Dulf's Burger in Hamburg

Me and my wife have eaten at Dulfs well over 135 times in the last 7 years (calculated conservatively) and yes, that's exactly what I thought now. We can say with certainty: we are crazy. But what I also know: Dulfs offers incredibly good quality and remains highly customizable to your own eating wishes. I came to this restaurant back then and ate my cheeseburger quite well. My wife too. After all these years, however, I can say that we have already abused Dulf's system in an ungodly manner and eaten the most bottomless creations you can think of. Once you've started, it's hard to go to other stores that have a much simpler concept. A huge compliment to Marie and Jonas who (I think the two have been in Winterhude since day one) have always followed us on our path and have experienced the most bizarre situations with us over the years. Always a smile, always professional even when the hut is full. Real high performers. Also a huge compliment to Linus, I think even if there was an earthquake outside, his aura always creates a relaxed atmosphere. Cedric the master of all classes. Can do everything, does everything. This guy works everywhere! And always the warmest smile on your face. Thank you for everything. The best team in every respect at Dulfs in Winterhude.❤️❤️ Is the quality good? Guys, we eat there at least once or twice a month. At peak times once a week... Question answered, right? Me and my wife look forward to our food EVERY TIME, even after all this time. Impossible to get a table in a group. You feel like a traffic light on an empty country road at night.... You're just standing there pointlessly in the way... after waiting for over 35 minutes, you decided to go to the pizzeria next door.

Definitely the best burger chain in Hamburg. The wait is worth it. Unfortunately, music is loud, which makes the stay not so pleasant. This shop is not intended to linger - you should eat a premium burger and then leave. That's how the Dulf's business works, you then make room for the next guests. But I don't think that's a bad thing.

Yesterday evening was once again world class! Unfortunately it was only my second time with you (Ossi 🙈), but from the staff, to the service, to the food, it was really a nice evening. Everyone was very friendly and a small birthday wish was of course accepted without flinching. Also a big compliment to the kitchen, you do something very special there! Perfectly medium, perfect!!!!... It's rare to find such employees, with so much friendliness and passion. Save these, they are very valuable for a company! Really great and really great ❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌👌

Incredibly delicious burger. I had the Schlabbi Burger with pulled pork and patty. A bowl of mac and cheese on the side was also a highlight. The food came very quickly. Cola was a bit low.

The food itself is very tasty. After spending a long time looking for a parking space, as a thank you I was allowed to stand around at the “reception” like an idiot on a moderately busy evening as if someone was looking through me. While employees didn't seem to have to serve a table without haste and calmly, they preferred to ask table by table whether everything was correct instead of seating customers. Surely I would have made myself noticed; only no one came close enough. Waving or shouting through the store would be too uncomfortable for me. People certainly come for the food, but service and attention are what maintain customer loyalty.

Dulf's Burger is without question the best burger place I've ever visited! As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a friendly team and a relaxed atmosphere that fits the concept perfectly. The quality of the ingredients is simply unbeatable – everything is freshly prepared and you can taste it in every bite. The Champion Burger is a true masterpiece! Juicy, perfectly cooked meat combined with fresh, crunchy toppings and a sauce that is simply heavenly. Each component is perfectly coordinated with each other, so that the taste creates a real fireworks display. The portions are generous, and even as a big burger fan, I was pleasantly full. The sides are also worth mentioning – the fries are crispy and seasoned just right, and the homemade dips are the icing on the cake. There is also a great selection of drinks that round off the taste experience. Whether you're a die-hard burger lover or just want a special meal - Dulf's Burger is a must! I will definitely be back and can only recommend everyone to try the Champion Burger. Five stars are absolutely deserved here!

Great food, especially the burgers are REALLY special and completely different than anything else out there. Unfortunately, everything is comparatively expensive, so we won't be able to go back until we get another voucher. For those who don't want money to stand in their way, here's some urgent advice: MUST TRY IT!!!

The burgers are good but I was surprised today at how expensive they were. 17 euros for a sandwich and 4.90 for some fries? 2.80 a micro coca cola... for that much money I could rather buy a real "fork and knife" dish somewhere else, in another restaurant of a comparable category.

Whoa hey! The burger was amazing, super tasty! I still had a real stomach flutter for half an hour afterwards. I had the Blue Cheeseburger² with double meat in a pretzel bun. Incredibly cool with the homemade sauces and the top-quality meat. The price was absolutely okay, and Cedric at the bar – really great guy! Food, ambience, prices and staff. Everything fits here. But the staff is particularly noteworthy. When we visited several times, it was always friendly and even charming - even when it was busy.

Der beste Burgerladen Hamburgs seit Jahren. Vergiss alles andere. Den besten Geschmack, die knusprigsten Pommes, den geilsten BBG Burger, Cheeseburger, knuspriges Hähnchenbürger gibt's hier. Dagegen ist Peterpane und dergleichen eine Lachnummer. Der Service ist ebenfalls toll. Immer wieder begeistert. P.S. Ich schreibe vielleicht einenal in 10 Jahren eine Restaurantbewertung und wollte das hier mal loswerden.

Went there for a burger and felt like we ordered all the variations. All in all it was very good, quantity, quality, taste, price performance was great! New waitress being trained, very friendly and attentive. Gladly again! Clear recommendation!

You don't have to write much here. The pictures say it all. And in live the citizens look even better. The service is top. I thought it was a bit of a shame that we were sitting so close together, but that's just a personal preference. As soon as the tables next door had their burgers, it was quiet again. It is very commendable that there is always something new here. Especially new types of mayo. I also think it's good that the service staff give you very good and helpful advice. This is important because the combination options are more extensive than buying furniture at Ikea.

We went to Dulfs Burger during lunchtime and ate a mushroom burger from the regular menu and an avocado burger from the lunch menu. The taste was very good, the ingredients were fresh, only the burger from the lunch menu was a bit small. Therefore give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We were in the restaurant yesterday. I had a burger menu and my friend had an additional burger. I initially ordered one with double meat and was made aware of the menu (+€7). What I didn't know is that the menu only comes with 1 patty. When the food came, I was surprised. I ordered another one so my burger arrived when my friend was almost finished. I wish I had been told this when ordering, as in my opinion it shouldn't just be about selling. In addition, the fries only arrived lukewarm. But that was exchanged quickly and without any objection, which I thought was good and I was able to enjoy the hot fries. Ultimately, I'm disappointed by the inflexibility. Since I'm currently giving up milk, I asked to exchange the double cheese for a vegan product. But this costs €2 extra. It has a bitter aftertaste when you have to pay extra even though you have skipped 1 ingredient. The atmosphere is modern but uncomfortable. People eat and leave. I think it's because the wooden chairs without cushions are not inviting to linger on. All in all, I'm disappointed with yesterday. For 52€ for 2 people with 2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 sauce and 2 soft drinks each, I would have expected more flexibility and more customer orientation. We had previously been to the ski jump and were very enthusiastic about it, which is why we came back. This time it was somehow a failure.

We were there for lunch. There are some of the normal burgers in a smaller version with fries and drinks for ~14 euros. You'll get a bit full of it, but considering the price and the top quality, it's still a good offer.

We drove to Hamburg (600km away) because I love burgers and wanted to eat the “creature”. Of course in conjunction with a short trip ☺️. I have to say this was the best burger I have ever eaten. The meat was nice and tender and the taste was simply brilliant thanks to the cheese and the different sauces. It was also very attractively presented. In terms of price, I also thought it was absolutely right.

Real burgers and almost always mega full. Just had the lunch menu (burger, fries and drink for €14). The taste of the burger was A1, unfortunately a bit small, the same goes for the fries: tasty but small. The cola wasn't cold enough for me. Nevertheless, I'll go there again soon.

Best burgers in town. The restaurant looks inconspicuous, has practical tables and benches, but the menu leaves nothing to be desired. Burgers in all possible variations are served hot and delicious, great side orders such as fried onion rings, sweet potato fries and macaroni with cheese complete the picture. A very friendly young team that knows its menu and is happy to help. The waiting time for the food depends a little on how busy it is. But on average very fast. Homemade lemonades and iced teas are very tasty. So, we go there more often now. If you should do it, it's worth it. 👍👍👍

This was my second time eating here and I will be taking a break from this restaurant for now. The food was visually appealing, but unfortunately the quality left something to be desired this time. Two of the burger patties were almost raw, while the other burger was completely grilled, so the meat was dry and tasteless. What a shame!

Very good burger with a fair menu. Although the menu mentions soft drinks, you also get homemade lemonades, which wasn't immediately clear to me. Due to the sauces and the "dressing" of the tomatoes, the Italian burger is more of a knife and fork burger - but the taste is convincing.
