VEGANAM in Kiel

Good morning, We were very excited about the selection and everyone enjoyed it. Portion size was rather large. It was a bit too loud for us and we would have drunk more, but the service wasn't fast enough for us. I can recommend it there, best when there is less going on. Reservation is recommended.

Unfortunately there are lots of delicious animal-free dishes. That makes the decision a bit tough. It's easier in a conventional restaurant: only 1-2 vegan dishes, no matter how it tastes there. Gladly again and again

The food, service and ambience are great. The waiters know exactly who had what, so you don't have to list what you ordered. RESPECT for such an achievement!

The food was super tasty. It was hard to believe that the “crispy duck” was vegan. Well done. The other dishes were also very good. We'll definitely be back.

Best restaurant in Kiel! The food is great and the service was perfect. Very good atmosphere and we went home well fed and happy! Never had so much vegan food on a card ! Pricing was absolutely okay!

The food was very tasty, but completely vegan. I was a bit confused at first because the dishes were available with either vegan chicken, pork or beef. Of course, this is not meat, but substitute products that imitate meat. I always think that's a shame because these substitute products are tasty, but they don't taste like meat. Then why call it that? Apart from that, the food was very tasty and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. The ambience is rather simple, but the prices are relatively low. I definitely won't be here for the last time.

I was really satisfied, everything was delicious, good and nice service. It's a shame that parking can be difficult since it's in the middle of the city. But finding a parking space is possible, if necessary just walk a bit. Gladly again and only recommended.

We stumbled across the restaurant by chance and went straight in. The service was very nice and attentive, but not intrusive. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is incredibly delicious. Even non-vegans will get their money's worth here. The homemade lemonade and iced coffee were great. A small highlight was the fried ice cream, which was kindly served to us on the house. As soon as I visit Kiel again, I'll be eating here again.

Food was very tasty and great that everything is vegan. The furnishings are rather simple and you sit outside directly on the street. The service was also very nice.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the food (yellow curry & rice with peanut sauce)… the sauces both didn't taste like anything, we had the feeling that we were eating water with our dishes. It's a shame because the concept and the service are really good.

We were guests in Kiel for a week and went to VEGANAM twice. The service was very friendly and quick. The real highlight, however, are the numerous vegan dishes. The dishes are fresh and taste exceptionally good. The homemade lemonades are also recommended. We would come back at any time!

It's a very nice shop with a fitting Asian touch. I can only recommend the homemade lemonade and the mochi were very tasty, even though we're not a mochi fan, you get an equal portion for the right price and when we couldn't manage everything we were able to pack it up and take home.

I'm not vegan and was skeptical about whether I would like the food. I ordered rice with vegetables, sweet and sour sauce and crispy duck and was thrilled. I wouldn't have thought that the taste and consistency would be so close to the original. Gladly again!

It was my first but definitely not the last time I ate at Veganam. Mon Xiao (No. 45) was super delicious! The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The crispy duck and crispy fried tofu in the soup were also great. Very tasty Asian food even for non-vegans. The lemonade is also recommended. So gladly again!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The food was perfectly seasoned and the portions were generous. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the day even more enjoyable. I would particularly like to highlight the homemade lemonades, which are simply great and ideal as a refreshing accompaniment to food. An all-round successful visit – I can only warmly recommend this restaurant!

Great Vietnamese vegan food - for everyone. Fresh produce and reasonably priced.

A very good restaurant that scores not only with its original dishes, but also with its friendly and competent service. There were five of us and everyone was happy with the recipes. Personally, I had Pho, a Vietnamese national dish, interesting flavors, very tasty. For dessert there was full-bodied green tea and mochi, good choice to finish.

I had the best summer rolls with tofu here. Unfortunately it was too late for the photo, they were gone. I can only recommend! Great shop and very nice service.

A small restaurant that was rarely visited at the time and served delicious Vietnamese dishes. One (if not the only) of the few completely vegan restaurants in Kiel. Unfortunately for me the vegetables weren't quite cooked through and the sauce was piping hot. The fried rice is also over-seasoned with the classic oyster sauce (vegan). However, the lemonades themselves are very refreshing and well made. The 0.5 liters are worth the price. When it comes to the spring rolls, I unfortunately have to say that they are the standard store-bought ones, but the salad under the spring rolls was delicious. The vegan duck tastes neutral and is crispy, but the little flavor is lost in the oyster sauce and rice The service works slowly and sometimes uncoordinated. So that you have the feeling that you have to wait longer than you should given the number of guests. He seems fake friendly, which doesn't come across well. However, the food and drinks arrive very quickly.

Large selection of delicious vegan dishes in a cozy, casual atmosphere

Nice service and large vegan selection. However, the peanut sauce was watery and the fried udon noodles were served with artificial tasting tomato sauce and the vegetable selection was inappropriate. The tofu was also limp and the rice tasted like rice pudding.

The food actually wasn't very good. In terms of taste and preparation. Service wasn't that good either because we were incorrectly informed about the level of spiciness. We ordered some more sauce for our spring rolls as a starter, for which we ended up having to pay another hefty €5.50. For a small bowl!!! This is more than any extra mayo in the snack bar and extremely outrageous.

Unfortunately the food was terrible. The peanut sauce had no taste. The fried vegan chicken was wobbly and not crispy. The tofu had no flavor and had an odd texture. The noodles had already been warmed up at least three times. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Very nice restaurant with very good food. I've been there quite a few times and tried things out a bit and have always been impressed. The portions are very large and beautifully prepared.

Yesterday I was at Veganam for the first time - but certainly not for the last. There is food here that makes vegans/vegetarians' hearts beat much faster and I think some meat eaters will also enjoy this delicious alternative offering...fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared, great taste and a large selection, and that everything completely vegan! Authentic Asian restaurant with an exclusively vegan menu. The menu is extensive and the food tasted very good. The service is very friendly and attentive. We felt comfortable here. The only point of criticism is the benches on the walls, you can't really sit there relaxed, the seat is too short and you can't really lean back. But otherwise it was a nice evening there. Would love to come back.

We had lunch there on Saturday. The food was ready super quickly, it was super tasty. I had udon noodles with vegetables and my companion had the red curry with vegan duck. Both were very tasty and nicely prepared. Recommended nightstand: glutinous rice balls with ice cream. Simply amazing!! The only drawback: perhaps current menu cards should be printed :)

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit viel Auswahl und Besonderheiten. Das gesamte Menü ist vegan und bietet Viel aus der vietnamesischen Küche. Unser Essen wer sehr lecker und hat wirklich satt gemacht. Vor allem die hausgemachten Limonaden sind zu empfehlen. Die Bedienung war symphatisch und wirklich engagiert. Und auch das Ambiente ist schön mit angenehmen Licht und angemessener Dekoration. Alles in Allem ein wirklich einzigartiges Restaurant, was wirklich zu empfehlen ist! Danke für den tollen Abend :)

Absolut lecker 😋 auf jedenfall zu empfehlen! Meine Freunde und ich haben verschiedenes bestellt um möglichst viele verschiedene Köstlichkeiten genießen zu können - definitiv die richtige Entscheidung. Persönlich war ich sehr begeistert von den sommerrollen, der veganen austernsoße mit Veganer Ente und den Desserts ...naja und er Wassermelonenlimo 😁 aber es war alles einfach unglaublich gut und die bergstraße hätte ich am Ende genauso gut einfach runterrollen können 😅

Das Curry Gericht mit Cocusnussmilch und Tofu war lecker und scharf.

Gestern nett mit meiner Familie eine kleine Feier dort gehabt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, reichhaltig und mit abwechslungsreichen aromatischen Zutaten. Bin kein Veganer aber mit den Gerichten kann ich mich anfreunden. Auch mit den Getränken, Asia Bier und Schnäpse und leckere selbstgemachte Limo, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rundum ein schöner Abend. Bestimmt nicht der Letzte.

Ich war schon sehr häufig hier und war jedes Mal von dem großartigen Essen, den leckeren hausgemachten Limonaden und dem freundlichen Personal begeistert.

Super freundlich und super preiswert! Das Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut, lediglich die Mengen könnten teilweise größer ausfallen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung

Auch als Nicht-Veganer kommt man hier auf seine Kosten. Sehr lecker. Hier hat meine Udon-Nudel-Sucht angefangen.

Good number of vegan and vegetarian options . We asked for slightly spicy and it was custom made to our taste. Not a fan of drinks menu and the tea was a huge let down but the noodles are up to the mark . The h e a different evening menu which I would I like to try too

Tolles veganes Restaurant😍 Wir waren gestern, nach einem Kinobesuch, das erste Mal hier essen☺️ Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich hatte das rote Curry mit veganen Garnelen. Die Garnelen waren sehr gut👍 Kann ich nur empfehlen! Auch die hausgemachten Limonaden solltet ihr probieren... LECKER 😊 Die Speisen sind alle schön angerichtet🌸 Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 🙃

Kann das Thai Curry mit „Huhn“ empfehlen

Wenn ich nicht auf einer dieser extrem unbequemen Sitzbänke an der Wand sitzen muss, komme ich wegen der toll zubereiteten Speisen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Essen war lecker, die Limonade hat mich leider nicht so überzeugt, da sie sehr süß und gleichzeitig irgendwie bitter war. Die Bedienung war aber sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war gut, aber auch nichts super Besonderes. Für mich als Fleischesser waren die veganen Alternativen etwas fade. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich.

Wir waren auf einem Kurztrip in Kiel und auf der Suche nach veganem Essen. Super unscheinbar von außen, haben wir uns dann im VEGANAM niedergelassen und waren schnell begeistert von der vielfältigen Karte. Vietnamesische Küche veganisiert, viel Gemüse aber auch spannende Komponenten wie „Vegane Ente/Rind/Schwein“ Der Service war super und das Essen hat überzeugt. Große Portionen und es hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Preislich war es auch top :) Einziger Abzug gibt es beim Ambiente, wobei das der Lage geschuldet ist. Sitzt man draußen, sitzt man direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wen das stört,der kann natürlich drinnen sitzen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Kleiner uriger Laden der ausschließlich vegane Speisen anbietet. Wirkt gepflegt und Einrichtung stimmig. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Essen finde ich gut abgeschmeckt, sprich nicht über würzt oder zu fade. Portionsgröße okay. Limonade guten Geschmack gehabt. Obwohl ich kein Veganer bin, hat mir der Besuch gefallen. Wirklich guter gesamt Eindruck.

Ich hatte eine „hausgemachte“ Limonade und die Wan-Tan-Suppe. Die Limonade war nicht mehr als Sirup mit Wasser gemischt, leider auch ohne Kohlensäure, für den Preis sehr enttäuschend. Die Wan-Tan-Suppe hatte wenig Geschmack und war sehr wässrig. Für beides habe ich ca. 17€ gezahlt und war nach meinem Besuch eher enttäuscht als gesättigt. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Mega cooles Konzept. Leider fand ich die Sommerrollen etwas fade und die Limonade war außerversehen Salz, anstandslos wurde die Limo neu gemacht und dann war sie wahnsinnig lecker. Eigentlich wollten wir noch einen Hauptgang bestellen aber hatten nach den Sommerrollen nicht mehr die Motivation zu.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen mit viel frischem Gemüse und Kräutern. Die Portionen waren außerordentlich großzügig, so dass wir uns den Rest heute Abend nochmal schmecken lassen! Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen wurde zügig serviert. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Das Veganam liegt zentral in Kiel am Dreiecksplatz und bietet hervorragende vegane, vietnamesische Speisen an. Sehr ordentliches, sauberes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service. Auch die hauseigenen Getränke sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Parken ist - wie überall in Kiel - etwas schwierig.
