Ordered food, waited 1.5 hours, then called and was told the order had been forgotten. Waited another hour, still no food. After calling several times and asking about it, they finally said the driver was there. He arrived 15 minutes later, while my calls were being rejected. Terrible service, they didn't speak German and were unfriendly to boot. At least I got an extra burger after asking.

It's a matter of taste. It doesn't really suit my taste, nor my wife's. Considering the price, I expected more. Thanks anyway for the fast delivery.

Very tasty, but again, nothing is entered into the cash register or deleted afterward, and card payments are not accepted. Therefore, unfortunately, one point is deducted, as one has to assume that some money is being evaded by the tax authorities here as well.

I've never rated a place before, but the fuss about Goltz and Netzt drew me from Brandenburg to Berlin to see what the kebab was like. When I arrived in Berlin, I saw Goltz Burger and thought I'd get a cheeseburger to go with the kebab. I ordered the classic onion and cucumber sauce. I have to say, it's probably the best cheeseburger. Thanks, too, for accommodating my special requests.

I ordered online for pickup. I drive there and wait 30 minutes, only to see them collecting all the finished burgers like a football team is on their way. When the food is ready, it has to be boxed up and delivered. I really enjoy eating there, but the service and the way you treat your customers is truly a disaster.

We often order online or go there in person. They always tell us how long it will take, and every time, the food tastes simply incredible. We're happy to accept the longer wait at dinnertime. The best burger in Berlin. Definitely a must-go. Service is always great, too. The team is very friendly and honest. We think you're great and would love to come back anytime. The food still hadn't been delivered after more than two hours. On the second phone call, they were already amused by the fact that I was still waiting. After two and a half hours, the food finally arrived, cold, of course, and we sent it back. Unfortunately, 1* is the minimum, but zero stars would be more appropriate. Never again!

Unfriendly employees. The chicken fingers were left in the fryer too long and were so dry that you could have just ordered chips, and the burger didn't taste good. That's the result when employees aren't motivated to work.

Severe nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting occurred that same day. The doctor's diagnosis was clear: food poisoning. The symptoms were so severe that I had to go to the emergency room and was ultimately treated in the hospital. I also found a hair at the end of my portion of fries – absolutely unhygienic and completely unacceptable. I am disappointed and, frankly, shocked. Hygiene and food safety should be top priorities. Instead of a normal meal, I experienced pain, circulatory problems, and a stressful hospital stay. I demand a statement on this incident and expect you to review your procedures. This should not happen to anyone else.

Sorry, but when it comes to burgers and finger foods like these, McDonald's or Burger King absolutely can't surpass or compete. They could learn a thing or two from you 🥰 Yes, you're more expensive, but worth every cent, and above all, you make your own food. So, if you want something delivered, it's been a game of patience or luck in recent weeks! The website for Uber Eats, for example, is more offline than online, even though it's open, or pre-ordered meals are canceled shortly beforehand! If you're there and want to pay by card, it's not possible purely by chance due to a defective device. If a guest comes in and stands at the "counter," they aren't noticed until their work is finished. Even though you're standing opposite and even a "hello" would be enough. The small "restaurant" is very well laid out and the lines are very short. However, since service is apparently not a priority, the staff can't even get within 1-2 meters of the counter. No, even when it's not busy, they knock on the window or call out, because ultimately, the "guest" has to get their own food!!! All of this is a real shame, because the prepared burgers 🍔 are expensive but also very good. But due to the poor service and the fact that the customer apparently has to beg for delivery, unfortunately only 1 star.

Update: burgers taste ok but are now quite weird and dry but greasy like they've been re-fried. Delivery and pickup are a fiasco if it's busy. Outside area when eating in is quite messy and tables not cleaned. Great place. We have been a few times and have very complex orders because of the kids, but they haven't made a single mistake. Burgers are delicious.

I've never written a bad review before, but in this case, I'm truly disappointed. I placed my order at 10:00 PM and waited until 1:00 AM – to no avail. Only then did I see that the store closes at 11:00 PM. There was no call, no information, nothing. Why do they ask for a phone number if you're not going to call anyway? Very disappointing – hungry and simply left stranded without any information.

Service was a disaster. Fries and mozzarella sticks were only 6 instead of 12. No concessions. Really bad. My husband was in a bad mood. Thank you very much.

By far the best burger in the city, my favorite burger is the Goltz Burger, which is simply delicious to pickle. Been there often and never been disappointed. On certain days or times the store is extremely full, so you have to expect a longer waiting time. But it's worth the wait. I brought a lot of friends there and they were all thrilled. I don't understand the many positive reviews – for us, it was the first and last time.

We booked in and then showed up the next day with about 40 people, unannounced, and what can I say: the service was great and the burgers were fresh, unique, and delicious. The fries in all variations were hot and crispy. Just as they should be! The dips, like the guacamole, were also homemade and delicious! So, if you're ever in the area, Golt'z Burger is definitely a must-try! We'd love to come back and, of course, call ahead!😅

I don't even know where to begin... We were there for the first time today. First, you want to be greeted as a guest, which was missing, just as no employee even said "thank you or goodbye." Our order was only taken after a 10-minute wait, as at that time (when we arrived) only one employee was preparing the food. Only when we were called did the second employee from the back come over. Positive: The bread and toppings were fresh, and the sauces were OK. Negative: The burger is very small for the price. The patties aren't fresh, and the chili cheeseburger isn't spicy. Very few seats, so it's a case of "first come, first served." The fries weren't great either; they had no flavor. Conclusion: Disappointing. The hype surrounding the burger isn't worth it in my opinion. We won't be going there again.

The tastiest burgers in the area

We have been frustrated a few times when we ordered at home and didn't receive the correct order. After a few months without eating our favorite burger, we went to the store. The service was fast, friendly and without a doubt the best burger in Lichtenrader. We will try again and order at home, mistakes can happen. Either way, we will always come back.

Since I'm not into other games, I'm giving an extremely honest review. The menus offered etc. taste incredibly delicious! However, the service via Lieferando is a disaster. Part of the order does not arrive or the order is delivered 1.5 hours later. Ultimately I had to call and explain my situation. They said we would give you a refund or deliver your food. They did that too! Respect! My recommendation is the wrap menu, super delicious!

Only cash !! I have been here a couple of times before. Burgers are good but expensive (€7 to €10.50), fries (€3,50 to €6). No beer only softdrinks. Service is just ok. Atmosphere also just ok. They have both indoor seating and outdoor seating (next to a big traffic crossing).

I had visitors from Baden-Württemberg on Sunday and wanted to eat burgers and have a drink that we described positively; the guests had arrived 8 hours earlier. There were 7 of us and we would have taken something with us for 4 more people. (Equal to 11 full-paying guests!!) Despite my previous call and the message that it would close at 11 p.m., we were all sent away at around 9:50 p.m. with the remark “they are closing now” when we entered the restaurant. That's not only cheeky but a shame because we've already eaten and ordered there several times. And anyone who turns down a good three-digit turnover as a restaurateur these days will hopefully be in the right place when times get worse again. So we spent the money elsewhere and got full. Competitors in Berlin are not small... You should also communicate or publish the opening times correctly, if necessary without an end time, because it is always annoying, especially if you drive from the surrounding area. Sorry, it doesn't work at all.

Disappointing – not like it used to be Unfortunately, the Golt'z Burger has changed a lot in the last few months. Since new people have been at the grill, the quality seems to have decreased. The patties, which used to be juicy and flavorful, are now chopped up and prepared like smash burgers - that just doesn't fit with the original character of the Golt'z Burger. The buns are no longer what they used to be: far too soft, almost like air. Overall, the burger lacks that special something that used to make it so special. What a shame!

The store looks very stylish from the outside. Nicely decorated inside too. The inside area is not particularly large, 4 large tables, each of which can accommodate around 4-5 people. The outdoor area is larger, but cannot be used in rain and cold. At least it wasn't too warm inside, so I didn't have to take off my thick down jacket. The three men in the kitchen/reception had their hands full, primarily picking up and delivering. When, after about 25 minutes of waiting, there were still no burgers in sight for us and I asked if we had been forgotten (no one else in the store had received burgers at that time), a lady who had approx. 6 minutes after us, your large order arrived. I expressed my anger about this (but still in a friendly way). The man I spoke to didn't apologize, but argued that the woman wasn't really late. Shortly afterwards our burgers were apparently ready. In any case, there were three burgers on a tray and they were pushed over the counter without saying a word in a visibly bad mood. I asked really politely which burger was which. The short answer was: “You can see that.” Apparently the gentleman was upset about my comment about the waiting time. That was too much for me at that moment and I loudly vented my anger that one could expect to be told which burger was which. This happened visibly reluctantly. We didn't think the three burgers we had were particularly bad or particularly good. We found them average, a bit dry unfortunately. But still better than the Golden M. I still wouldn't come here again, especially because of the "service", the burgers don't completely make up for it either. But the burgers aren't bad. But the waiting time in general seems really long in the store, as we saw from those who came after us. You should plan around 30 minutes.

After the 10 minutes, a conversation finally takes place and you are assured that the burgers you pre-ordered will be ready soon. 5 minutes later you can see that the employees have just started processing the order. So 30 minutes ended up being an hour. Class performance My assessment: there are 5-6 of them in the kitchen and they are totally overwhelmed. Ordering on site (eating there), picking up by phone and having it delivered can't go well for long. The food is delicious, but the customer has to accept false promises and long waiting times. Ambience and seating options are great. You can eat your food in a relaxed manner both inside and outside. The food is also tasty, but not the same/better than other local ones (I would recommend the chicken burger). Otherwise, the reception friendliness of the employees varied, some were nice, others not so much. All in all, I can say with a clear conscience that you won't be disappointed at Goltz, but you won't be blown away either.

Ordered food via Lieferando at 7:30 p.m. Delivery time was stated as 45 minutes. Now it's 9:10 p.m. and no food has been delivered. Apparently the driver is on the way when called at 8:45 p.m. and still no delivery at 8:55 p.m. Called again at 9:05 p.m. and still no food, should be canceled. At 9:20 p.m. the doorbell rings, oh look, there's warm food. Delivery time from 7.30 p.m. to 9.20 p.m. The driver had a note with him that said delivery time was 8.30 p.m. and when asked, the driver replied that he had picked up the food 10 minutes ago👍 Never again, not even on site.

The store looks really great. Unfortunately you can't pay by card and the selection is nothing special. The food was okay, but the veggie patty is not good at all. There are now really tasty alternatives, but the vegetable patty was neither convincing in terms of consistency nor taste.
