Burger Lounge in Hamburg

There was meat in it, thank you very much! That was the last time at this store!! I'm allergic to meat, I always ordered the plant-based patty. Today the plant-based patty looked gray, like fried meat, was dry and had hard pieces in it like meat. It was heavily salted like meat. I called the Burger Lounge and asked if there had been an oversight I shared that I am allergic to meat and scared! I was supposed to take a photo then I got a call back. The man laughed and said I shouldn't worry, the plant patty tasted very similar to meat but was purely plant based. I told the man that I had eaten the same burger two days ago and that patty looked and tasted completely different and I'm really allergic but then I took his word for it and now I'm in the emergency room! Thank you very much for that, what kind of person do you have to be to foist meat on someone even though they have repeatedly emphasized that they can't tolerate it? I have extremely itchy hives all over my body and I'll have to deal with it for days. I'll have to miss work and get cortisone treatments here included!

I ordered the 20 wing box to take away. The food was ready on time, but without exception all 20 wings were in the oven for far too long. Dry inside and slightly burned and crumbling skin on the outside. Not a word was said when it was handed over. Absolute disgrace at almost 20 euros. *It doesn't quite come across that way in the picture because of the flash

We have just ordered the crispy chicken burger from Lieferando for the fifth time and what can I say, everything is just right here. Please keep it up. Price performance is right here, very friendly staff and very fast delivery Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience but I gave it 5 stars because of the burgers and the staff

Until now I had always ordered from Kieler Str. Black Angus burger really great there. Now in cracks, really just mediocre. Burger patty overcooked, tastes bland. Like a simple frozen patty from the supermarket. Fries very limp. Forgotten parts of the order. It was credited straight away, but it's not of much use to me. And subsequent delivery doesn't make much sense either. Then the rest is cold. With a few extras for 2 burgers and fries €43!!! No! Sorry guys, you still need to step it up a notch. And given the already high prices, there is also a €2 delivery fee. 1 portion of fries €4.29 🤪😳

Food itself (delivered) is very good, however I was delivered a cheddar dip with mold, which for me is a complete failure as it is so obvious that you can't miss it. Hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately I haven't been able to reach anyone at the restaurant because they're now closed, but I'm assuming I'll hear back tomorrow about how that can happen...

Was eating there recently, the worst citizens there are, meat from tk and the thinnest there is. And it's too expensive for that

The food is delicious and the service itself is very friendly. Unfortunately, as a local customer you are at a disadvantage and have longer waiting times because Lieferando orders and their returns are more important to the store.

I highly recommend Burger Lounge. I have been eating here regularly since I discovered the restaurant. The welcome has always been friendly and courteous. What particularly stands out for me is that since my first burger (until today) the quality has remained excellent. The burgers are juicy and well seasoned, and high-quality ingredients are used here.

Good food, but the rest is just bad. I ordered something and it was supposed to take 20-35 minutes, instead it took 1 hour and 30 minutes

I can't rate the food - because after 2 hours nothing had been delivered and I wanted to get off work at some point! Telephone attempts failed - only voicemail that doesn't even give the company name. No response to email. Absolute no-go!

We ordered today for the first and last time. The bacon-fried egg burger only had a single slice of bacon and the egg was fried for so long that it was really hard. Half of the rolls were too hard to eat. Fries were crispy but not seasoned at all. The patties had way too much pepper. Requests like “no onions” were not addressed at all. Nobody could be reached by phone either. Don't waste your money at this diner!

Apparently there are no napkins if you have delivery.....I had the Roy Orbison menu: A sad slice of tomato, cheese has probably halved on the way (?) I have the advertised chilli sauce on the burger in the fridge, mass-produced. The wedges were unseasoned and DEFINITELY stay away from the milkshakes, mine consisted of huge pieces of crushed ice (has NO place in a shake, you're probably confusing them with smoothies) and cheap ice cream... All in all, for the price, a pure rip-off ! I do NOT recommend.

Today's delivery from you was so bad, it was a complete disgrace for so much money! 1. We had to wait over 11/2 hours for delivery. 2. The sauces on two burgers were wrong, the paid cheese was missing twice and bacon was missing once. 3. The food was completely cold, no matter what it was about! 4. The fries, we got normal fries twice, even though Curliefries were ordered, my Cheese Curliefries came, but they had definitely been in the aluminum box for a very long time, they were extremely hard due to the cheese and the cooling and were not edible! The other normal fries, I've never come across anything so bad......! Sticky and cold without salt. They immediately ended up in the bin... 5. My Chuck Norris burger was ok despite the cold, but it wasn't tasty at all, especially for the money! 6. It's also a disgrace that you can't even be reached by phone to communicate and comment on something like this!

Juice shop! You wait 1 hour for the food which then arrives cold and wrong. And the fries don't taste good at all!! Oh, I actually wanted curly fries too.. Simply not acceptable for that much money! The cherry on top: They simply can't be reached by phone! It doesn't work at all!

Six months ago the food was great. Today we waited 1 1/2 hours. Food was cold, wrong sauce, no sauce on one burger, the wrong sauce on the other and very little. I looked for double cheese in vain. Instead of curly fries once and fries once, there were only fries that were very old (they were the worst fries I've ever eaten and for 4.50 euros). The chilly cheese fries had probably been in the aluminum box since at least this morning and were warmed up again (they were cold, rock hard and inedible when the driver arrived). We would have liked to discuss this in person but the phone cannot be reached. It's a shame it used to be a great store but it won't be like this again.

Burger was very good. Service very attentive. The atmosphere is very original and well-kept.

A super nice little American diner, nicely decorated and also options for sitting outside.. Had a homemade burger, it tasted very good and the quality of the goods used was also very high! I'd love to come back when I'm here!

Unfortunately, the pulled chicken burger is just dry-fried chicken with lots of pepper. The garlic bread is a cheap baked roll with little taste. Would have expected better for the price.

Super tasty and can't be compared with other well-known burger shops, it's a shame that you don't have them in Berlin or Brandenburg, we had Terence Hill and Mikel Jackson burgers

Immer nett, immer super Burger und nicht wie bei MC Donalds oder Burger King mit deren Fake Burger. Preise sind für die Qualität günstig. Kann man nur empfehlen wenn man einen saftigen Burger mit richtigen Hackfleisch möchte.

Wirklich freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal. Das Essen war lecker, wobei die normalen Burger im Verhältnis zu den Pommesportionen eher klein waren. Pommes gibt es in allen möglichen Varianten- sehr lecker. Auch die Milchshakes waren sehr gut. Leider war der erste Stock des Diners zu, so dass man sich im EG neben der Küche etwas wie im Imbiss fühlte. Essen und Service aber gut!

Von wegen "Früher war alles besser". Früher gab es keine Burger Lounge in Rissen. Als Stammkunde, der regelmäßig hier bestellt bin ich von ihrem Service und ihrem Essen begeistert. Ich habe auch schon viele Mahlzeiten in ihrem gemütlichen Restaurant bei den Rissener "Glaskästen" genossen. Die Burger Lounge zeichnet sich nicht nur durch ihre erstklassigen Burger und vielfältigen Optionen aus, sondern auch durch ihren hervorragenden Kundenservice. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hat ein bemerkenswertes Gedächtnis für Sonderwünsche. Selbst wenn ich einmal vergessen sollte, meine Vorlieben zu erwähnen, werde ich höflich danach gefragt. Diese Aufmerksamkeit für die Kundenwünsche ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Stichwort: "Ohne Gurken und Tomaten" Die Qualität der Zutaten und die Zubereitung der Burger sind immer erstklassig. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist entspannt und einladend, perfekt für gesellige Treffen oder ein schnelles Mittagessen. Die Burger Lounge in Rissen ist definitiv ein Lieblingsort, wenn ich nach köstlichen Burgern und exzellentem Service suche. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dort zu bestellen.

Leckere Burger mit coolen Namen.

Sowohl vor Ort, als auch geliefert ein Genuss! Die Burger (die ich bisher probiert habe) sind sehr lecker, ebenfalls die Pommes (alle Varianten durchprobiert). Vor Ort werden die Bürger auf schönen Tellern serviert, geliefert kommen sie gut verpackt in beschichteten Papier-Boxen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich!

Sehr schönes Lokal, große Auswahl an Gerichten, Burger können individuell zusammengestellt werden, Personal war sehr engagiert, Preise vernünftig.

Das Essen war top! Preis Leistung Verhältnis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Wartezeit angemessen..wenn ich frisch zubereitetes Essen möchte,kann ich nicht erwarten,dass es nach 5 Minuten fertig auf dem Tisch steht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Edit: wir sind regelmäßig dort,immer sehr zufrieden!

Nettes, kleines diner mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Homemade schmeckt nach homemade und nach nichts anderem. Anständige Portionen, ich hatte den Chuck Norris mit 250 Gramm Angus, und bin dann letztendlich an den chili cheese twisters gescheitert. Meine Frau hatte Zwiebelringe, die eindeutig handmade waren, mit einer sehr leckeren sour creme. Dazu ein hausgemachter cole slaw. Tochter hatte den Grace Kelly burger mit cheese fries. Das ganze zu einem moderaten Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurz vor Ladenschluss wurde mir ohne zu zögern noch ein leckerer Burger gebraten.

Meine Bestellung ging 20:24 Uhr raus und das Essen war 20:50 Uhr bei mir auf dem Teller !!! Nach so eine schnelle Lieferung schmeckt mir der Burgen locker Doppel so gut ! Ich bestelle viel über Lieferando aber so ein krank leckern Burger und schnelle Lieferung sehr selten erlebt ! Top Zitaten ! Weiter so Jungs (und Mädels) 😅

Ich fahre extra aus Stade dort hin wegen die leckeren Bürger es ist sehr lecker und der Laden sehr sauber die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett komme immer wieder gerne .
