The burgers are only average, yet the prices are relatively high. The overall ambiance is pleasant, but the lack of backrests noticeably reduces seating comfort. On the other hand, the service was excellent, consistently competent, and efficient.

Delicious dishes, there is also a children's menu, the staff is very polite, the shop is very clean, in a central location

Incorrect food items were added to our bill. Staff were unfriendly. Uncomfortable seating; you can't lean back.

We were completely ignored upon entering, while later arriving guests were greeted first; it was very disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, a bad first impression. However, the two waitresses were very friendly and attentive, and the food was good.

It is ok, one time try. Not a must.

Had a fantastic experience! We received a very friendly welcome and were served by Michelle. You're transported to a truly magical setting with its ambiance and atmosphere. The food is also truly astronomical.

The place was really packed and therefore quite noisy when we visited, but the staff still did a fantastic job and were constantly on the ball. Michelle was such a sweetheart and served us wonderfully. Despite the crowds, the food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely be back!

The food was amazing, the wait wasn’t to long and the waitress was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and fitted the theme only the music was a bit to lout but other than that i would 100% recommend this place and i would eat here again! The vegetarian and veggie burgers are also delicious and there is quite a lot of options!

What a treat to dine here! We received a friendly welcome and were thoroughly explained the menu, offering a wide range of options. It was a very pleasant atmosphere, and the food was excellent. The service was friendly. We were joking around so much that they realized it was our daughter's birthday. So they surprised her with a cake and a candle, and they sang to her—in one word, fantastic. A very good experience for food service and good atmosphere.

The food was delicious, and they had thought of all our special requests. The service, however, was very poor. We were shown to our table by the receptionist, and after 30 minutes, we still hadn't placed an order before we had to call him. The drinks and food arrived fairly quickly, but the chicken tenders were missing. He said they would be ready in a minute. After 15 minutes, they still hadn't arrived. The receptionist came to us, apologized, and went to get them. When it was time to pay the bill, there was no one there again, and we had to call the receptionist once more. The restaurant was very busy, but there was only one waiter at our side, and he completely ignored our table all evening. Only the receptionist was competent and kept track of everything, apologizing again as we were leaving. I like this restaurant, but this time, as a guest, it wasn't the experience I had hoped for, since it's the guest's responsibility to be served, and that's why I paid. When paying, he explained how to leave a tip. The poor waiter probably didn't know about it, but at that point, I got angry and told him there was absolutely no tip for such poor service.

Yesterday I had a truly wonderful experience at Peter Pane in Düsseldorf. On a whim, I had a craving for a burger. Because of the Christmas market combined with the "Saturday in Düsseldorf" event, it was packed, and a line had already formed outside. Despite the restaurant being full, I was greeted warmly and professionally. Even though I was alone, I felt welcome from the very first moment. Within minutes, I was shown to a table, and a server quickly appeared to ask what I would like. My vegan burger and fries were exactly as good as I had hoped. Peter Pane is definitely the place to go if you want to eat great burgers. But what was truly outstanding was the personal touch. I felt perfectly cared for the entire time. Every time I passed by, I received a kind word or a friendly smile. And this was despite the restaurant being incredibly busy and the team's immense workload. There was even a little "St. Nicholas surprise" for me. Thank you for a wonderful evening filled with warmth and hospitality. I felt so comfortable with you all. Thank you for that.

We were visiting from Würzburg and ate at Peter Pane in Düsseldorf, and it was simply sensational! The burgers were incredibly delicious, and the entire meal was absolutely fantastic. A special thank you goes to our waiter, Nabil. He was friendly, attentive, and made our visit perfect. Hats off to him! We felt very, very comfortable here and would definitely come back on our next visit to Düsseldorf. Highly recommended!

After a day at the Christmas market, I had a wonderful meal at Peter Pan. I had a delicious burger and fries, a cocktail for my best friend, and a breadless burger with super tasty sweet potato fries. A lovely glass of wine was also served. It's incredibly busy, but that doesn't detract from the atmosphere. Friendly, efficient service. All in all, highly recommended!

The burger was a disaster! The meat was really bad, tasted like a meatball, and was far too dry. The prices were also way too high for such a burger. However, the atmosphere and service were good and cannot be faulted.

We wanted to go to Peter Pane for the first time today, but apparently we weren't very welcome. With our two children, we were immediately relegated to the back corner and then simply ignored. Even though we tried several times to get their attention, we still couldn't order anything to eat or drink after more than 35 minutes. So we just got up and left, which no one in the restaurant seemed to care about. We are very disappointed with our visit. Even when it's full, it should be possible to serve the customers, especially when a group of staff are standing at the counter chatting. Our first and last visit to Peter Pane, and we didn't even get to try the burgers.

We waited over 20 minutes to be served and we were seated for 1 hour before the food arrived. No acknowledgement of the slow service. Food was okay but not worth waiting 1 hour for and quite expensive.

In the old town, it's an excellent burger restaurant, also suitable for children as they have a kids' menu. Excellent sandwiches. The service was also attentive and fast. The decor also gets 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars also in comparison to other nearby places that are mostly touristy. If you're in Düsseldorf, I recommend lunch or dinner.

I've eaten at Peter Pane several times and I really enjoy it. The food is always delicious and the service is very friendly. I also really like the atmosphere. On November 8, 2025, I was there again with my two daughters. When the drinks arrived, the server dropped two large, full glasses from their tray, and they landed on one of my daughters. Luckily, it was just light spritzers, ice cubes, and mint. New drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately, the mess on the floor wasn't cleaned up as quickly, so we couldn't order our food right away. Of course, mishaps like this can happen in the restaurant business, and on a Saturday, the place is quite busy, and the staff is under pressure. Nevertheless, I would have expected at least a complimentary drink for my daughter as an apology, or perhaps the option for her to choose a complimentary dessert. As I said, these things can happen, but offering only a verbal apology to a customer seems inappropriate. Therefore, I'm deducting two stars for the service. The food was still very good and I will definitely go to Peter Pane again.

The service from our server (Anna) was excellent! From her outstanding advice based on personal experience, to her attentive and friendly manner, to her comprehensive knowledge of the food and drinks (unfortunately, not as extensive as her colleagues'). In addition, Anna understood the principle of "never leaving empty-handed" and always took empty glasses and plates back to the kitchen (her colleagues couldn't match that). The food and drinks were very good! I highly recommend the restaurant, and I hope you're lucky enough to have Anna at your table! :)

Although the place was packed on Friday evening, everything went perfectly. Suar's service was top-notch: friendly and professional – and the food was delicious as always. Our highlights of the evening: the "Nacho Macho" burger and the "South Seas" cocktail.
