Delicious smash burgers. I didn't like hot dogs that much.

First of all, NO card payment possible. If then e.g. Order via Lieferando. And bring time. Everything is made fresh and that takes time. But the wait is worth it. 🤤 The chili cheese sauce on the fries is really creamy. And the burgers anyway.

I loved the chicken wrap, been having this since last 2 years, no complaints 👊

I had visitors from Baden-Württemberg on Sunday and wanted to eat burgers and have a drink that we described positively; the guests had arrived 8 hours earlier. There were 7 of us and we would have taken something with us for 4 more people. (Equal to 11 full-paying guests!!) Despite my previous call and the message that it would close at 11 p.m., we were all sent away at around 9:50 p.m. with the remark “they are closing now” when we entered the restaurant. That's not only cheeky but a shame because we've already eaten and ordered there several times. And anyone who turns down a good three-digit turnover as a restaurateur these days will hopefully be in the right place when times get worse again. So we spent the money elsewhere and got full. Competitors in Berlin are not small... You should also communicate or publish the opening times correctly, if necessary without an end time, because it is always annoying, especially if you drive from the surrounding area. Sorry, it doesn't work at all.

Disappointing – not like it used to be Unfortunately, the Golt'z Burger has changed a lot in the last few months. Since new people have been at the grill, the quality seems to have decreased. The patties, which used to be juicy and flavorful, are now chopped up and prepared like smash burgers - that just doesn't fit with the original character of the Golt'z Burger. The buns are no longer what they used to be: far too soft, almost like air. Overall, the burger lacks that special something that used to make it so special. What a shame!

Burgers are great, delivery times are disastrously LONG! Just pick up or eat on site, everything else is crazy!

We ordered 2 burgers with fries to take away. Food was good but the waiting time of 25 minutes was far too long. The store wasn't full. 1 customer in front of us. Goes better.

It is very tasty. The dining area is a bit small and if you come with 6-8 people you won't find space. Otherwise the guys make very tasty burgers. Probably the best burger in Lichtenrade!! Delicious.

The store looks very stylish from the outside. Nicely decorated inside too. The inside area is not particularly large, 4 large tables, each of which can accommodate around 4-5 people. The outdoor area is larger, but cannot be used in rain and cold. At least it wasn't too warm inside, so I didn't have to take off my thick down jacket. The three men in the kitchen/reception had their hands full, primarily picking up and delivering. When, after about 25 minutes of waiting, there were still no burgers in sight for us and I asked if we had been forgotten (no one else in the store had received burgers at that time), a lady who had approx. 6 minutes after us, your large order arrived. I expressed my anger about this (but still in a friendly way). The man I spoke to didn't apologize, but argued that the woman wasn't really late. Shortly afterwards our burgers were apparently ready. In any case, there were three burgers on a tray and they were pushed over the counter without saying a word in a visibly bad mood. I asked really politely which burger was which. The short answer was: “You can see that.” Apparently the gentleman was upset about my comment about the waiting time. That was too much for me at that moment and I loudly vented my anger that one could expect to be told which burger was which. This happened visibly reluctantly. We didn't think the three burgers we had were particularly bad or particularly good. We found them average, a bit dry unfortunately. But still better than the Golden M. I still wouldn't come here again, especially because of the "service", the burgers don't completely make up for it either. But the burgers aren't bad. But the waiting time in general seems really long in the store, as we saw from those who came after us. You should plan around 30 minutes.

I think the burgers are very tasty and the employees are very friendly, but unfortunately it fails due to time management. Sometimes it is not possible to order. But if you want to eat on site, you have to wait a long time because the remaining orders are being processed.

Burger and fries were perfectly fine. Prices and payment in the store are a case for the tax office. Collects incorrect prices and only cash because the EC reader is supposedly defective. Other Google reviews also write that the EC device is defective. How long does such an exchange take? Also no notice at the entrance. Sorry customer service is not that. A receipt will not be given either. Nightingale, I hear you tramping!

I haven't found another burger place in town that does such good fries. And the burgers are really good too. I have no idea how the guys do it but it's definitely worth checking out👍

It was a coincidence that I found the shop. I didn’t regret entering the store. Burger was quite good and I could have chili fries more often. I'll definitely end up there again at some point.

The food tastes very tasty but it is very disappointing because I order there often and the food was not delivered several times. You're happy about 3 hours and then even after 3 hours of waiting it doesn't feel really weak!!!!

Unfortunately not recommended! We ordered two burgers + sweet potato fries. After a wait of 1 hour and 50 minutes, two cold, greasy burgers plus cold, sticky fries arrived! It's not worth 28 euros 🍟🍔 PS & and thanks for the mayonnaise that wasn't delivered

Burger meat smells musty. Chilli cheese fries now have undisclosed ingredients: onions, tomatoes and ketchup. Repeated extras such as: Caramelized onions ordered and paid for, but not received. Quality has deteriorated extremely. Burgers are getting greasier and meat is getting drier on the outside

I had liked the burgers. Unfortunately every order is a disaster. They say the order would arrive in 60 minutes, even though we live at most 1 km away, but it doesn't arrive in 2 hours. The employees are always very cheeky on the phone. I've experienced the same situation a few times now. Never again. Said in Turkish "paramızla rezil oluyoruz".

A pure disappointment! It's common for them to take at least an hour for delivery! But now the second time the order has still not been delivered in almost two hours. I will never order again!!!Never again.

The burger is freshly prepared. The burger tastes really delicious. Can really recommend it.

I ordered by phone to be picked up (30 minutes), arrived on time, greeted the employees when I walked in, and then they just stared at me stupidly and ignored me for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, a conversation finally takes place and you are assured that the burgers you pre-ordered will be ready soon. 5 minutes later you can see that the employees have just started processing the order. So 30 minutes ended up being an hour. Class performance My assessment: there are 5-6 of them in the kitchen and they are totally overwhelmed. Ordering on site (eating there), picking up by phone and having it delivered can't go well for long. The food is delicious, but the customer has to accept false promises and long waiting times. You are simply held back there and are not honest with the customers. Too bad

Ambience and seating options are great. You can eat your food in a relaxed manner both inside and outside. The food is also tasty, but not the same/better than other local ones (I would recommend the chicken burger). Otherwise, the reception friendliness of the employees varied, some were nice, others not so much. All in all, I can say with a clear conscience that you won't be disappointed at Goltz, but you won't be blown away either.

What audacity! Ordered online, called after 75 minutes, where the delivery was and then you were rudely told that you would prepare it now. Guys, don't offer delivery service...

So first of all the good thing is the service and the ambience. But the food is not even at least standard size. Way too greasy for a burger, like it's just made of fat. Taste was 0, only the fries were tasty. Not recommended. 👎

Great place. We have been a few times and have very complex orders because of the kids, but they haven't made a single mistake. Burgers are delicious.

Ordered food via Lieferando at 7:30 p.m. Delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. Now it's 9:10 p.m. and no food has been delivered. Apparently the driver is on the way when called at 8:45 p.m. and still no delivery at 8:55 p.m. Called again at 9:05 p.m. and still no food, should be canceled. At 9:20 p.m. the doorbell rings, oh look, there's warm food. Delivery time from 7.30 p.m. to 9.20 p.m. The driver had a note with him that said delivery time was 8.30 p.m. and when asked, the driver replied that he had picked up the food 10 minutes ago👍 Never again, not even on site.

The store looks really great. Unfortunately you can't pay by card and the selection is nothing special. The food was okay, but the veggie patty is not good at all. There are now really tasty alternatives, but the vegetable patty was neither convincing in terms of consistency nor taste.

We were disappointed after being recommended the burger. Cheeseburger okay, onion rings where the onions came out of the oanade almost raw every time. Nice guys and we sat pretty well too.

Went there for the first time this evening. Both burgers were great. The fries were very soggy and not crispy. We had another meal afterwards! Ordered to take away, which took 25 minutes... That's really too long and doesn't fit... When I asked if I had been forgotten, there was only a clumsy excuse and no apology or a little thing on the house.

Goltzburger is simply great! The burgers are incredibly juicy, taste great and made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The Goltzburger itself is a real highlight with perfectly balanced flavors that leave you wanting more. The side dishes are also great, especially the crispy fries. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. Overall, an all-round successful experience, I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Absolutely recommended!

The last time I order food here. With each order you wait up to 2 hours and something is always forgotten. The food arrives cold and I'm stupid enough to tip the delivery person.

Burgers better than the "super big" chains. Tastes like it did in the 80s on the Kudamm. Prices moderate cheese burger 6.90 but delicious.

Food was super fresh and delicious. It's like a snack bar and not a restaurant. You can only order food behind the counter but there are nice tables to sit at.

Unfortunately the sweet potato fries were burnt; We had to drive a long way to do this - very annoying and a shame... for the money. Otherwise everything is okay.

Don't understand the hype. The burgers are average at best compared to Berlin. So they weren't bad, but they were very greasy, the fat was in the packaging. The waiting time was almost half an hour and card payment was not possible (apparently defective), a receipt was not given.

Ordered from Lieferando at 9:57 p.m. and the restaurant accepted the order. Although the restaurant had over an hour, no one was available and the food was not delivered. It's better to order from a burger place that's reasonably reliable.

I was just there with my girlfriend. Ordered takeaway. In front of us there was a really unfriendly customer who treated the employees really rudely and you still remained nice and professional. I thought it was really good, but don't let yourself be treated like that. Your food is so damn delicious and you are quick at preparing and delivering it. There are 6 of you in the kitchen and you really don't have to deal with something like that. You are great as is the food!!

Clean seating inside and out. Service was ok, seemed slightly overwhelmed at times, but that could be due to the large number of orders. Had the Goltz Burger and Chilli Cheese Fries. Both tasted solid 4/5. Definitely the best burger in the area comparatively.

Best burger in Berlin! The juicy and crispy Smash Burger is particularly recommended. Prices are justified. You should plan on waiting a bit, but it's worth it!

Chili Burger and Golz Burger and Chili Cheese Fries to take away. A very nice shop and extremely nice employees. All ingredients are fresh and, in our opinion, of better quality than average. All around delicious. The burgers could be given a sauce or ingredient (e.g. something extra). But that's a matter of taste and complaining at a high level. Keep it up, we'll be back!

Yes. The burgers are really good. But the tables were all dirty and wiping the tables every now and then wasn't an option either. Service is ok. Unfortunately it wasn't friendly and inviting with a feel-good atmosphere. So takeaway if you call ahead or have it delivered yes, eat there no.

I've been there several times with friends and the citizens, fries, nuggets, etc. taste very good and are the best from the surrounding area. I've never ordered one before, but it's not supposed to be that good. The food and drink is ready quickly and there are no long waiting times. Unfortunately, the appearance isn't really good, both inside and out, because there is a large intersection and a construction site in front of the store. From the inside it's nothing special. TL;DR: food is ok but service is severely lacking, unreachable via phone and way too long delivery times. The food is alright, but, there are several issues with the service: We placed our order via the Golt'z website (as Lieferando keeps telling us that the restaurant's closed) at 06:29, and were informed that it'll take up to 60 minutes for our order to arrive. after an hour and a half of waiting we decided to call them and ask about our order, but there was no answer. It kept ringing until we got to their voicemail. When I checked the site again, I noticed that in contrary to the opening hours (Monday to Sunday 11:00-24:00), there was a line that said they are closed. Just in case, we decided to drive over and found that they were open. We talked to the staff about our order that hasn't arrived yet, and we were informed that it was already sent out - but they will look into it. While we waited there, the delivery guy called me to tell me he's outside our apartment (2 hours after we placed the order). So we drove back home only to get another call while we were parking the car, that he's still waiting and his boss called him to ask where he is, to which I replied that we waited over 2 hours for our order, so he can wait the extra few minutes.

My neighbor brought me a burger. The first from Golt'z Burger for me. I didn't believe all the good reports. But I was convinced otherwise. That was an endless culinary delight🤤. The waiting time is unbearable and the prices are no longer worth it. A pity...

The smash burger was really tasty, although a bit greasy on the outside of the bun. For whatever reason. For 8.5 euros that's fair. The mozzarella sticks had a strange aftertaste but were still tasty with a good consistency. If there had been sour cream with them they would have been much better. There was far too little cheese sauce on the chili CHEESE fries. I ate probably half of the fries without cheese. We were there on a Monday evening and waiting half an hour at the takeaway restaurant is quite a lot. Unfortunately, no card payment is offered. Luckily I happened to have some cash with me
