Great store, everything delicious

I'm always skeptical about videos on Tictoc and Co. However, I have to honestly say it's the best burger I've eaten to date!! The shop isn't the biggest, it would be great if it were bigger then you could spontaneously go out to eat with your family, but is usually full. My new favorite, no frills but totally delicious, keep it up

I very rarely eat outside. The only restaurant where I like to go again and again. The staff is polite, all requests are taken into account and the food is prepared in front of you. In addition, I have never had any complaints after eating. Hearty recommendation 🤍

I drove about an hour especially for this, and was also very curious about social media. The shop is small but nice inside, there was also seating on the terrace. Ordered two burger menus. We all really liked the bread, it is light. The portions are also large/plenty, you will definitely be full. Staff are all friendly too. Can definitely recommend. Price-wise also very good. I'll try out other menus from time to time, I'm really excited about that.

As an experienced burger destroyer 👆. The burgers are tasty and delicious. However, the meat is quite dry and pressed thin. Otherwise good. The fries are not my thing at all. Probably TK, so it quickly becomes flabby and thin. The small portion on the menu is about a handful. For an extra charge of just under 5 euros, I was hoping for a decent portion of fries. There's also a 0.33 drink with us. Overall, a 6+/10 for me. I will definitely eat there again and try other dishes. Staff is young, friendly and contemporary. Music across the board and nice ambience.

I ordered a Chilli Cheese Burger menu from the menu, which offers a large selection. I can say the following about the burger: The meat was very juicy and the chili sauce was delicious. The fries were great too. There were 3 great exotic dips to go with the fries and fillet bites. In particular, the service is very exemplary. I'm not sure, but I think the owner served us and the other guests personally. If you don't know what to order, suggestions will be made. All in all worth a visit. Will definitely come back. Because there are plenty of burgers to check out in the menu but also other dishes :)

There are no umbrellas even though it is very hot outside. It took over 45 minutes for the burger to arrive. The drinks cabinet is not cold enough. The drinks aren't cold either.

If you don't get enough here, you can't help it. And at a great price. And best of all, the drinks are nothing from the Coca Cola Company.

I have already pre-ordered from you several times. Each time I arrived shortly after the pick-up time you mentioned, then had to wait another 10-15 minutes until I was served, only to be told that my food still had to be prepared. Why do I pre-order at all when I get a pickup time of 30 minutes, then have to wait 15 minutes on site until I am served and then another almost 30 minutes until the food is ready. Every time I stand in your store for almost 45 minutes, despite pre-ordering. That's really annoying To your customers and the surrounding area: In our street (Ellinghorst), the bags of your food are constantly lying on the street, on the sidewalk, in our driveways. They are constantly being thrown out of the cars that are parked near us. Maybe you could point out to your customers that if they eat in their cars on your street, they should dispose of the garbage properly and not just throw it all away with us. This is very annoying and is becoming increasingly serious.

Not recommended! We ate there on August 4th, 2024 and it is definitely not recommended. The food was OK, BUT instead of 30 minutes WAITING TIME, as the staff said "could take", the waiting time was 90 minutes. There was no discount, no satisfactory excuse, no reasonable verbal apology! Once and never again !!!

The burger wasn't particularly noticeable. It tasted a bit worse than a Big Mac. The sauce was really stingy, the burger was too dry, the bread tasted like it was 3 days old (I could have done the burger better myself). The overall package was pretty positive. The burgers were between average and good, the fries were nice and crispy and tender on the inside, the wings were nicely grilled which were very tasty and the sauces were also great. It says a lot that due to the high demand the delivery service had to be discontinued because otherwise the quality would have suffered... Here class counts instead of quantity TOP The burger menus for 2 people (2 burgers, fries, chicken wings and stripes + soft drinks) are available once with chicken (30.00) and once with beef (35.00). Great value for money The only “disturbing” thing is the lack of space due to the lack of size of the store. But a remedy is currently being put in place and work is being done diligently so that more people can enjoy eating on site.
