The burgers here are simply next level! I've never had a better burger!

It's never beautiful. I liked it so much on the internet that I took my family there. Their menus do not have visuals, every table was surprised by the burger in front of them. Everyone was missing, the waiters are very rude and ask for tips even though they do not provide service. We asked for a coke, it arrived in 15 minutes, I asked for the bill and it still hadn't arrived. Just as we were putting on our coats, the coke arrived extremely slowly to get up. It is not as delicious as it looks, ESPECIALLY THE WAITRES ARE INTERESTED. The blond-haired man inside is the long-haired man in the red hat who leads him in from outside. They are all so rude Even 1 star is too much. I paid 86 Euros for that service.

Nice shop, with relatively fast service. If you get an individual burger you will need €20+ without fries. The most honest option is the burger with 9 patties at €36.

Dulf Burger is a great place. I sat outside, atmosphere was quiet nice. The staff and service were great. I had the goat cheese burger, really liked it. If you happen to like a subtle, yet a bit intense, cheese taste on your burger, go for the goat cheese. Surely this isn’t a very budgetary place but occasionally it might be worth trying it.

I went again 2 years ago during my visit to Hamburg because I was so pleased with it. I ate it with great pleasure 2 years ago, but this time the bread was incredibly stale. I like to eat burgers with my hands, but I had to eat them using a fork and spoon. The bread was stale and fell apart easily. Fries and sauces were very nice.

The food was delicious and the gentleman who served us was super friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!!!

The quality of the patty and ingredients was good. However, the patty was a bit juicy and dry. Triple patty was a bit excessive.

The food is very tasty, but really expensive for burgers and fries. At some tables you also sit right next to the other guests, which doesn't make the ambience perfect as you unintentionally overhear other people's conversations and vice versa. The service often tried to “recommend” new things and menus, which I personally find annoying and unnecessary, but the service was very friendly. Mainly 3 stars because of the prices.

Yesterday we had dinner with 3 people. The service was very bad and unfriendly not recommended.

Unfortunately you have to give one star, but they don't deserve one! The food doesn't look good at all and the taste is a complete disappointment, the burger smelled terrible, the sauce too. Since we waited about 50 minutes for our order, we were hungry and ate fries that didn't taste good at all. I'm just wondering how anyone can serve something like that if they aren't worried about poisoning someone with rotten meat. We complained to the waitress but she ignored us and we were kicked out after that. We said enough of the disappointment and paid €68 for three smelly dishes that no one would eat.

There were 7 of us eating there. Mega tasty burgers, large selection (including side dishes and dips) and brilliant staff who were in a good mood. The "creature" with its 450g patty was of course crushed :-) The (unfortunately long) queue was definitely worth it! The spring menu was also well put together and the basil gin was very tasty ;-) All in one: I can only recommend it!

I don't even know where to begin - this restaurant was an absolute disaster. As soon as you entered, you noticed the unfriendly greeting from the staff, who obviously had neither desire nor interest in their guests. The wait for our order was disproportionately long, even though the restaurant was almost empty.

The burger was really good, but the sweet potato fries were overcooked, so I give it a 4. The service and atmosphere of the store are the best.

Very nice service. Homemade lemonade recommended! Unfortunately the fries were burnt, at least that's how they tasted and they were also very dark (sweet potatoes). The burger was good.

Had a great experience at Dulf's Burger on Karolinenstraße in Hamburg! The burger was delicious and perfectly cooked, and I really enjoyed the Erdinger Weiss beer with it. The staff were super friendly, made some jokes, and created a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. Service was quick and efficient, and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and craving a quality burger and a good time!

The service from Cedric was outstanding. A great young waiter who fully understands his job, is full of professionalism, is very approachable and displays total coolness and ease. Very happy again! Oh and: The food (Schlabbi Burger with Crunchy Fries) was awesome anyway! :D

I always come here to eat. In my opinion the best burgers in all of Hamburg. The waitresses are always nice and friendly and you can quickly find a seat. I recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers.

It was a disappointing experience. It was cold outside and I had to wait a long time just to place an order because there was only one server trying to handle everything—taking orders, processing payments, and serving. Meanwhile, a man who I assumed to be the owner (with a beard and a cap) was just walking around and occasionally pouring drinks. I asked for a well-done burger patty, but it came out burnt and extremely dry. On top of that, the same person in the kitchen was preparing both dine-in and delivery orders, clearly struggling to keep up. With service and quality both lacking, it’s not worth the visit. I won’t be coming back. That being said, I’d like to thank the lady server for her efforts—she was doing her best under very difficult circumstances.

Quite a wait time, we went on a Saturday. The meat is quality. Good atmosphere.

We waited at the door for about 30-40 minutes with a child, I think it's definitely not worth it. The employees are friendly but they give priority to Germans. We had a cheeseburger, the meat was delicious but with the pickles, tomatoes, ketchup and mayonnaise it seemed like a canteen service to me. The crunch chicken was very bad, the fries were good. The service is slow. It doesn't seem worth the price. With a 10% tip, 2 hamburgers, 2 cokes, 2 fries and 1 crunch chicken cost 65 euros. You can have a steak for the same price.

Delicious burgers with a big crowd

We went for lunch on a Saturday around 2:30 p.m., and there was a bit of a queue. We waited about half an hour until we got a table, but it was worth it. We really liked the burgers we tried. The fries, sweet potato, and sauces were also quite good. We ordered the set menu, which included a burger, side, and sauce, because it was cheaper. It came to almost €30 per person.

A good hamburger, but nothing more. The staff is helpful, you can choose the menu and get fries, drinks and sauce for 7 euros.

If you have the time or opportunity to eat a hamburger in Hamburg, this should be the place. If you take it as a menu, you first choose the bread, then the burger, the cooking degree, and the accompaniment and drink. Unlike most places in Hamburg, the staff speaks English and you can get along easily.

I'm actually a big fan of Dulf's and this was my first time at this restaurant in Hamburg. The food was delicious. But the place seemed very busy and loud; people sit so close together that it's almost impossible to have a quiet conversation with the person sitting opposite. The lady who assigned us seats didn't seem very friendly and didn't have a positive or inviting expression on her face. Unfortunately, I didn't like the atmosphere here at all.

Their burgers are unbelievably good, we can say that they are above average. If you are sensitive to pork, check the menus carefully, some menus contain bacon. Don't waste your money in the burger.

Very expensive. I paid 32 euro for menu burger, drink and fries The burger is nice but not extravagant. I think Five Guys is fresher and better. I don't regret trying it, but you might as well not try it.

Way too expensive. The lunch deal for €15 is really ridiculously small. Also not suitable at all for allergy sufferers and vegans. The “vegan” burger comes with a non-vegan brioche bun. I didn't like the burger. Update: Thanks for the reply. You are welcome to drink the water yourself. Also, I don't write nonsense. 1. The waiter told me that the brioche bun of the vegan burger had egg. 2. Did I get an allergic reaction from the burger. The guacamole tastes like it comes from Lidl.

We had to wait in line and were personally picked up from the next available table in a very friendly manner. Staff, process and food were great. The freaky milkshake was my personal highlight. Is worth a visit.

When visiting Hamburg, Dulf’s is an integral part of the program. Since I wasn't really hungry, we ordered the lunch menu. The taste is great but the difference between a normal burger and the lunch deal burger is really too big. Even when I was a little hungry, I didn't feel nearly full. I hope the amount will be adjusted again at some point, some previous speakers had already shared similar experiences.

We think this is the best hamburger place in Hamburg. The meat is extraordinary. Be prepared for a queue, especially on a Friday evening. One of our burgers came with a single patty instead of double, but the taste makes up for it.

Dulf's burgers are really awesome... and taste great 👌😋 The mushroom burger in particular is great. Service friendly and quick. Location is cool 😎 ... but everything is definitely too cramped and the seats aren't comfortable either. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible... so it remains a coincidence whether you get a place.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant regularly. Their burgers are already delicious, but in previous visits, we encountered rude and inattentive staff. However, in the last two visits, the waiters were quite friendly and attentive. In our most recent visit, Cedric took great care of us. We truly appreciate his service. 🙏🏽

What can I say? That was great. After a short wait we got a table. Drinks were great, especially the lemonade is recommended. When it comes to food, I have to say that everyone had burgers and they were all great. I'll take a look again next time I'm in Hamburg.

The milkshakes are amazing. In this price segment, however, the competition for burgers is very strong. Dulf's restaurants here are rather small and therefore very busy at many times, which can lead to a considerable waiting time. Dulf's currently does not offer reservations at the locations I prefer, which exacerbates this problem.

We have been here several times and are always very satisfied with the food. The long line was also a lot of fun thanks to Steven's good mood.

We finally managed to eat burgers here. Unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. It tasted the same as citizens taste elsewhere. It wasn't anything special. I had goat cheese burger, unfortunately the taste was just okay. I have already eaten many better citizens here in Hamburg. Was a bit disappointed.

My friends and I visited on February 16, 2025 around 4:45 p.m. I recommended the Dulf to my friends because I always had a good time there. However, it had been quite a disappointment. At the time we were served by a waitress who was obviously in a bad mood that day and had constantly sighed in annoyance while ordering, had an aggressive undertone and gave stroppy answers. Their service had made the atmosphere and experience in the restaurant worse than it could have been. Luckily, during the course of the evening we were served by other employees who handled the whole thing better than they did. Nevertheless, the initial poor service remained in our minds after 2 days.

I mean, it's delicious, but not as much as it's praised for. I can say that Burger Home in Turkey is more successful. Also, did they run out of solingen in Germany? They brought knives from Brazil 🤭😅 However, their presentation is very elegant.

Overall the burger was very tasty! A small drawback, however, was that some mushrooms were a bit burnt.

The service was so bad that it turned into a major disappointment. We waited 30 minutes for a burger, and when it finally arrived, it was just an average, forgettable meal. The menu is confusing, and the staff is not helpful at all. We ordered two cheeseburger meals with an upgrade, which included one portion of fries and one onion rings as sides. The sides were delicious, but as I mentioned, the burger itself had nothing special about it. I honestly don't understand how this place has such high ratings. The most absurd part? The server was so aware of how bad the service was that instead of handing us the payment terminal to enter the tip amount ourselves, they gave us a knowing look and selected ‘no tip’ on our behalf. That pretty much sums up the experience. We paid €22.50 per person.

I ordered a crunchy chicken burger to pick up and it was heavenly! 10/10, top burger shop, gladly again!

If you love burgers, you won't want to leave Dulf's Burgers in Hamburg. The super friendly service, the cool atmosphere and the super tasty burgers simply make it difficult for a real burger fan. Real burgers are still served here, not smashed and not shaken or stirred. 👍👍👍 Highly recommended.

The best burger shop in Hamburg. Fresh ingredients, high-quality meat and a wide selection from which you can put together a burger according to your taste. Unfortunately a bit run down and not particularly nice inside. Also very dirty toilets. But nice staff and delicious burgers with good fries and tasty dips. Therefore a clear recommendation

I can't understand all the good reviews, standard milkshake (a bit below standard even) and unnecessarily expensive. In their "defense" I have to mention that we arrived about 45 minutes before closing time. PS: we didn't even get the decorations for the milkshakes and we love sprinkles (And yes, I'm an adult and I'm proud of it)

The best burger I've ever eaten... Italian burger and onion rings are recommended

Modern style restaurant. They currently have two restaurants in Hamburg, the other is located further out. The restaurant has several small tables with chairs and benches as well as several high chairs to eat at a small bar The menu is made up of several types of burgers: beef, chicken, pork and vegetarian with their different versions, as well as a couple of giant special burgers that have several pieces of meat. Apart from the burgers they also have other dishes such as salads, onion rings, nuggets, a couple of desserts and shakes. Two of us went for dinner. I ordered the classic burger, the Dulf's Cheeseburger, which has 150g of beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, red onion, pickle, ketchup and house mayonnaise. In all the burgers you can choose the type of bread you want, they have 3 types, the classic sesame, brioche and ciabatta. For this one I chose the classic sesame, it was quite firm, tender and had a good flavor. I ordered the meat rare and they got the point right. The meat was a little bland, a shame because the quality was quite good, the pickles were very tasty and so was the mayonnaise. The burger came with potatoes cut in a groove, very crispy and tender on the inside, quite good. I chose mayonnaise to accompany them The other burger was the Dulf's Farmer Burger on brioche bread that also has 150g of beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, fried egg, bacon and coleslaw. In this one the meat was better seasoned so it was very tasty, the Bacon was great, the bad thing was the coleslaw that had too much quantity and dripped too much sauce. Summary: Very good burgers, great bread, pickles and potatoes, it's a shame that mine was not well seasoned and the other one had too much sauce. Price: 2 Burgers, 1 Astra beer €3, 1 bottle of water €2.2 total €30.8 Score: 8.8 Visited in December 2018

The waiter Franz served us well. He was totally friendly. The food was also excellent, you can tell that the meat is of good quality. In summary, a very good price-performance ratio

Selection of burgers and side dishes is great. The taste was also great, especially the fries were crispy. The service is also attentive and kind. Only the knives can't work. So dull that they could easily pass for children's cutlery. Unfortunately, this only ends up shredding the Birger rather than cutting it.
