Super delicious burgers, very friendly service and nice atmosphere.

The service is very courteous, friendly and fast. Every employee pitches in everywhere. An extremely tasty burger, juicy, medium rare, as ordered. The fries were served crispy. Guacamole tastes fresh. Homemade mayo is convincing. Things were significantly different many months ago. If the level stays like this, we will definitely come more often. Considering the quality, inexpensive and very fair. Two burgers, two portions of French fries with individual sauce, a delicious homemade lemonade, a cola, two draft beers and a shared dessert for 49 EUR are 10 out of ten possible points.

The best burgers in Hamburg! We came especially from Dithmarschen for these famous/viral burgers. The young man behind the counter greeted us in a friendly manner and let us choose without any time pressure.👍

Wow, the staff is unfriendly. If everyone shuts up like they have to be here - it doesn't help me that the burger tastes good. I'm even more in a bad mood on a full stomach than on an empty one.

I often go to Duf’s, for me it’s the best burger in town, that’s why I go! But the service is terrible. You always have to wait in line for a long time and the guys don't care much about you. That's why I don't give it 5 stars. Unfortunately!!

Great decor, very nice service, and as for the food itself, the burgers are very average, rather at the end of the top 10 list I've ever eaten. You can choose 3 types of meat frying, we chose the most well-done one and it was a mistake, because the cutlet was hard as a rock...

Dulfs is really our favorite burger restaurant, the food is always delicious and you can make your dreams come true. My favorite combination is the blue cheese burger with mac 'n cheese on it! Soooo good! In addition, the service is super nice, with Steven's nice, funny manner and good mood he manages to put a smile on your face every time, even on bad days! Dear Dulfs Eimsbüttel boss, you won the lottery with Steven and have you thought about a raise?

It was my first visit to this restaurant, I had previously been to the shops on Gertigstrasse and near Feldstrasse. The service left a lot to be desired, after standing in front of the “wait to be seated” sign for 15 minutes, I had to go in to ask for a table. The gentleman was very unfriendly and took forever to bring the cards to the table. We also waited over 40 minutes for the food, which wasn't particularly exciting and we left almost €40 there. It's a shame, I won't be visiting this store again.

Very happy with Dulfs, unfortunately not in this branch. I've been here 5 times now and tested myself. Orders were wrong 3 times and the meat was not as ordered. The first time I ordered meat medium, it was received. I then complained and received a new burger without apology, so now I have to eat without my partner because otherwise her burger would get cold. The joke is that I had to keep the fries and eat them until the burger came without getting new ones. That's a disgrace. I want to eat with my partner and when I eat I want to eat everything I ordered, hot. Things got worse recently, 2 specially ordered sauces were forgotten and brought later. A burger was ordered without tomatoes and was of course topped with tomatoes. A burger ordered with extra pulled pork came without it. The solution, after 5 minutes of discussion, was a bowl of pulled pork. Then you can top your €25 burger in DIY style. Or. After 10 minutes of discussion, a new burger... "promptly" It's not just about the burger. It's about eating together. The hot food. And an apology. When the branch makes mistakes, I have always noticed that they neither apologize nor provide compensation for the damage caused. Skip the fries, the drink for free, a voucher for next time. In the end, after 15 minutes of discussion, the burger was canceled with a heavy heart, thank you, but that's what you wish for. I always bring people into the store with me, unfortunately I now have to forego this branch and go to the other two. Ps. Stress is not an excuse. You should be able to manage everything even under stress! Nevertheless, the food generally tastes very good, you get your praise for that!

Unfortunately, vegan burgers with falafel are far too dry. With the like meat it's okay, but not outstanding. Probably more suitable for meat eaters.

The food is perfect even for vegetarians or vegans. Best fries I had ever. I would always make a reservation for the next time because it’s always really full.

Came across it by chance. The food was very very tasty!!!! We each had a burger and fries with a homemade lemonade. Everything together was very good. We didn't wait 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The next time we are in Hamburg we will come by again.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews!! The service is top, super friendly, competent and fast. That evening I decided on the “Kreatur Burger”. A 10/10 visually and taste-wise.

We were here spontaneously yesterday around 9:30 p.m. and quickly ordered something. The food came very quickly and it tasted very good. I tried the truffle burger, it had bacon and a fried egg and fries inside, the meat was fried to medium perfection as requested, unfortunately the brioche bread was a bit charred. There was also a small Caesar salad. I have to say, the Ceaser Salad at Dulfs has never disappointed me, the lettuce leaves are always crisp, fresh and sweet, rounded off with finely grated Parmesame, crispy croutons and a perfectly seasoned dressing. Simply a dream and this freshness goes perfectly with the hearty burger. Of course, the fries with truffle mayo should not be missed either. Fries are always perfectly crispy here. And who likes Oreo milkshake or a piece of cheesecake for dessert? Just a dream. I really enjoy eating at Dulfs because it's always an experience and you won't be disappointed.

Great, just great. The ambience is really great The service was very friendly and attentive. Then the food. Wow, so great. Burgers, chili cheese nuggets and plant nuggets were phenomenal. Self-made lemonade tasted great. Really well thought out everything.

Like the other Dulfs branches, you get very good quality here at reasonable prices. Nice staff, fairly quick service. The music is not my taste at all and a bit too loud. The big BUT: it cannot be reserved. Six of us were here on a Saturday (there was no other option) and stood outside in the cold for 30-45 minutes. If you don't have the time, you should... Find another location in groups. Or come at times during the week that are not well attended.

Cool designed store with first class service and incredibly tasty burgers! A must for us when we are in Hamburg. My absolute recommendation is the Schlabbi Burger 👌

Very inconspicuous from the outside, a super cool wall painting from the inside that fits the ambience😊 The service was top notch!! Great guy, we felt very comfortable. I tried something new and took the burger with mushrooms. It was definitely delicious and the homemade lemonades are also highly recommended. Great value for money.

The food was good so far, but my patty was ordered medium, although it was well done, but tasted very good. Service is a pure disaster. Initially we were served very late, neighboring tables received their food earlier even though they ordered much later, and in the end we were completely forgotten when we paid until we got to the checkout. We were approached in an unfriendly manner by the waitress. Two waitresses for the entire restaurant are simply not enough. In terms of price, the place is great, burger + side dish + lemonade for around €20. Ambiance is very loud but OK, very tight seating and completely full even during the week

My absolute favorite burger shop. I've been a regular there for years. I've had a lot of good experiences, especially with Steven. Super friendly and I've never been disappointed.

Now I've been to all 3 Dulf's and, as always, thrilled. The taste is simply in a high league, the service is top and the ambience is unique. Despite the unpadded seats, I spent over 2 hours here. - A lactose-free milkshake would be awesome 😁

A fantastic experience at the Dulfs burger shop! Despite our spontaneous decision to enter without a reservation, we received a warm welcome and the service was extremely attentive. The 15 minute wait for a table was bridged with smiles and good recommendations. The burgers are undoubtedly the best in Hamburg - juicy, perfectly grilled and topped with delicious ingredients. And the sweet potato fries were simply amazing! A must for all burger lovers. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, the food was really tasty and luckily it didn't take long to arrive. Especially the truffle cheese sauce with the fries was to die for! I would also describe the price-performance ratio as fair and we really liked the atmosphere there in the evening. The negative aspect why there are no 5 stars: Please introduce a reservation system. We stood in line outside for almost half an hour, which is really not possible.

Went there for dinner today. We were served by Steven. The burgers are great, the meat was as requested, the bacon was crispy. The fries were also fresh, maybe a little too salty for some tastes, but with the sauces it was still very tasty. The ambience is fine, the lighting conditions and the music volume also take some getting used to, but can be adjusted upon request. All in all a good experience, gladly again!

The Dulf's team is great. Despite the full house, a relaxed atmosphere and first-class service. The Philly cheesesteak was a 10/10 only the mac n' cheese could have used a little more "character" for me. However, the truffle cheese dip definitely gives the mac 'n cheese an upgrade. Try it out.

Very tasty burgers and friendly service. Unfortunately, for some time now we've been hit with Latin beats that are way too loud, which makes normal conversation at the table rather difficult. Unfortunately, even when asked, the volume was not turned down.

First of all, about our group: 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Approached it without any expectations of the burger professionals and was completely surprised and satisfied with the food. All 5 of us had a burger, two of which had certain little extras which were well noted. If I can recommend anything since my last visit, it would definitely be the homemade lemonades and a juicy, delicious lemon chicken burger! The menus also matched the modern, fresh atmosphere. There's no shortage of burgers and there's something for everyone! A nice selection of sauces is on the menu! The preparation of the burgers was simple but good and what more can you say! Everything fit perfectly. The only disturbing factor for me that evening was, and they certainly can't do much about that: we had what I thought was a relatively dark place at the back. A little brighter light or more candles wouldn't be bad :)

The burger was super tasty or excellent (12/10) and the service was also very nice. What I consider critical, however, is that despite the fact that it was quite empty, it took a very long time to even place an order and then again until I received the food. Perhaps one operation is not sufficient? Furthermore, the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not met. 16€ for a burger (Beyond Meat) is simply too expensive. You can see from the competition that it is cheaper and super tasty. Above all, I don't understand why you have to pay extra to replace the patty. Shouldn't it be the other way around? What is an animal's life worth? All in all - fine. But there is also enough good competition that you can visit.

Dudes Cool, but the lunch burger menus are outrageous in terms of price/performance ratio. I thought there was a mini burger coming out of the 3D printer.

The burgers were really very good and you could put your own together. There were also menus that you could choose yourself. Sauces and side dishes are very tasty, as are the homemade lemonades.

Mein Freund und ich lieben Dulf's Burger, das Essen ist toll, die Bedienung hat Spaß an ihrer Arbeit und es ist immer ein schöner Ausgehabend. Wir würden gerne mal einen dieser Supershakes probieren, aber es passt einfach nichts mehr rein nach den tollen Burgern!

Best Burger in Town! Auch mit Kindern immer ein Besuch wert. Die Menüs lassen sich easy zusammenstellen, der Service ist immer schnell und super freundlich. Preis-Leistung Top! Einen Stern Abzug wirklich nur beim Ambiente was die Wärme angeht, leider fröstelt es einem im Winter schnell und es könnte etwas wärmer sein. Spätestens zum Essen wird einem warm 😉

Absolut freundliche und kompetente Bedienung, klasse Burger, Garstufe wie ich sie bestellt habe, tolle Fritten, schönes Ambiente. Macht weiter so!!! War vor Jahren schon mal dort und war damals auch begeistert. Nun mit anderem Fleischlieferanten aber ebenfalls in 1 a Qualität. Echt Top.

Sind des Öfteren im Dulfs und haben jeden Burger bisher getestet. Ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis welches seines Gleichen sucht. Habe schon viel probiert und keine anderen Burger kommen an diese ran. Das Brioche ist immer schön knusprig und jede Zutat hat einen einzigartigen Geschmack. Immer wieder gerne!

Burger gut. Getränke zu klein und dafür freche Preise. Pommes nicht wirklich gut und gingen halb zurück. Musik zu laut. Kaum Licht man wird automatisch müde.

Ich war heute mit meiner Freundin zum Mittagstisch in diesem Lokal, wir sind sehr überrascht. Eine sehr große und leckere Auswahl von Burger, selbst für Vegetarier. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommende, freundlich und voller Elan. Bedient worden wir von einen netten jungen Herren namens Julien glauben wir war sein Name, man merkte die Freunde an der Arbeit durch Aufmerksamkeit und das erfüllen unserer Wunsche. Die Musik die dort gespielt wird trifft den heutigen Zeitgeist. Also Im groben und ganzen müssen wir sagen das dulf‘s Burger uns sehr überzeugt hat. Fünf Sterne zurecht verdient.

Wie eine Sternschnuppe verglüht auch Dulf. Früher der Maßstab in Hamburg, jetzt leider unterdurchschnittlich. Kalte Pommes, Patty war durch und nicht medium, das Pulled Pork war zu Brei verkocht, hatte null Konsistenz und war maximal lau warm. Geschmack mittelmäßig. In Summe für das Geld sehr enttäuschend. Der Nachbartisch bestätigt eine identische Erfahrung. Entgegenkommen der Bedienung: 2€ Abzug. Wow...

Leider enttäuschte dieser Standort (Eimsbüttel) zum wiederholten Male durch den extrem schlechten Service der Mitarbeiter ist deshalb absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder einer meiner liebsten Spots zum Burger essen im hohen Norden ! Könnte fast alles auf der Karte empfehlen mein absolutes Highlight war bisher der Burger mit Pulledpork und Beef mit Holondaise Sauce.

Definitely a great place to eat a delicious Hamburger. Service is mainly fast except of course when there are too many people but that's normal and even then, the staff is incredibly nice and attentive. I've been twice without reservation and I always get a table. The hamburgers have good quality and the bun does not get all soggy too fast, it holds for a good amount of time so you can eat slowly if desired. The hamburgers varieties offered are quite interesting and they always look ready for social media, which is a nice view 😁. The taste is of course really good, not the best ever but delicious and it makes you happy. The shakes are not too amazing, they look amazing but they taste normal.

3.5 overall The burgers are quite okay. You can either choose one of the standard burgers as a menu or have your own customises burger, in which case you can't order a menu. Obviously that's not too complicated still the menu is designed in a way that makes it a bit uneasy to comprehend. And for some reason - maybe they had a bad day or something like that - the waiters haven't been that helpful or even friendly... 😅
