Burger sind Lecker und werden schnell zubereitet. Das Ambiente ist nichts besonderes aber auch nicht ausschlaggebend. Service ist einfach, Bestellung aufgeben und warten bis der Name gerufen wird.

War heute da. Burger war lecker und frisch. Mitarbeiter freundlich und Wartezeit okay. Würde nochmal kommen

War in der Primetime da. Team war trotzdem super nett, war unglaublich wie viel da los war, die Burger waren trotzdem Mega.

Wir wurden abgezogen wir haben essen bestellt über uber eats der fahrer war nicht erreichbar und hat unsere bestellung nicht geliefert wir haben 2 stunden auf unser essen gewartet. Wir rufen euch an und das einzige was ihr macht ist zu sagen wir können euch nicht helfen. Essen bezahlt hungrig und entäuscht nie wieder mehr sehr entäuscht. Wir sagen wir haben belege bankeinzüge trotzdem kriegen wir keine neue Bestellung.

Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich und es gab nur Selbstbedienung. Außerdem war das Restaurant sehr kalt und wenig einladend. Die Lüftungsanlage funktionierte offenbar nicht richtig, sodass unsere Kleidung danach stark nach Fritteuse roch.

Update: Von 5 auf 1 Stern. Leider wurden "Bestellautomaten" wie bei McDonald's aufgestellt. Ich mag das überhaupt nicht. Die Servicekraft im Grillbereich wies mich auch gleich an dort zu bestellen. Das konnte ich direkt verhindern und habe den Laden verlassen. Schade ich bestimmt 2 mal in der Woche da. Alt:Mittlerweile der Preis Leistungs Sieger unter den Burgerlāden in Hamburg

Essen kam mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Boten ganze 40 Minuten zu früh, die Hälfte nicht dabei und alles kalt ! Als ich dort angerufen habe um das zu klären , wurde einfach aufgelegt! Drecksladen !!!!!

Der Burger war ziemlich gut. Der Preis war in Ordnung.

Flop. Burger Bun süß wie Kuchen und unnötig fluffig, dadurch trocken. 2 Scheibchen jalapenos. Geizt mal nicht so. Patty extrem dünn. Pommes mit Trüffelmayo einfach nur Remoulade mit billigem Streukäse Für knapp 15 Euro auf keinen Fall das Geld wert, aber wer 6 Mitarbeiter braucht, um 1 Bestellung fertig zu bekommen 😜

Ich werde künftig nicht mehr bei Burger Heroes bestellen!!! Ich habe nun insgesamt drei Mal bei euch bestellt und jedes einzelne Mal wurden die Pommes vergessen. Das ist kein einmaliger Fehler mehr, sondern ein wiederkehrendes Problem. Besonders ärgerlich ist der Umgang damit: Am Telefon wird mir gesagt, ich solle entweder selbst vorbeikommen, um die fehlenden Pommes abzuholen, oder erneut etwas bestellen, damit sie dann mitgeliefert werden können. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Fehler können passieren aber dann erwarte ich eine kundenfreundliche und unkomplizierte Lösung. Stattdessen wird die Verantwortung auf mich abgewälzt. So macht das keinen Sinn mehr. Es reicht langsam.

Ganz ehrlich, geschmacklich war es gut, allerdings war das Hähnchen eher wie Steak als wie Filet, und das Patty war unglaublich dünn. Insgesamt eher mittelmäßig. Nächstes Mal gebe ich lieber ein paar Euro mehr für einen richtigen Burger aus, ganz ehrlich.

Essen top! Leider war das Personal nicht sehr firm, geschweige denn redefreudig...wir haben am Automaten bestellt. Leider funktionierte die Zahlung nicht. Eine Sprachbarriere sorgte für wildes gefuchtel, was dazu führte, dass wir den zweiten Automaten genutzt und dort bezahlt haben. Mit etwas mehr Kundenorientierung lässt sich dieser Burger gut und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem letzten Besuch. Meine Bestellung wurde ungefragt zum Mitnehmen verpackt, obwohl ich ganz klar vor Ort essen wollte und am Tisch auf mein Essen gewartet habe. Als ich den Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen habe, hätte ein einfaches „Sorry“ völlig gereicht, stattdessen wurde mir vorgeworfen, ich hätte falsch bestellt. Auf meine Erklärung, dass ich zu keinem Zeitpunkt „zum Mitnehmen“ bestellt habe, wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen wurde ich mit den Worten „geh mal, ich bin beschäftigt“ abgespeist. Ein derart respektloser Umgang mit Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Als ich angekündigt habe, das Verhalten bei Google zu bewerten, meinten gleich zwei Mitarbeiter, ich könne ruhig „100 negative Bewertungen schreiben“, das sei ihnen egal. Diese Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Kritik spricht leider für sich. Das war mein dritter und definitiv letzter Besuch. Der Laden ist schlecht belüftet, wirkt nicht besonders sauber und wird offenbar von inkompetentem Personal geführt. Sehr schade.

The food was prepared quickly and was very tasty. The portion of fries was also quite large. We recommend the aioli dip.

Burger Heroes is THE place to eat smash burgers. They also have a huge selection of sauces for the sides, and they all taste really good. The seating is a bit cramped inside, and it's often packed, so you can see and hear the staff's stress, but you should definitely try the burgers. Next time, I'll probably get takeout.

Delicious burger, reasonable price but you smell like burger after 3 minutes. They need to improve ventilation of the place. :)

It was truly tasteless and paper-thin. I complained to an employee about why it was so thin. He came back and said, "You'll have to tell our manager." I was surprised. I'm a customer! The manager was supposed to come to me. I didn't even eat the food and still paid for it. It's not worth going there.

Too much mayo on the truffle fries, and things are always missing, especially when ordering extras. Despite that, they're super delicious and fresh. The quality has also remained consistently high.

I wanted to get some food today, but I waited 30 minutes at the cash register, and only one customer was served during that time. The staff preferred eating fries in the corner instead of taking cash payments. I asked three times if I could order, and each time I was told immediately, I left. So I just left without even being able to order. I will never come back. It's hard to find more incompetent staff.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The wrong burgers were delivered, and the drinks we ordered were completely missing. When I called to complain, they responded extremely unprofessionally, saying it was "our problem" since we had received burgers and should eat them. Such handling of legitimate complaints is neither customer-oriented nor acceptable. Under these circumstances, this was definitely our last order there.

The burgers were delicious. However, the indoor seating area was very uncomfortable and cold. We had to wipe the table ourselves because it was so dirty. It was also very cramped and noisy due to the constant moving of chairs on the concrete floor.

For me, the best burgers in the world! And the perfectly fried fries with warm cheese sauce. It doesn't get any better!! <3

Really good burgers and fries. Friendly staff. The burgers in the meal deals we ordered were mixed up. It was incredibly loud. The music was way too loud. The noise level was more like a loud club than a restaurant. The chairs were also broken and made loud noises when you moved them because the backrests were loose. The floor on the stairs leading down to the restrooms and in the restrooms themselves is very slippery and simply disgusting. On my way back upstairs, I slipped and touched those filthy steps with my hands. It really disgusted me.

Possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Double cheeseburger with extra cheese is my go to order. Went here 3 times in 4 days. Great value too.

The burger was delicious, the fries were okay. It was very cold and uncomfortable in the restaurant.

The smash burgers here are really delicious and reasonably priced. For about €12 you get a burger meal with fries and a drink of your choice (depending on the burger). The only downside: last time I was there it was a bit chilly inside, and you have to pay an extra €0.70 for ketchup or mayo, which I think is a bit unnecessary. Cheese sauce is even €2.70.

Burger Heroes was always great until they changed the fries, for whatever reason? I'm really disappointed because the fries were a real highlight, which means I'll probably go to other burger places in the future.

I love Burger Heroes and have been a regular customer for a long time because the burgers are truly first-class – always delicious and high-quality. Unfortunately, I went back after about two weeks and noticed that the fries had apparently changed. They're not the same as before and are noticeably less crispy. For me, the fries used to be a real highlight – this time, they sadly didn't live up to expectations. The burgers are still fantastic, so I really hope the old fries come back, or at least that the current ones are made crispier again. I would be delighted if the overall quality experience could return to its former level!

You can really get something to eat here for very little money. However, the burger itself is only average in terms of taste. If you're hungry, you can get a good, inexpensive meal here, but it's not exactly top-tier. My fries were initially offered to me cold. When I asked for fresh ones, they said it was no problem. However, I'd already finished my burger by the time I finally received the hot, greasy, and unappetizing fries. So, 6/10 rating.

The service was very friendly and fast, although the ambiance could use a refresh. Nevertheless, we are completely satisfied.

I eat here 3-4 times a week just because it's halal, and every time they make a mistake in my order. EVERY TIME! Either the jalapenos are missing, or the sauce is missing, or I get a completely different burger. I've gotten into the habit of checking on site, so I can at least save myself the hassle at home. No reason to give a bad review, but today, October 12, 2025, at 9:05 p.m., the guy yelled at me because I wanted takeaway. I clearly stated when I ordered that it was takeaway. But I don't know how they can treat me so badly when I eat there so often, and it's not my fault that they have poor internal communication. So I just have to rate the service today. As a Muslim brother, you can just smile, pack up the food, and be done with it. You can't pick on a guest like that in front of everyone, especially when the mistake lies with your own staff. By the way, the employee was the one with the light eyes.

Burger Heroes was really good at first – the burgers were delicious, the patties were just right (not too thick, not too thin), and the fries were nice and crispy. I really enjoyed being here! Unfortunately, the quality has declined over time. The patties are now very thin, and the fries are often oily and unappealing. The prices have also gone up, which unfortunately makes the overall experience less than satisfying. Too bad – you used to be the best.

I actually like going to Burger Hero, but unfortunately, the quality has slipped a bit lately. The meat seems less good and is often cooked so thoroughly that it tastes a bit dry. The chili cheeseburger, too, unfortunately, hardly resembles its former taste—a shame, it used to be really good. I hope you find your way back to the old quality!

Today, I had an order for 5 burgers and 5 fries. Unfortunately, one fries and one burger were missing. The man on the phone wasn't interested, and I was fobbed off over the phone.

A burger and a set of fries weren't delivered. The store showed no understanding or solution and was extremely unfriendly. And that was despite an order totaling over €70. It's a shame, as we've always enjoyed eating there.

A really good burger joint that's at the forefront of Hamburg's taste and value for money. The atmosphere is great, with music playing and a rustic, concrete-filled ambiance. Another extremely positive aspect is the opening hours. While most other places have already closed, this one is still open and serving burgers.

I'm unfortunately very disappointed. The food is actually delicious. But we've often had problems with the food we order. Sometimes something is missing. The restaurant doesn't have its own drivers, and the only option is Uber Eats. There you have to order ketchup (actually €0.70). But because of the service charge, you end up paying another €5 on top because of an error on the part of the restaurant. When you mention it, they vaguely suggest that something will be added, but in the end you only get the forgotten items and the portion of ketchup. Today we ordered double smash cheeseburgers, like always. Neither burger was even remotely smashed, but rather finger-thick, and instead of ketchup there was chili sauce or something similar on top. The sauce tastes like ketchup with jalapenos. Very hot, and therefore inedible for me. I've tried calling the restaurant several times over a long period of time, but no one answers. Unfortunately, I have to write a review like this. It used to be really great, but this is the worst service. I won't order from there again.

A fast-food restaurant for burgers, but the quality and taste are really good at reasonable prices. Everything is homemade. The onion rings were probably the best I've ever had anywhere, and the rest of the food was also impressive. The food is ready quickly, and I think it's great that you can still eat here at midnight on a Saturday.

In my opinion, the best fast food in Hamburg. Really great value for money considering the freshness of the ingredients and the taste. The burger bun was amazing! Unfortunately, I didn't understand that you can choose your own sauce; I would have appreciated a brief reminder from the staff. And I would have appreciated a bit more salad—it wasn't very generous. The guys were friendly, and the burger was ready quickly. From now on, this will be my first choice when I'm craving a quick burger :)

The chili burger was delicious, the bun was fluffy, the patty was lightly mashed. However, you didn't notice much of the chili sauce, it was a bit sparing. I'm not entirely sure about the fries. They were crispy on the outside, but not fluffy on the inside, but firm, almost floury (but apparently cooked through). The service was unobtrusive (ordering at the counter) and friendly, if not exuberant. I would eat here again at any time if the shop were near me.
