Ambience & Atmosphere (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) The atmosphere is really nice – modern, cozy and stylishly furnished. It was pleasantly empty so you could eat in peace. The atmosphere appears well thought out and invites you to linger. 3. Service (🌟🌟) The first impression was good: the service was friendly and the order came quickly. Unfortunately, there was a clear weak point with the cappuccino: Even though it was included in the menu, we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could even order it - and again until it was brought. There was clearly a lack of attention at the table. 4. Food & Drink (🌟🌟🌟🌟) The taste of the food was convincing. We had a menu with burgers, fries and homemade lemonade. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the presentation was rather simple. The cappuccino was okay – not a highlight, but okay. 5. Value for money (🌟🌟) At around €20 per person, the menu is at the upper end for a burger shop. The taste is good, but considering the waiting time and portion size, it seems a bit overpriced overall. Okay for an occasional visit, but not for regular visits. 6. Accessibility & Location (📍) Hans im Glück is centrally located in the Schwanenmarkt in Krefeld city center - so easily accessible on foot or by public transport. If you come by car, you have to expect an expensive parking garage directly in Schwanenmarkt. 7. Overall impression / conclusion (🌟🌟🌟) Delicious food in a great atmosphere, but with room for improvement in terms of service and value for money. Ideal for an occasional visit when you want to treat yourself - but not for everyday use. Anyone who values ​​atmosphere will feel at home here.

Visited at lunchtime on Wednesday March 12th. The food was delicious, served promptly, and the service was friendly and cheerful. Fits well in this restaurant. We liked and enjoyed it.

So I'm sitting here at Hans im Glück in Düsseldorf and have been waiting for my ashtray for 31 minutes. Every time I call the waiter (of foreign origin) he just waves at me and leaves. The burger was ok nothing wild However, I had such a massive diarrhea that I ended up in the toilet (I wouldn't be going into cabin 3 any time soon). As a punishment for the poor service, I stole the mayo.

I recently ordered from them and unfortunately was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery came 1:30 hours later than announced. Although I understand occasional delays, I expect timely and reliable delivery from a restaurant that offers delivery services. Despite contacting me, I was put off, which further undermined my trust in the service. The food ended up arriving cold. The burgers we ordered seemed like they had been slapped on, but at McD the burgers are prepared more professionally. I was looking forward to a delicious dinner, but unfortunately the experience was anything but pleasant. I hope that Hans im Glück will rethink and improve his delivery services so as not to disappoint future customers.

The vegan burgers really leave nothing to be desired. They are really very good! The fries are fresh and crispy and, above all, not too salty! The service was very courteous and attentive. I've been very happy the times I've been here!

The “Hans im Glück” restaurant impresses with a great selection of burgers and a unique ambience. We were particularly impressed by the “Wild West” burger: juicy beef, refined with spicy BBQ sauce, crispy bacon and crunchy onion rings – simply a taste experience! The fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors make every bite a pleasure. The staff is friendly, attentive and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The side dishes such as sweet potato fries or salad are just as delicious and round off the meal perfectly. A great place for burger fans – highly recommended!

I really like the burgers from Hans im Glück, everyone has a good selection here, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat eater. There are several vegan patties that can also be swapped on the individual burgers. Many dips are also vegan. There are also salad bowls or loaded fries that are beautifully put together. At lunchtime and in the evening there is the option of topping up the burger with fries and a drink or cocktail for a fixed additional charge. There are also always interesting, changing burgers advertised on special menus depending on the season. The homemade lemonade and iced tea are really delicious. The atmosphere is nice, in some places you sit quite close to strangers. There is also an outdoor area. I find the music to be quite loud, probably not suitable for a cozy romantic dinner :D The nearest parking garages are the two parking garages at Schwanenmarkt, which can be reached in 5 minutes.

A concert was taking place in front of the door. A plus for every host who is offered such an opportunity. I noticed the following negative things that made me avoid the restaurant. "A gentleman in a wheelchair, accompanied by his wife. It was raining and the lady and her husband found shelter under the restaurant's umbrellas. Neither the guests nor the staff were disturbed in any way. The waiter had nothing else to do than The woman told her to clear the way. This scenario was repeated. Either the man in the wheelchair or the companion were standing in the rain. Sorry, but older people and people with disabilities also belong to society and deserve the same respect to be treated as equals and humanely. - An absolute NO GO!

I don't know how they did it, but this restaurant had the best burgers of all the Hans Im Glück we have tried. Including the one in Singapore. So, we were pleasantly surprised. Staff is super friendly and speaks English. Our meal came in fast as well. We had a very pleasant evening.

Absolutely delicious food and very friendly staff. Especially suitable with children! There is a changing table and high chairs and the staff were very attentive to our little one. The ambience is very appealing, especially because of the many wooden trunks that beautifully decorate the interior. We also liked the price-performance ratio. We'll definitely come here again!

Hello, we were satisfied with the food and the service is also good. The employees are a bit sluggish and I don't want to say lazy but it's very close to it. Everything is a bit tighter for a man of 1.96 m and approx. 130 kg. Tables and chairs cannot be moved or moved indoors. But overall a nice visit. See you next time.

Hans in luck is Hans in luck is Hans in luck. I love the bovid, my daughter loves goatherd and can order it without a roll. The gold fries are also gluten-free. The range of non-alcoholic cocktails and aperitifs is constantly increasing. Unfortunately, the store in Krefeld is always pretty empty. It doesn't have to be packed, then it's definitely too tight for me, but if it's that empty, it's stupid.

Ambiente gefiel mir, Musik nicht zu laut und es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider ist es recht eng und die Sitzmöglichkeiten eher unbequem, da oft ohne Rückenlehne. Uns war klar, dass wir das Abendmahl nehmen und haben entsprechend bestellt nur leider ohne den Hinweis auf dieses Menü. Wurden aber leider auch nicht von der Bedienung danach gefragt, was ich von anderen Restaurants anders gewohnt bin. Fazit: Statt ca. 22 Euro waren es dann 32 Euro.. Den Preis war das Essen leider nicht wert. :-) Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass es nicht mehr geändert werden kann. Schade, das geht besser.

Unglaublich hohe Preise! Das Restaurant ist eigentlich schön aufgebaut, das Personal freundlich! Die Vorspeise kam 1 Minute vor der Hauptspeise, Zwiebelringe paniert, die zu heftigen Bauchschmerzen geführt haben! Dann kam der Burger für knapp 12 Euro, ohne Pommes, die in winziger Menge bereits knapp 5€ kosten! Der Geschmack war allenfalls okay, die Mengen für das Geld ein Witz! So bezahlt man dann ca. 50€ für zwei Fast Food Essen, wird nicht annähernd satt und hat wenig später bis zum nächsten Tag heftige Bauchschmerzen! Fazit: Nie wieder! In Krefeld gibt es deutlich bessere Burgerbrater, wo man für die Hälfte des Geldes satt wird und es hervorragend schmeckt!

Super leckerer Klassik Burger mit Fritten. Auch die Bowls waren sehr lecker! Lieferung wie geplant und zuverlässig. Wir haben als Team in unsere Praxis bestellt und trotz der vielen Bestellungen war das Essen warm und wurde wie geplant geliefert :)

Essen ist immer lecker, frisch und heiß! Hier und da gibt es immer kleine Kritikpunkte (z.B. das scheinbar die Anmerkungen bei ner Reservierung übersehen werden) aber das macht das Gesamtbild nicht schlechter. Die Servicedamen nehmen sich Zeit einem genau die Angebote zu erklären und sind immer freundlich.

Abzug gibt es, weil es keine Pommes gab.... Wie kann sowas passieren? Ich hatte die bowl "hippe" sehr lecker Der Burger war eher lauwarm, dafür waren die veget. Nuggets sehr heiss....

Das Angebot mit Burger, fritten und Cocktail wirkt wie Abzocke. Da die Pommes sehr klein sind und der Cocktail nunmal mit sehr viel Eis. Ansonsten sind die Portionen an sich nicht groß, aber die Burg sind nach wie vor sehr lecker

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Nun richtige Stühle würden dem Rücken besser tun, aber die Bänke tun es auch. Ich hatte einen Elsässer Hamburger mit Salat. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, und schmackhaft. Der Hamburger Preis, respektiv Menu Preis sind OK für das Gebotene. Ohne Menüwahl wird es mit den Getränken schnell teuer, wissentlich dass man 0,50 l Gläser serviert, was man aber betonen muss. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und nett. Nur bei der Lieferung der Kaffees zum Schluss war der Wurm drin 😂 kann aber vorkommen. Alles in Allem, super Alternative zum Amerikanischen Donald.

Ich hatte gestern mit meiner Familie, samt Enkelkinder, einen tollen Geburtstag feiern können.Sehr leckere Burger und Beilagen.Als Überraschung wurde für mich ein Geburtstagslied ,über Lautsprecher, eingespielt und ein Dessert samt Wunderkerze.Nochmals herzlichen Dank. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Kellner waren freundlich und fürsorglich und die Location ist auch sehr schön.

Gestern zum ersten mal bei Hans gewesen. Burger inkl Sauchen ausserordentlich gut - hausgemachte Pommes ebenfalls fantastisch. Wir waren zu fünft - es hat allen hervorragend geschmeckt - Bedienung mega freundlich - Preise absolut fair. Einziger minimaler minuspunkt ist das die Sitzbänke nicht so mega bequem sind - aber dafür würde ich jetzt keinen Stern abziehen wollen. Gehen wir auf jeden Fall ab sofort regelmäßiger essen.

Wir waren heute spontan zum Mittagessen da. Ging alles ruckizucki, die Kellnerin war präsent, aber nicht aufdringlich und dabei sehr nett. Das Essen war auch lecker, hätte aber heißer sein können. Das Ambiente war ruhig und gemütlich. Das war aber vor allem der Tatsache geschuldet, dass wir so gut wie alleine waren. Die Tische stehen sehr eng aneinander und sind auch sehr klein, das muss man mögen.

Das Ambiente ist toll und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, sowie der Service. Kann man nur empfehlen 👌🏼

Der klassische Hans im Glück vom Essen und Ambiente! Nicht der beste Standort, aber innen kriegt man genau das, was zu erwarten ist.

Guten Abend, waren des öfteren schon vor Ort. Sehr sauber, lecker und familiär. Das Team ist extra Klasse. Immer wieder gern im Restaurant "Hans im Glück". Auch die Cocktails sind sehr lecker. Jeder stern ist mehr als verdient. Wir kommen immer wieder. Liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team.

Die Burger sind zwar etwas teurer aber sehr lecker, man kann das Brötchen auswählen und noch Extas zum Burger bestellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und macht ein Späßchen mit.
