Delicious burgers, especially the cheese platter, which is highly recommended. The owner is very friendly, and there's a lovely little conservatory where you can sit. The absolute highlight, however, is his strawberry sundae—you simply have to try it! We will definitely be back!

On December 7, 2025, we ordered at 6:40 p.m. The restaurant was busy, but we still managed to get a seat. Unfortunately, the quality of the food left much to be desired—especially considering the current hype. The burger buns were cold, the meat wasn't even lukewarm, and the fries were completely cold after just two minutes. The chicken fillets and wings were lukewarm. However, there were still chicken hairs on the wings, which I had to remove myself. The breading on the fillet bites was so saturated with oil that all you could taste was grease. While the dips improved the flavor somewhat, the greasy food was still quite noticeable in my stomach. After the meal, the server politely asked if everything was alright. I answered honestly and pointed out the cold food. She seemed understanding, but then called over her father. We clearly heard his dismissive gesture, as if to say, "Oh, never mind." This way of dealing with legitimate criticism was disappointing and unprofessional. In total, we waited 40 minutes for our food, had to listen to constant complaining during that time, and were ultimately disappointed by the very poor quality. This is not the kind of experience one expects – especially not at these prices and with their good reputation. Despite everything, I wish the restaurant all the best, but I sincerely hope they urgently improve their service and quality!

We received an incredibly polite and warm welcome from the staff, including the owner himself. They were such nice and friendly people, and you immediately felt at ease. The food was absolutely delicious – highly recommended! We're from Stuttgart, were actually in Düsseldorf, and made the trip here especially. It was totally worth it. The value for money is unbeatable. I was more than satisfied: 10 out of 10. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The owner has a heart of gold, a truly kind person. This is one of the best burger joints in the Ruhr area. They offer high-quality fast food made with fresh ingredients. The menu has something for everyone. Since the renovation, there are also more seats in the covered outdoor area. Parking is available nearby. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic! The dish with the shrimp and corn (as pictured) was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and the flavor was unbeatable. Definitely the best shrimp I've had in Germany.

The food is good, but the boss is rude. We ordered a special offer at the terminal, and then the boss said it wasn't possible, and our order was canceled because there was a system error, and the boss thought it was too expensive. He didn't recognize the error, and instead of two triple burgers, we got a small dessert. I'm sorry, but I find that rude. If you make a mistake, you have to own up to it.

Anyone looking for "real" burgers and large portions at reasonable prices will find what they're looking for here. The service is always friendly, and everything is freshly prepared. Of course, there are waits on weekends and when the arena is busy, but I think that goes without saying. A clear recommendation in any case; don't think twice; eat more instead :D

I've been there twice. I came all the way from Mainz, and both times it was amazing. Very polite people, especially Uncle Willi, and the food is absolutely fantastic. The price/performance ratio for this platter for two is simply top-notch. Of course, I can only speak about the platter for two; both the chicken and beef were very good. I didn't eat anything else. The nightstand, which they currently have, is also very nice. I think it's waffles with toppings. Although I think €6 is a bit excessive, it was still delicious. Highly recommended

My wife couldn't eat the currywurst and fries yesterday because she didn't like the sausage at all. The fries were also a bit raw. I mentioned this to the cashier afterward, but the full amount was still charged. As a restaurateur, I would have accommodated the customer in some way, out of principle, for the sake of customer satisfaction if the food wasn't edible. Therefore, unfortunately, we won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone. It's a real shame, in my opinion.

I ordered three burgers, a double burger and two lover chicken burgers. The double burger I ate tasted very good, but my colleagues didn't like the two lover chicken burgers at all. Ultimately, it's a matter of taste whether you like it or not, but the four fries that came with it were extremely bad, with no salt or anything, and they arrived soggy.

We tried a few things from you for the first time today, and what can we say? We've tried many different burgers, but none came close to yours. The food was absolutely perfect. The only thing they forgot was a portion of fries, but hey, everyone was full, and considering the quality you deliver, that's no deduction for us. We will definitely order again and look forward to the next time.

I usually go to Big B in Gelsenkirchen because I wanted to try something new. The food was terrible. The bread looked like it had been made a week ago. The fries weren't even cooked, and the meat was cold. The music was constantly being turned up loud and then down; it was almost impossible to have a normal conversation when it was turned up loud. I don't always listen to what's being hyped on TikTok. And the owner could learn a thing or two from Big B.

Hello and good day, So sorry, but waiting for over an hour and then getting the food cold is no way to break the habit. That doesn't work. When we placed the order it said 49 minutes and only after 30 minutes was it changed to 50 minutes. Unfortunately I wasn't polite when I called and dismissed it. We don't order there anymore.
