Preferably 0 stars. Food disastrous in taste. The veggie burger tasted like plastic. Had ordered something. Half of the order arrived. Unfortunately, the provider was unwilling to solve the problem and gave me orders to cancel the delivery. Outrageous!

I don’t know how it was possible to cook a burger so tasteless! This was the Chili Cheese Burger menu, for which I paid 17.90, and I have never eaten such a tasteless burger in my life. He's just NONE. The potatoes were ordinary, the Sweet Chili sauce was too spicy. In short, complete disappointment. Ich weiß nicht, wie es möglich war, einen so geschmacklosen Burger zuzubereiten! Das war das Chili-Cheese-Burger-Menü, für das ich 17.90 bezahlt habe, und ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben einen so geschmacklosen Burger gegessen. Er ist einfach KEINER. Die Kartoffeln waren gewöhnlich, die Sweet-Chili-Sauce war zu scharf. Kurz gesagt, völlige Enttäuschung.

Finally I found a normal burger shop in Düsseldorf. My God, why can't others do that? Guys were super polite, even though we arrived just before the kitchen was closing, the guys were still polite and made a super tasty burger for us. Thank you for that. For people like that I give 5 stars and a tip! Let's see you next time. I'd love to come by when I'm back in DÜS

He doesn’t even understand What he should say he have no way to speak to foreigners he don’t know English not even one word what ever you ask for he says halal I don’t give a ef about of it’s halal or not he only push the people to buy full menu and starts to be angry if you ask to buy a single burger what is this restaurant never coming back

Never again!! The owner should think about whether his employees have heard anything about friendliness and hygiene knowledge. Despite good reviews, the meat was very dry. Never paid so much money for tasteless burgers.

We waited forever for our two Big Bro Burgers at Burger Brother in Düsseldorf, even though there was hardly anything going on. The taste was okay, but unfortunately the patties were too cooked and not juicy enough. Overall, a solid experience, but there remains room for improvement, particularly in terms of preparation and service.

I've eaten here several times and would love to come back again. The food is very tasty and there is a lot to choose from. You pay a bit much for burgers but the taste is worth it. The music is a little loud and can become unpleasant if you stay for a long time, but otherwise a good ambience with a nice wooden look. Employees are nice and happy to help with any questions.

On my way home from Koln there was a stop in Düsseldorf for 45 minutes. I chose Burger Brothers for some light bites . The Guy who was working was alone but he managed to be calm cooked the food and handle the place . I had chicken wings and chicken balls very tasty would come again tomorrow

First the positive: The burger was quite tasty so far and the design in the store is quite good. But the many negative things unfortunately made the visit quite unpleasant: Even though there were hardly any guests there, I waited almost half an hour for my food. The fries were cold, there were no napkins and only a plastic fork as cutlery. And the employee was quite unfriendly. It was too warm inside, but outside you're sitting right on an unsightly and quite problematic street. In addition, the toilets were dirty and broken. Not recommended, especially given the prices.

Ordered food. They forgot part of my delivery offered me 10€ voulcher and 15€ if I give a good review here. Also never came to be able to get the 10€ voulcher.

I was there for the first time and a young man greeted me nicely and asked for a recommendation and he recommended the double bro without hesitation. Yummy! The meat and fries could be seasoned much better, but the burger is very juicy so it doesn't matter. The cheese used was also very noticeably delicious. The fries are really crispy. However, the Burger Brothers sauce didn't taste good, gave me salad dressing vibes. But overall recommended. Would definitely eat there again.

A burger craving led to a visit to this restaurant. After entering, I was delighted with the beautiful and pleasant interior. You feel very comfortable and it also smells very pleasant. 5 stars for that too. Ordering is easy at the front counter and everything is Halal! You get a beeper to let you know that your order is ready. You then pick it up at the front. The presentation of the order is a simple yet cool preview. The metal sheet creates a great burger atmosphere and the simplicity of the burgers and fries on it from the small bag is great. However, when it comes to the taste, I have to say that my burger (chilli cheese with beef) wasn't really warm (lukewarm) and the meat wasn't really a juicy beef patty. I love it spicy and was a little disappointed by the slight spiciness of the chilli cheese. However, I think it would be OK for others. So don't worry or ask for more spiciness. In contrast to other burger shops, the vegetarian alternative was also more expandable. A vegetable patty that got soggy towards the end. I would come again to give it a new chance and try something different, especially because the atmosphere is very convincing. I paid 30 euros for two menus.

Worst burger place I've ever been to. We spontaneously went there after the cinema because the kids were still hungry. Two employees in the store, both completely unmotivated and slower than a three-toed sloth on methadone. One colleague was slower at the grill than the police allowed and his employee was more concerned with appearing busy than helping his colleague or keeping the place in order. We waited over half an hour for our order and the experience was absolutely miserable. Given the prices, it's really a disgrace and definitely our last visit to the store. We asked a group outside if we were the only ones who had such a bad experience, but the boys had similar opinions. Quote: "Absolutely bottomless!" Now I got an email from Google saying that the restaurant owner has hired a service provider (lawyer?) to take action against negative reviews. I am not a customer because I cannot be found in the customer file. No comment. So you can tell that the good reviews of this store are the real deal and in no way reflect the quality of the store and its products.

Hi first, I ordered and am extremely disappointed. First I got normal ones instead of sweet potatoes (paid €1 extra for free). I ordered three drinks and all three arrived incorrectly. Likewise, the packaging is a joke for deliveries. They simply packed it (i.e. half) into the bag as if they were handing it over and gave it to the supplier. Nothing recommended...

The food was delicious; you had to wait more than 55 minutes for a burger; They sometimes turn off the grill and don't grill continuously; which is confusing even though most of the tables are occupied. 3 employees with full tables. Deducted because of the incredibly long waiting time.

Unfortunately disappointing! We waited about 25 minutes for four burgers amid fruit flies buzzing around. Some of the burgers had too little sauce, overcooked meat and dry bread! The fillet bites have more breading than meat or flavor. The Chilli Cheese Poutine (Fries) didn't taste good at all. The staff was very neutral, so not particularly notable. Facility is quite okay.

Fast food shop, a little more spacious than the classics. The selection was quite good, unfortunately there were no milkshakes available during our visit. The Big Bro definitely contains too much meat in one pile, falls completely apart, difficult to eat.

I recently visited a restaurant located not far from the main train station. While the location itself might not boast the most picturesque surroundings, the restaurant itself is quite intriguing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the burgers were absolutely delicious! Overall, I highly recommend it!

I ordered a big bro and little bro burger, but both were bland and overly cheesy. The sauces were also strange-tasting. Additionally, the 6-piece filet bites we ordered lacked seasoning and flavour. Despite the decent interior, the complete absence of customers should have been a red flag. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this place . Such a Disappointing experience!

Since the "Lil Bro Burger" is probably one of the most popular burgers, I got two straight away and was pretty satisfied. Personally, I chose whole wheat bread for my burgers. I really enjoyed the burgers, the service was extremely friendly and I didn't wait long for my order. Feel free to take a look at it yourself! :)

Waren am Samstag, 19.01.2024 mit 2 Frauen dort essen. nicht sehr sauber, Fettrückstände auf dem Boden, sodass man ins Rutschen kam. Wir hatten beide anschließend starke Magenprobleme mit erheblichem Durchfall. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Als wir dort waren war es erstaunlicherweise sehr leer. Ein guter Burger, aber nicht der beste. Bestellsystem ist gut. In einem Burger mit Hirtenkäse wurden die Oliven vergessen, was aber nicht sonderlich schlimm war. Pommes waren lecker. Cool wäre es, wenn man mehrere Soßen auswählen könnte.

Überteuerter Saftladen, der gegen unliebsame Rezensionen vorgeht. Lächerlich!

Eine überschaubare Auswahl an Burgern, die sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt wurden. Die Auswahl an Beilagen und Getränken ist groß. Außerdem kann man zwischen drei verschiedenen Brotsorten wählen, was ich bei anderen (Helal) Ketten bis jetzt noch nicht gesehen habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren bis jetzt immer sehr freundlich und höflich.

Der Burger war gut, das Fleisch ist ungesalzen, auf dem Tisch lag Salz zum selbst salzen, das war das einzigste was ich etwas merkwürdig fand, bürger Fleisch ist nicht überfettet was ich auch gut fand.

Super lecker und dazu die meisten Zutaten sind frisch, im Vergleich zu den burger bekannten Firmen ist ein Meilen Unterschied, ich war auch begeistert von der Ambiente der Laden, ich kann nur sagen WOW.

Essen war in Ordnung. Es gibt definitiv bessere Burger und tatsächlich lässt die Sauberkeit an vielen Ecken zu Wünschen übrig.

Burger und Pommes sind sehr lecker, definitiv empfehlenswert. Tische und Stühle sind nicht ganz so hochwertig und bequem.

I tried the Big Bro Burger, the fries and Mozzarellasticks. The burger was good only the meat was a little to dry, but overall was a good burger tastewise. The Mozzarellasticks were also good. The dries were kind of dissappointing. These were almost cold and were dry. I think the price is a little high.

In the name of Halal there burgers are too expensive and small in size.

Personal: Top Personal, trotz d. immensen Kundenansturms stets sehr hoflich und freundlich. Ambiente: Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ambiente mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Essen: Ich habe schon viele gute Burger gegessen, der Burger hier war aber der wohl beste Burger den ich je gegessen habe. Hot BBQ + Lil Bro probiert. Die Süßkartoffeln waren auch sehr lecker, die Soßen + MozarellaSticks auch top. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Burger sind gut, der große Raum ist uneinladend, trotz das wenig los war lange Wartezeit und bei Abholung Togo verpackt obwohl Vorort, Toiletten auch unsauber, daher leider ohne Gutschein nicht den hohen Preis gerechtfertigt
