The homemade lemonade and iced tea are really delicious. The atmosphere is nice, in some places you sit quite close to strangers. There is also an outdoor area. I find the music to be quite loud, probably not suitable for a cozy romantic dinner :D The nearest parking garages are the two parking garages at Schwanenmarkt, which can be reached in 5 minutes.

A concert was taking place in front of the door. A plus for every host who is offered such an opportunity. I noticed the following negative things that made me avoid the restaurant. "A gentleman in a wheelchair, accompanied by his wife. It was raining and the lady and her husband found shelter under the restaurant's umbrellas. Neither the guests nor the staff were disturbed in any way. The waiter had nothing else to do than The woman told her to clear the way. This scenario was repeated. Either the man in the wheelchair or the companion were standing in the rain. Sorry, but older people and people with disabilities also belong to society and deserve the same respect to be treated as equals and humanely. - An absolute NO GO!

I don't know how they did it, but this restaurant had the best burgers of all the Hans Im Glück we have tried. Including the one in Singapore. So, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff is super friendly and speaks English. Our meal came in fast as well. We had a very pleasant evening.

Hello, we were satisfied with the food and the service is also good. The employees are a bit sluggish and I don't want to say lazy but it's very close to it. Everything is a bit tighter for a man of 1.96 m and approx. 130 kg. Tables and chairs cannot be moved or moved indoors. But overall a nice visit. See you next time.

Hans in luck is Hans in luck is Hans in luck. I love the bovid, my daughter loves goatherd and can order it without a roll. The gold fries are also gluten-free. The range of non-alcoholic cocktails and aperitifs is constantly increasing. Unfortunately, the store in Krefeld is always pretty empty. It doesn't have to be packed, then it's definitely too tight for me, but if it's that empty, it's stupid.

Ambiente gefiel mir, Musik nicht zu laut und es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider ist es recht eng und die Sitzmöglichkeiten eher unbequem, da oft ohne Rückenlehne. Uns war klar, dass wir das Abendmahl nehmen und haben entsprechend bestellt nur leider ohne den Hinweis auf dieses Menü. Wurden aber leider auch nicht von der Bedienung danach gefragt, was ich von anderen Restaurants anders gewohnt bin. Fazit: Statt ca. 22 Euro waren es dann 32 Euro.. Den Preis war das Essen leider nicht wert. :-) Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass es nicht mehr geändert werden kann. Schade, das geht besser.

Unglaublich hohe Preise! Das Restaurant ist eigentlich schön aufgebaut, das Personal freundlich! Die Vorspeise kam 1 Minute vor der Hauptspeise, Zwiebelringe paniert, die zu heftigen Bauchschmerzen geführt haben! Dann kam der Burger für knapp 12 Euro, ohne Pommes, die in winziger Menge bereits knapp 5€ kosten! Der Geschmack war allenfalls okay, die Mengen für das Geld ein Witz! So bezahlt man dann ca. 50€ für zwei Fast Food Essen, wird nicht annähernd satt und hat wenig später bis zum nächsten Tag heftige Bauchschmerzen! Fazit: Nie wieder! In Krefeld gibt es deutlich bessere Burgerbrater, wo man für die Hälfte des Geldes satt wird und es hervorragend schmeckt!

Super leckerer Klassik Burger mit Fritten. Auch die Bowls waren sehr lecker! Lieferung wie geplant und zuverlässig. Wir haben als Team in unsere Praxis bestellt und trotz der vielen Bestellungen war das Essen warm und wurde wie geplant geliefert :)
