Burgerado in Bochum

Highly recommended, fresh, delicious and professional, simply top

This was my first time at Burgerado in Bochum, and I was absolutely thrilled! I had the Joppie Burger with fries – which were topped with cheese – and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was super juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the toppings on the burger were fresh. The burger selection is huge, with plenty of delicious options for vegetarians too. What particularly surprised me was the dessert selection: crepes, milkshakes, tiramisu, ice cream – everything looked really good and tasted just as good! The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and modern/rustic.

We spontaneously dropped by around noon on Saturday and were lucky that there was still plenty of space, judging by the other reviews. The service was very friendly, and the food arrived promptly. Everyone was happy with their orders. It tasted very good. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely go back.

The wooden table, which I thought was too small, was sticky. Even if the waiter had wiped it down beforehand, it didn't help. The wood, or rather the varnish, was probably already too damaged. Even though only four other tables were occupied and these people were already there, we still had to wait a whopping 45 minutes for our food. The young waiters were nice, but seemed untrained. The burgers all looked great. However, the flavor was lacking for three out of four people. One of us had a chili one, so he had nothing to complain about. My fried egg was burnt on the bottom, and there was still runny raw egg white on top. My chicken breast was overcooked, and unfortunately, there was only a tiny bit of sauce on it. The Burgerado fries in the bowl were delicious. But you had to eat them quickly because the bottom fries quickly went soft. Oh, and when I initially said I'd like a Coke, they immediately ordered me a 0.4L instead of just 0.3L. That's even more expensive. So it's best to mention which size you'd like when ordering. What bothered me most, though, was this terribly loud blender or whatever was turning on intermittently. It sounded like a blender with ice cubes in it. Since you can order shakes there, it must have been a blender. I don't think I've ever heard one that loud... Since I'm really used to better, this was our first and last visit there.

Good burgers with lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be not so long ago. The burgers we ordered didn't arrive. The taste has also deteriorated considerably. We're disappointed and won't be coming back.

After a long and wet day, we received a friendly welcome on Friday evening, despite being busy and without a reservation. Our large dog was also welcomed and immediately given his own bowl of water. The waitress took our order promptly. The burgers arrived quickly and hot and were delicious! The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere very relaxed. We'd love to come back!

Very large burgers, very tasty. The poutine (the classic fries game) wasn't impressive, but everything else was excellent!

The employee was rude and wanted to throw me out because I said "we want to pay together"

I went to Burgerado last week and was unfortunately disappointed. The food wasn't particularly tasty and the service was very slow. When I ordered my meal, it took over 25 minutes to be served. When I asked if my food was still coming, I was told it was "currently being prepared." Unfortunately, the food was still cold when it was served. The atmosphere in the restaurant was okay, but unfortunately, that's not enough to compensate for the negative experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're expecting a quick and delicious meal.

The food is truly excellent, and the portions are generous but not overly generous. The waiter I spoke with, Momo, was incredibly nice and very attentive. Momo is the best man!

We were here a few years ago, and I can honestly say it was a real disappointment. The server tried hard, but the pickle I'd ordered was still on the burger. There were only two sodas left. The buns were supposed to be fresh from the bakery, but they were more like yesterday's goodies. I have no idea what was in the guacamole; you couldn't taste the avocado. The fries were very good, except for the ones on top. Mayo and sauce were served at the table.

I just called them and accidentally ordered the wrong burger from Lieferando. The nice gentleman immediately changed it to the correct one. Thank you so much!

The Burgerado restaurant offers a solid selection of food. The burgers tasted okay, but lacked any particular recognition. The service was friendly, but the wait time was a bit long. Overall, an average experience.

I had dinner there with a colleague on Tuesday evening! We said what we wanted to eat, that was quite a challenge for the waitress! Until you managed to take the order it was a struggle, to put it mildly! If you already have staff, they should also understand the guest! So much for that! Can't complain about the food! Overall satisfied except for the communication!

Quite a nice shop. The burgers are OK. Unfortunately it has become very expensive in recent years, so I don't go there often. The last time I had poutine or as it was called here, chip game. That wasn't very tasty. The fries were cold and soft, the gravy was lukewarm and tasted like Mondamin, the mozzarella was old and slightly sour. Let's see if I come back.

Ein sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Lokal mit einem freundlichen Service. Die beiden Burger waren sehr lecker, genauso wie die Pommes und Süßkartoffel Pommes.

Very cool lattice potatoes, I don't think crispy has ever fit so well with these potatoes. Not too hard, not too soft, nice and crunchy when you bite into it, great 👍 Mayo and ketchup are available directly at the table, great. The burger was basically well made, neither too dry nor flabby, a decent, juicy patty, absolutely okay in terms of price, but it didn't suit my taste. I had the Rockstar Burger, which to me at least had a relatively strong cinnamon flavor from whatever component it came from. Unfortunately, I don't like it at all. If I had known this beforehand (it's not on the menu), I would have chosen a different main course. The spritzer was good. Unfortunately, at least it felt like we waited a relatively long time for the food (during the week, around 5:45 p.m. and the shop didn't seem too full). We were there for about an hour and then had to really hurry up to eat. Since we still had a follow-up appointment, we unfortunately couldn't try any more dessert; I would have been very interested in the tiramisu... If I'm in the area again, I'd go there again, even if I just have a good portion of lattice potatoes and a tiramisu afterwards 😅

Burger delicious. Too narrow to linger. Sitting at the tables is not comfortable.

We were in Bochum for an event in the evening and were still looking for a place to eat beforehand. Our choice fell on the Burgerado and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and looks very authentic. On a Wednesday evening the restaurant was busy but we had no problems getting a table. The staff is very friendly and brought us the menu quickly. Burgerado offers a variety of different burgers and other dishes. Vegetarians and vegans also get their money's worth here. We both decided on a vegetarian burger. The burgers were brought to us after about 15 minutes and were freshly prepared. The fries and sweet potato fries were very crispy and very tasty. But the burgers were the absolute highlight of the evening. The vegetable patty was nice and crispy but not dry on the inside but very tasty. The halloumi burger was also excellent. We will be happy to come back again and can only recommend Burgerado.

Delicious burgers in a cozy, rustic atmosphere. We were here before a visit to the planetarium, which is only a few minutes away.

Beautifully located restaurant with very good service. Nice and functionally furnished. Everyone will find something to their taste on the menu here. Great selection of burgers and homemade sauces, and of course there are also desserts. The burgers came to the table in a reasonable time and were really tasty. The fries and sauce also very good. The prices are very moderate.

Hier gibt es stabile Burger & Pommes mit ein bißchen Schnick-Schnack. Alles sehr lecker. Auch diverse Schorlen und Nachtische werden angeboten. Drinnen sitzt man etwas härter, aber in Ordnung. Wer einen guten Burger haben will, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.

We discovered the Burgerado by chance and are absolutely thrilled! I ordered the vegan veggie cheese burger: A super topped burger, with a vegetable patty that's perfect in terms of taste and consistency, plus a hearty cocktail sauce, a side of crispy wide fries and all at a fair overall price - that's exactly how it should be! The staff was also super friendly and very attentive. There is also a very pleasant ambience with modern, iconic interior design. I can therefore only recommend the restaurant!

Unfortunately the burger disappointed me. The price-performance ratio is not right at all. My first impression was that the burger was dry. The burger was also quite small. The burger patty was slightly burnt.

The burgerado was well praised to us. On site it was quite appealing until you put your hands on the tables. Tables were very sticky. Despite very little occupancy, the food took a really long time to arrive. That's exactly how it tasted. My daughter's chicken burger was hard on the edges and the breading was burnt and tasted burnt. My beef burger, advertised as Big Burgerado, was quite small for its name and the beef tasted rancid. The burger was dripping with oil. The mushrooms were not properly fried and were soaked in fat and upon closer inspection of the patties there was a smell from being stored for a long time, as if the meat was no longer good. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Burgerado, that was our last visit there.

We are regulars here and of course not everything always goes smoothly, but for us the Burgerado is a 5 out of 5! The food is always delicious! The service is quick, polite and always in a good mood!

We were there on a Saturday evening with 4 people, luckily we had reserved in advance, but that's understandable given the burgers. I had the hot bacon burger and the chilli frise, both of which were delicious. I only have 2 criticisms: 1. The tables are a bit narrow for 4 slightly larger people; 2 That's the worst for me, there is no Burgerrado in Saarlouis

I had one of the best burgers of my life here a few days ago. It was the burger of the month and I had sweet potato fries and basil mayonnaise. Full marks from me! The ambience of the restaurant is also successful, the rooms are very nicely decorated. All those umbrellas hanging from the ceiling are a really great idea. The staff was very friendly and the wait for the burger wasn't long. I'd love to come back next time I'm in town. :-)

Ate there for the first time today... Let's start with the food, I had the fiery bacon burger, the meat was unfortunately completely fried so that it crumbled apart when I cut it and it wasn't seasoned enough for me. However, that didn't matter that much as the chili sauce and jalapenjos gave the whole thing a real kick. The Burgerado fries were great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a good potato taste. Service was great, attentive, friendly and Patty was also well received. The ambience of the layout is quite cool, but what doesn't work for me at all are the chairs, after three quarters of an hour I couldn't sit anymore. If the seating had been more comfortable, I would have drunk one or two more beers... Which, by the way is delivered by our beloved Fiege brewery 👍🏻 All in all 4 stars

We had a team celebration with 16 people at Burgerado and it was a complete success. Service was super nice and attentive, the food and drinks were very tasty. Even when there was an error in the order, it was corrected immediately and removed from the invoice. We sat in the back area so we had something to ourselves and were able to have a good time. A recommendation for every team celebration! It was a really nice evening! Keep it up, we'll be back!

The food was great, we ordered in advance on the phone and received it immediately upon arrival. The burgers were very large and nothing was spared. I would say it was one of the best burgers I've eaten. The service was top, the employee always asked us politely and with interest whether everything was OK and also kindly followed up on all our requests, I am very grateful. The atmosphere was a bit too cool (according to my personal taste) and the chairs could be a bit more comfortable, but that would be the biggest complaint. Top price performance, great service, delicious food. I have no reason to complain. Thank you very much!

I went to Burgerado for the first time (on a recommendation) and in the end I was satisfied and full 😃 There is a nice terrace where we sat in the best autumn weather. The burgers were very good, but I deducted one star because (in my opinion) cucumbers don't belong on a burger. If so, then it should be cut very finely. Unfortunately, together with a quite “thick” slice of tomato, the burger was unstable and fell apart while eating 🙁 But don't get me wrong: the taste and quality are good here 👌 A funny gimmick is Herbert Grönemeyer's "Bochum" loop on the toilet 😄

We were there with several people. The tables were so sticky that you definitely didn't have to worry about the plates slipping down. Unfortunately, the toilets aren't the cleanest either. The staff is quite friendly and attentive, although 3 dishes came wrong or twice. The food was OK. The Milchschnitten milkshake is highly recommended. However, this will be our first and last time at Burgerado.

Juicy, fresh and delicious burgers!! The way it was stacked could be even better, the burger fell apart and it was impossible to eat it with your hands.

Had the classic burger and the cheeseburger once. But the highlight were those loaded fries in the middle. Fries (fried to perfection) with feta cream, tomatoes, onions and rocket. Simply orgasmic combination (the combination was a super nice gesture from the restaurant) I recommend putting it on the menu.

If you have an appetite for a really good burger in Bochum, you should stop by Burgerado and have a good time. The ambience suits the location and the food is overall very good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. My favorite is the veggie burger, which is really spicy and filling.

Were in Bochum over the weekend to watch Starlight Express and discovered the Burgerado by chance. It was a very tasty coincidence. The burgers and side dishes tasted very good and even though we were already stuffed, we didn't miss out on the delicious shakes for dessert. In my opinion, the Burgerado is highly recommended. 🍔👍

There were two of us there and we had a lovely evening there! Both the staff and the dining room were very friendly. So you can stay here for a longer period of time. The food is good, portions are sufficient, prices are also okay. Parking is also possible there in the parking garage.

Great burger, great service, again at any time

Since we are not from Bochum, the last time we were here was several years ago. We didn't remember the service being that great. This time it was great, both the service and the food. The store is nicely decorated either way.

We and the kids really enjoyed it. The prices are fair and the lady who served us was very nice. One point deducted for the ambience, as the booth we sat in was really a bit narrow.

Great burger place! There is a burger without buns. Which I really celebrated! The burgers were on point, juicy and fresh. The aioli cream tasted wonderfully garlicky, the guacamole, the fries...nice! Tiramisu and cappuccino rounded the whole thing off perfectly. Thanks to the kitchen and the nice, polite service!

Great burger place for the whole family

We were there on a Wednesday evening and ordered the Big Burgerados. The presentation of the burger was right, unfortunately the patties were far too thick, but above all, they were grilled far too long and therefore extremely unpleasantly dry. That couldn't be compensated for with a lot of sauce. If the most important thing about a burger shop is not on point, then the shop cannot be recommended. The Chili Chesse French Fries portion is intended for three people or as a main course. Ambiance is good, open plan, but the benches are much too narrow. Service was OK. At least you can pay by card.
