A good and very popular burger shop in HH, which means that you sometimes have to wait a bit for a table at peak times. The burgers are delicious, the service is good and the atmosphere is relaxed! I'm there regularly!

The best chilli cheese steak sandwich I’ve had in Hamburg. Chicken popcorns as a side dish together with the truffle cheese sause was also a very nice addition. Highly recommended!

Service is overwhelmed! You first sit at the table for 30 minutes before you are seen and then you are finally allowed to order.. Then after about 10 minutes the burger arrives.. Well, what more can you say!? 10 minutes for a lukewarm patty and bacon just flew past the pan... No roasted aromas from the meat or bacon.. For me it's currently the worst burger I've ever been served.. Once and never again! Disgusting!

Just a great shop. The food is super delicious. And the staff is really warm and patient with the orders. There are enough staff in the store that you don't have to wait long. But the store is also so busy - even in the afternoon. That probably speaks for itself.

The burgers are excellent and the meat taste is wonderful. I never knew before that the patties could taste so great in Ricjtung Steak. The fries were also excellent. Anyone who can't tolerate gluten is in good hands here, the kitchen knows its stuff very well. Finding a parking space is challenging.

Never again, the 2nd star is only because the food was good. One of us had the drink pushed down his pants and sweater by the service staff during delivery. Hey, that can happen. We were friendly, said no problem, it wasn't nice, but didn't pay much attention to it. There was a mumbled apology for this. That was it. No hot drink on the house or at least the drinks you ordered on the house? Nothing. We were all a bit surprised then. Good customer service is different. We've experienced something different with other breakdowns in other restaurants. As if that wasn't enough, a different burger than what was ordered was also served. That can happen too. However, being bluffed at in an unfriendly manner by the waitress, who only brings what was given to her, and being angry because we supposedly didn't order the food, was beyond words for us with the previous mistake. Either we were very unlucky with the service staff that day and it was an exception or the service is just like that. We won't try it anymore. At times we asked ourselves whether there was a hidden camera that records and tests the behavior of customers for rude staff. This was the worst restaurant visit ever. But hey, that's kind of an award. When the store is full, which it was on our evening, it is also very loud. The very high ceilings don't make the atmosphere particularly comfortable either. If you want to have a nice chat, you'd better go somewhere else.

In my opinion, one of the tastiest burgers in Hamburg. No matter which burger you order, they are all harmoniously designed and mashalla. Music is loud but the good selection makes it acceptable. Service is always friendly and energetic. I can only recommend it

They offer many different options! ⭐️ It gets quite packed in the evenings so you’d probably have to wait a bit 🤏🏼 Our waiter was incredibly nice and funny 🤗 and the food arrived super quick eventho it was a full house ❤️ After we finished dinner we decided to stay a bit longer and have some drinks 🍸 as well because the music was so so good! 😍😍 Can’t wait to come back! 🤩

I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours now. According to Dulf's the order has been out for 5 minutes. This is definitely too late. I would like to see a realistic delivery time in the app.

Me and my wife have eaten at Dulfs well over 135 times in the last 7 years (calculated conservatively) and yes, that's exactly what I thought now. We can say with certainty: we are crazy. But what I also know: Dulfs offers incredibly good quality and remains highly customizable to your own eating wishes. I came to this restaurant back then and ate my cheeseburger quite well. My wife too. After all these years, however, I can say that we have already abused Dulf's system in an ungodly manner and eaten the most bottomless creations you can think of. Once you've started, it's hard to go to other stores that have a much simpler concept. A huge compliment to Marie and Jonas who (I think the two have been in Winterhude since day one) have always followed us on our path and have experienced the most bizarre situations with us over the years. Always a smile, always professional even when the hut is full. Real high performers. Also a huge compliment to Linus, I think even if there was an earthquake outside, his aura always creates a relaxed atmosphere. Cedric the master of all classes. Can do everything, does everything. The food itself is very tasty. After spending a long time looking for a parking space, as a thank you I was allowed to stand around at the “reception” like an idiot on a moderately busy evening as if someone was looking through me. While employees didn't seem to have to serve a table without haste and calmly, they preferred to ask table by table whether everything was correct instead of seating customers. Surely I would have made myself noticed; only no one came close enough. Waving or shouting through the store would be too uncomfortable for me. People certainly come for the food, but service and attention are what maintain customer loyalty.

Der beste Burgerladen Hamburgs seit Jahren. Vergiss alles andere. Den besten Geschmack, die knusprigsten Pommes, den geilsten BBG Burger, Cheeseburger, knuspriges Hähnchenbürger gibt's hier. Dagegen ist Peterpane und dergleichen eine Lachnummer. Der Service ist ebenfalls toll. Immer wieder begeistert. P.S. We went to Dulfs Burger during lunchtime and ate a mushroom burger from the regular menu and an avocado burger from the lunch menu. The taste was very good, the ingredients were fresh, only the burger from the lunch menu was a bit small. Therefore give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We were in the restaurant yesterday. I had a burger menu and my friend had an additional burger. I initially ordered one with double meat and was made aware of the menu (+€7). What I didn't know is that the menu only comes with 1 patty. When the food came, I was surprised. I ordered another one so my burger arrived when my friend was almost finished. I wish I had been told this when ordering, as in my opinion it shouldn't just be about selling. In addition, the fries only arrived lukewarm. But that was exchanged quickly and without any objection, which I thought was good and I was able to enjoy the hot fries. Ultimately, I'm disappointed by the inflexibility. Since I'm currently giving up milk, I asked to exchange the double cheese for a vegan product. But this costs €2 extra. It has a bitter aftertaste when you have to pay extra even though you have skipped 1 ingredient. The atmosphere is modern but uncomfortable. People eat and leave. I think it's because the wooden chairs without cushions are not inviting to linger on. All in all, I'm disappointed with yesterday. For 52€ for 2 people with 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 sauce and 2 soft drinks each, I would have expected more flexibility and more customer orientation. We had previously been to the ski jump and were very enthusiastic about it, which is why we came back. This time it was somehow a failure.

Best burgers in town. The restaurant looks inconspicuous, has practical tables and benches, but the menu leaves nothing to be desired. Burgers in all possible variations are served hot and delicious, great side orders such as fried onion rings, sweet potato fries and macaroni with cheese complete the picture. A very friendly young team that knows its menu and is happy to help. The waiting time for the food depends a little on how busy it is. But on average very fast. Homemade lemonades and iced teas are very tasty. So, we go there more often now. If you should do it, it's worth it. 👍👍👍
