Unfreundlich dreckig und abgegriffen das habe ich lange nicht mehr gesehen

Wir sind schon öfter hier und waren bisher immer zufrieden und haben es auch fleißig weiter empfohlen. Gestern waren wir auch dort und hatten uns sehr auf das Essen und die Milkshakes gefreut. Leider war es irgendwie nicht so gut wie sonst. Besonders die Milkshakes waren irgendwie nicht so gut wie sonst. Wir mögen den Bananen und Oreo milkshake sonst sehr gerne. Dieses Mal waren sie fade und irgendwie enttäuschend. Die Pommes waren okay sind bisher aber besser gewesen. Die Nuggets unserer Tochter waren leider ziemlich salzig. Sonst 5 Sterne und lecker aber irgendwas ist anders und das tat dem Erlebnis leider nicht gut :( Die Bedienung war aber sehr nett :) Wir hoffen Burger Legends findet bald zurück zu alten Höhen :)

Ich war absolut begeistert von diesem Burgerladen! 🍔✨ Das Essen war wirklich unglaublich lecker – jeder Bissen hat überzeugt. Die Burger waren perfekt zubereitet, saftig und geschmacklich einfach top. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Personal: super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – ich komme definitiv wieder und kann den Laden nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von diesem Laden. Trotz mehrfacher Bestellungen in der Vergangenheit wurde in meinem Fall weder kundenorientiert gehandelt noch versucht, eine einfache Lösung zu finden. Ich habe ein Angebot versehentlich nur einmal bestellt, obwohl es als „1 kaufen, 2 erhalten“ beworben wurde – geliefert wurde entsprechend nur ein Produkt. Auf meine Nachfrage hin zeigte man keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Besonders negativ ist der Umgangston hervorzuheben: Sowohl am Telefon als auch insgesamt war das Personal sehr unfreundlich, teilweise sogar frech. Auch der Chef wirkte alles andere als professionell oder kundenorientiert. Statt Verständnis oder Kulanz gab es nur abweisende Reaktionen. Hinzu kommt das völlig unverhältnismäßige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für eine kleine Portion Chicken Crossies am Ende rund 16 Euro zu zahlen, ist schlichtweg überzogen. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis – weder Service noch Preis rechtfertigen einen weiteren Besuch

Nachos mit billigem Käse überbacken. Nachos kalt serviert worden. Burger mit Hähnchen und Ananas bestellt. Die Ananas kalt auf den Burger gelegt und darauf der Käse... Alles war kalt. Wie soll der Käse da schmelzen?? Ambiente sehr ungepflegt und dafür das es nur einfache Burger waren hat das Essen ewig auf sich warten lassen. Wir sind Urlauber hier und hatten einfach nur Hunger. Erste Anlaufstelle für uns gewesen aber wir kommen nicht mehr wieder

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Hier stimmt alles. Gern wieder.

Von außen nicht sehr einladend, überzeugte die freundliche Begrüßung doch so, dass wir uns willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Interieur war zwar irgendwie gequält auf die 50er Jahre ausgerichtet, aber es war auf seine Art gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen kam schnell und hat gut geschmeckt. In seiner Menge, ein normaler Burger und Pommes, absolut ausreichend, um ausgewachsene Erwachsene zu sättigen. Sehr zu loben war die überaus freundliche Bedienung, der Gratis-Ketchup auf allen Tischen und die Sauberkeit. Beim nächsten Besuch gerne wieder.

Burger-Laden im US-Stil der 50er. Lag in unmittelbarer Nähe zu unserem Hotel, daher sind wir da gelandet und haben es nicht bereut.

Wir haben heute 15 Burger und zweimal Pommes mit Käse überbacken bestellt und liefern lassen. Die Lieferung hat ca. 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten gedauert (bei etwa 1,4 km Entfernung), aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt! Alle Burger waren einwandfrei und super lecker – hat uns heute richtig gut gefallen. Vielen Dank! 😊🍔

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben hier kurz etwas gegessen. Der Veggie Burger war sehr lecker, unser Salat auch.

Eddie Cochran Burger mit Pommes-Majo James Dean Burger mit Pommes Beides total lecker inkl. der Pommes.Hier weiß jemand,wann man diese aus dem Fett holt. Burger sehr reichlich und geschmacklich top. Bacon laut der Karte "vom Rind"....nie gehört,aber lecker.😄 Beide Gerichte inkl. 2 Cola 0,3l für unter 30 Euro und pappsatt. Bis demnächst,wir sind öfter in der Ecke.

Ich habe einen big mama burger gegessen. Ich bin davon satt geworden. Es war vom Geschmack besser als McDonald Possible Improvements: Das Speisemenü könnte man überarbeiten und etwas vereinfachen. Das Brot sollte es auch als Vollkorn geben. Ich war mir nicht sicher ob die Burgersauce selbst gemacht war.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in Hamburg bin, ist das ein Muss. 😍

Sehr gute Burger und Pommes, toller Service, 50er-Jahre-Diner-Ambiente (ehrlich gesagt, welches andere Thema sollte man sich denn aussuchen?). Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants im amerikanischen Diner-Stil machen sie viele Kleinigkeiten richtig; es hat mich wirklich an Zuhause erinnert. Unbedingt hingehen, wenn man Heimweh hat oder einfach Lust auf einen guten Burger.

We ordered today via Lieferrando. The burger patties were overcooked, and the sauce was a cheap sweet chili sauce and not what was listed on the product. The chili cheese fries weren't cooked through. The fries were cold, soggy, and undercooked. They went straight into the trash. The driver didn't even know how to say hello and was very unfriendly.

A kind of little journey back in time with delicious food, portions that fill you up, and are affordable. I'm a repeat offender.

Delicious burgers, crispy fries, and refreshing drinks... What more could you want? The waitress was a bit overwhelmed, but she was also alone and actually from a different branch. So just be patient; staff shortages can happen to anyone.

Anyone who still goes out to eat these days must have a good reason or have too much money. This is unfortunately becoming increasingly clear. Burger Legend is unfortunately no exception. The burger selection is very large and the burgers are good, but unfortunately they are served a bit carelessly on a plain white plate. They could have added fries. Ultimately, a burger is just a burger and that's it. Prices start in the single digits, and my burger was quite steep at €13.99. They also get a small pot of coleslaw salad with it, but it also tasted rather bland. What annoyed us most, though, was the wait. We waited over 30 minutes for both of our burgers. The couple behind us left after just 20 minutes. From sitting down to paying, it took about 75 minutes. Not to mention that Burger Legend doesn't have its own parking lot. That makes things a little more complicated.

We just ordered through Lieferando and are thrilled :) Super delicious food, Burgers with generous toppings Toast was super tasty Hot dog as well Potato wedges were fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside The driver couldn't change our money, so he went to the gas station to change the money and came back reliably. A real insider tip for burger fans! The 50s Burger Lounge is simply amazing! As soon as you enter, you feel like you've been transported to another era – lovingly decorated retro ambiance, great music, and a really cool atmosphere. The food is absolutely top-notch: The burgers are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with high-quality ingredients. The fries were also crispy and delicious, and the onion rings were a dream! The staff were super friendly and attentive – you can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. We'll definitely be back!

This isn't the first time I've ordered from there. I think I've ordered from there 40 times and the goods have always arrived well. The food has always tasted good. The people are so friendly and these people are happy to hear that they're doing a good job. You have to tell them sometimes. As I said, this place is one of my favorites when it comes to food. I can order food at 12:15 a.m. I'm looking forward to my burgers and the fries are delicious, not wobbly, crispy and fresh.

I discovered the restaurant by chance on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. Small but nice! A large selection of burgers, friendly service, moderate prices and it tasted great!👍

We always enjoy going there for dinner. Because we know that everything is PORK-FREE. I can eat with a clear conscience. The food tasted very tasty. Elvis Presley's music is playing in the background. The painted walls the atmosphere takes you to the other world. It's very harmonious. Unfortunately, no card payment is possible. Payment must be made in cash. There is a cash machine nearby.

The food tastes mediocre both at the delivery service and in the restaurant. It is no higher quality than the burgers from well-known fast food chains or the ready-made meatballs from well-known discounters. Next issue is that the small delivery cars park in the residential area close to the restaurant. The delivery service drivers drive very dangerously. In front of the restaurant they brake very spontaneously without signaling and without considering other road users. The highlight is that the restaurant dumps all of its paper waste at nearby public trash cans. If they are already full, put your rubbish next to the containers. Apart from that, I have already spoken to the local authorities and they have assured that disposing of the company's waste in public garbage cans is not allowed.

Good food, but what's bad is when the drivers don't get TG, they just throw the data protection bill in the corner in front of the door. Unbelievable, I won't order anything anymore.

Burgers are really good but unfortunately the fries with cheese are absolutely not seasoned and come in an aluminum tray, which means the fries are absolutely soft. The burgers are really good though. That's why it's worth it

After we had registered with several people weeks ago, it was a big surprise when we arrived. It felt like no one knew anything about it anymore! Now the fun began...there were no tables reserved...it took a really long time for someone to arrive and with an extremely bad mood at that!! This mood continued throughout the evening! Completely overwhelmed, since the waitress was alone, we ordered the food after about an hour!!! It also took a very long time for it to arrive! The order was mixed up and the wrong thing was brought! There were no cutlery or napkins... If it's too much for you, then don't accept this reservation!! Absolutely underground!!

After something went wrong when transmitting the online order, a very nice employee took care of the incorrect delivery very competently after a phone call and sent us our actual delivery. The drivers/couriers were very polite during delivery. We really enjoyed the food and will definitely order there again. Keep it up Team Burger Lounge

Today we ate at the Burger Lounge with 13 people. Well, what can you say... the service was nice at first, the food came quickly and tasted delicious. There is a star for that. Unfortunately, hair was found in two dishes. Of course the food would be complained about. Instead of taking the food, apologizing and remaking it, you start arguing. That couldn't be right, because only one person in the kitchen had hair on his head and he was wearing a hat. If the hair wasn't ours...unbelievable. The food was then remade, or so we thought. Nope, it was still on the plate at the end. We weren't asked if everything was okay, if we would like something else to drink, and we weren't even cleared away. The dishes were still there when we left. One might have understood if it had been full, but there was nothing going on...subterranean service. When I went in to pay because no one came, I was allowed to see a chef briefly. Was correct with no hair on the head, but plenty on the face. Never again

Had dinner there a few days ago (four of us). Service was great! If the food had been exactly like that, we would probably come back. But the quality of the food for the price is catastrophic! We paid around €25 per person there. That was €20 per person too much! The rolls looked like they were baked-on things from Aldi, just like the meat or cheese on the fries. Only one of us finished the food (but he eats everything) and it wasn't the amount you would have expected given the price. So a little tip: If you want people to come back to you after the round of kicking: adapt your food to the staff! What I mean by this is that you can go out with a smile after dinner and not just be greeted like that.

The food is, as usual, delicious and comes to the table quickly and nicely prepared. The service is friendly and courteous and fulfills small “extra requests” promptly. I like the American diner atmosphere. The prices are good and appropriate for the quality.

Often overwhelmed with deliveries. Wrong sauces, no sauces, no fries, wrong dish, food delivered to the wrong address, etc... Even the compensation offered is not honored several times! We will never order from Eimsbüttel again.

Everything is fine, but the delivery person who delivered my milkshakes today deducted 2.50 from me and quickly ran away. Was an older man with gray hair, a beard and glasses. I want my money back, I'm broke

Have a burger delivered in the evening. Was there within 10 minutes, the driver was super fast, but unfortunately at the end of the meal digestion was also very fast over the next few weeks. I had never had such persistent diarrhea in my life. This is pure bodily harm as a delivery service... They should be checked!

In the restaurant you feel like you are in the USA in the 50s; It is well furnished, the food is tasty and the service is very friendly and committed. The restaurant is also very good and centrally located.

Employees are listless, you can only pay in cash or with PayPal, and I have to pay extra for sauces for fries. No thanks.

Full of anticipation, we stood in front of the closed door at 12 p.m. even though it was supposed to open at 11:30. The restaurant was open at 12:50. But we were already sitting across from the bakery... What a shame.

I really enjoy ordering here. The food usually arrives very quickly, if you don't order at peak times it sometimes only takes 15-20 minutes. The food is correspondingly fresh and hot. Everything is also very tasty, especially the fries or twisters, which is not always the case with deliveries.

Ingesamt 25€ für einen Burger mit Beilage und Getränk sind schon eine Ansage, da erwartet man dann auch entsprechende Qualität. Leider wurde sie uns nicht geboten. Bestellt wurde von mir ein Burger mit Premium Beef für 17€ - also preislich schon oben dabei. Wenn ich einen Burgerladen führe und „Fleisch aus der Region“ in der Karte stehen habe, erwarte ich auch eine dazu passende Zubereitung. Also Medium, Medium Rare oder zumindest so, das noch der Hauch von Fleischsaft vorhanden ist. Stattdessen gab es tot gebratenes und schon ziemlich trockene Patties, auf die wir als einzige Gäste im Laden auch noch fast 30min warten mussten. Ich habe noch nie so viel Geld für einen so schlechten Burger bezahlt und bei McDonalds (mal abgesehen von der Anrichtung) schon geschmacklich besser gegessen. Mit Tiefkühl-Patties! Schade, wäre gerne wieder gekommen.

Ich hatte vor Kurzem das Vergnügen, die Bürger Lounge zu besuchen, und ich bin begeistert von meiner Erfahrung dort. Das Essen war einfach köstlich und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Auswahl an Burgern war beeindruckend, und ich war froh, dass es auch eine Vielzahl an vegetarischen und veganen Optionen gab. Die Qualität der Zutaten war hervorragend und die Burger wurden frisch zubereitet. Jeder Bissen war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Neben den Burgern möchte ich auch die freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung erwähnen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass mein Besuch angenehm war. Sie waren gut informiert über die Speisekarte und halfen mir gerne bei der Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre in der Bürger Lounge war gemütlich und einladend. Das moderne und stilvolle Ambiente trug zu einem angenehmen Esserlebnis bei. Es war der perfekte Ort, um sich mit Freunden zu treffen oder eine entspannte Mahlzeit zu genießen. Alles in allem war mein Besuch in der Bürger Lounge ein voller Erfolg. Das Essen war vorzüglich, der Service ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre angenehm. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um weitere leckere Burger zu probieren.

Naja, nee, das war nix. Achtung vor dem Chili-Cheese-Hotdog! Das wird nämlich sehr ernst genommen. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Brötchen mit einer Wurst, etwas Sweet Chili Soße (wie man sie von den TK Frühlingsrollen kennt) und kaltem (!) geriebenen Käse. Dafür 7 € zu verlangen, ist echt frech. Geschmacklich war es eher etwas, was man sich um 3 Uhr morgens zubereitet, weil man nix mehr da hat. Der Rest sah jetzt auch nicht so großartig aus und machte hauptsächlich satt. Es kam auch eine falsche Bestellung am Anfang. Naja, muss nicht sein, aber wenn man Hunger hat....? Dann aber Bargeld mitnehmen, da keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist.

Die Burger sind okt, aber ich finde es voll daneben kein kostenloses Leitungswasser zur Verfügung zu stellen wenn sogar noch andere Getränke bestellt werden. Das geht gar nicht. Die sonst ganz nette Bedienung sagte, dass sie kein Leitungswasser verkaufen dürfen. So ein Geschäftsgebaren halte ich für ziemlich daneben.
