The mushroom burger was delicious, and the fries were nice and crispy. The cocktail was also quite good. Service could have been faster and more attentive, but it was very friendly, and we received everything correctly.

Very tasty burgers with plenty of variations (bun type, number of patties, and all the usual toppings), fries and sweet potato fries nice and crispy, and various variations of mayonnaise very tasty. We sat outside under the canopy and were very quiet; it's a bit livelier inside. Despite the busyness, the staff is super friendly and always fulfills requests with a smile. You feel very welcome. We'll definitely be back!

I had a cheeseburger with chicken bites on the side and something to drink. All in all, I enjoyed it despite the overcooked burger, except for that 0.2L Coke. Honestly, that's two sips and it's empty. So, with a meal priced over €20, they could definitely offer a 0.5L size.

Con: The music was too loud for a place where people want to have a conversation. In my opinion, the music selection wasn't suitable for such a place either. More suited to a bar or club.

Delicious burgers! That was a different combination. Especially with the pretzel bun. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Almost everyone always had a smile on their face. The interior is pretty cool. The tables and seating are also a bit special, as I've never seen them anywhere else. The only thing I have to complain about is that the mac 'n' cheese wasn't really cheesy. That was a bit disappointing, because I was really looking forward to something cheesy. Still, I'd happily come back to try other burgers.

It was a quality burger worth breaking my diet for. It's a must-try when you visit Hamburg. From the bread to the sauces to the side dishes, it's excellent. You absolutely must try it as a menu item. We ordered Cheeseburger with Mac and Cheese and Fries, they were good. The Milkshake was delicious. We didn't like the Pomegranate Mint Limo tho, it was too bitter. Service was friendly and faster than we anticipated. But I wasn't happy with the sauces. On the cheeseburger were only mayo (granted called "dulfs mayo") and ketchup, I expected a housemade burgersauce for this hype and price.

Never again, the 2nd star is only because the food was good. One of us had the drink pushed down his pants and sweater by the service staff during delivery. Hey, that can happen. No hot drink on the house or at least the drinks you ordered on the house? Nothing. We were all a bit surprised then. Good customer service is different. We've experienced something different with other breakdowns in other restaurants. As if that wasn't enough, a different burger than what was ordered was also served. That can happen too. However, being bluffed at in an unfriendly manner by the waitress, who only brings what was given to her, and being angry because we supposedly didn't order the food, was beyond words for us with the previous mistake. Either we were very unlucky with the service staff that day and it was an exception or the service is just like that. We won't try it anymore. At times we asked ourselves whether there was a hidden camera that records and tests the behavior of customers for rude staff. This was the worst restaurant visit ever. But hey, that's kind of an award. When the store is full, which it was on our evening, it is also very loud. The very high ceilings don't make the atmosphere particularly comfortable either. They offer many different options! ⭐️ It gets quite packed in the evenings so you’d probably have to wait a bit 🤏🏼 Our waiter was incredibly nice and funny 🤗 and the food arrived super quick eventho it was a full house ❤️ After we finished dinner we decided to stay a bit longer and have some drinks 🍸 as well because the music was so so good! 😍😍 Can’t wait to come back! 🤩

Me and my wife have eaten at Dulfs well over 135 times in the last 7 years (calculated conservatively) and yes, that's exactly what I thought now. We can say with certainty: we are crazy. But what I also know: Dulfs offers incredibly good quality and remains highly customizable to your own eating wishes. I came to this restaurant back then and ate my cheeseburger quite well. My wife too. After all these years, however, I can say that we have already abused Dulf's system in an ungodly manner and eaten the most bottomless creations you can think of. Once you've started, it's hard to go to other stores that have a much simpler concept. A huge compliment to Marie and Jonas who (I think the two have been in Winterhude since day one) have always followed us on our path and have experienced the most bizarre situations with us over the years. Always a smile, always professional even when the hut is full. Real high performers. Also a huge compliment to Linus, I think even if there was an earthquake outside, his aura always creates a relaxed atmosphere. Cedric the master of all classes. Can do everything, does everything. After spending a long time looking for a parking space, as a thank you I was allowed to stand around at the “reception” like an idiot on a moderately busy evening as if someone was looking through me. While employees didn't seem to have to serve a table without haste and calmly, they preferred to ask table by table whether everything was correct instead of seating customers. Surely I would have made myself noticed; only no one came close enough. Waving or shouting through the store would be too uncomfortable for me. People certainly come for the food, but service and attention are what maintain customer loyalty.

There is also a great selection of drinks that round off the taste experience. Whether you're a die-hard burger lover or just want a special meal - Dulf's Burger is a must! I will definitely be back and can only recommend everyone to try the Champion Burger. Five stars are absolutely deserved here!
