Burger Jam in Berlin

It was so incredibly delicious! The chili smash burger was a dream; the buns were fluffy, the meat crispy, and the sauce just right! The chili fries were also hot and delicious! The two chefs were incredibly friendly! The value for money was more than exceeded!

The food was quite tasty, with a good portion of curly fries. The burgers were just a bit greasy. Prices were pretty average for the area. Vegan burgers start at €10, and fries start at €4.50. The food arrived quickly and was prepared.

A very, very tasty vegan burger, it tasted absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it for great vegetarian and vegan food!

We were there shortly before closing time and were mistakenly brought the wrong burger. Then the owner brought us the correct burger, even though we hadn't noticed the mistake and hadn't complained. Both burgers were delicious, and the fries are also highly recommended. Thank you so much for the great service and the free burger. We would come back again.

THE insider tip for burgers. Top value for money! Always fresh and incredibly tasty, the staff and owner are super friendly! Whether you like the Smash or the Classic, all fans of a good burger will find what they're looking for here. I've been coming regularly for almost 15 years; even back in the Curry Box days, this place was really good! Not as crowded as Burgeramt or Bürgermeister, for example, and, in my opinion, significantly better. Also vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.

This was our second time there, and what can I say?! Absolutely delicious... we'll definitely be back... we'll have to keep trying the menu :)

The best burger I've ever eaten. The vegetarian/vegan burgers are also excellent and simply delicious. The only negative thing I've noticed is that my weight has gone up. :-)

The food completely convinced me; the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the burger was very tasty and large. The service was also excellent; the food arrived very quickly and the staff was extremely attentive.

I've become a burger fan thanks to my daughter, who always wants to try things she discovers online. Burger Jam was another one of those, and I can only say the recommendations were absolutely right. It was by far one of the best burgers we've had so far in Berlin. Great selection, really delicious, and the value for money is also good. Highly recommended.

Delicious burgers, friendly service – with a few minor drawbacks The staff at Burger Jam are super polite and accommodating – they make you feel immediately welcome. The burger selection is top-notch, and the flavor is definitely top-notch! We particularly liked the chili cheese sauce – even if it tastes more like cheese than chili. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the quality. One small downside: The drink selection is quite limited, and the location could be a bit more cozy – especially the outdoor tables deserve a little updating. Bottom line: It may not be the best burger in all of Berlin, but Burger Jam is definitely among the top choices. We'd be happy to come back! 🍔

Yes, highly recommended. The cheddar burger and chili cheeseburger with cheese sauce were absolutely delicious. The bread was like cotton wool, as my husband said 😅 You can eat two to feel full. But quality comes first. The staff are very friendly. We'll definitely be back sometime, but Berlin was too stressful for me 🙈

One of the oldest, first-hand burger joints in Berlin, now in business for almost 20 years. A huge selection of American fast food, dishes are brought to your table and served on plates (no paper waste). It's also suitable for groups.

Everything was good so far, burgers were tasty (a little greasy), price was rather expensive, location was nice, service was friendly. Fits! In the picture a double bacon. Afterwards I tried another cheeseburger, which I also found tasty, but with very poor toppings, for just under 10 euros. The store is quite expensive. You won't find any salad on the burgers.

For me, as a celiac disease sufferer, the grill was cleaned after consultation before my gluten-free burger was prepared. I felt very safe and tolerated the burger really well. Food was at the table within 5 minutes and was extremely tasty. Gladly again!

Heard great things about this place. Walked in the door was greeted with staff who were chatting and on there phones was ignored while waiting to order for five minutes or felt like longer. Finally order was taken while still messaging on her phone. Food came out late also bun was little cold and soggy. Meat was good but not enough and cheese was okay. Toilets were dirty and no hand paper or good working bin. Has a lot to live up to.

This was my second time here and the guys behind the counter were again very friendly. Even though it was very busy, the food was ready very quickly. Curly fries, the best I've ever had. Smash burger meat was great, just the B a bit too soft. Mayo and ketchup were included for free

Ordered Mac'n'Chees and got a super small portion for €8. It's normal pasta with what feels like a slice of cheese in it. I was hoping for more for €8. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Really enjoyed burgers here - quite filling portions and nice staff. Works quite late - so good place for a night snack. We had Chilli cheese and some snacks, like fries and Chicken nuggets.

I have eaten countless of these burgers, they are really delicious. But please don't change the rolls! The last time I ordered, the bun was different than usual, and you could tell straight away.

The bread could be better. Tasty meat, well cooked. They charge 0.5€ if you pay with card.

The burger as average; I take special offense with the sauce on it since it was clearly a super cheap discounter burger sauce, nothing house made. Tasted very artificial. Fries were OK but nothing special. They ask too much money for pretty much factory burger quality.

It's always annoying when you only want to treat yourself once a week, save up the calories and then be presented with a meal like the one in the shop here. Philly cheese steak was eaten. Unfortunately the bread tasted like it was from the day before. There was also clearly not enough meat and it tasted noticeably oversalted. I had already eaten here a few times and it was okay, but this time it was a complete failure. Too bad! If you charge so much money for a product, you should be able to deliver consistent quality and you have to be able to live with it if this is not the case and you are criticized.

I once ordered a Philly cheese sandwich here. That had been a ten out of ten. Then I ordered the same thing a second time and it wasn't quite as charming anymore, but just okay enough to not freak out and the third time I just wanted to puke. I'm sorely disappointed, mostly with myself, because I was hoping for the quality the first time around. But why exactly did I do that? Only hate goes out to people who dare to offer such a service. The bread tasted like it was from the day before, there was far too little meat on it. I just felt like I had a mess of fat and salt in my mouth. I deeply regret my decision to order here. In fact, it was so disgusting that I never want to order anything from anywhere again because I don't want something so disgusting to happen to me again. The chili cheese fries were ok.

"Chilli Cheese Fries" without Chilli, without Cheese, but with Fries including at least. For only 6 € - a bargain for tourists 😂. Buns: industry crap; patties: industry crap; sauces: industry crap. Nothing handmade or fresh grinded or backed or in any case exceptional, but the price! The service person wanted us to wait inside the room, because he had just cleaned to floor and he didn't want to have the footsteps on the freshly cleaned floor 😂😂😸. Just ... don't 😉

I was in Berlin for a few days and tested several burger restaurants. The burger in this restaurant was by far the best burger I have ever eaten (cheeseburger with extra patty). The guys at the grill were very friendly. I ate there every day because it was just so delicious.

Delicious food with nice service in a somewhat worn atmosphere and unfortunately relatively expensive. I had the cheesesteak sandwich, which was really delicious, and a plate of fries to share. With 3 beers it ended up being €28, so a bit expensive in my opinion. But I'll be back just for the sandwich.

Came here for the first time last night with friends and the atmosphere was calm and the service was great! Super nice people who made our night enjoyable. Fries were crispy and the burger was very delicious! Prices are reasonable as the quality and portions were more than fair. Honestly everything you could ask for! If you’re looking for a good burger joint, this location should definitely be on your list of places to go!

Food was good and the wait wait wasn't long, so it's the perfect place to go if you are looking for something nice and fast. It's even possible to pay with card for an extra charge of 0,50€.

The smash cheeseburger costs €8. With a bit of salt (which is what is on the table) the burger was really good. The party had a good crust, which is of course extremely important with a smash burger. Only onions and pickled cucumbers were included, which brought the meat to the forefront. The sauce was good but nothing special. Simply ketchup meal mixture. 6.6/10
