Unsere beiden Kinder wollte unbedingt ein Kindermenü wegen dem Spielzeug. Leider war das Spielzeug aus und stattdessen hat man für die Jungs einen Eis Tee dabei getan - den dürfen die leider nicht trinken weil das schwarzer Tee drin ist 🙈. Der Salat war schon älter und geschmacklich hatten wir definitiv schon bessere Burger, gerade wenn man über 10€ für einen Burger bezahlen soll.

Bestellung kam nach über zwei Stunden immer noch nicht an, vom Restaurant wird man nur vertröstet und hingehalten. Geld wird per Wolt bzw. PayPal zurückgefordert. FINGER WEG!

Netter kleiner Laden, leckere Burger, schneller Service, aber … Ich habe Samstagnacht um Mitternacht dort gegessen und als ich später zu Hause einschlief, hatte ich furchtbare Magenschmerzen. Ich musste Malox trinken, um wieder schlafen zu können. Also, guter Laden, aber nichts für mich. Außerdem habe ich vergessen, dass wir 45 Euro für zwei Burger und zwei Portionen Pommes bezahlt haben. Das sollte eigentlich auf der Speisekarte stehen, aber das Getränk kostet extra. 😂😅

Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt, Lieferung war für 01:10 Uhr geplant. Der Fahrer ist erst gegen 01:40 Uhr losgefahren – kann passieren. Danach ist er jedoch in die falsche Stadt (Gelsenkirchen) gefahren (wohne in Bochum)und hat mich angerufen - er wäre da. Ich habe ihm daraufhin meinen Standort geschickt und die Adresse nochmal erklärt. Ca. 20 Minuten später hat er erneut angerufen und stand wieder vor der falschen Adresse (diesmal beim Starlight Express Theater), wo ich auch nicht wohne. Nach über einer Stunde, in der das Essen durch die Gegend gefahren wurde, habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Absolut unverständlich…

Allein wegen der Atmosphäre kann man wieder hingehen.

Habe gestern einen Burger und süßkartoffel Pommes bestellt. Das Essen kam zum einen 20 Minuten später als erwartet, zum anderen liege ich heute flach. Habe mich mehrfach übergeben und fühle mich überhaupt nicht gut.

Mit großem Abstand die SCHLECHTESTEN Burger, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Haben über Lieferando bestellt und es war ungenießbar. Die Patties waren Briketts, einfach schrecklich. Geschmacklich echt erbärmlich.

Leider keine Gute Erfahrung, falsche Lieferung

19.30 Uhr bestellt und erst um 21.30 Uhr geliefert,obwohl dort steht 25-40min Lieferzeit.Nicht die bestellten Burgerbrötchen erhalten.Geschmacklich sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.Vor Jahren hat es dort mal geschmeckt!Nie wieder!

Die Burger dort sind echt super! Früher habe ich immer über Uber Eats bestellt, wenn es die 2-für-1-Aktion gab, und die Burger waren der Hammer. Auch im Laden selbst sind die Burger einfach nur genial. Die Mitarbeiter sind supernett und der Service blitzschnell 💪

bei meiner ersten Bestellung ist das Essen leider gar nicht angekommen. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich einen Anruf mit einer Entschuldigung. Heute habe ich erneut bestellt – Lieferzeit 69 Minuten –, aber das Essen kam in sehr schlechtem Zustand an. Das ist sehr enttäuschend.

Klein, aber fein! Wir waren unter der Woche mittags dort und hatten die ungeteilte Aufmerksamkeit. Burger und Pommes würden frisch zubereitet und waren innerhalb weniger Minuten fertig - sehr lecker! Das Ambiente gemütlich, rustikal, aber genauso wie wir es uns unter dem Namen vorgestellt haben. Bei einem Besuch in Bochum auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ich bestelle um 15:50 dort. Wir haben mittlerweile 18:21. ich verstehe wenn viel zutun ist und Leute viel bestellen oder vielleicht Personalmangel herrscht oder sonstiges. Aber mittlerweile 2h und 30 Minuten zu warten UND IMMERNOCH kein Anzeichen von Bestellung oder sonstiges zu haben ist mir langsam zu viel.

Gestern habe ich bestellt um 15:10 und habe ich das Lieferung um 17:10 bekommen nach 2 stunden Essen kalt Auf dem Telefon war der Besitzer auch frech Nie wieder bestellen

Wir haben über ubereats essen bestellt. Dort hieß es das unser Essen zwischen 20-20:20 Uhr kommt. Um 20:35 war es immer noch nicht da also habe ich angerufen. Nach dem ich angerufen habe hieß es „ich Kümmer mich und rufe sie zurück“ sie hat sich dann 15 Minuten nicht gemeldet. Dann haben wir noch einmal angerufen, es hieß dann wortwörtlich! „ich hab so viele Nummern, leider hab ich zwei mal die falsche angerufen und dachte dann die melden sich schon“ und dann hieß es „die Bestellung haben wir gar nichts und dann eine Minute später „Achso ja die hab ich hier vor mir, geht als Nächstes raus“ auf die Nachfrage wieso bei ubereats hieß Bestellung ist unterwegs sagte sie „wir können gar keine Zeit da angeben“ Also das Essen mag lecker sein und andere Mitarbeiter vielleicht fähig aber das war reinste Katastrophe und wirklich eine Frechheit! Man sollte eben auch nicht jeden einstellen 😅

I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for a single burger meal ordered via Uber Eats. An order I could have gotten in the restaurant within 15 minutes. This demonstrates the restaurant's unprofessional approach when they only employ one delivery driver who takes far too long.

To be honest the worst burger i have ate the meat is tasteless

We all thought the burgers here were very bad. In contrast, we've only ever had good experiences at the branch in Witten.

The food is good, but I wish they were a little more considerate with the prices, as it is more expensive than in other restaurants.

I went there on the evening of November 9th because I simply love the Burger King in Witten, but unfortunately, it was already closed. WORST DECISION ever!!!! I deliberately chose a burger that hadn't already been assembled and left out on the stove (who knows for how long)... disgusting! In the end, I don't think that made any difference, since they put the old toppings from the other burger bun I ordered on mine. Long story short: I still feel terrible. Not at all. I had to pick the cheese off because it was simply old and sticky, and the meat was so tough on the sides that I had to remove those bits too. Stupidly, I still gave the burger a chance because I'm used to only getting good, delicious, and fresh food in Witten. If I had looked at the burger beforehand, I would have demanded my money back immediately. Unfortunately, I only looked inside when I got home—my stupid mistake. Please pay attention to hygiene; you're harming your customers. Like I said, based on the reviews, it should all run smoothly for you, but that evening... you should be glad I didn't report it somewhere, because, like I said, I still feel awful about it. I'd give it zero stars if I could, I was just traumatized by that place!

So, I ordered around 3:20 PM and received it at about 5:10 PM. Disappointingly, the only hot item was cold and soggy. I ordered two different sauces, but unfortunately, I only received two of the same kind. This meant I had to eat dry potato wedges. Not good. They apologized for the long wait, but explained the cold food simply by saying it had been in the car longer than necessary. What a shame. Conclusion: First and last time ordering from them.

The portion with the brioche bread was far too small, comparable to a cheeseburger at McDonald's, however the burger costs €16.90 as part of a meal deal and I wouldn't even come close to feeling full.

This burger joint in the heart of the Bermuda Triangle offers a mixed experience. On the one hand, the burgers are freshly prepared and the ambiance is pleasantly designed. But with these prices, the necessary capital should be readily available to convince customers with Spotify Premium, so that the commercial breaks are appropriately silenced. In terms of taste, the Big Bro, for example, could have benefited from more sauce. But otherwise, the meat was well-cooked and the tomatoes were large, which is more important than it seems. The advertised value for money, especially in the menu format, is unfortunately excessive, even for this central location. Since most of the joints there finance themselves through dubious business deals anyway, it would make sense, also in the interests of the local population, to lower the prices. And with a maximum capacity of around 6-7 people in the restaurant, it might be more approachable to forgo self-service. In light of the criticisms mentioned and after intensive consultation with our review team, I am therefore forced to leave it at a solid 3 stars.

The food was delicious. We ordered at 9:16 p.m., and it was delivered at 10:58 p.m. Even though the app said it would take 40 to 65 minutes, I found this beyond outrageous.

No, unfortunately, I can't recommend them. Not only did the burger arrive almost cold, but they also served the wrong side, for which I had to pay extra. After several attempts to contact them by phone, I gave up after the seventh call and will never spend my money there again!

If you look at the positive reviews you'd think this is a good burger place, but unfortunately you'd be wrong 🫤 . Ordered last night around 10 p.m., waited over an hour, the food was cold and soggy, the fries without salt tasted like they were from the day before, the burger was also a disaster, the lettuce was brown instead of green and the patty wasn't even cooked through. Please don't offer food in the evening if you aren't able to prepare food late at night. One star only because the employee on the phone was so nice and called the driver for me to see where he was after a 20-minute delivery time.

Nothing special, the burger bun didn't taste even slightly grilled to me, the burger was even a little tough compared to what I expected for that money 2 levels higher quality, the mozzarella sticks are nothing special, the sour cream was weird, it had some herbs in it and didn't taste like real sour cream at all.. they are even below expectations and the wait was really long for everything that was ordered, I waited almost 20 minutes and it wasn't crowded.. The opinion for everything together is overrated, if I had to rate it more accurately I would give it a rating of 2.8 out of 5..all that was 16.90€ (burger menu)+2€ mozzarela sticks(instead of fries)=18.90€ in a menu..

Here you get a solidly fried burger, nothing less, but definitely nothing more. For the price I would have expected much more. Special requests (without onions) didn't work out despite the relatively empty store. I always find this difficult when ordering because if you leave something out, you either don't like it or you can't tolerate it. The latter would be fatal. Unfortunately, the dips for the side dishes didn't suit our taste at all. The taste of the sour cream was far removed from anything I've ever tried as a sour cream. In short: you can do it once, but you don't necessarily have to repeat it.

The burger was brutal. Anyone who reads this and doesn't know if it's good will always like to order it. Only 4 stars because 1 sauce was forgotten otherwise it was brutal and tasted great and was even warm when I got the order.

Bad communication, bad service, even though the store was empty we waited far too long

I ordered two veggie patty burgers. One without tomato and with jalapeños, the other regular + jalapeños + feta cheese. I got neither feta cheese nor jalapeños, and even though it was ordered regular, there was no tomato. I ordered Samurai sauce and got two Joppie burgers. Reconsider the veggie patties – either cook them longer or get a different one. They were very mushy and soaked with grease.

The burgers are pretty good, the salad (Italian) for 9 euros and the delivery time (1h45min) is an absolute disgrace. During the ordering process, an expected delivery time of 45 minutes was displayed, after payment then 1:45 hours.

Delivery was delivered by bike at 1 degree Celsius! Paper bag on the back in the backpack, which unfortunately meant the food was cold. 🥶 Nothing tasteful at all and with 30€ for 2 burgers, unfortunately I didn't get enough. Also waited 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!

Burger Brothers is simply amazing - without question the best burger shop in all of Bochum! There were three of us there and we were impressed by the lightning-fast service when we ordered. The burgers? Absolutely next level! Juicy meat, perfectly grilled, and the red sauce – just awesome. Every bite was pure excitement! The staff? Super friendly and relaxed, you immediately feel at home. And then the File Bites… Guys, this is a taste explosion from another world! We've never tried anything so awesome - incredibly delicious! The ambience rounds off the experience, and at the fair prices you get real top quality. Conclusion: Burger Brothers is not just a burger shop, it is an experience. We keep coming back – there is no better place in Bochum!

Not recommended at all! You order, the food comes after over 2 hours! Wedges were so disgusting and raw and yet were mixed with old burnt leftovers! Hamburger was tasteless, barely fried, and very disgusting! Requests were not taken into account when ordering (e.g. without tomatoes)! I tried calling several times but no one answers! Never eat at this steel again!

The best burger in Bochum now has a new home and the ambience is simply great! The furnishings are modern and cozy, perfect for feeling really comfortable. The burgers are fantastic as always! I've been raving about their taste for years. The bread spread with butter in particular takes the enjoyment to a new level and ensures a real taste explosion. Absolute recommendation for anyone who loves burgers! 😍 10/10

We were there with Neotaste. After a few comments here, I had my concerns. But apparently for free. Employees were super nice. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to pre-order by phone. The place looks very good. It's really cozy and very clean. The food (burgers and wraps) were delicious and very fresh. The children's menus were also very good. The service was very courteous and friendly.

Operation only available when the bell rings. We paid for the order and then found out that the best ingredient was missing. It was okay with a replacement. We're still not coming back. Somehow the overall ambience wasn't that great.

The communication on the phone is very poor and the way the employees talk to you. The behavior towards customers is unacceptable. The wrong order was taken, things were missing and you still had to pay the full price. Of course, in the end the customer was blamed for it. When I called about this, the employees showed no insight.

The boys are doing a very good job. They always try new things and bring the burger to a very good level!!!! Ate there several times and will come again!!

We ate at BurgerBrothers today and were very disappointed. We ordered the Italy burger, the meat smelled very strange, so I had a hard time getting the burger down because of the smell. Afterwards I also had very bad stomach cramps. In addition, the employees seemed and were very lost. I wouldn't visit the store again

There are no burgers like this in the world. My favorite Hot BBQ Bacon and BBQ Chicken. Simply delicious and most importantly, everything is Halal. For me, the best burger shop ever!
