Very friendly service, great ambience and the food was served quickly. I had the chicken burger and fries - I can highly recommend both!

Burger restaurant in Düsseldorf's old town. Everything ok, good average. Nice service but the highlight is missing from the menu.

Best staff! Unfortunately there are few seats outside, but the inside is also nice, but unfortunately loud.

I have enjoyed eating burgers here for many years and have tried the menu up and down. The house limo is a dream. Of course there is a rush and waiting times when the house is full, but every minute of waiting is worth it in the end. There are real burgers here, the way they should be. Update: April 2025 Was there 3 times this year and sadly discovered that everything is different. The ingredients in the burgers are of less good quality, the buns are different, the sauces are different. It just doesn't taste like it used to. Too bad.

I ate the most delicious potato fries at Bob & Mary - crispy, flavorful and simply perfect! The atmosphere is very nice, cozy and modern, so you immediately feel at home. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, which makes the visit even more pleasant. In addition, the great location is ideal for a relaxed evening in the city or a meeting with friends. I'll definitely be back and can only recommend Bob & Mary!

Originally I was looking for a restaurant that served schnitzels (being a foreigner in Germany, it's sort of a tradition! 😋). However, we came upon the Bob & Mary and they only had burgers, which was no problem as it appeared I had one of the best burgers here I'd ever eaten! Absolutely do yourself a favor if you're looking for a place to eat with a good atmosphere and are looking for a good hamburger, this is where you want to go!!

The restaurant was very nice, neat and clean, with a tasteful decoration. The service was excellent - the waitress was very friendly and helpful, she gave us great recommendations. The burgers, fries and chicken tenders were delicious! The menu is very diverse – 100% recommended!

!!Atrocious price performance!! The gluten-free selection should be highlighted positively: There are gluten-free burgers and also some other gluten-free dishes on the menu - that's definitely a plus, especially for people with intolerances. Unfortunately, the remaining experiences with the restaurant were not convincing. We were there for a friend's birthday and wanted to end the evening in a nice atmosphere. After we ordered, we had to wait a full 45 minutes for our food - when it finally came, some of it was already cold. While I was waiting, I tried to organize a little surprise for my birthday, but this was rejected outright - you "basically don't do something like that". After consultation, we at least agreed to serve a lava cake as a dessert, beautifully presented with tea lights. But this was ultimately not implemented without an explanation. Conclusion: • Gluten free burgers & meals available • Very long waiting time (45 min.) • Restless, noisy atmosphere • Partly cold food • No flexibility for birthday surprises • Price above average, but performance below average Overall, unfortunately not a place we would recommend for special occasions or a relaxed dinner.

I recently visited Bob & Mary. The advantage of this restaurant is that they also offer gluten-free burgers. The fries are fresh and crunchy, the homemade sauces are very tasty. Burgers are juicy and balanced. The staff is nice and the atmosphere, especially in the evenings, is great! The only criticism is that the medium rare patties could be crispier. Otherwise great! 😋 Always my pleasure

We have been here several times and each time we are more than satisfied with the quality and presentation of the food. You can see and taste that the kitchen puts heart and soul into it. It's also pretty quick. The shop is regularly buzzing in the evening. Well, the location is of course very prominent, but sometimes I only see happy faces here. ;-) The guest room is also very cozy, you can stay here a little longer. Only the music selection takes some getting used to, a bit too much "party music" for my taste, which can get annoying after a while. The service is friendly and extremely attentive. I'll still come back... ;-)

Visited this eatery for the 2nd time in Düsseldorf. I remembered the burgers being delicious. That was the case again. Delicious food. Staff was friendly and even tried to speak Dutch. Nice decor.

From the outside, I thought the place was closed. The waitress, Celina, was really great and had a good sales pitch. I had a burger with goat cheese and jalopies. Fans of Fritz Cola will definitely get their money's worth here.

I always come here. The burgers are juicy and tasty, the staff is friendly. And the prices are ok. What more do you want?

One of the best places to eat a burger in Dusseldorf

The burgers are ok, but unfortunately not anymore. If I look at the other burger pictures here, we were probably unlucky. The buns were quite large, but the contents including the patties were very small. Overall, the contents of the burgers seemed quite carelessly prepared. As already written, the taste was ok! The side dishes were super tasty! The restaurant seemed clean and well furnished, we sat upstairs, it was very warm here and there was no breeze. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. Pricewise for me, for the quality, it's almost too expensive.

If you would like to eat burgers, you can't go past Bob&Mary. The service is really attentive and friendly. The plates that are prepared look very good and taste very good too. We'll be happy to come back.

The Bob and Mary is a very nice restaurant cozy with nice seating preferably for hamburgers and fries of course. The dishes look attractive and are very tasty. The waiting time is very short, so it's also good to use during your lunch break.

The 'The 4K' at Bob & Mary in Düsseldorf is simply unbeatable! I have never tasted such a juicy and tasty burger. The combination of ingredients is perfectly coordinated. Plus the crispy sweet potato fries with the creamy aioli – a dream! But it wasn't just the burger that convinced me. The driver mocktails were also refreshing and delicious. The price-performance ratio is really great. The friendly service rounds off the positive experience. If you're looking for an exceptional burger, you should definitely pay a visit to Bob & Mary. I'll definitely be back to try more burgers and mocktails!"

Bob & Mary Burger offers a good selection of vegetarian and beef burgers. The beef was cooked medium rare and of good quality. The selection of sauces is varied and tastes solid, the mango chili dip in particular stands out positively. The service was friendly and attentive. The lunch menu offers fair value for money with a discount of around €2 per menu. A good place for a burger when traveling in Düsseldorf.

Delicious food for a good price. Burger was very tasty. The Caesar salad was also very good. Fries were warm but could have been a little warmer. They were nice and crispy. Cole slaw was also delicious. Staff were very friendly and also spoke good English. A nice tent for good and tasty food!

The service and vibe of restaurant were good, but for a burger restaurant they could offer better burgers! The amount of burger was too small and bread was too soft. I prefer a little bit harder bread. Homemade lemonade was too sweet and they don’t have tap beer, just bottled beer! In addition, goat cheese salad does not have any special taste. It has just smell of goat cheese!

Fantastic burgers with good juicy meat. Gluten-free rolls only cost €1.5 more, so they're really good. The real disappointment is the bad homemade sauces for the fries. The sauce on the burgers is great. But, the dips/sauces with the fries are just strange. Avocado with chili flakes? Why is that spicy? Ketchup, which is homemade, but tastes like tomato paste (and that's the consistency too). Really disappointing and somehow incomprehensible. Burger 100% recommendation, fries too, but I would rather get the sauces from Heinz 08/15 or nothing at all.

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und sind jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden mit Qualität und Präsentation der Speisen. Man sieht und schmeckt, dass die Küche mit Leib & Seele dabei ist. Dabei geht es auch noch recht fix. Der Laden brummt am Abend regelmäßig. Gut, die Lage ist natürlich auch sehr prominent, dennoch sehe ich hier nur zufriedene Gesichter bisweilen. ;-) Der Gastraum ist auch sehr gemütlich, man bleibt hier gern etwas länger. Lediglich die Musikauswahl ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sehr "Partymucke", die dann nach einer Weile auch mal nerven kann. Der Service ist freundlich und top aufmerksam. Ich komme trotzdem wieder... ;-)

For me, Bob&Mary in the old town or in the harbor are the best burger shops in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. Meat of excellent quality and always perfectly prepared as it should be. Variants are always well thought out and mostly very strong! I would say the price for a burger shop is in the upper third, but the quality and service are appropriate! Always my pleasure

The best burgers in the city center

I found the burgers quite bland. There was no sign of the chili pepper, I was expecting a little tingling in the palate. The avocado cream was very disappointing, as the whole cream could have been spiced up with a little lemon juice. Everything was lightly seasoned and the onion jam could have been deglazed with balsamic vinegar to get the classic taste. It was "okay" but there are really better burger places in town.

The burgers were all super tasty, the fries and side dishes were also really good. Very nice modern atmosphere. Great veggie selection. 🙏🏼 Prices are a bit higher and you should definitely make a reservation.

Was here spontaneously for lunch, the burger was absolutely fantastic, medium fried patty, delicious bun & avocado cream. I also particularly like the Fritz drinks and the service was very friendly and quick. I would go there again at any time if I was in Düsseldorf :)

Hey, the burgers are really tasty, but as a celib I have to tell you that the gluten-free options aren't actually gluten-free. The fries are fried in the same oil as other items with gluten and the kitchen does not separate the gluten-free products from the others. The waiter told me this after I explained to him that I wasn't avoiding gluten for fun, but because I'm gluten intolerant. That's really bad because then I can't rely on the menu. Please be careful when eating there! The taste is good, but that's really important for some people. The people who work there are really nice and the food is good too. But the owners should take care of the lichens, they don't advertise gluten-free products.

I think it is a great restaurant with many types of delicious burgers on its menu. I especially recommend the sweet potato fries with the hamburger. All burgers come in 3 sizes small-medium and large. Medium size is more than enough for a normal person. A place I would recommend...

The burgers are hard, and the chicken bites were too dry, despite them claiming that they only do medium burgers. My burger was overdone , and I was offered a coffee or a dessert as compensation. What a joke !!!! Avoid at all costs.

Very good food, great meat, finally medium if you want medium. The meat is nice and reddish and not as disgustingly gray as most public restaurants. The burgers and fries are very good. Unfortunately the atmosphere is not that nice, it is often very hot and always super loud. You can't sit down comfortably with two people and you actually want to get out quickly. The food was delivered very quickly almost every time. Price-wise a bit expensive. Still 5 stars for the good meat alone. You have to make a reservation in the evening to get a table otherwise you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes.

Best Burger Brater in Düsseldorf! Medium works every time. The other chains can learn something from this.

Delicious burger Top service Gladly again

Food really really good! Ambience loud and not well maintained. All the tables were greasy, the taps in the toilet were broken, no paper - like a rest stop toilet. Stick and warm upstairs. Despite a reservation, we had to wait over 90 minutes for our food after ordering. All of the guests after us ate and left the store in that time.

It's not great, but the service is undoubtedly very good.
