To the boss: Listen to 'everyone' (except your own taste); the new bread with the Philly Cheesesteak is a downgrade. WAKE UP (no smash burger, but getting away with bread like that 'facepalm')!

1. Philly Cheese was bad and really overpriced. 2. The fries were absolutely inedible. 3. The Chicken Crossies were just barely okay. 4. The burger prices were completely exorbitant. Conclusion: I won't be coming back.

Great burgers, especially vegan/vegetarian options. Getting a table without an appointment is difficult, though; it's best to try after 8 pm.

A wide selection of burgers, sandwiches, and deliciously unhealthy food. Refreshing lemonade and wonderfully flavorful dipping sauces. Although the portions are quite generous, everything tastes great down to the last bite. The quality of the ingredients and the perfect combination of spices clearly sets this place apart from other restaurants. The service is friendly, and the food arrives quickly.

Lunch offer only mini burger, otherwise quite expensive, some stuff not available, long waiting times even when not so busy.

The burger was okay, and so were the fries. I thought the truffle mayo was delicious. I wanted the meat in the burger cooked well, but it was medium-rare, so I only ate a third of the patty. The waiter who took my order didn't ask how it was until I was serving... After I complained, he simply said, "Oh, okay, sorry," served me, and didn't show up again. Someone else then took the payment. If I'm nearby, I might visit the restaurant again, but I wouldn't go there specifically again.

Fancying a Freakshake, I found this place on Google Maps, and had a small early tea with it. The staff were welcoming, and the service was insanely quick. Bit confusing at the end as I didn't know how/where to pay. But that's just a small niggle, and easily forgotten, when you've eaten a Freakshake as good as that!

If you don't appreciate good food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere, this is the wrong place! We were extremely satisfied with the service at Belend! The truly delicious food came so quickly we could hardly see it, the team is friendly and competent, and the overall vibe is relaxed and very pleasant. The overall cleanliness of the place was also impressive! Definitely worth a visit, two visits, or three visits!

Lunch for 15 euros... mini burgers, a couple of fries, a drink. It doesn't fit. All the tables are marked 'reserved,' and no one is there. Weird.

Super delicious burgers. We also had the Caesar salad and chicken. Unfortunately, I have to say there were far too few of them, and they were crammed into a much too small bowl. Serve it on a standard-sized plate so you can mix it up a bit. Otherwise, it was also very tasty.

Great service, excellent recommendations were provided upon request, and special requests were accommodated. The food was incredibly good, the fries were wonderfully seasoned and crispy, and the burger was hot, fully loaded, and fresh. The ambiance is nice, with a cool bar, imaginative seating, and the decor/wall murals are a real eye-catcher. You can also sit outside.

The fries were actually quite good. So was the maracuja lemonade. But the main event, the burger, was nothing memorable. Also way too pricey for what you get.

Better in the past – this time, unfortunately, disappointing I've eaten at Dulf's Burgers before and was really impressed then – but my last visit with two colleagues was all the more disappointing. After a friendly welcome, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. I had a special request: Mac & Cheese with Chili Cheese Con Carne – at first they said it wasn't possible, but then they did. The burgers arrived after about 25 minutes – none of them were cooked to the desired degree: • Two burgers, ordered medium, were almost raw • The burger, ordered well-done, was medium The side orders (fries) didn't arrive until 10 minutes later, when the burgers were almost finished. Furthermore, instead of the Mac & Cheese with Chili Cheese Con Carne, I got fries with chili cheese. After I complained, the Mac & Cheese was still brought – but not until we had already finished eating. I took them with me, but had to pay the full price, even though I initially received the wrong item. Conclusion: The store used to be really good – this time, unfortunately, everything was pretty chaotic. What a shame.

Taste and service very mediocre.

The food was okay, but the price/performance ratio wasn't right. The iced tea was completely unsweetened, and the oven was broken, so many dishes were unavailable.

A well-rounded menu. Delicious burgers, good sides, and a wide selection of different sauces. If you don't find a burger on the menu, you can create your own. The homemade lemonade is highly recommended.

We were there a few weeks ago with a larger group. Although it was packed and definitely extremely stressful, we got a spot quickly and were looked after fantastically by Ella and the crew. 10/10

The service is good, but staffing is often limited due to high demand. The hamburgers are good. Almost every item on the menu has bacon, but they don't put it in when you request it.

The best Philly cheese steak 🤤. They have a unique way of presenting the cheese liquid sauce for the burger. You can put how much you want. It makes it better to use your imagination and creativity. I recommend visiting here.

Always great burgers, when we are in Hamburg we eat there at least twice.

I ordered two takeout dishes, but unfortunately, half of the order was missing. Furthermore, the burgers were so drenched in sauce that they were barely edible, and the bread was completely soggy and stuck to the packaging. Very disappointing, especially since I had already tipped them in advance.

The place to go for burgers when in Hamburg!

The two of us went to Dulf's yesterday. We each had a cheeseburger (vegan and non-vegan) and a side of fries, as well as the Oreo freak shake. The burgers were delicious; the vegan burger's vegan patty is just a pretzel roll. That doesn't bother me, but it might disappoint others. The dips were super tasty. The shake was also tasty, but didn't have a wow factor. We like eating here and also like ordering from time to time. Highly recommended, but rather expensive 🫰 🍔

We've been to all of Dulf's branches now. I highly recommend them all. The food is incredibly good, but not for people who are counting calories 🤣 unless they're eating salad 🤣🤣 In my pictures you can see a pulled pork burger with mac and cheese. Parking isn't easy at any of the branches, but just drive around a few times, walk a few meters, and you're good :) The staff are all super friendly. We're happy to make the 160km journey ❤️

Dulf's Burger opened its third branch in Eimsbüttel a few years ago, and the place has been buzzing ever since. And in the truest sense of the word. The former dry cleaners had already been converted into a restaurant by its predecessor, but it quickly failed. Dulf's, however, stands like a brick wall and is popular and now well-known in the neighborhood...

When we arrived in Hamburg, we wanted to try this place because it had a high rating. All the outdoor tables were reserved, but luckily, we found a table inside without having to wait – even though the indoor space isn’t that big either. We ordered the Champignon Burger with extra bacon and sweet potato fries & beer 🍔🍟🍺 The burger was loaded with ingredients, and the patty was thick, juicy, and tasted like a real, proper burger patty. Even the small size was quite filling. With all the toppings and the juicy patty, it was a bit too messy to handle, (literally dripping when held) so I had no choice but to eat it with utensils — and unfortunately, I’m not a fan of eating burgers that way 😕 I liked the portion and the taste. In terms of price/performance, we left satisfied. However, I wouldn’t say it’s a place I’d definitely eat at again when I come to Hamburg – it didn’t really impress me that much. I’m also adding the menu photos.

Returned 2 years later. And it's not the best burger any more. First, they removed the ciabatta bun. The one bun that was a bit harder to give the burger more stability. Double patties are a mess nowadays. The bottom is not holding the structure. I am thankful for the times I had in the past and proudly saying the best burger in Germany is dulff. But sadly this is not the case Anymore. Friendly staff, no questions here. I don't taste the love anymore. And I know the place since it's beginnings in tbe Himmelstraße. 86 euro for 3 burger menus. (Almost)Best Burger on this planet. I love every single part. BUT the patty is a freaking joke with their 120 or 140 gram version. The bun is wider than the patty. That's a no go. 2 Patty's are not an option because it makes the burger and it's structure more slippery and from the meat experience it is something else when there are 4 crust's instead of just 2 and a meaty core. If they could fix that I could say best burger on this planet. I tried Gordon Ramsey's burger. Meat proportion is Perfect with his 200gr.patty. the right amount of toppings, bun and meat. But buns and meat at dulf are way way better. But sadly they went with the baby version of the patty. I still return every time when I'm in town. It's still the number one spot to go. Cheers guys. Waiting time after ordering for food: over 30 minutes Waiting time after ordering a drink: over 15 minutes When the drink I ordered with the meal came after the meal and I wanted to return it, a return was not possible. The single star is only given for the food.

So in terms of service and the taste of the burgers, the shop is really great. I just think it's too expensive when you only get 15 euros for a single burger. A plain burger just isn't worth that.

Best burger in town! I tried the “cheeseburger” and was totally surprised – juicy meat, perfectly fried, with fresh ingredients and a super fluffy bun. Fries were crispy and not too salty. Price-performance is definitely right. A must for burger lovers!

It was my first time there and I was very impressed with the burger! I had the “Italian Burger” with the gluten-free bun. The bread wasn't dry at all (as you would expect from gluten-free bread). The waitress was also super friendly and pointed out to me straight away that the contamination cannot be guaranteed 100% - so probably nothing for those who have severe celiac disease. The atmosphere was very casual and relaxed! I'll definitely be back next time I visit Hamburg! :) Ahh and…the truffle mayo is an absolute recommendation!

Update April 2025: The service is good and the food comes to the table quickly. We have been here a few times in the meantime and are satisfied, but new construction site: KNIFE!!! Please do something with your knives, they are so blunt that you can completely tear apart your beautiful burgers and that's just no fun. We have brought our own knives with us the last few times. That's really a shame! The food is always great, unfortunately last week we had to wait almost 60 minutes after ordering for the food because of so many pickups from Lieferando, Wolt, etc. There weren't particularly many guests on site. It's a shame, we ate here with a child and waiting an hour for a burger is really too long. No apology, no drink on the house. If you work on it we'd be happy to come back, now we'll take a break.

The visit was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the UFO Burger which did not meet my expectations at all. We also ordered a normal burger and the meat tasted much better. The overall concept of the UFO Burger was somehow not coherent and only tasted like cheese with fried onions. The normal burger was OK. The service was quick and uncomplicated. But I don't remember it here.

The homemade sauces, such as the truffle mayo, are another plus point. 👍🏼 I can recommend Dulf's Burgers to anyone looking for an exceptional burger experience 🌟. I've eaten at dulfs and found it really good. But the last few times have not been tasting the same, some very raw burgers, it's a nice place, if only the food was more consistent

If you come on Friday evening, you must bring enough time without a reservation and wait in line outside for a free seat inside or outside. Didn't have them that evening and ordered Philly & Farmers Burgers to take away. After about 20 minutes we received our food. We were very satisfied👌

The food was tasty and well prepared. Ambiance just doesn't appeal to me personally, some stickers are already falling off and showing that they've been there for a while. Unfortunately, our condition was well-deserved after work, but we didn't know it and waited 15 minutes until someone else spoke to us and noticed us.

We were there on a Friday evening around 7 p.m. We got a seat without a reservation but with a short waiting time of 10-15 minutes. The service staff was super nice and attentive. The order was received promptly. The drinks were quickly brought to the table. The food was delivered with a short but reasonable wait, considering that the restaurant was full to capacity. The dishes were freshly made and fresh ingredients were used. The burger buns were also super fresh and soft! The menu has something for every taste! No matter if you are a meat eater or a vegetarian. We'll be back.
