Warning: The store is closed! Unfortunately 😞 Because we were always very happy and satisfied, and we enjoyed ordering... However, you can still order via the website, but you won't receive any delivery. No one can be reached by phone. Fortunately, we got our money back via PayPal.

We ordered on the website, but then we didn't get a response. No one was available by phone, so we ended up driving there in person. Then the place was simply closed!!! Why can you order online, but there's no appropriate message by phone!? That can only lead to 0 stars and a clear warning :-(

We ordered food via the app today and were happy when nothing was delivered after an hour and every call always went to voicemail. I drove past. Unfortunately, Nitro was closed, even though the app and the internet said it was open. I think that's a shame. If you have your own app, you should update and maintain it regularly. To avoid such complaints, we might give it another try.

We ordered our food at 7:37 PM. It was supposed to arrive at 8:17 PM, and nothing happened until 9:15 PM! We only got a voicemail by phone, and no response by email. Not recommended!

I placed an order for pickup on the website and paid via PayPal, only to find myself standing in front of the closed store after the stated 20-minute wait. Please properly enter your closing days in your ordering system!

I ordered from the website last night and paid via PayPal. After over an hour, I called again. I only got a voicemail. The same thing happened again two hours later. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from PayPal. According to Google and their website, the store is supposedly open?!

For the second time, we were extremely satisfied with everything we've tried so far, including various burgers (beef and chicken), fries, and the best part: the incredibly delicious chicken fillets! Super delicious! 🙂

Omg!!! Please don't order there. The rates are running high there because bait is lying around in plain sight throughout the store, meat is no longer good, slightly rotten, the patty roll is soaked through the sauces and wet salad, few fries and cold. We brought everything back and got the money back, the only positive thing was the supplier was nice.

I was really pleasantly surprised. I was expecting Mcc's food when I ordered for the first time, but I thought it was freshly made paddy. Super good

Very bad food! Delivery time of over an hour, very sticky and unfortunately cold food, salami tasted expired, delivery person wasn't wearing a mask, burger was dripping with fat, potato wedges were burnt, mozzarella sticks were still almost raw and a delivery person who unfortunately didn't speak a word of German and pointed out repeatedly that I but had paid via Paypal, still demanded money. Unfortunately, he ultimately became very aggressive and I was expelled from my house. Overall, very bad order, which I was very dissatisfied with👎🏼 The picture shown in the attachment shows the aioli, which arrived exactly as it was. Seems to have been used before and looks very suspiciously green!!!! SO, UPDATE!!! After 3 hours of pure agony I was rushed to hospital with an acute abdomen! Moderate food poisoning was diagnosed there!

Ordered via Lieferando. Wednesday around 5:00 p.m. The food was delivered quickly, even before the stated time. Everything arrived hot and complete. We were particularly pleased that the fries were delivered in a paper bag. This meant they were still really crispy. The crispy fillets were also very tasty and made from real meat! The burgers were lavishly topped and overall tasty. Just a little weakly seasoned or not enough sauce. But absolutely ok. We'll be back.

Ordered from Lieferando, with a delivery time of 33-55 minutes, arrived after 90 minutes, then everything was thrown around in the bag, fries half distributed in the carrier bag, lukewarm sauces, should be cold, and lukewarm food, far too greasy! The biggest hammer, negative review given at Lieferando, then my order was canceled, so the review apparently disappears, but I paid €20 for it and no credit or money back!!! Incredible, in my opinion! I'll clarify the whole thing with Lieferando!

I placed an order for delivery on their website at 4:07 p.m. I was already waiting for my order. 20 minutes after placing the order they call me and say that they cannot deliver due to repairs on the bridge they are driving over. 😐😑🤨 This is the strangest reason ever since you can drive around 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I asked why didn't they call earlier? Answer: We have just received your order (which is not true because I received a message to my email address that the order was received earlier). it was an unpleasant experience. But otherwise their burgers are delicious

An einem Freitag um ca 22Uhr bestellt. Das Essen war frisch, das Fleisch absolut lecker und saftig. Wir hatten Burger und Hänchenteile. Die Burger waren alle 3 (Cheeseburger, Bacon Burger und Bochum Burger) sehr lecker, frisch und gross. Den Preis aufjedenfall wert. Die Hänchenteile, waren super zart, die Panade knusprig, alles in allem ein echter Genuss, leckerer als bei manch andren Hänchen Restaurants. Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und die Lieferung kam sogar früher als angegeben. Als Fazit: Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jedenfall, wenn nicht sogar Leistung überwiegt und in Zukunft werden wir dort bestimmt häufiger bestellen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert!

Sehr gutes Essen. Das Hänchen war sehr saftig. Der Burger war gut gebraten.

Sehr gute Burger 🍔 zum guten Preis. Als Menü auch top mit sehr guter Pommes 🍟 Kann man bedenkenlos bestellen. Selten so einen huten bestellten Burger gehabt. Sehr großes Lob an die Küche und den Fahrer.

👎 Pizza geschmacklich leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss und keine Alternativen verfügbar, dann OK.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und die Lieferungsdauer war akzeptabel. Trotz dass bekannterweise viel los war, kam das Essen dennoch warm an und es hat wirklich sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wir haben noch ein kleines Geschenk dazu bekommen, bestimmt wegen der Wartezeit. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Ist empfehlenswert und Preisleistung ist auch absolut in Ordnung. Wir bestellen wir gerne wieder.

Wir waren in der Nähe des Nitro Bochum auf dem Campingplatz. In der Zeit haben wir zweimal telefonisch dort bestellt. (Do und Sa)Beide male haben wir die Pizza selbst abgeholt, die Wartezeit war sehr kurz. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und extrem günstig, daher können wir Nitro Bochum sehr weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe jetzt mehrfach dort bestellt und auch abgeholt. Die onlinebestellung ist super und einfach. Alle sind freundlich, Fahrer wie auch Mitarbeiter. Und das Essen ist top. Bestellt man gerne 😊

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt, wo eine Pizza mit 26cm Durchmesser um die 8 Euro kostet. Lieferzeit war sehr gut, aber die Pizza - zumal für den Preis - sehr enttäuschend. Auf ca. 3ml Tomatensoße kommen 3 kg Käse (natürlich übetrieben, aber man kann sich das Verhältnis vorstellen) auf einer Pizza waren 5 Blätter vom extra bestellten Rucola (50ct Aufpreis). Man konnte die Pizza zwar essen, aber geschmacklich ist hier Luft nach oben - oder eben preislich nach unten. Wir werden hier nicht wieder bestellen.
