Love this place. Fast and delicious.

Absolutely terrible. The older gentleman that served us was incredible rude and unwelcoming. Every question we asked, he responded with attitude and annoyance. He did not make it an enjoyable dinner at all. Will never be returning again.

The food is very tasty and prepared quickly. Not too crowded and the atmosphere is pleasant. The toilet is also clean and suitable for disabled people.

The food is great, but a bit boring and unengaged staff.

Service was good but the food unfortunately awful. Not only Pho soup lacked any flavor, they coriander that came with it was half dry and yellow and should’ve been thrown away days ago. Also looked like it hasn’t been washed. Also the chicken is the sliced chicken from the bag in a frozen section and taste nothing like chicken - but very strange and has a weird texture. I recommend to stop cutting corners and serving such low quality of food.

Nice restaurant where you can eat delicious sushi. Nice personel. No matter whether you take a short break, work digitally and eat at the same time or simply meet up with friends and treat yourself to something nice.

I eat or order here regularly. The dishes are good, prices are reasonable and the service is always really nice. And if the employees take a short break, then they are granted it. :)

The food isn't as great as it used to be, although it's not bad. The variety is quite low, especially for vegetarians. The main reason for this review is that the service has gotten pretty bad in the last could of years. Possibly they have less servers now, I'm not sure but waiting 15-20 mins for someome to take an order and then another long wait for food makes the experience not worth the price, which they have raised quite a lot

The food at Lua is very tasty. It was our first time in the restaurant in the evening. I had reserved, but that wasn't necessary.

Food came quickly and was tasty. But unfortunately both dishes were lukewarm. The waiter was attentive and nice. But what was massively annoying was the fact that the waiter smoked outside all the time and the cook also went outside to smoke. Unfortunately, that doesn't speak for hygiene.

Probably the best Vietnamese food so far. Very flexible, friendly and inexpensive. Great daily offerings and quick preparation, especially the children's meals.

Very solid Vietnamese restaurant with a large selection of dishes. No glutamate. Good tofu dishes and an urban view of the surrounding area at Senefelder Platz. Cozy benches and free tables with stools. We recommend. Price wise too!

Today we visited Lua. We were attracted by the beautiful ambience and when we saw the friendly smile of the staff we decided to visit. We ordered the 45c and individual sushis. A very tasty experience. Aromatically superbly balanced. All in all, no point of criticism and can only be recommended.

I had the tofu pho and vegetarian spring rolls - so delicious!! And their drinks are also absolutely delightful - I am actually going back again tonight 😁 I didn't even take photos because I just was so excited to eat

The most terrible service! They are always rude but this time they went above and beyond. aI once came to lunch alone and was yelled at for daring to sit at a table of four near the window while the place was completely empty. I was so shocked that I started to explain the situation to somehow resolve it and the waiter started screaming even louder. Call me old-fashioned, but I don't think you should yell at customers under any circumstances. This is terrible. I also live nearby and see them breaking the law all the time. I am particularly outraged by illegal fireworks. It seems that laws and decency are not written for them.

Terrible place! They try to hide the bad reviews, but you can see in them how many people are complaining. They constantly shout at the guests. That's not normal. As much effort as they put into hiding the bad reviews, it would be enough to learn how to talk to people normally. shame on you.

Small restaurant on Senefelder Platz, in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district. Friendly service. Delicious food at a good price. The benches are a bit uncomfortable, but young people certainly don't mind that😉😆

I have no idea where the good reviews come from, but the visit was unfortunately a total failure: the service was unfriendly and the food, especially the beef, was extremely tough like rubber. When we paid, the waitress also gave us less money back - whether intentionally or unintentionally, we can only speculate. Definitely thumbs down… 👎 ‼️ EDIT: We weren't "toilet visitors", as the restaurant would like to claim in the review, but rather normal guests who had ordered the "house recommendation" (wok with beef and crispy honey duck). It shows a lack of professionalism and a childish approach when a restaurant tries to defame the legitimate criticism of guests with false claims. This approach is hands down the most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered from a restaurant. Anyone who cannot handle criticism and negative feedback should seriously consider whether they are capable of running a public restaurant. I wish this restaurant nothing but the best: a crash course in conflict management! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Unfriendly staff, the meat tasted like rubber and the waiter didn't give enough change. It's not the toilets. Now the owner is trying to delete the review and present it as a toilet visit. Brazen!

Had the pho with a really clean but rich broth, taste is legit and reasonably priced. They dont separate the beansprouts if u hate them you should let them know beforehand. 💯

Alles was wir bestellt haben war sehr lecker (Suppe, Shushi, Nr. 63, Ingwertee 😋). Der Service war auch top, das Ambiente schön und es war nicht überfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Toller Laden, sehr freundlicher Service. Schmeckt top und die Portionsgrößen sind mehr als ausreichend. Abgebildet ist das rote Curry mit Ente.

Die Pho Bo schmeckte wie eine Instant Suppe zu der etwas grün und Fleisch dazugegeben wurde. Die Frühlingsrolle dagegen sehr lecker mit der Fisch Limetten Essig Soße. Suppe würde ich hier nicht noch einmal essen.

Für Berlin und dessen Vielfalt an asiatischen Restaurants, ist dieses leider eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die Wan-Tan Suppe eher geschmacklos, alles andere auch einfallslos. Zudem ist der Service sehr langsam.

Fades Essen und schreckliche Bedienung. Der Kellner weigerte sich, uns Leitungswasser zu geben und bot ein Glas für einen Tisch mit 5 Personen an. Er fuhr dann fort, aggressiv auf uns zu schreien und sagte, dass es nicht seine Taschen profitiert, wenn wir keine Getränke bestellen. Die Tofu-Nudeln wurden nur in Öl gekocht und waren geschmacklos. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen

Un service deplorable ! Le serveur ce soir là n'a pas compris ce qu'était un restaurant. refuser de servir de l'eau car ce n'est pas "rentable" est ridicule.. nous avions commandé beaucoup de nourriture. Quant à la nourriture, elle était sans plus

Die Honigente ist das beste was ich je bei einem Vietnamesen in Berlin gegessen habe! Die Vorspeisen sind auch top! Klare Empfehlung. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle mega nett und das Essen ist schnell da. Pluspunkt für Kartenzahlung (gerade hier in Berlin wichtig).

Great value, tasty sushi and beef wok

We went out for dinner at the restaurant for the first time and tried it out. Outside there are a few available tables and we sat there. The waiter was nice and the food was prepared quite fast. I had the honey duck, which is slightly spicy (I don't have a high tolerance for spicy), and it was delicious! Served with rice, and a variety of vegetables. Note at the moment of writing this, the restaurant accepts cards for payments of 20 euros or above.

Sehr solide 4 Sterne, schnell & lecker. Kein Feuerwerk oder wilde Überraschungen :) Dennoch good Job!

El lugar no estaba muy limpio. Olía feo. La comida muy grasosa y con poco sabor. No recomendable, en especial habiendo tantos buenos lugares alrededor.

A place like home! This restaurant located in quiet area of the city but in the walking distance for many famous sites. A place whether you can chill out for a quick lunch with a bowl of Pho or a evening date with sushi boat. Friendly and attentive staffs even they dont speak decent Deutch but they are lovely to help you with the orders.

Große Auswahl an Sushi, Essen war sehr gut angerichtet ,und war sehr lecker. Bedienung war Sehr freundlich, großes lob geht an die Bedienung. Cocktails waren schön frisch und fruchtig. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

We hebben eten afgehaald, bediening was erg vriendelijk, het eten heerlijk. De springrolls, miso soup en crunchy rolls vielen allemaal erg in de smaak en we hebben lopen smullen!!
