Bros Burger & More in Krefeld

Wir haben 2x Pizza und 2x Pizza Brötchen bestellt. Die Pizza war wirklich eine 0815 Pizza aber jetzt kommt’s , die Pizza Brötchen waren total verbrannt da waren alles schwarz kaum eine Ecke die nicht verbrennt war. Die Kräuterbutter war echt mies , sehr bitter und geronnen. Hätte ich dies gegessen , würde ich jetzt mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung im Krankenhaus liegen…schade um die 40€..

Die sollen sich schämen! So ungenießbares Essen habe ich lange nicht gegessen! 7 Leute sind wir, zwei große Pizzen bestellt! Pizzen schwimmen in Öl, schmecken nicht und sind überhaupt nicht gewürzt! Döner Pizza ist wie eine Fischpizza. Thunfisch Pizza ist wie Gummi Pizza. Nach meinem Anruf und Beschwerde, wurde uns nur gesagt, dass es weitergegeben wird am Chef. Nachdem ich den Chef sprechen wollte, sagte man mir, er ist nicht da ich soll morgen Abend anrufen. Den Namen vom Chef habe ich nicht erhalten weil der Mitarbeiter nicht weiß wie sein Chef heißt. Hahahha Was für ein schlechter Laden und Menschen! Lange werdet ihr so nicht existieren! Schämen sollt ihr euch!!!!

Wir haben sehr spät bestellt daher waren unsere Erwartungen nicht sehr hoch. Aber was geliefert wurde war eine Unverschämtheit. Wir haben einen Bros Burger mit Pommes und Pizza Brötchen bestellt. Der Burger war ungenießbar und das Patty war noch halbroh. Die Pommes waren kalt schlecht gewürzt und labbrig. Der Knaller waren jedoch die Pizzabrötchen die eine Pizza Stange waren und sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht wurde diese zu schneiden. Hier bestelle ich auf jeden Fall nie wieder

Pizza schmeckt nicht. Viel zu stark gewürzt, und die käsepizza hat viel zu wenig käse. Lohnt sich nicht hier zu essen….

Ich weiß ja nicht…. Ist ja wirklich fies; dafür habe ich 35€ bezahlt, einmal den „chilli cheese burger“ ohne käse sowie verbranntes Pattie, dann „bros burger“ mit 3 Verbrannten Patties, ein klecks Soße und labbrigem Salat, ebenfalls ohne Käse und cheddarsoße. Dann das beste, „poom beef“ sollten eigentlich Pommes mit Hackfleisch sowie Röstzwiebeln und Cheddarsoße sein, was ich bekommen habe, war ein geschnittenes Burgerpatty auf Pommes die nichtmal durch waren ohne Sauce ohne alles. Also Fleisch nicht gewürzt Pommes ser salzig sieht gut aus der Hamburger aber schmeckt echt ekelhaft das schlechteste Hamburger den ich je gegessen habe und Hamburger ohne Käse krass.. Nicht normal und da für für 2 Stück 22 Euro lächerlich nie wieder..

Per Wolt im Lieferservice den SF Burger, Chili Cheese Wrap und Chili Pommes geordert. Lascher Burger mit schlaffen Salatblättern und einem schlimmen, harten Patty, Wrap mit paniertem Formfleisch, Pommes matschig, mit sechs Stückchen Jalapeno und wässriger Käsetunke. Alles fast kalt und unappetitlich. Das Ganze für 20 Euro und nach fast einer Stunde Wartezeit. Danke, das war's. Nie wieder!

Operiert unter mehreren Namen, wechselst ständig den Namen, wahrscheinlich um die ganzen negativen Bewertungen "zu umgehen". Das Essen ist halt nicht gut. Eine neue Domain ist bereits regisitriert. Also, auf den nächsten neuen Namen!

Das Essen war super lecker und auch mit frischen Zutaten. Die Preise sind für diese Qualität absolut in Ordnung und die Mitarbeiter waren alle nett und freundlich. Zum dort sitzen war eigentlich keine Gelegenheit. Nur ein Tisch mit einem schmalen Stuhl. Aber sonst alles super ^^ selbst nach halb 12 nachts war alles tip top sauber. ^-^

I'm shocked, I'll never order from this store again. A burger was missing, when I asked in a friendly manner over the phone there was a rude response and no apology. The burger was delivered after more than an hour. And was cold. Otherwise you don't have to have the food a second time, there are definitely better and friendlier shops in Krefeld.

Actually, your food tastes good and you seem to be good at cooking, but you keep forgetting the extras and mixing up the orders. We gave you a chance 3 times but you don't seem to care.

Burgers are really great, but I wasn't impressed with the pizza, it was delivered completely differently than what was ordered

Not recommended! Burger was totally tasteless, didn't taste like anything, was totally soggy and also struggled with a stomach ache all night long!

Burger burned on one side (see picture) carelessly 'smeared' together and only delivered lukewarm. - Not like that bro...

I paid almost €80 for four burgers, four fries, 12 nuggets and spring rolls and then the food is inedible on the citizens, there is hardly any topping on the bacon burger with half a slice of bacon, wow is that supposed to happen and then the goods that were ordered are not delivered and when we call we are told called stupid and stupid? Very honest people, once and never again, you should consider changing your industry because, sorry, you have no idea about castles!!! The only thing that tasted as it should was the Sinalco,😂😂 really sad what was on offer. Even our young children felt nauseated and voluntarily stopped eating. That says it all already!!! On site and 1-2 orders were fine, the last one had a hair in the food, today's pizza was burnt, burgers were not delivered and burgers or something similar are never labeled

We ordered food and were told it would take 45 minutes, after 1 hour and 30 minutes the order came. Several things were forgotten (thirst quencher and burgers) and the wrong things were delivered (onion rings came instead of a burger). None of the things were labeled and we had to open everything to see what was inside. A pizza arrived burnt. The service said we would get a discount next time. But that won't happen because we won't be ordering there anymore. If you could give zero stars, I would do it straight away.

We wanted to try out a burger shop "nearby" for delivery. Since burgers from a delivery service are never the same as when you eat them in the restaurant, I set my expectations lower, but what actually came was below the bar . We have a bacon cheeseburger, a farmer's burger with a chicken patty and a Bro's Burger. As well as chili cheese fries, steakhouse fries and sweet potato fries. According to the description, every burger should have bacon on it. Let's start with the bacon cheeseburger: They completely missed the cheese, which means it should only be a bacon burger. There was HALF a slice of bacon on EVERY burger. Especially with a bacon cheeseburger, there should be cheese AND bacon on it. None. The Bro's Burger (which also stands for the name of the shop) had a 450g patty...okay there were three 150g patties, so others would say triple. By the way, Patty's at Cheese and Bro were completely fried to death. As far as the surface technology is concerned, this shouldn't even be called careless anymore. The lettuce leaf, which was actually supposed to serve as a "barrier" between the sauce and the bun, was placed on top of the sauce....yes, we all know cooked salad....YUMMY!!! Not! Oh...of course only half a slice of bacon here too! The Farmers Burger with chicken patty... No cheese either...yes, that was also stated in the description and anyone who has read this far can probably guess how much bacon there was on the burger...REALLY half a slice. By the way, the patty was well cooked, which earned it the second star, but the size of the patty was completely inferior to the bun. So... I would like to say something about the chili cheese fries, which should have cheddar sauce and jalapeños. Jalapeño were available, the cheddar sauce was... well, let's say cautiously watery and was more lost than appreciated on a good portion of wobbly steakhouse fries with around a tablespoon. All in all, the meal for around 46 euros with delivery costs of 3.50 euros was neither worth the money nor the name. Unfortunately, it turns out that it's not enough just to write Burger & more on the shop sign, there's a lack of "passion" for burgers.

Burger Not edible. The patties consist almost entirely of burnt cartilage. The fries delivered should not be sent in a closed container, without ventilation they will become soggy. For the price I expected much more.

Normally I am very happy with you. I ordered food for this evening at 9:30 p.m. and then received a message via Lieferando that my food would be delivered at 6:40 p.m. Of course I called and was told that Lieferando had made a mistake. As usual, food will be delivered at 9:30 p.m. Now at 7:10 p.m. I get my money back and my meal has been canceled. No one available by phone. What the hell?

Fries cold and limp. Burger cold, meat almost raw, burger bun limp. And overall everything tasted like nothing. Once and never again! One star for food is still too much!

The joy was great and the disappointment, unfortunately, even greater! .. The dishes themselves on the menu are top but apparently the execution fails! The pizza rolls were still raw! (the dough inside is runnier than the cheese)... The potato casserole tasted strange, as if it had all come from a jar. It says on the menu that rolls are included with every casserole?! None of them were forgotten, everything is human and mistakes happen, but when you order late in the evening and then get food that you can't eat, it's unfortunately sad. The taste of the cheesecake is more like bought! .. Ì The pizza, however, was great.

By far the best burger place I've ever seen. The bread is fresh every day and so is the meat, there's a lot on it, it's just great, you have to try it, I know what I'm talking about, keep it up

Wir habe. Zum ersten Mal gestern da bestellt. Sehr sehr lecker und Lieferung war super es kam eher als gedacht. Burger waren richtig geil 🤩

Sehr gute burger. Richtig lecker auch die Pommes waren heiss und knusprig. Hot dog auch sehr lecker. Churros auch Top. Ein Stern abzug für die vergessene Kräuterbutter und die lieferkosten. Ich denke bei 60 Euro Bestellwert muss das nicht sein. Vielen lieben Dank für das dennoch super essen. Es hat allen geschmeckt

Das Essen riecht und schmeckt einfach nur köstlich-geil. Definitiv zu empfehlen wenn ihr da in der Nähe seid. Danke JUNGS 💪🏾
