No. Very cramped space with little room. Drink order took 15 minutes. Rice noodles overcooked. 2. Food too spicy, not seasoned, and tasteless. Not again.
We had dinner there before a visit to the theater house. We made reservations for this well in advance of the event. It is not advisable to open shortly before the event. The food was delicious and we ate very typical local food. Service was friendly, exactly as it should be. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is completely acceptable.
We'll definitely be back.
I come to Ja Viet often and love the food. However, the last few times I've noticed that the service and staff are extremely unfriendly. I don't know why—maybe they're overworked—but I get the feeling they're not in the mood. I'm not greeted in a friendly manner, and the food isn't received in a friendly manner either.
Otherwise, everything is really great. The food tastes very good, and the restaurant looks nice, too. My review fluctuates between 3 and 4 stars, but I still wanted to give it 4 stars.
Definitely my favorite restaurant – not just for Vietnamese specialties. Everything is perfect here: the price-performance ratio is unbeatable, the taste is excellent - although adapted to the European spiciness, it is still authentic and aromatic. The food is served in a flash, so it's no wonder it's considered fast food. The homemade teas in winter and the refreshing lassies (lemonades) in summer are particularly recommended. And to top it all off: the baked banana – an absolute must!
The food was really excellent – freshly and deliciously prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly service, which made the visit even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
Sehr uriges Restaurant. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung.
Wir hatten zuerst drei Vorspeisen zuviert. Dann Pho Bo, zwei verschiedene Reisgerichte. Sehr leckeres Essen.
