Golt'z Burger in Berlin

The burger is freshly prepared. The burger tastes really delicious. Can really recommend it.

I ordered by phone to be picked up (30 minutes), arrived on time, greeted the employees when I walked in, and then they just stared at me stupidly and ignored me for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, a conversation finally takes place and you are assured that the burgers you pre-ordered will be ready soon. 5 minutes later you can see that the employees have just started processing the order. So 30 minutes ended up being an hour. Class performance My assessment: there are 5-6 of them in the kitchen and they are totally overwhelmed. Ordering on site (eating there), picking up by phone and having it delivered can't go well for long. The food is delicious, but the customer has to accept false promises and long waiting times. You are simply held back there and are not honest with the customers. Too bad

Ambience and seating options are great. You can eat your food in a relaxed manner both inside and outside. The food is also tasty, but not the same/better than other local ones (I would recommend the chicken burger). Otherwise, the reception friendliness of the employees varied, some were nice, others not so much. All in all, I can say with a clear conscience that you won't be disappointed at Goltz, but you won't be blown away either.

What audacity! Ordered online, called after 75 minutes, where the delivery was and then you were rudely told that you would prepare it now. Guys, don't offer delivery service...

So first of all the good thing is the service and the ambience. But the food is not even at least standard size. Way too greasy for a burger, like it's just made of fat. Taste was 0, only the fries were tasty. Not recommended. 👎

Ordered food via Lieferando at 7:30 p.m. Delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. Now it's 9:10 p.m. and no food has been delivered. Apparently the driver is on the way when called at 8:45 p.m. and still no delivery at 8:55 p.m. Called again at 9:05 p.m. and still no food, should be canceled. At 9:20 p.m. the doorbell rings, oh look, there's warm food. Delivery time from 7.30 p.m. to 9.20 p.m. The driver had a note with him that said delivery time was 8.30 p.m. and when asked, the driver replied that he had picked up the food 10 minutes ago👍 Never again, not even on site.

The store looks really great. Unfortunately you can't pay by card and the selection is nothing special. The food was okay, but the veggie patty is not good at all. There are now really tasty alternatives, but the vegetable patty was neither convincing in terms of consistency nor taste.

We were disappointed after being recommended the burger. Cheeseburger okay, onion rings where the onions came out of the oanade almost raw every time. Nice guys and we sat pretty well too.

Went there for the first time this evening. Both burgers were great. The fries were very soggy and not crispy. We had another meal afterwards! Ordered to take away, which took 25 minutes... That's really too long and doesn't fit... When I asked if I had been forgotten, there was only a clumsy excuse and no apology or a little thing on the house.

Goltzburger is simply great! The burgers are incredibly juicy, taste great and made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. The Goltzburger itself is a real highlight with perfectly balanced flavors that leave you wanting more. The side dishes are also great, especially the crispy fries. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. Overall, an all-round successful experience, I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Absolutely recommended!

Burgers better than the "super big" chains. Tastes like it did in the 80s on the Kudamm. Prices moderate cheese burger 6.90 but delicious.

Food was super fresh and delicious. It's like a snack bar and not a restaurant. You can only order food behind the counter but there are nice tables to sit at.

Unfortunately the sweet potato fries were burnt; We had to drive a long way to do this - very annoying and a shame... for the money. Otherwise everything is okay.

Don't understand the hype. The burgers are average at best compared to Berlin. So they weren't bad, but they were very greasy, the fat was in the packaging. The waiting time was almost half an hour and card payment was not possible (apparently defective), a receipt was not given.

Ordered from Lieferando at 9:57 p.m. and the restaurant accepted the order. Although the restaurant had over an hour, no one was available and the food was not delivered. It's better to order from a burger place that's reasonably reliable.

I was just there with my girlfriend. Ordered takeaway. In front of us there was a really unfriendly customer who treated the employees really rudely and you still remained nice and professional. I thought it was really good, but don't let yourself be treated like that. Your food is so damn delicious and you are quick at preparing and delivering it. There are 6 of you in the kitchen and you really don't have to deal with something like that. You are great as is the food!!

Clean seating inside and out. Service was ok, seemed slightly overwhelmed at times, but that could be due to the large number of orders. Had the Goltz Burger and Chilli Cheese Fries. Both tasted solid 4/5. Definitely the best burger in the area comparatively.

Best burger in Berlin! The juicy and crispy Smash Burger is particularly recommended. Prices are justified. You should plan on waiting a bit, but it's worth it!

Chili Burger and Golz Burger and Chili Cheese Fries to take away. A very nice shop and extremely nice employees. All ingredients are fresh and, in our opinion, of better quality than average. All around delicious. The burgers could be given a sauce or ingredient (e.g. something extra). But that's a matter of taste and complaining at a high level. Keep it up, we'll be back!

Yes. The burgers are really good. But the tables were all dirty and wiping the tables every now and then wasn't an option either. Service is ok. Unfortunately it wasn't friendly and inviting with a feel-good atmosphere. So takeaway if you call ahead or have it delivered yes, eat there no.

I've been there several times with friends and the citizens, fries, nuggets, etc. taste very good and are the best from the surrounding area. I've never ordered one before, but it's not supposed to be that good. The food and drink is ready quickly and there are no long waiting times. Unfortunately, the appearance isn't really good, both inside and out, because there is a large intersection and a construction site in front of the store. From the inside it's nothing special. TL;DR: food is ok but service is severely lacking, unreachable via phone and way too long delivery times. The food is alright, but, there are several issues with the service: We placed our order via the Golt'z website (as Lieferando keeps telling us that the restaurant's closed) at 06:29, and were informed that it'll take up to 60 minutes for our order to arrive. after an hour and a half of waiting we decided to call them and ask about our order, but there was no answer. It kept ringing until we got to their voicemail. When I checked the site again, I noticed that in contrary to the opening hours (Monday to Sunday 11:00-24:00), there was a line that said they are closed. Just in case, we decided to drive over and found that they were open. We talked to the staff about our order that hasn't arrived yet, and we were informed that it was already sent out - but they will look into it. While we waited there, the delivery guy called me to tell me he's outside our apartment (2 hours after we placed the order). So we drove back home only to get another call while we were parking the car, that he's still waiting and his boss called him to ask where he is, to which I replied that we waited over 2 hours for our order, so he can wait the extra few minutes.

The smash burger was really tasty, although a bit greasy on the outside of the bun. For whatever reason. For 8.5 euros that's fair. The mozzarella sticks had a strange aftertaste but were still tasty with a good consistency. If there had been sour cream with them they would have been much better. There was far too little cheese sauce on the chili CHEESE fries. I ate probably half of the fries without cheese. We were there on a Monday evening and waiting half an hour at the takeaway restaurant is quite a lot. Unfortunately, no card payment is offered. Luckily I happened to have some cash with me

Burgers and wraps are top. One of the best you can get in the area. But the waiting times are sometimes insane. The announced 20 minutes were bad but still okay for delicious burgers. The food was only ready after 45 minutes. This shouldn't happen even on the weekend, especially not without informing the customer and without a word of apology. Therefore service unfortunately only 2 stars.

Goltz burger is definitely not recommended. I ordered two cheeseburgers and once chile chesse fries. The burgers were inedible. The bread was full of oil. Instead of chille chesse fries, I got normal fries. I won't be ordering from you again

Unfortunately, I've eaten very few smashed burgers so far, but now I understand the hype about it. When I bit into my first Smashed Burger at Goltz, I felt like the critic at Ratatouille in the last scene, where he was catapulted back to his childhood. After the first bite, images from my childhood flashed through my mind when I ate my first real cheeseburger. Everything about the smashed tasted the same as it did back when the burgers actually still had flavor. I'll probably be a regular there and leave a lot of money. My daughter is also really excited. I can only give GOLTZ 5 stars at the moment and hope you manage to maintain the quality in the future. That's always the most difficult thing with new stores. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed for it, because after 5 kebab shops on Bahnhofstrasse, a restaurant like this was really missing.

I've been to Goltzburger three times in the last few weeks. For me, who likes to make and eat burgers at home, it's one of the best quality burger places in the city. The prices for burgers are absolutely reasonable considering the quality.💪🤙

Finally a decent burger shop in the area... Not only is the food really good, it's ideal for take away or delivery. You can also eat on site, it's really super tasty! And extremely friendly staff… Super nice and very accommodating. Lichtenrade won something... Oh yes: I still have one wish: Please pay by card… that would be really helpful!!

On the weekend evening we ordered a group size (5 people) to be picked up via phone call. The order was accepted in a friendly manner and we were told we could pick it up in about half an hour. This worked great and the burgers, fries and onion rings were extremely tasty. Therefore five stars for the food and service. Since we didn't eat there, I can't rate the atmosphere. We will definitely order here again, recommended!

Not offering card payments is a no-go! The food and the atmosphere are good to special for a burger joint, but I can no longer accept the fact that cards are not accepted as a means of payment. As a taxpayer, I always have a bad taste in my mouth. A pity! Suggesting app ordering as an alternative is not customer-friendly, but rather cumbersome.

Leckere Burger 🍔 Lieferzeit manchmal etwas schwierig

Ich muss meine Erfahrung bei Golt’z Burger teilen, die leider von enttäuschenden Aspekten überschattet wurde. Meine Bestellung kam unerklärlicherweise eine ganze Stunde zu spät an, was meine Geduld stark strapazierte. Als ob das nicht genug wäre, fehlten auch noch die Jalapenos, für die ich einen zusätzlichen Euro gezahlt hatte. Es ist frustrierend, wenn klare Anweisungen nicht beachtet werden, besonders wenn dafür ein Aufpreis verlangt wird. Die fehlenden Jalapenos waren nicht nur eine Enttäuschung, sondern auch eine Verschwendung des zusätzlich bezahlten Betrags. Allerdings muss ich fairerweise zugeben, dass die Burger an sich in Ordnung waren. Der Geschmack war gut und die Qualität schien akzeptabel zu sein. Dennoch kann selbst das leckerste Essen nicht über die Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegtäuschen, die während dieser Bestellung auftraten. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung bei Golt’z Burger enttäuschend. Die verspätete Lieferung und das Fehlen der bezahlten Zutaten haben den Genuss der Mahlzeit erheblich beeinträchtigt. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall dazu dient, die Servicequalität zu verbessern und sicherzustellen, dass künftige Bestellungen den Erwartungen der Kunden entsprechen.

Man sagte mir das würde der beste Burger werden, den ich je probiert hätte: ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. 11/10

Selten so einen leckeren Burger gegessen. Man kann bei der Zubereitung zusehen, alle Zutaten total frisch und von guter Qualität. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr nett und freundlich. Man sitzt drinnen sehr gemütlich und bequem und trotz offener Küche gibt es keine unangenehme Geruchsbelästigung, was für die Sauberkeit spricht

Die Bürger sind sehr lecker. Auch die Pommes schmecken echt. 😎👍

Ich bin begeistert. Was für ein tolles schmackhaftes Angebot. So viel Auswahl an lecketen Burgern und Fritten & Co. Ein mindestens 4 Mann Team steht hinter der Theke und stellt ganz frisch, feinste Burger für seine Kunden her. Schon der Blick auf den bestellten Burger war ein Genuss. Mit einen Biss in den saftigen Burger war ich dann im 7. Himmel. Wow das muss man wirklich probieren. Alles war hier super stimmig. Es gibt nur wenige Burger Restaurants die solch eine Qualität anbieten. Ich habe mir fest vorgenommen hier mit meiner Familie wieder vorbei zu kommen . Bin sehr gespannt was sie dazu sagen werden. Ich werde mich definitiv durch das große Angebot weiter durch probieren. Freu mich schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch. Optisch ist das kleine Restaurant auch mit viel Liebe gestaltet worden. Mein Fazit absolut zu empfehlen.
