Lassen schwangere Frauen nicht mal kurz die Toilette benutzen und verlangen Geld dafür, hätte man ein ungepflegtes Erscheinungsbild oder Ähnliches könnte man das ja verstehen, aber bei einer jungen schwangeren Frau Geld zu verlangen und ansonsten das Klo zu verweigern ist unerhört, keine Empfehlung diese geldgeilen

(Lieferbewertung) Mein Deutsch und Vietnamesisch sind etwas eingerostet, daher schreibe ich meine Bewertung auf Englisch. Ich bin in den USA in einer vietnamesisch geprägten Gegend aufgewachsen, und zweimal im Monat gingen wir in unser Lieblingsrestaurant, um vietnamesisch zu essen. Ich habe auch sieben Jahre in Vietnam gelebt und gearbeitet. Daher hat die vietnamesische Küche einen besonderen Platz in meinem Herzen. Ich lebe in Süddeutschland und besuche gerade Freunde in Kiel, war aber bisher von dem vietnamesischen Essen, das ich probiert habe, eher enttäuscht (ich bin sicher, es gibt noch gute Restaurants! Ich habe sie nur noch nicht gefunden!). Nach einer anstrengenden Nacht hatte ich richtig Lust auf mein Lieblingsessen. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen an dieses Restaurant, aber ich war müde und hungrig. Schon beim Öffnen der Pakete weckten die Düfte Erinnerungen in mir. Es war das authentischste Essen, das ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe. Ich vergesse immer, Bewertungen zu schreiben, aber diesen Geschmack habe ich schon lange vermisst, und ich bin so dankbar, dass ich es ausprobiert habe! Mein Partner hat sich ebenfalls für Sushi entschieden und war sehr zufrieden mit seinem Menü. Für mich sah alles frisch und hochwertig aus, aber das absolute Highlight waren die einzigartigen und frischen Aromen der vietnamesischen Küche. Wer also frisches, gesundes und gleichzeitig geschmackvolles Essen sucht, sollte dieses Restaurant unbedingt ausprobieren! Beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich mehr oder esse dort.

Das Sushi war hervorragend. Die Preise sind durchschnittlich. Freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage.

Habe hier vegane Ente gegessen. War das leckerste Vegane Gericht, was ich je gegessen habe. Portionsgröße war auch gut. Die Wartedauer war sehr kurz. Alles Top

Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service schnell und freundlich. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen Gerichten.

Essen ist eine Absolute 10/10 !!! Wir waren als Gruppe nun schon zum dritten mal dort. Was bestellt wurde: Pho Suppe mit huhn und ohne, gebratene Pho mit huhn und mit Tofu und Reis Gerichte wurden bestellt und alle haben gesagt, das es eine absolute 10/10 ist Essen kam zeitnah und war heiß. Dadurch das jeder tisch belegt war und durch die Größe war der geräusch Pegel etwas höher was aber halt nicht anders geht. Rechtzeitig anrufen und einen Tisch reservieren - wäre ich öfter in der Nähe, würde ich dort deutlich öfter essen!

Für mich eins der besten asiatischen Restaurants in Kiel. Glutamatfreie Küche, Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dorthin.

Ich bin mindestens 1 mal alle zwei Wochen hier mit meiner Mama für die phoooo Ich habe es schon quasi überall in der Stadt gegessen und hier ist sie mit Abstand am leckersten und so ne große Portion 😋😋😋

Es ist sehr lecker u Preis/Leistung top. Leider zu wenig Personal, wenn man zur Hauptzeit da ist, braucht es lange um noch ein Getränk zu bestellen.

Spontan vorbei gegangen und sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Das Essen kam schnell und heiß an den Tisch. Soooo lecker. 👍🏻

Das Sushi war gut, aber die vietnamesische Pho war wirklich hervorragend.

Ein nettes Restaurant mit viel Platz und es gab auch keine Probleme, da einer von uns vieren im Rollstuhl sitzt. Die Karte liest sich sehr interessant. Ich habe ein rotes Curry mit Huhn und Reis bestellt. Eigentlich hätte ich dazu lieber Udong-Nudeln oder wenigstens Bratnudeln gehabt. Das wäre so aber nicht möglich, meinte der Kellner, deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Ich habe mich schon etwas gewundert, muss ich sagen. Es dauerte auch recht lange, bis sich einer der Herrschaften bequemte unsere Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen. Das Lokal war so gut wie leer, aber stattdessen liefen beide Kellner mit Putzlappen durch die Gegend. Das machte auf mich keinen besonders guten Eindruck. Ich fühlte mich wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Meine Freundin bestellte dann Ente in Teriyaki-Sauce. Davon konnte ich probieren und ich muss sagen, dass das außergewöhnlich gut war. Die Ente war nicht fett und sehr saftig und aromatisch. Mein rotes Curry fand ich auch sehr lecker. Besonders die Sauce war gut. Das Huhn war saftig und okay. Dazu tranken wir eine frische Lemon-Limonade. Hausgemacht, sehr süß, aber auch gut. Wer etwas Zeit mitbringt, sollte das Lokal und insbesondere die Ente in Teriyaki-Sauce probieren. Es lohnt sich. Später füllte sich dann der Laden. Die Preise fand ich angemessen.

Super und reichhaltiges Essen zu fairen Preisen. Schneller Service. Ein Stern Abzug im Ambiente, da der Platz im Restaurant sehr begrenzt ist und darüber hinaus extrem nach Essen stinkt, wenn man den Laden verlässt.

Sehr gutes Essen und gabz netter aufmwerksamer Service.

Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit den Kollegen hier gefeiert und es war wirklich gut. Es war eine lange Tafel aufgebaut, das Essen kam gleichzeitig und es hat allen wirklich gut geschmeckt. Man hätte lediglich zwischendurch mal nach weiteren Getränken fragen können. Wir werden das nächstes Jahr wiederholen.

Wir sind schon sehr oft hier gewesen und werden auch künftig herkommen denn die Speisen sind sehr frisch, sehr lecker, wirklich groß ausreichend. Der Service hat aber wirklich nachgelassen wie wir heute wieder festgestellt haben. Teilweise patzige Antworten bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung und später keine Nachfragen, ob man zum Beispiel noch etwas trinken möchte. Ich hoffe, das bessert sich in der Zukunft wieder.

Das JaViêt ist für uns eine der liebsten und besten Adressen in Kiel. Die vietnamesische Küche ist ausgezeichnet. Der Chef ist freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen zum Essen. Zu manchen Zeiten und Tagen sollte man reservieren.

Good, obviously authentic Vietnamese cuisine, good soups, and also sushi! We've been there six times.

After I moved to Kiel and was always looking for a good Asian restaurant that had great main dishes and good sushi, like in my hometown, I finally found it here after three years. 🎉(Sometimes I have only ordered, so I can only rate the food) Good portion! We only ordered sushi. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this. The sushi is not fresh and the color of the tuna had a grayish tone and the taste was somehow so stale that we didn't eat it as a precaution. When asked, the waitress said the fish was fresh, but we clearly had a different opinion regarding the taste and appearance. I definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant for sushi.

When we are in Kiel, a visit to JaViêt is a must.

I come to Ja Viet often and love the food. However, in recent times I have noticed that the service and cooperation are extremely unfriendly. I don't know why, maybe they are overworked, but I have the feeling that they don't feel like it at all. I am not greeted warmly and the food is not welcomed either. Otherwise everything is really great. The food tastes very good and the restaurant looks nice too. My review fluctuates between 3-4 stars, but I still wanted to give it 4 stars.

The food is very tasty and there are good vegan options. The service is a bit inattentive here and there, but overall it is very good.

Best Vietnamese food I ever had. Even the size of it was rly big. Stuff there were rly nice. Whole place looked rly nice and warm.

First and foremost, the food was exceptionally delicious. The starter was Vietnamese spring rolls. The main course was a yellow curry with fried chicken and a coconut-peanut curry with baked chicken. Perfect consistency of rice, vegetables and meat. Top seasoned. Afterwards, mochi ice cream with green tea flavor. I can highly recommend the ginger-lime fresh mix as a drink. The Vietnamese beer also tastes delicious. Ambiance: Classic and clean. Service: Receptionist could have welcomed us more warmly. The table service was friendly. We'll definitely be back, you don't get such a delicious curry often.

The small but beautiful restaurant JavViêt is located in downtown Kiel. It is located right next to the THW Kiel hall, which is currently called "Wunderino Arena", so parking directly near the restaurant is usually not a problem. This restaurant may not be noticeable at first glance, but it's worth a second look! The decor of the restaurant is pleasant and stylish. It is also much larger than you would expect from the outside. The waiters are attentive and look around every few minutes to see if they can offer something to a table. Small extra requests are fulfilled without question, very good. The drinks, coffees and teas are excellent. The food came hot and was served to us as a group at the same time. It is attractively presented and tastes very good, very fresh and there are no annoying over-oiled spots. The quantities served are more than commensurate with the respective prices. If you wish, you can also have leftovers packed up and taken home with you. You can also order here via Lieferando and collection within Kiel. The toilets are also clean. We were very happy to be guests here this evening and will definitely come back. Great work is being done here.

Surprisingly, we ended up at JaViêt without a reservation on a Saturday evening around 6 p.m. Although some tables were already occupied, we were still able to find a place at a table for two. The food really impressed us. The spring rolls with meat were incredibly crispy and tasted great, but the accompanying sauce was unfortunately cold. I chose a combination of sushi and tempura - everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. My companion chose the curry with crispy chicken, which also tasted excellent. The service was efficient and payment was quick. Overall, a very pleasant evening with delicious food. We'd love to come back!

The service was very nice, the sushi is also of good quality. Unfortunately, I didn't like my main course very much, I found it very bland. The duck was a little dry. The restaurant doesn't have too many seats, the decor is fine, nothing too special. It's a solid restaurant, I'd rather just eat sushi next time.

I've eaten here several times and have always been quite satisfied. The food is fresh and tasty, the selection of dishes is good. The service so far hasn't necessarily been outstanding, but at least it's okay. Today, however, the service was a complete disaster: completely annoyed, unmotivated, bored and unfriendly - one star is actually too much for that. The request for additional coriander was only reluctantly granted after asking twice, and to order drinks and desserts we had to ask quite late for someone to finally come to the table. Finally we grabbed the menu from the counter ourselves. Three people were constantly hanging around behind the counter and doing everything they could to ignore the guests. If a guest did manage to get their attention, all that was needed was for them to roll their eyes in annoyance. No wonder that the restaurant was very empty overall - who wants to feel unwelcome and be treated unfriendly by annoyed staff? I'll rather spend my money in other restaurants in the future, JaViêt won't see me again any time soon!

Food was super tasty, everything was fresh, good portions, Pho highly recommended. Wasn't here for the first time.

Edit: I really loved the quality of this restaurant and before entering a second night, I checked hours posted outside and continued to ask if they were open. Instead a gentleman said no on a Saturday night while others were seated or eating before closing (I just wanted takeout). While I respect the establishment, a simple sign could have been posted they won’t entertain guests past a certain point to help them make things easier so people don’t come in.

We have been here several times and we always enjoyed it. However, the taste of some of the main courses was a bit poor, which is a shame given the price. However, the sushi still tastes really great. Also.the drinks and the sesame balls are always very good. The employees are always very friendly. However, it often takes a long time until you can order or pay for another drink, for example. It's worth visiting occasionally, but you have to plan a lot of time and, depending on what you want to eat, money.

Probably the best red curry chicken I've ever had. Lots of food on the plate, fresh produce and really well prepared. The sushi was also very delicious. Good service and they spoke good English. Cozy and inviting rooms. Everything really top notch.

Well-attended restaurant. It took a long time for our order to be taken. We were very thirsty. The food came very quickly. Food like any other Asian restaurant. Totally ok in terms of price. Had to go to the bar for an Aperol Spritz, the staff were rarely seen. The Aperol was good. All in all tasty and a bit loud, but not surprising given the number of people.

Had the vegetarian summer rolls as a starter, having never had them before. Found it very tasty. I can recommend. Otherwise, the three of us shared a large plate of sushi. The quantity was okay. The taste is also completely fine. Nothing special but not bad either. Very nice service.

We ordered our food from the restaurant to take home. Both the yellow and red curry were unacceptable. Tasteless, watered down, overcooked vegetables and the worst tofu we have ever been served. I then complained to the restaurant by telephone in a very respectful and friendly manner and asked for their goodwill. I was just told that there was nothing we could do and we had to live with it. We accept that accordingly and I recommend ordering somewhere else.

Very friendly service. The starter was the fried shrimp (incredibly tasty) and the main course was the pasta with beef. Large portion, very tasty. Including 2 cocktails, the final price was completely reasonable. I really like the atmosphere.

The food was so very good, I had the duck from F1 and the rolls from C4 I would have liked a bit of chili in F1 but still insanely good The only slight comment I have is that I didn't get a new glass when I got a new different beer

A very nicely decorated restaurant. The dishes, which increased significantly in price after the VAT increase, were OK. After such a significant price jump, you could have tried a little harder. The duck was a bit dry and fresh vegetables were a bit rare on the plate. It should also be mentioned that the service was very friendly and the food was delivered quickly, but after that no one came to the table to accept further drink requests. Simply ask whether there are any other requests (drinks). This also increases sales.

One of the many Asian options in kiel. This is near the arena and serves good vietnamese good. The starters are nice and the vietnamese drip coffee is authentic.

Very friendly service. However, I would have liked to have been able to react to our empty glasses. Our dishes were good and plentiful. The red curry with tofu wasn't too spicy. The Terriyaki duck was well seasoned. A bit boring. Adding some vegetables would definitely have enhanced the dish and made it more varied.

We often go to Ja Viet because, in my opinion, the price/performance ratio is right. When there is a lot to do, the service is a little less. Otherwise we were also asked whether it was tasty or whether we would like anything else. I really like the food here.

I ordered Bún bò Nam Bộ and a Tuna Sushi Set. The Bún bò Nam Bộ, which I know from Vietnam, is served lukewarm, as it is on the menu. It arrived hot and was slightly off. Nevertheless, it tasted good and only gets criticism because I expected something different. The sushi was good, nothing special.

Unfortunately, the duck breast was a little too well done and therefore dry. A pity. The seaweed salad was great.

Thank you for super delicious food. We got bowls, sushi, spring rolls and coconut soup and it all tasted fantastic! Also their mango lassi and avocado lassi were delicious. The staff were also nice and welcoming. Thanks for tonight!

We stopped by spontaneously and were allowed to take a seat in the rather empty restaurant. But only for an hour and a half... then the table will be needed. OK! Food was very tasty and the portion was generous. Location also quite good. Only the service wasn't good. Unfriendly and inattentive. There was no feeling of welcome...

Except for the duck, the food was very tasty. The lady from the service was rather cold and unfriendly. Plates were cleared away very late, ordering dessert or drinks was difficult because you tend to be ignored. Very unfortunate. What good is a delicious meal if the service is unfriendly...
