Das Essen war gut (8/10), aber der Service hat den gesamten Besuch ruiniert. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen schien deutlich mehr daran interessiert zu sein, mit Gästen zu flirten und Kontaktdaten auszutauschen, als professionellen Service zu leisten. Dadurch entstand eine sehr unangenehme und unprofessionelle Atmosphäre. Ich bin zum Essen gekommen und nicht, um so etwas zu erleben. Aus diesem Grund würde ich das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen. The food was good (8/10), but the service completely ruined the experience. One of the female staff members seemed far more interested in flirting with customers and exchanging contact details than providing professional service. It created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I came to enjoy a meal, not to witness this kind of behavior. Good food cannot compensate for poor service, and unfortunately I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ich hatte in den Bermerkungen geschrieben , dass , wegen einer Allergie , der Käse weggelassen werden soll. Natürlich wurde NICHT darauf geachtet. Den Burger konnte ich wegen des Käse wegwerfen.Schade um das Geld und die Lebensmittel. Die Pommes waren lau warm , weich und labbrig und hatten eher die Konsistenz von Gummi.Da habe ich freiwillig die Hälfte weggeworfen. Den Stern gibt es für eine pünktliche Lieferung. Mehr war es auch nicht.

Ich kann wirklich nichts Negatives sagen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber dieses Restaurant hat mich dazu bewogen. Der Veggie-Burger war unglaublich lecker, und das Verhältnis von Soße zu Fleisch war perfekt. Die Brötchen waren schön knusprig, aber trotzdem zart. Die Pommes waren perfekt gewürzt und zubereitet. Wirklich sehr gut! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Der Laden ist sehr sehr empfehlenswert hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und ist sehr sauber aufgehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich Menschen. Sehr empfehlenswert finde ich die Milkshakes seid euch sicher das die Frau mit Kopftuch die Zubereitet so schmecken die am besten ☺️!!!

Guten Tag, als wir in Laden eintraten gab es keine Begrüßung. Nachdem wir uns hingesetzt hatten und die einzige im Laden auffindbare zerfledderte Karte (siehe Foto) angesehen haben, mussten wir warten. Doch nach 10 Minuten kam immernoch niemand. Wir entschieden uns aufzustehen und zu gehen. Da wurden wir dann von einem Mitarbeiter hinter der theke verabschiedet. Eine komische Erfahrung.

Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut und hat geschmeckt. Die Qualität und der Geschmack haben definitiv überzeugt. Leider war die Wartezeit für eine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen jedoch sehr lang - über eine halbe Stunde. Das trübt den ansonsten positiven Eindruck leider sehr. Mit kürzeren Wartezeiten wäre der Besuch rundum gelungen.

Das Essen schmeckt gut, die Bedienung an der Theke ist manchmal etwas kalt aber bei fragen wird freundlich geantwortet.

Wir haben telefonisch bestellt weil eig garkeine Lieferung mehr war. Wir wurden trz beliefert. Das Essen war einfach Bombe. Der Burger hat ne gute Größe und war richtig gut belegt. Die Pommes waren Mega gut. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Das Menü ist für eine Person richtig gut. Filet bites waren auch ne glatte 10 Lieferung war auch echt schnell. Einfach nur Mega

Two of us were there today. Our impressions: Food: 2 burger menus. Patties lukewarm. Fake cheese. 2 different burgers, but exactly the same. Service: Friendly but uninterested service. Waited 30 minutes – too long for fast food. Ordered a milkshake -> found out 5 minutes later that the milk was out -> money back. Atmosphere: Cheap pallet furniture, empty beverage crates stacked high. Price: Far too expensive for what you get: €35 for 2 small burger menus of inferior quality. Conclusion: Never again.

The shop is truly top-notch. It has everything your heart and eye desires. The staff is very friendly, and we don't even need to talk about the food. A very good shop, highly recommended!

The food and service were perfectly fine. But the sanitary facilities were terrible. Only one cubicle in the women's restroom was functional, but there was no toilet paper or hand towels. The same thing happened in the men's restroom, and the lights didn't even work.

I just ordered a burger to go and specifically stated that I didn't want any sauce on it. When I got home, I saw that there was sauce on both the top and bottom. Great place if you can't even manage that.

The burgers are amazing! Truly delicious. There are several types of bread to choose from, but I prefer the homemade one. The fries are fresh and you can taste it! These Elephant Bay iced teas are always my favorite; they taste so, so good. They're occasionally available in some supermarkets, but I rarely see them. All of the flavors taste absolutely amazing!

I tried it on site for the first time, fries were ok but Weird meat on it tasted disgusting and sour. I felt sick afterwards. I ordered a menu for home before eating. I opened it at home Was 1 citizen and fries in it Nothing more, I have €19.50 for that Paid. That's supposed to be the menu, sory First and last time. 1 star for the fries Never again.

Very nice atmosphere and very clean. The food is also delicious. The milkshakes taste amazing, especially because the woman wearing a headscarf makes them. She's very friendly, so the customer service is 10 out of 10, and the food is just as good, so I definitely recommend it 🤗.

Ordered online because of the video with Kollegah. About €25 for a portion (see picture) is of course a price, but the quality is good! 4 stars because unfortunately not all burgers were available to order online, gladly again!

Price-performance ratio unacceptable Charging these prices for these burgers is outrageous. The meat and patty were too dry and burnt, and there was too much sauce on it, which was also too runny. It got in the way of eating and spilled out. The bread was standard bread, so nothing special. The fries were burnt and too salty. A few years ago, everything was much better and at least still tasted good. It's a shame this negative development.

The BBQ burger tasted good and the fillet bites were simply bomb! The fries were also delicious. I found it particularly positive that soup was distributed free of charge during Ramadan - a really nice gesture. In my opinion, this is the only Burger Brothers burger joint that impresses in terms of taste. I would like to emphasize that this is my personal opinion and other guests may have had different experiences.

Was here today with my husband, he is currently in a wheelchair. The ambience with the pallets was okay and the store was clean. But the service was extremely unfriendly, as soon as we came in she didn't pay attention to us at all. We then sat down and waited for a few minutes because we didn't know that it was self-service, which actually wouldn't have been a problem, but the lady told us so unfriendly that we preferred to go eat somewhere else

I love this restaurant, my best friend and I have been there twice and it was really worth it, it's now our regular restaurant haha ​​we want to go every week (pro tip; Sundays with the young woman with the headscarf!!!!!! SHE MAKES THE BEST MILKSHAKES. With decoration and everything, a huge mountain of whipped cream and, as I said, biscuit pieces/almonds on top depending on your taste :D) The burgers are inexpensive and large, we used barbecue bacon, it was so juicy it could become addictive 👀👍✨✨✨ The milkshakes were even brought to our table 🫶🤍 We tried Kinderbueno & Raffaello (ordered twice!!!) & Oreo 🤤 The other employees are also very accommodating, for example the nice woman we visited for the first time on Friday :)) The finger food was also perfectly served, hot and the cheese was sooo long from the mozzarella sticks!!! Guys, with all due respect, for a burger place that only specializes in burgers and only sells burgers, your menu is just bad!!! The cheese was the only or most intense thing you could taste. Hardly any sauce, no spices, dry bread, just a sad burger.

On a Saturday evening there was a lot of delivery outside the home, the place wasn't that busy and there was still a 40 minute waiting time. The taste was also quite good but unfortunately cold. That's not OK at a price of around €45 for 2 people. Too bad

We had to wait 30 minutes for the order and what came was just a complete disaster. Burger just didn't taste like anything, we just slapped everything on it and in the evening we had to fight with stomach pains. Hygiene is terrible but the public order office has been notified.

The two of us went to BurgerBrother last weekend and ate incredibly delicious, juicy burgers. The cheese was wonderfully intense, the fries were fresh and crispy, and the wait staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. An all-round successful experience – I can give this a full 5 stars without a doubt!

The burgers are really delicious and the quality is very good. What makes me deduct 2 stars is that a minimum order value of €20 is now required + delivery surcharge... This means you have one less customer, as €20 is really excessive. I also liked ordering a menu for myself. Unfortunately this is no longer possible. Especially since the burgers have become very expensive. It's a shame because I've always really enjoyed eating there, but somewhere along the way the price increase will come to an end.

We waited over an hour for ours even though there was only one table other than us. After an hour our menus were ready, but we were informed that the children's menu for our child was not yet ready. The boy had run out of patience. After a long pause, the meat in the child's hamburger was dry and burnt. If you have children or don't have time, you definitely shouldn't choose this place.

Funny burger shop with unusual burgers, some of which were a bit overdone. It's better to have a lot than too little, but please don't put half a glass of jalapenios on the meatballs. It still tasted good, though. Great chilli cheese fries and the sweet potato fries were also great. There is no table service, so only 3 points there. But everything went smoothly and friendly at the checkout. In terms of price it was okay, it's not a burger from the fast food segment. I would definitely go there again, the selection is large, it's a shame that you can only ever do one.

The only thing missing is air conditioning, a must in the store, otherwise everything is perfect!!!!!!

I celebrated my son's birthday yesterday and then went to Burger Brothers with him and 3 other ravenous boys. It was super comfortable there. Every extra request the boys had was taken into account and the employee behind the cash register was incredibly nice. Is it a cheap burger joint? No, BUT the burgers are incredibly tasty and definitely worth the price. The fries seem to be homemade (but I didn't ask), and the sauces don't taste like ready-made sauces either. We will definitely come back again 😉

Really great local store with a large selection of local variations and other dishes. Price performance is right and the food is very tasty. Unfortunately there is hardly any parking space at peak times as the streets are always full of parking. You then have to take a short walk if you parked your car further away. But it's worth it.

Very tasty burgers & friendly staff who are very attentive. I've been to several Burger Brothers branches but somehow I have the feeling that it tastes better here. Also great with children because there are children's menus with toys in them, which we think is great! The only thing I would like to suggest would be a changing area for small children :) otherwise everything was TOP!

NeoTaste is no longer available! Goodwill would have been nice since the store is still listed there. I'm sure that NeoTaste has a notice period that the store doesn't adhere to. So the first impression is quite sobering. I also find the prices for individual burgers to be quite steep. Service is not just bad because of the NeoTastes voucher. Both our order and that of a person who ordered before us were taken incorrectly. The lady at the checkout said both times: “I couldn’t understand you.” The burger and the homemade bun were good, but the price/performance was below average. I won't be coming back for the reasons mentioned.

Best burger in the area! ABSOLUTE HEART RECOMMENDATION

I went to the Burger Brother for a food test today. We tried the nacho burger and the vegetarian burger. The nacho burger had the homemade bun. This was really delicious, soft and really well done. However, there is far too much flour on the bun, you can't eat it without making a complete mess. The meat was well done and at 130g, a little less than usual in other restaurants in the price category, which is usually 150g. Salad was fresh and perfectly cut. The burger sauce was not homemade! The vegetarian burger had a very tasty vegetable patty, which was a nice change from the ring meat burger. The brioch bun was delicious. But as you can see in the photo, both burgers didn't have enough sauce. The furnishings are very spartan, Ikea lamps and benches made from Euro pallets. The waitress was nice, but had to keep asking in the kitchen because she didn't know a lot of things.

After waiting 2 hours (!) we got cold food. Not particularly tasty. Really a shame about the money

Der Salat als Vorspeise einfach nur köstlich Freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich bin über Social Media (Instagram) auf Burger Brothers gestoßen. Da ich öfters von Berlin nach NRW fahre, lasse ich mir diese frisch zubereiteten Burger nicht entgehen. Einfach nur zu empfehlen, und hoffe dass ihr in Berlin auch ein Standort eröffnet. 5 Sterne 🤩

Gut wenn man mal was leckeres auf der schnelle essen möchte, Pommes waren sehr gut und die Bürger waren auch sehr saftig. Die Bedienung wa jetzt nicht ganz so freundlich aber da kann man mal drüber weg sehen. Und es war relativ teuer aber trotzdem gerne wieder.

Waren heute zum ersten mal dort und ich weiss, dass wir Aufjedenfall öfter hingehen werden. Das essen war sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich Wirklich super! Das essen war sehr saftig, und hatte sehr gute Verhältnisse wie zb. Die soßen im Burger, was für mich persönlich super wichtig ist. Der Chef ist super freundlich und sympathisch. Das preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist auch sehr gut. Alles in einem eine 10/10
