This place has rightfully earned its reputation for offering the best burger in Hamburg. I can't remember the last time I ate such a good burger (Kreatur). It might even have been the best I've ever had. Reservations aren't accepted, so expect a wait (20-30 minutes) before being seated. The restaurant is usually very busy and unfortunately doesn't have that many tables, which naturally makes the situation a bit noisy. However, it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable these days. You get good value for your money. I highly recommend Dulf's!

Good, hearty burgers with plenty of flavor. The patties are juicy, the toppings are fresh, and everything comes together without feeling messy. Fries are solid and the portions leave you satisfied. Service is quick and the atmosphere stays casual. Easy place to go when you want a straightforward, well made burger.

There were five of us and the place was empty. Only four tables, yet the order was wrong and some items didn't arrive at all. The food was also lukewarm.

The sign outside caught my eye. It offered a meal deal: a burger with fries and a drink for €15. The fries were great, but the burger was more of a tasting portion. The jalapeños inside were thin, dried-out slices…?! The bun was already overcooked… (picture) The ambiance is very basic. The order arrived very quickly. The service was consistently good and very friendly. Conclusion: Okay, but nothing special.

It doesn't taste good anymore. We've been coming to Dulf's Burger regularly for seven years and really enjoyed it, but it's not what it used to be. The meat patties have become so small and tough that even after a double burger with extra fries, you're still hungry. You used to be able to taste the quality of the meat; it was fluffy, thick, and juicy. Now it's small, dry, and disappointing. That's it for us and Dulf's Burger. What a shame.

I'm really angry. My wife and I went to Dulfs Burger today, and we noticed something was wrong with the very first bite. The patty suddenly tasted like anything from any other run-of-the-mill burger joint. Dulfs' trademark was always their special beef from the Red Holstein heifer. That's precisely what made the place so unique for years. This beef was the reason we and many others kept coming back. For over nine years, we traveled all the way from Hanover with friends and family just to enjoy this unparalleled taste experience. Now it turns out they have a new meat supplier and are only offering standard beef. Apparently, it's all about maximizing profits now. Cheaper standard beef, higher margins, but at the expense of quality and authenticity. Dulfs has lost exactly what once made this place so special. It's truly a shame and disappointing that economic interests are now being prioritized over taste and tradition.

It's worth a visit. Spacious, comfortable, and with impeccable service. It's not expensive, and the food is more than acceptable.

The lunch special with 100g patties for €15 was unfortunately not filling; even the fries didn't help.

Half of the order is constantly missing and/or the food arrives cold. You can't be reached by phone. It's really frustrating....

We ordered a pickup time yesterday. When we got there, we were told, annoyed, that it might take another 20 minutes (the rental car clock was crunched). No apology, no explanation, no offer of a drink. When I arrived, I was told it was Sunday evening. For those prices, I expect reliability. Something can always go wrong; the question is how to handle it. Or charge mediocre prices, and then the service should be commensurate.

Today, I ordered a burger with an extra patty through Wolt. It was supposed to be medium, and then they presented me with two half-raw patties in the burger. Medium is something else, very disappointed. I'd heard the burger place is good, but I don't know if I'll ever eat there or order from there again. We usually order from a different burger place and thought we'd try something new, since the burgers sound really good. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the service or ambiance. Feel free to share your own experiences; others might be better. 🥲 I'm going to bed hungry tonight. 🫠

Hamburg's BEST citizens! Crowds make excellent service difficult.

The burgers themselves are delicious, but the meat was very dry in the "done" version, and overall, all three burgers were rather lukewarm, and the buns were paper-thin. The homemade "lemonade" was a disgrace: sparkling water with a sprig of herb in it, but otherwise, not a hint of flavor! The service was very friendly, and draft beer is always a good choice. But otherwise, it's delicious, but it's just a burger.

One of the best burgers in the city. The selection is large and there's something for everyone. There were four of us there, and we each had something different and loved every single one. There are also unusual side options like mac and cheese or coleslaw, nuggets, or vegan nuggets. 🍔 The service is great; we did have to wait a long time to order, but that's what you'd expect from Hamburg when you go out to eat at a place like this. The four of us got a table right away.

I have no idea how some people manage the triple burger (or more)...I was already full after the regular one with a side. The milkshakes are also great, by the way! You can also customize your own burgers without any problems. All burgers are also available as a vegetarian option with a Beyond Meat patty. The ingredients seem fresh and well-prepared. The fries are particularly noteworthy: fantastically crispy and not too greasy! Service: Always friendly, attentive, and quick, even during busy times. Nothing to complain about! Atmosphere: Nice seating, both inside and outside. The only thing that bothers us is the volume of the music inside; conversations can sometimes be difficult with the speakers right next to them. The choice of music is a matter of taste; we don't quite like it. Conclusion: "Insanely delicious" lives up to its promise. We enjoy the burgers and fries every time and will be back many more times!

I had a cheeseburger with chicken bites on the side and something to drink. All in all, I enjoyed it despite the overcooked burger, except for that 0.2L Coke. Honestly, that's two sips and it's empty. So, with a meal priced over €20, they could definitely offer a 0.5L size.

It was a quality burger worth breaking my diet for. It's a must-try when you visit Hamburg. From the bread to the sauces to the side dishes, it's excellent. You absolutely must try it as a menu item. We ordered Cheeseburger with Mac and Cheese and Fries, they were good. The Milkshake was delicious. We didn't like the Pomegranate Mint Limo tho, it was too bitter. Service was friendly and faster than we anticipated. But I wasn't happy with the sauces. On the cheeseburger were only mayo (granted called "dulfs mayo") and ketchup, I expected a housemade burgersauce for this hype and price.

It was my first time there and I was thrilled. Our super friendly server, Cetrik, did a fantastic job. I see a lot of restaurants, and he deserves a lot of praise 😉 Also, the best fries I've had in a long time.
