For me, the best burgers in the world! And the perfectly fried fries with warm cheese sauce. It doesn't get any better!! <3

Really good burgers and fries. Friendly staff. The burgers in the meal deals we ordered were mixed up. It was incredibly loud. The music was way too loud. The noise level was more like a loud club than a restaurant. The chairs were also broken and made loud noises when you moved them because the backrests were loose. The floor on the stairs leading down to the restrooms and in the restrooms themselves is very slippery and simply disgusting. On my way back upstairs, I slipped and touched those filthy steps with my hands. It really disgusted me.

The burger was delicious, the fries were okay. It was very cold and uncomfortable in the restaurant.

The smash burgers here are really delicious and reasonably priced. For about €12 you get a burger meal with fries and a drink of your choice (depending on the burger). The only downside: last time I was there it was a bit chilly inside, and you have to pay an extra €0.70 for ketchup or mayo, which I think is a bit unnecessary. Cheese sauce is even €2.70.

Burger Heroes was always great until they changed the fries, for whatever reason? I'm really disappointed because the fries were a real highlight, which means I'll probably go to other burger places in the future.

I love Burger Heroes and have been a regular customer for a long time because the burgers are truly first-class – always delicious and high-quality. Unfortunately, I went back after about two weeks and noticed that the fries had apparently changed. They're not the same as before and are noticeably less crispy. For me, the fries used to be a real highlight – this time, they sadly didn't live up to expectations. The burgers are still fantastic, so I really hope the old fries come back, or at least that the current ones are made crispier again. I would be delighted if the overall quality experience could return to its former level!

You can really get something to eat here for very little money. However, the burger itself is only average in terms of taste. If you're hungry, you can get a good, inexpensive meal here, but it's not exactly top-tier. My fries were initially offered to me cold. When I asked for fresh ones, they said it was no problem. However, I'd already finished my burger by the time I finally received the hot, greasy, and unappetizing fries. So, 6/10 rating.

Relaxed and uncomplicated. Walk in, order, wait a short while for freshly made burgers, and enjoy.

I eat here 3-4 times a week just because it's halal, and every time they make a mistake in my order. EVERY TIME! Either the jalapenos are missing, or the sauce is missing, or I get a completely different burger. I've gotten into the habit of checking on site, so I can at least save myself the hassle at home. No reason to give a bad review, but today, October 12, 2025, at 9:05 p.m., the guy yelled at me because I wanted takeaway. I clearly stated when I ordered that it was takeaway. But I don't know how they can treat me so badly when I eat there so often, and it's not my fault that they have poor internal communication. So I just have to rate the service today. As a Muslim brother, you can just smile, pack up the food, and be done with it. You can't pick on a guest like that in front of everyone, especially when the mistake lies with your own staff. By the way, the employee was the one with the light eyes.

Burger Heroes was really good at first – the burgers were delicious, the patties were just right (not too thick, not too thin), and the fries were nice and crispy. I really enjoyed being here! Unfortunately, the quality has declined over time. The patties are now very thin, and the fries are often oily and unappealing. The prices have also gone up, which unfortunately makes the overall experience less than satisfying. Too bad – you used to be the best.

I actually like going to Burger Hero, but unfortunately, the quality has slipped a bit lately. The meat seems less good and is often cooked so thoroughly that it tastes a bit dry. The chili cheeseburger, too, unfortunately, hardly resembles its former taste—a shame, it used to be really good. I hope you find your way back to the old quality!

Today, I had an order for 5 burgers and 5 fries. Unfortunately, one fries and one burger were missing. The man on the phone wasn't interested, and I was fobbed off over the phone.

A burger and a set of fries weren't delivered. The store showed no understanding or solution and was extremely unfriendly. And that was despite an order totaling over €70. It's a shame, as we've always enjoyed eating there.

A really good burger joint that's at the forefront of Hamburg's taste and value for money. The atmosphere is great, with music playing and a rustic, concrete-filled ambiance. Another extremely positive aspect is the opening hours. While most other places have already closed, this one is still open and serving burgers.

I'm unfortunately very disappointed. The food is actually delicious. But we've often had problems with the food we order. Sometimes something is missing. The restaurant doesn't have its own drivers, and the only option is Uber Eats. There you have to order ketchup (actually €0.70). But because of the service charge, you end up paying another €5 on top because of an error on the part of the restaurant. When you mention it, they vaguely suggest that something will be added, but in the end you only get the forgotten items and the portion of ketchup. Today we ordered double smash cheeseburgers, like always. Neither burger was even remotely smashed, but rather finger-thick, and instead of ketchup there was chili sauce or something similar on top. The sauce tastes like ketchup with jalapenos. Very hot, and therefore inedible for me. I've tried calling the restaurant several times over a long period of time, but no one answers. Unfortunately, I have to write a review like this. It used to be really great, but this is the worst service. I won't order from there again.

A fast-food restaurant for burgers, but the quality and taste are really good at reasonable prices. Everything is homemade. The onion rings were probably the best I've ever had anywhere, and the rest of the food was also impressive. The food is ready quickly, and I think it's great that you can still eat here at midnight on a Saturday.

In my opinion, the best fast food in Hamburg. Really great value for money considering the freshness of the ingredients and the taste. The burger bun was amazing! Unfortunately, I didn't understand that you can choose your own sauce; I would have appreciated a brief reminder from the staff. And I would have appreciated a bit more salad—it wasn't very generous. The guys were friendly, and the burger was ready quickly. From now on, this will be my first choice when I'm craving a quick burger :)

The chili burger was delicious, the bun was fluffy, the patty was lightly mashed. However, you didn't notice much of the chili sauce, it was a bit sparing. I'm not entirely sure about the fries. They were crispy on the outside, but not fluffy on the inside, but firm, almost floury (but apparently cooked through). The service was unobtrusive (ordering at the counter) and friendly, if not exuberant. I would eat here again at any time if the shop were near me.

The service was way too slow and the staff didn't seem to have a clear order. Even though we were third in line, we were the last to receive our order. Unfortunately there was no apology either.

The two of us had dinner locally in Wandsbek. The process: You come into the store, you have to order at the counter, give your name and then pick up the food from the counter. So basically there is no service. We each ordered a burger with fries and a drink. Unfortunately, the staff (4-5 people behind the counter) seemed to be completely overwhelmed because the burgers were mixed up and the one portion of fries was forgotten. After we pointed out that the burgers were mixed up, we were told to make two new ones. Time passed... at some point someone asked "haven't you gotten the burger yet?". After we said no, ONE burger was made and handed to us, the other one was still missing. About the quality: They are simply burgers with tomato ketchup - no different than the cheeseburger at McDonalds. Hence the price of 5.90 euros for a cheeseburger. You won't pay less for a burger anywhere and in retrospect I found this to be questionable. The slogan on the website "The best smash burger in town" is completely out of place. About the ambience: The shop is small, so there are few tables with wooden benches and wooden chairs. The interior is very cool, nothing to sit for long.

Great burger for a cheap price relative to the quality. Smashburgers are generally prepared or eaten here. The Smashburgers have a grill surface on the petty and therefore more roasted flavors. This idea can definitely be found in the taste of the burger. Nice staff. An arcade machine shortens the time you wait for food. What was negative was the very slippery floor, especially if you have wet shoes when it's raining outside.

This restaurant near the main center of Hamburg is REALLY good BUT unfortunately no strawberry milkshake like this Reeperbahn, unfortunately it's a shame. The roasters are really nice and always say my name with that Arabic power of lion, which is very good hehe. Please clean the toilet sometimes because it's like in my home but otherwise really good. Lots of beautiful girls are customers but they always look down because I'm shy hehe

One of the best Smashburger options in Hamburg. Very fairly priced. The burger buns are tasty and fluffy, the patties are well mashed. Spicy cheese and simple but good sauces round off the experience perfectly. The fries are also good. It's not the best burger I've ever eaten, but it's a very good burger.

I ordered burgers from this place and they arrived completely cold. I immediately called to report the problem, but instead of offering a solution, they simply hung up on my call. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service! I will definitely not order from here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone.

When I was visiting my girlfriend in Hamburg, we were looking for a food spot, which is Helal and is also great in terms of price-performance ratio. It was my first time there and I have to say I've never eaten a burger like this before, nice and brown on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside and it was simply the best burger I've ever eaten. In addition, the prices here are really fair. The employees there are nice and do their job very well. Can recommend it to anyone if you are looking for a delicious food spot!!

You get exactly 5 chilli cheese nuggets for a hefty price and a level teaspoon of chilli cheese sauce over the fries. The boys are really stingy. And you should always check your order.

Fast food restaurant for burgers, but really good quality and taste with down-to-earth prices. Everything self-made. The onion rings were probably the best I've ever gotten anywhere and the rest impressed me too. Food is ready quickly and I think it's great that you can still eat here at 12 o'clock at night.
