I had a fantastic experience at PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar in Düsseldorf! The food was amazing, especially the burgers—they were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, Michelle, our waitress, was incredibly kind and so willing to help us with our dinner and everything we needed. Her excellent service made the meal even more enjoyable. Great food and great service—highly recommend!

Was just here for the first time with 3 friends. I had a vegetarian beef burger and I have to say it was really excellent. Can only be recommended!!!! The service was also very good and the ambience was great.

I was able to have dinner here with my partner today. I rarely say something like this, but this is about the best restaurant experience I can imagine. The food was very tasty. One of the best burgers I've had so far. The drinks were homemade and also very tasty (also very large). The service was very nice and there was always someone there when you needed it. The atmosphere is really very cozy and original. The design of the menus and products is also very good and appealing. There is also good room acoustics. Despite there being a lot of guests, it didn't seem particularly loud to me, you felt comfortable. All in all, this was a very nice experience and I will rely on it to stay that way in the future.

Extremely nice staff, great ambience, great music (perfect volume), stranger-friendly, vegans have a large selection, also great mocktails and alcohol alternatives. All around a great experience where everyone should feel comfortable, for a price that is not at all exorbitant.

The food itself was okay. But the fries were the best part, as I didn't really like my burger (chicken). My companion had a smash burger and it was delicious! So it depends on what you take. The staff was nice but very slow and didn't really care, you always had to call someone, which I found a bit tiring. For the prices, it's ONLY worth coming for lunch (until 5 p.m.), otherwise you'll simply pay a disproportionate amount for ok food. Other burger shops also work there for less money.

Burger was poorly topped. Had one with mushrooms. 4 canned mushrooms... (in Magdeburg they were fresh mushroom mixture) Burger also very dry. Fries portion very small. Cubra Libre was more alcohol-free. And for that. The avocado burger was not a tour de force. And then €65 for 2 burgers + fries and a drink each. Never again. Too bad. Ambience too loud. And you are left waiting outside even though there are many empty tables inside.

The atmosphere is excellent, the waitress was lovely. There is no menu in English and it is very difficult. The burgers are overdone, even a little dry. Was told by the waitress that's how they are, and you can't choose to be less made. Less successful for hamburger lovers. not cheap

Unfortunately, the paddy of the hamburgers (Mango Tango & Lumberjack) were cold after a very short time. were lukewarm when brought to the table. The woodcutter's cheese could be removed as a whole slice without any problems, which is almost impossible with hot meat because the cheese would then melt and solidify in the meat. Likewise, the well-intentioned and beautiful fries were cold after just a few minutes at the table. - All in all, the hamburgers were very sparse to insufficient in terms of price/performance, even in terms of occupancy. Even with the Mango Tango there was little apart from the ready-made sauce. Nothing at all about mangoes. A few lettuce leaves, a few onion rings, sauce, paddy and you're done. For almost €50 for 2 people. I would have expected better food and for the price I will definitely consider a second visit. At least the waitress was very friendly and apologized for the complaint. Otherwise it should be noted that the toilets almost smelled of urine and were very unpleasant! All in all: the will was there, but the implementation, feel-good atmosphere and price/performance are very poor! Says a somewhat elderly restaurateur from another city.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed! It was my wife's birthday and it was supposed to be a nice evening, unfortunately it wasn't. When we came into the restaurant we were shouted at by a waiter, luckily a colleague took us to our seats. The place was very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation. When we ordered our food everything was going well, but when the drinks were delivered to us we realized that one drink was faulty. Of course we reported this straight away and were then laughed at by the bartender. We order the drink we ordered every time and it has always been identical, only this time it was prepared differently. We just politely pointed out that it was prepared differently than the other times and that we were surprised that it didn't taste the same either. We were stared down by the bartender all evening, this made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, when our food came, the burgers were already cold. We didn't want to cause any more "problems" so we didn't say anything about it. My wife's fries were also faulty. There were fried onions on the fries, which my wife doesn't eat. Then the waiter tried to argue with us. These fries weren't ordered and that's why we didn't see the point of eating them. Since my wife had ordered extra cheese sauce to pour over the burger like with the Special Burger, we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the cheese sauce was already cold and could no longer be poured over the burger. We also waited half an hour for the burger to take away. When it came time to pay, we wanted to give the waitress a tip. So the food was paid for with a card and the tip was then given to them in cash. Unfortunately that didn't happen because she was upset that we didn't pay for it by card.

This restaurant is well attended. We liked the ambience. We ate cheeseburgers and truffle burgers with sweet potato fries. Fries were very crispy and tasty, but unfortunately we didn't like the burger because it didn't have a harmonious taste. Service was very slow but the staff were very friendly.

Went to Peter Pane for the first and last time today...! It starts at the entrance, a stopper with a sign points out, please be patient for a moment, we will assign you a place. After 5 minutes and a smoking employee about 10m next to us, we decided to let ourselves in. We were spoken to directly by a nice bartender and given a table. However, the bartender could only be recognized because he was standing behind the bar, T-shirt and jeans looked more like casual clothing, could have been a guest as he passed by. We quickly got the menu and quickly ordered a smash burger, which had previously attracted us with a poster from outside. The whole thing for €8.90 plus fries, a drink and a dessert also €8.90. The waiter asked how many slices of meat we would like on our burgers. I said two, like on the poster. Now the debacle began, the food was served and there was no cheese on the burger meat. It was pictured juicy with two slices of beef and a nice layer of cheese on top. No mention from the waiter that there is no cheese :( The burger was OK in terms of taste and size, not a highlight and relatively dry. Fries and house-made soda were good. When we were finished, the waiter cleared us away and asked what we would like for dessert. We ordered a cappuccino and a frozen yogurt and asked us to pay straight away because we wanted to leave early. The coffee was served to us by the nice bartender and then nothing, an employee walked around the shop relatively haphazardly and the colleague who was initially smoking got a glass of water behind the bar in his street clothes and everyone disappeared into the kitchen. While waiting for my dessert, I watched as a whole family waited in front of the entrance for twice as long as we did. Until the waiter finally came back and waved her in. When my colleague came back to present the bill, I still didn't have any dessert and my wife's cappuccino was already almost empty. In addition, the additional piece of meat cost me €3 more...! Although the burger was promised for €8.90 with 2x meat and a lot of cheese on it. After paying, I asked the lady if it was still possible to get the frozen yogurt. She looked unsettled, ran into the kitchen and came back with an apology. The taste was okay. Although a small piece of cake would have been better in this weather. Conclusion: for this price and this quality I would have gotten a better burger at the delicatessen market for the same price. As for the service. Friendly, yes, but somehow relatively disoriented listlessness even though there wasn't much going on. Once and never again....!

A very tidy and well-kept restaurant with very nice service staff. Very good quality and the food tastes excellent. The portions are just right to fill you up and not too much that you end up throwing something away. I can only recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf.

The restaurant didn't convince me. The music was way too loud. The waiter forgot our food. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. It seems to me like a discotheque, not a restaurant. If you want to sit comfortably, you should look for something else.
