Really nice new shop with a modern, warm atmosphere. We were really satisfied. Price performance is great. It's super easy to place your order at the terminal or on your mobile phone. Burgers and fries were impeccable. You'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about this store. It was bad all around. We were looking forward to vegan burgers and were not only completely disappointed in terms of taste. The burgers were served lukewarm at most. Our supplements were forgotten and only added after repeated requests. The fries were dry and had no taste (just salty). There was also around 20g of salty mayonnaise for €1.20. As a "compensation" we got the no-chicken tenders on the house... in terms of taste, they fitted in with the overall picture and were therefore rather disappointing. The Peach Ice Tea was more similar to Fanta than iced tea. Edit: Now only 1 star. Instead of dealing with criticism, the provider tries to simply have negative reviews removed via Google as “defamation”.

Food was really not that good, prices and the service is just ok but imo no need to come here again.

Spontaneously ate a Caesar salad that tasted phenomenal. The concept of ordering directly to the table via the app is in tune with the times. Unobtrusive but very friendly service. Come again

This is such a delightful place! I love the peach vibes, where Florida meets the 70-ies in Hawaii. Even though it's kind of a fast food concept, it doesn't feel that way. The food is awesome, everything is veggie and tasteful. The employees were very nice and the food arrived quickly

Very nice restaurant! Nice ambience and nice decoration. The restaurant reminds you a bit of McDonald’s only better 🙈. There are also digital ordering displays and you can pay there. For such a system, however, the staff should be behind it to ensure that the tables are clean, most of them weren't (including ours). However, the food came very quickly and was extremely tasty. Cute little robots were also driving around. Drinks and food seemed quite exotic and unique, which is why you want to try them all, but it can also be a bit of a hassle, like one of the French fries with sauce that we ordered. It's better to stick with familiar things. Otherwise gladly again!

Although the food turned out to be unexpectedly vegan (at first, I felt that the „chicken“ was a bit strange), the taste was still good and the salad portions (Cesar with double chicken) were quite large.

Very nice atmosphere. You can easily order at the table using your cell phone (QR code) - good if you don't want to talk to people. However, that also makes things impersonal. The food: the burgers were really really good. Even the die-hard carnivore didn't miss anything in terms of taste. So please try it out! Unfortunately, the side salad wasn't crispy, fresh, not to say wilted. But the dressing(Hulala) is very good. Unfortunately the fries were too salty for 50% of our group, the others found them just right. However, the strange aftertaste bothered me, at first I thought it was too old fat, but maybe that's the air fryer taste. An absolute recommendation goes out for the dessert, at least for the Soft Ice Pistachio Crunch and the Soft Ice Salted Caramel, very well coordinated: slightly salty, crunchy, creamy with a really great soft ice that doesn't miss anything. Really very tasty. Unfortunately the Soft Ice Chocolate brownies weren't that good, which was definitely due to the soft ice. The Pistachio Ice Bun, well nice idea, but not that tasty. For the vegan burgers it's worth the trip (also from Hilden or Wuppertal) Cheeseburger, Bravocado, BBQ Smash are really good!

From the service to the staff, bellissimo. Only the robot was rude, it didn't even say hello.

The food is very good, but we found the clearing robot to take some getting used to. Otherwise really nice and pleasant. Also perfect for birthdays or dates.

Fries and burgers as well as the soda were very tasty, but unfortunately everything was vegan! That's not a problem at first but it wasn't written anywhere so we actually assumed it was a normal burger.

So delighted to find a fully vegan restaurant in the heart of the city. Burgers are excellent as are the salads. Great atmosphere and beautiful decor. Staff are excellent and menu very reasonably priced. We went back several times. Do try the desserts which are just delicious.

I've wanted to go here for a long time, today was finally the day! Great selection, not too big. Order via mobile phone or order screen. I had the Bravocado Burger, Loaded Hot Fries and Peach Mint Lemonade. Hmmmm what a culinary delight! 😋 There was a little ice cream on the house. We were all very excited and were all very full and very happy 😊 We will definitely be back ☺

It was very tasty and we were surprised at how good vegan food can taste since we don't normally eat vegan. The atmosphere is super nice. Since you order via your cell phone, there is little service.

The order came without napkins or cutlery, the salad (for which we had to borrow cutlery) was a mess, the fries were cold and dried out. Unfortunately for me, no-so

I used to be a regular at Hulala - Pretty Burger & Drinks, visiting at least once a month and recommending it to all my friends. I was impressed by their 100% vegan menu that didn’t compromise on taste. Unfortunately, my last visit on November 9, 2024, was a complete disappointment and will likely be my last. The service was incredibly unpleasant. A male staff member wearing sunglasses was unfriendly from the start, treating me as if he disliked me despite us not knowing each other. I ordered the Bravocado with three extra patties, but my meal arrived with only two. When I pointed this out, he responded in an unprofessional and dismissive tone, insisting I had received the correct order. Even after showing him my receipt, he remained firm in his mistake. Only after arguing did he finally agree to "fix" it, but instead of preparing a fresh plate, he simply added the missing patty on top—haphazardly—with an unappetizing drizzle of sauce, and without a single word of apology. Beyond the service, the food quality itself was disappointing. The patty tasted like a Rewe Beste Wahl patty, which I occasionally buy at Rewe Supermarkt, and not like the high-quality burgers I was used to from Hulala. My appetite was already fading, but the poor service completely ruined the experience for me. I asked to speak with the manager, and thankfully, he was kind and understanding. He sincerely apologized and even offered a replacement meal, but at that point, I had lost my appetite completely. He reassured me that he hoped I would return, and I appreciated his professionalism. It's truly disappointing because this was one of my favorite vegan spots, and now I have to look for another. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service because no matter how good a restaurant is, bad service can ruin everything.

Muy buen restaurante totalmente vegano en Carlsplatz. Hermoso interior, buen servicio y excelentes opciones. Los postres son de primera clase con helados suaves. El menú de almuerzo es muy bueno. Las costillas de maíz son muy buenas como las hamburguesas. La señalización en el exterior no dice que el restaurante está totalmente basado en plantas y es fácil perderse esto.

It's actually quite nice here, but we ordered using the QR code at the table and didn't know that Hulala Petties are vegan. Additionally, the fries were rather disappointing, and the other potato products were worse than frozen. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience :/

You can do it. Firstly, table and floor was very sticky. Secondly, it smelled really strange the whole time, like rotten cheese. Caffe creama, beer and service was ok :)

Ordered a double chicken salad for take away. Once reached home there was no chicken and only salad leaves. I was then too far to come back to the restaurant and complain. Check your order if you take away. That was really bad 👎 16 euro for some salad. Won't come back.

The store itself is really nicely set up and furnished. Reminds me of a Mcdonalds branch in pink, with diner charm. The order came to the table quickly and the waiter was also very nice. Unfortunately, the burgers, fries and cheese nuggets were already cold and didn't taste particularly good. In addition, the burgers smelled really bad. According to very old fat, if I were to describe it. The fries were thin and limp and the cheese nuggets had a very neutral taste. All in all not recommended

Unfortunately it is not stated anywhere that it is a purely vegan restaurant It's only good for taking nice photos and for someone who wants to eat "unhealthily" but actually pays close attention to their diet. For whom every gram of sugar and fat is poison. And likes soggy food. The vegetarian bacon is like the sole of a shoe. Other than that, the food was never freshly prepared as it didn't even take a minute to arrive at the table after we ordered. So everything was cold. Apart from that, everything that normally goes into the frying pan is made in the air fryer, which makes it even more lazier when it gets cold. We ordered two different lemonades, both of which were far too sour. More sugar would help. The only thing that's good is it looks nice but that's why these prices It's better to go to Mcs, the vegi burger there is better and the food is warmer

Es ist ein rein veganes Restaurant steht leider nirgend wo dran Ist nur gut um schöne Fotos zu machen und für jemanden der "ungesund " essen will aber eigentlich voll auf die Ernährung achtet. Für den jedes Gramm Zucker und Fett Gift ist. Und auf labriges Essen steht. Der vegetarische bacon ist wie eine Schuhsole. Davon abgesehen wurde das Essen niemals frisch zubereitet, da es nicht mal eine Minute gedauert hat bis es am Tisch war, nachdem wir bestellt hatten. Dementsprechend war alles kalt. Davon abgesehen wird alles was normalerweise in die fritöse kommt im Airfryer gemacht was es noch lapriger macht wenn es kalt wird. Hatten zwei unterschiedliche Limonaden bestellt welche beide viel zu sauer wahren. Mehr Zucker würde helfen. Das einzige was gut ist es sieht schön aber dafür diese Preise Da gehe lieber zu mcs der vegi burger bei den ist besser und habe wärmers essen

It's a store that looks nice from the outside. The atmosphere is quite okay. There was certainly effort put into setting it up, but it still seems very soulless. The food, however, was a disaster. Sorry but I would actually rather go to Mcs even though I detest them. You have to know.

We were looking forward to trying this vegan restaurant but were unfortunately disappointed. The ambience is appealing, but that's where the positive aspects end. Orders are placed via a terminal and the food and drinks are then brought to the table - similar to a well-known fast food chain. Unfortunately, the burgers were far too dry, so we had to add ketchup. In addition, in our opinion, the prices are not justified: we paid a whopping €35 for two burgers, two drinks and a portion of fries with two sauces. Trying it out once is enough for us.

My girlfriend and I both say that this was probably the worst burger we have ever eaten. I've tried many different vegan/vegetarian burgers and this wasn't a good one. I really don't know what all the reviewers got here, but given all the good reviews, it couldn't have been the same food that we got. Tried cheese and chicken burgers + loaded fries and we couldn't decide which was the worst. Drinks were okay but not particularly good either. The food also came within the first 5 minutes of ordering, which also made me quite suspicious.

Very good. The interior, taste, and atmosphere are great. The waiter brings the food to your table, so you don't have to step forward like I did. I had a very delicious BBQ handmade bulgogi burger for the price of 15,000 won. I am satisfied.

Delicious and prices are cheaper compared to other restaurant. 5euro for a bowl of salat and 10euro big burger are definitely worth of your money. Ambiance and the boho interior design of the place is beautiful. Never thought peachy orange could make the place brighter.
